Abstract

Business competition, changes in consumer tastes, economic and social changes led to various challenges and opportunities faced by PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana. China-made bekisting presence in Indonesia with low prices become a challenge for PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana. Therefore, companies should determine and re-evaluate the competitive strategy of construction firms in the business world today.There are three objectives of this study. First, to determine the strength of the product PERI PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana in bekisting sales market share in Indonesia. Second, to determine what factors are the strength and the weaknesses of the company. Third, create business competition strategy for PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana.SWOT method focuses on the IFE and EFE measurements to determine the current condition of the company and where the current level PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana. Formulated a strategy which will be constructed by the method of Bussiness Model Canvas  which consists of nine pieces that reflect the company's box, where the BMC will look grouping of strategies that will be built in any part of it that exist in the company, which all the box will be connected to each other and have a relationship that will make strategies that can be applied. Keywords: Formwork, SWOT, IFE, EFE, Bussiness Model Canvas.

Abstract

Industri alas kaki di Indonesia berkembang dengan sangat cepat, hal ini membuat persaingan diantara industri yang sejenis semakin ketat. Un tuk bertahan hidup, sebuah industri harus bisa menjaga dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan cara memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. PT. Pratama Abadi Industri adalah salah satu produsen yang berusaha mempertahankan produksinya. Masalah dari perusahaan ini adalah target produksi sebanyak 225 pasang per jam tidak pernah tercapai. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi target tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menambahkan jumlah operator dan mesin untuk mencapai target tersebut.Keywords : PPH (pairs/person/hour), Simulation Model, Simulation Process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hubungan beban kerja mental operator proses produksi bagian Purified Terephtalic Acid (PTA) di PT. Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur dan mengetahui hubungan beban kerja mental dengan kinerja operator. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap seluruh operator proses produksi yang berjumlah 32 responden. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja  perator cenderung tinggi, ini bisa dilihat dari skala jawaban responden terhadap dimensi pengukuran beban kerja yaitu skala jawaban responden tinggi terhadap dimensi beban waktu, skala jawaban responden sangat tinggi terhadap dimensi beban usaha mental dan skala jawaban responden tinggi terhadap dimensi beban tekanan psikologis. H ubungan yang ada antara beban kerja mental terhadap kinerja operator proses produksi menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan diantara keduanya dimana kekuatan hubungannya kuat dan arah hubungannya positif, dengan nilai korelasi koefisien rank spearman-nya yaitu +0,755. Jawaban responden atas variabel beban kerja mental menunjukkan indikasi beban kerja kerja mental yang tergolong tinggi, variabel kinerja juga tergolong tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa operator proses produksi memiliki beban kerja mental yang tinggi dan menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kinerja operator dalam kondisi tinggi, hal ini bisa dilihat dari skala  jawaban responden terhadap dimensi pengukuran kinerja yaitu dengan skala jawaban responden sangat tinggi terhadap dimensi kualitas, skala jawaban responden tinggi terhadap dimensi kuantitas, skala jawaban responden tinggi terhadap dimensi penggunaan waktu dalam bekerja, dan skala jawaban responden sangat tinggi terhadap dimensi kerjasama dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian tidak dilakukan perbaikan dalam hal kinerja. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja Mental, Kinerja Operator, Korelasi Rank Spearman

Abstract

Dalam proses pengadaan di departemen Supply Chain metode pemilihan pemasok sangatlah problematic karena ketidakpastian pemilihan pemasok yang diakibatkan oleh adanya ego dan perasaan manusia sebagai salah satu penentu keputusan. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya  penggunaan metode FUZZY TOPSIS untuk memecahkan masalah pemilihan pemasok ini. Metode FUZZY TOPSIS menentukan pemasok yang memiliki kinerja terbaik dengan menggunakan kriteria yang diberikan oleh pengguna. Dengan menggunakan metode ini keputusan pemilihan pemasok dapat melakukan secara otomatis menggunakan sistem IT pada perusahaan masing-masing, sehingga dapat meminimalkan masalah pengguna dari memilih pemasok terbaik. Contoh dari ini adalah proyek oleh Perusahaan Pengolahan Air di Kabupaten Tangerang untuk menemukan pemasok terbaik dalam sistem distribusi air. Untuk pemasok yang DEI, HP, dan KSP dan diberikan criteria pengguna seperti “Commercial by Costumer”, “Technical Proposal”, “Work Plan & methodology”, dan “Staff Competence”. Dengan menggunakan criteria pengguna untuk membuat matriks keputusan sebagai masukan untuk FUZZY TOPSIS. Hasilnya adalah pemasok KSP menunjukkan performa terbaik dengan nilai 0.50078 lebih baik dari pemasok lainnya.Kata Kunci : fuzzy topsis, supply chain, ERP, pemasok.

Abstract

Identification of potential hazards and risk assessments are part of the occupational safety and health program in the risk management stage, which is conducted in an effort to prevent work accidents and occupational illness. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential hazard in PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk Sanitary division and analyze the root cause and give suggestion of improvement. Location and time of observation is PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk in April until May 2017. Object of observation is potential danger in section Slip Preparing PT Surya Toto Indonesi Tbk. The methods used by the researchers are HIRARC and FTA. The identification of potential hazards and risk assessments undertaken by researchers together with experts, which in this case are OSH officers and local supervisors, resulted in 25 different risks. With the following division, 2 low risk level, 10 medium level risk, 11 high risk level and 2 extreme level risk. After handling by the management of the company against the risk of extreme and high level, there is risk to be 2 high risk and 11 medium level risks. Abstract

PT. MML as electronic retail company was founded in 2010. This company doesn’t have  performance measurement that can cover the whole company performance that is needed. Moreover, the system of performance measurement is partial. The outcome of measurement is only evaluated by related manager and it doesn’t involve other department manager thus improvement that is conducted, doesn’t notice the other impact that is given to another department performance. On that word, designing Balanced Scorecard performance measurement framework with Quality Function Deployment method is required to framework of performance measurement as integrated strategic measurement tool for all departments. In designing that framework needs some data such as interview data, and questionnaire data which is intended to Top Manager for determining performance measures, customer and staff for determining performance driver by using type of sampling is simple random sampling. Besides, matrix of House of Quality roles to decide performance measure with its performance driver, while matrix of QFD II roles to design strategic map and diagram of cause-effect relationship. Based on simulation the result of performance measurement for financial perspective is 3.1 (quite good), customer perspective is 3.51 (good), internal business process perspective is 4.27 (very good), learning and growth perspective is 4.33 (very good). Abstract

PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of sports shoes in collaboration with an American brand, namely Nike. From the results of the Nordic Body Map Questionnaire at the PPIC RH department of the checking ruber section, many workers have complaints in the muscles (musculoskeletal disorders) due to non-ergonomic workplaces as many as 20 workers or 64.5% feel pain in the high category, as many as 8 workers or 25, 8% felt pain in the moderate category, for the category of pain with very high intensity as many as 2 workers or 6.4% and 1 worker or 3.2% felt pain in the low category. From these results, it is necessary to take further action by making ergonomic designs of Working Furnitures (tables and chairs) with reference to anthropometric values. With this reference, we get a table design with a length of 133.6 cm using the 5th percentile, a table width of 66.8 cm with a 5th percentile and a table height of 63.2 and a chair design with a chair height of 41.2 cm with a 50th percentile. -, the width of the seat base is 40.5 cm with the 95th percentile, it is expected that workers who have a maximum hip width can use the chair, the length of the seat base is 37.8 cm with the 5th percentile, the height of the seat back is 54.5 cm with the 50th percentile th and the width of the seat backrest is 48.9 cm with the 95th percentile. Keywords: Ergonomics, Anthropometry, musculoskeletal disorders. Abstract

This research proposes Analysis of Customer Satisfaction Measurement Techniques At PT Gramedia Asri Media (Regional I TB.Gramedia Balekota) the purpose of this research is to find out what aspects are used by PT. Gramedia Balekota to assess customer satisfaction and analyze customer satisfaction assessment techniques applied by PT. Gramedia Balekota at this time. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, interview, questionnaire, and literature study. Comparing the current method to  Servqual Method with five aspects of customer satisfaction, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsivenessi, Assurance, and Empaty. From the results of questionaire satisfaction of TB customers. Gramedia Period period January 2018-May 2018 obtained results A total of 189 respondents gave an assessment of Sad Emoticon, a total of 205 respondents gave an Emoticon flat rating, and as many as 106 respondents gave an assessment of Smile Emoticon. The aspect of customer satisfaction assessment included in TB. Gramedia Balekota in it’s questionnaire to measure customer satisfaction. TB.Gramedia Balekota only uses three indicators, namely product availability, shopping convenience, and product quality. Product availability and product quality enter the tangible aspect. And the convenience of shopping goes into the Reliability aspect. So that in measuring the satisfaction of  TB customers, Gramedia Balekota has not fulfilled the five aspects of service quality.Key words :  Measurement, customer satisfactions, Servqual Method , service quality

Abstract

PT X adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang Transportasi, Warehousing, dan Packaging, yang berlokasi di Cilegon Banten. Kegiatan bisnis yang sangat dominan di PT. X adalah pendistribusi barang dari pabrik ke daerah sekitar Banten. Salah satunya barang yang didistribusikan yaitu semen, untuk memenuhi  banyaknya permintaan semen dari toko-toko yang tersebar di Banten. Tujuan utama dalam distribusi ini adalah untuk merangcang biaya yang optimal dalam pendistribusian produk dari gudang ke setiap toko. dengan jarak tempuh minimum setiap rute dalam pengiriman dan  pendistribusian produknya  serta meminimasi total biaya trasportasnyai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kasus ini adalah clarkle wright saving heuristic. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode clarkle wright saving heuristic dengan menempuh jarak Serang sejauh 321 km dan biaya transportasi Rp.400,000. Jarak daerah Rangkas Bitung rute pertama 178 KM dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan Rp 370,000. Dan rute kedua 203 KM di keluarkan oleh perusahaan Rp 370,000. Utuk rute daerah Labuan rute pertama 406 KM di keluarkan oleh perusahaan Rp 560.000 dan rute ke dua dengan jarak 437 KM di keluarkan perusahaan Rp 600.000. Kata Kunci: Capacitated vehicle routing problem (CVRP), algoritma Clarke and Wright Savings

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) has an important role in a company. PT. Rosy Ceramindo is one of the companies engaged in manufacturing tableware. So we need to optimize the number of employees in accordance with their workload through workload analysis. Mapping employee competencies is made based on the job description of each position then compared to the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI). The method used is the Full Time Equivalent method using Java. The optimal number of employees based on FTE calculations for the Production Department is 94 people. Mapping of competencies based on job description and KKNI for the position of Section Chief is at level 6 equivalent to S1 or D4. For the positions of Mold Operators, Body Raw Material Milling Operators, Glaze Raw Material Milling Operators, Painting Operators, Pressure Casting Operators, Casting Operators, Finishing Operators, Decal Operators, Glazing Operators, and Roll Kiln Operators and Packing Operators at the levels. 2 is equivalent to SMA / SMK / MA.Keywords : FTE, SDM, JAVA, KKNI, Productivity .
