Abstract

This study aims to determine building customer loyalty and analyze competitors in Islamic Education Institutions. The research method uses a qualitative approach, namely, library research. The data analysis technique is descriptive. Building customer loyalty in Islamic educational institutions is done with several marketing strategies including establishing relationships with various components such as the community and so on, providing customer satisfaction by offering varied programs and facilities, and providing guarantees if customers are not satisfied with the services and quality that have been provided. Analysis of marketing competitors that often occur in Islamic Education Institutions includes products, marketing, prices, and cooperation networks so that they must be able to maintain quality by using various methods, one of which is creating brand awareness to create attractiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan gambaran tentang upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di MTs Al-Ikhlas Air Hitam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara. Setelah data terkumpul maka dilakukan analisis dengan tahapan: pemilihan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa antara lain: meminta kepala sekolah untuk menambah jam di luar jam pelajaran PAI; melakukan komunikasi dengan wali siswa untuk mengingatkan anak mereka agar mengulang pelajaran di rumah; melakukan evaluasi sebelum dan sesudah pelajaran; memilih pendekatan/metode yang menarik bagi siswa; dan menggunakan media pembelajaran agar memudahkan guru dalam menjelaskan materi dan mudah difahami oleh siswa dan menggunakan metode hadiah dan hukuman. Gambaran hasil pembelajaran PAI siswa MTs Al-Ikhlas Air Hitam tergolong baik karena seluruh nilai siswa pada tahun ajaran 2022 terlihat dari hasil semester mereka telah mencapai standar KKM yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

This article explains the implementation of digital school management through the Smart Classroom (SCR) program. This qualitative research approach uses descriptive analysis—data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The study results show that a digital school is an educational institution with a learning process using digital equipment, books, and applications. Digital school management is establishing and implementing IT-based programs through the Smart Classroom program using software and hardware products. Second, Smart Classroom Learning at Al-Azhar 37 Islamic Middle School Pekanbaru uses an iPad. Educators create web-based, Google, and application-based learning materials. They were giving assignments/homework through tests and quizzes. Assessment of exam results through the Google form, students make important notes equipped with photo and video features that can be shared using the notes application as a collaboration with friends. This implementation has received support from the school by facilitating internet access via Wi-Fi hotspots within 24 hours. Third, the urgency of Smart Classrooms in educational institutions will make learning more effective, innovative, fun, comprehensive, and time efficient. The implications of this research are very beneficial for all elements of the school because it can facilitate the current student-centered learning process.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities can be effective if the class is conducive, and this cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in managing the type. Teachers must pay attention to classroom management both personally and physically. This article aims to determine what a teacher must prepare to develop teaching methods with a class management approach at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 09 Jember Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach in collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The validation technique uses source triangulation, namely testing the credibility of the data, which is carried out by examining the data obtained using several sources. The research results conclude The teacher's preparation for learning is that the seating arrangements are carried out in various ways, such as traditional shapes, semicircular shapes, or the letter U and group shapes. The teacher adjusts the student's sitting position. The development of the learning method implemented is 1) The Market Place Activities learning method developed by the teacher can arouse enthusiasm/increase learning enthusiasm. 2) the Expert Group method can grow students' courage to express their opinions in class. 3) the Group Investigation method can cultivate good work habits in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the patterns of leadership of principals in Islamic-based schools, how principals manage time in carrying out their roles and efforts to unravel stereotypes. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The sample of this study is the principal, teachers, students and employees at the school. The results of the study illustrate, the leadership pattern applied by the Principal of MTs Al Hidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto is: 1) a transformational leadership pattern, a charisma shown through various approaches that embrace all parties with the aim of conditioning a better work situation; 2) Instructional and participatory leadership patterns, characterized by the principal's efforts to interact more with teachers, students, parents, colleagues, communities, more than men, support consensus decision-making, emphasize processes, encourage feelings of self-esteem, active participation, and share forces and information that help transform people's self-interest into organizational goals, influence teachers to use more desirable teaching methods in everyday life. In dismissing stereotypes, the principal has succeeded in creating a conducive climate in his institution so that all elements that are included in the academic climate of MTs can run well.

Abstract

Tahfidz students have a duty in addition to memorizing the Qur'an as well as students with all their learning tasks. Sometimes this situation makes students depressed which results in stress and depression. The emergence of stress and depression in students can result in low subjective wellbeing so that it can affect performance in memorizing the Qur'an. Spirituality can affect the subjective wellbeing level of tahfidz students, because with spirituality individuals can feel the presence of God and get social support during difficult times. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spirituality on subjective wellbeing in tahfidz students at Islamic boarding schools. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an influence of spirituality on the subjective wellbeing of tahfidz students in Islamic boarding schools. The subjects in this study amounted to 92 tahfidz students at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Lamongan. Taking the subject using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used measuring tools for spirituality level and measuring tools for subjective well-being which were arranged using a modified Likert scale model. The analytical technique used to analyze the data in this study is simple linear regression. The results showed that the R value or coefficient of determination was 0.889, which means that there is a very strong relationship between spirituality and subjective wellbeing. R square value of 0.813 indicates the influence of the independent variable (spirituality) on the dependent variable (subjective wellbeing) of 81.3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to answer the problems that are in SMA Al Islamiyah Putat Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. According to the results of observations made by researchers, one of the problems in the school is environmental cleanliness, where there is no cleanliness movement yet so the authors create a learning plan by combining Al-Quran hadith learning in class XII and Science in class X using the discovery model. learning. In this study using descriptive qualitative research, the main data source is the teaching material of Al-Quran hadith class XII and Science in class X with the theme of preserving the environment and biodiversity. The results of this study are that the use of the discovery learning model has a very positive impact on solving the school's problems. The results obtained when using this model are that students have more awareness in disposing of waste, know how to sort waste between organic and non-organic waste, have religious and scientific knowledge related to environmental preservation, and think critically about surrounding problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal how to plan, implement, and evaluate the results of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan values as an effort to improve student character. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Sources of data came from students, principals, teachers and guardians of students at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan, while school staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan were additional data sources in this study. The results of the study revealed that: Planning and implementation of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan learning as an effort to improve student character has been carried out according to the rules and made at the beginning of the semester before learning begins, in planning Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan learning plans adjusted to the provisions of the curriculum and student needs by selecting methods and media as well as paying attention to competency standards, core competencies, madrasah vision and mission, and student needs.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how the development of the Apostle Ulul 'Azmi sirah module in improving the religious attitude of students at SMA An-Nadwa Binjai. This study uses a 4-D model; namely definition, design, development, and deployment. Sampling used a random sampling technique with class XI A as the control class and class XI as the experimental class with a total of 35 students. The results of this study state that the feasibility of the Sirah Rasulullah Ulul 'Azmi module is feasible to use through 3 expert validation tests, the feasibility of the module is seen from 3 components namely material experts, language and design. The validation results of the three validators are: the average score of the content component is 77.27, the linguistic component is 83.65, and the presentation component is 81.73. These three scores indicate a good/proper category, which means that the Sirah Rasulullah Ulul 'Azmi module can be used with a little revision. As for the effectiveness of the Sirah Rasul Ulul 'Azmi module in increasing students' religious attitudes when seen from the test results between the control class and the experimental class, with the control class's average score of 69.71, while the experimental class's average score was 75.52. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the Sirah Rasulullah Ulul 'Azmi module is effective in increasing religious attitudes in class XI SMA An-Nadwa in PAI learning.
