Abstract

This research is motivated as a means of transportation that is integral lifestylefor society. As well as Motor Gede become the image of it’s owner, become a hobby forthe owner, and in this case the owner or user of the big motorcycle start looking for acontainer or a place to channel his hobby which later formed the club MoGe. This studyaims to determine the perceptions of the lifestyle community in the march MoGe. Theoryused is the theory S-O-R is a reaction that is spesific to spesific stimuli so that one canexpect and compatibility between the message and the reaction communicant. Researchfound that club motor gede classified as fancy or high class club as a lifestyle and it’smembers have the perceptions that the club motor gede must have solidarity and highloyalty to fellow members.Keywords: PERCEPTION, LIFESTYLE, CLUB MOGE

Abstract

Hip-hop dance is a dance that is part of hip hop culture, developed by African American society thathas its own characteristics. This dance is growing and more popular among young people. This studyused descriptive qualitative method. With semiotic approach and to answer the problem what is themeaning of non-verbal communication in hip hop dance movement and how the message is delivered tothe audience from hip hop dance itself. The result of research shows that hip hop dance has non verbalcommunication meaning hip hop dance, hip hop dance, hip hop dance, and hip hop dance. hip hop isshown as an entertainment performing arts for the audience for all ages not just young people. Dance isdisplayed with the feel of young people in the form of happiness and freedom of expression. Abstract

Health warning labels on cigarette packs is very important as a means of communication andawareness of smokers of the health risks caused by smoking. By reading and seeing pictures of healthwarnings, with some warning messages of health and some disease the effects of smoking are listed onthe label of health warnings on cigarette packs every time they smoke, is expected to provide a greaterknowledge of the health effects of smoking, and may raise intention to quit smoking and thereforecontributes to the attitude of smokers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofcommunication messages on pictorial health warning labels on cigarette packs on the attitudes ofyoung smokers in the city of Surabaya. The minimum sample empirically determined as much as 96respondents using accidental sampling technique. Results of research and analysis with a simplelinear regression showed that a significant difference between the message communication onpictorial health warning labels on cigarette packs on the attitudes among young smokers in the city ofSurabaya. Contributions message communication on pictorial health warning labels on cigarettepacks on the attitudes of young smokers in the city of Surabaya is 47.6% of the remaining 52.4% isinfluenced by other variables not examined in this study, for example the influence of friends, lifestyle,etc.Keywords: communication messages, the attitude of young smokers

Abstract

Freedom of speech is a right of every individual to the community to express their opinions either incriticism, suggestion/comment, or opinion through various ways whether oral or in writing, directly orindirectly by utilizing social media, such as facebook, twitter, etc. However, sometimes peoples out ofcontrol using their freedom of rights, so there are others who feel offended and aggrieved. Such eventsare already common, and should end up in prison. Based from this incident, researchers wanted to knowwhether freedom of speech through facebook and twitter being limited to the existence of the law ofinformation and electronic transaction (UU ITE). This research uses narrative qualitative researchdesign, which this research aimed to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes,perceptions, and thought of someone about freedom of speech through facebook and twitter being limitedby the existence of the law of the information and electronic transactions (UU ITE) are presented innarrative form. From the results of this research revealed that a person’s freedom of speech throughsocial media (facebook and twitter) is not to be limit, thus they feel comfortable because of their privacyrights are protected. Abstract

Kesulitan dalam proses penyusunan laporan yang dihadapi oleh peneliti kualitatif yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan sehingga cenderung hanya mendiskripsikan data yang diperoleh tanpa menganalisa secara mendalam, sehingga penelitian tidak berkembang dan hanya berputar-putar dikarenakan kebingungan peneliti, untuk alasan itulah artikel ini dibuat. Dengan menggunakan metode  Konseptual dengan hasil modifikasi model  dari desain sederhana (Burhan, 2018b;3-4) dengan model  desain sederhana menggunakan  triangulasi teori/ simple research design with triangulasi theory, dengan 7 langkah utama yaitu : (1) Sosial context and research question (2) Literature review (3) Research method and data collection (4) Data analysis (5) Draft Reporting (6) Triangulasi Theory (7) Reporting & Findings (Burhan, 2020, Rofiah, 2020). Dan disimpulkan bahwa, proses penyusunan laporan ini memang menghadirkan sejumlah tantangan untuk penelitian tetapi, seperti yang telah disoroti dalam artikel ini, bahwa dalam proses ini akan lebih mudah karena ada solusi yang dipakai oleh peneliti dalam melakukan penyusunan laporan dan mengidentifikasi temuan. Kunci sukses dalam penelitian tampaknya terletak pada kemauan dan kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan metode secara tepat dan untuk mengubah ekspektasi mendengar suara responden dengan bahasa ekspresif defisit. Ini dapat dicapai melalui penerapan sejumlah strategi yang dibahas dalam artikel ini.

Abstract

Abstract—In cyber community towards the Society 5.0 era, the use of industrial technology 4.0, especially communication media technology plays an important role. The information era causes digital communication media technology to develop very rapidly and encourage the birth of digital media that have real time capabilities and create new media. Currently mass media institutions that are not innovative are experiencing a fall. Then the existence of the construction of reality is also increasingly obscured by the mixing of life in the real world with the virtual world. Therefore, the study wants to criticize the existence of reality in the midst of the development of communication technology that is so fast. This study uses the interview method in collecting data and analyzing it using the narrative method. The results of this study are that in society 5.0 and industrial technology 4.0, a pseudo social reality constructed by communication technology media causes mass media to die, social harmony is confused and even lost, and hoaxes are attacks on harmony.technological advances in industry 5.0 increase above 70%.

Abstract

Abstract—The current media communication technology is growing into an inevitability. This medium can make a world as big as an egg, and it can similarly build a harmony based on its will. The study revealed how communication media technologies are able to build a reality of harmony in society. The study employed a qualitative approach with a post-positivistic paradigm. The research took 5 informants and interviewed them. The results of the study, (1) communication media technology became the main key formed society 5.0. (2) The development of social media in various platforms and with all its advantages caused the mass media mind stream fall one by one. (3) Communication media technology into a medium can bring the far and away close, or in other words create harmony that is switched. (4) Communication media technology has an impact on the occurrence of hoaxes that are actually enemies of the state.

Abstract

Peningkatan industri pusat perbelanjaan atau mall menjadi salah satu sektor penopang pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Maraknya mall memberikan kesempatan untuk para pelaku bisnis memasarkan produknya dan para konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian secara nyaman, sehingga perputaran ekonomi dapat terdorong. Perkembangan pusat perbelanjaan di Indonesia terjadi di berbagai kota salah satunya di kota Surabaya. Kini kota Surabaya menjadi kota yang memiliki mall terbanyak kedua setelah Jakarta. Salah satu pusat perbelanjaan di Surabaya yang berstandar high class mall adalah Ciputra World Surabaya. Ciputra World Surabaya mengusung sebuah konsep yaitu “The Magnificent World of Lifestyle”, untuk menggambarkan citranya sebagai pusat perbelanjaan yang tidak hanya mengakomodasi aktivitas shopping, melainkan dapat menjadi family mall yang menyajikan kualitas terbaik dalam hiburan, makan, dan rekreasi Dalam mempertahankan citranya tersebut, Ciputra World Surabaya mengandalkan aktivitas public relations yang menjadi salah satu kunci kesuksesan perusahaan. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui aktivitas public relations yang dilaksanakan oleh mall Ciputra World Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas public relations yang dilakukan oleh mall Ciputra World Surabaya terbagi menjadi tiga jenis yaitu corporate public relations, stakeholder relations dan marketing public relations. Diantara ketiga jenis aktivitas tersebut, yang paling dominan dilaksanakan adalah corporate public relations dan marketing public relations. Sedangkan aktivitas stakeholder relations masih belum banyak dilakukan dan membutuhkan pengembangan kedepannya.
