Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) reports that the Indonesian adult population has a low interest in continuing education, due to the cost factor. This is the impact of the Indonesian population who do not have a good education cost plan. In fact, in 2045, Indonesia is predicted to have a golden generation because of the demographic bonus, which is 70 percent of the population is of productive age. Therefore, an effort is actually needed to prepare for the cost of education to a higher level, namely Sharia Education Insurance. Based on this background, this paper will analyze the impact of education planning through Islamic education insurance for Indonesia Emas 2045. This research is a literature study that collects data from primary and secondary literature, then describes it qualitatively. This paper argues that, the government must make improvements to the education sector, workforce training, industrial structure, transformation of the workforce, to improving the labor supply chain to welcome Indonesia 2045. In addition, the government must also maintain the employment sector which will increase in 2022, namely agriculture, forestry and fisheries, as well as fixing jobs in the service and commuting sectors which have experienced a decline. In order to achieve these improvements, previous improvements must be made in education planning through Islamic education insurance, because if this sector is not improved, the demographic bonus will only increase the number of unemployed.

Each tradition has values useful for maintaining life personally and socially, including the Cambuk Lidi tradition in Derati Village, Kota Padang District, Rejang Lebong, Indonesia. Abstract

Islamic Religious Education subjects taught to students at every level must be treated differently in terms of mindset. If a person is born and develops a thought process from the concrete to the abstract or from the simple to the complex, Islamic Religious Education must also develop following the mindset of the learner. Islamic Religious Education at the SD level in formal material can be the same as at the MI level. However, the ability of students to analyze, find values, and develop their mindset makes Islamic Religious Education subjects feel different. The purpose of this research is to find out the dialectical approach that is carried out by Hagel and how it is implemented when it is related to Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education. The type of research used in this study is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The result of this study is that the dialectical approach is very well used in learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This is done to train students' mindsets and make students better understand an Islamic Religious Education material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect that open, distance, and technology-based informal or non-formal learning has on the growth of students who had previously attended an Islamic boarding school. This perspective originates from the fact that it is anticipated that the community-based learning approach will comprise between 75 and 90 percent of his life once he completes his education at an Islamic boarding school. Nevertheless, education is not simply mirrored accurately in the learning literature; rather, it must be desire-driven and contain future business skills. The library research technique is what was used for the research for this study, and it was chosen on the basis of our observations of the current education system in Indonesia. This is done to ensure that the education that children get in Islamic Boarding Schools is not solely focused on receiving a formal or certified education, but also places an emphasis on the students' excellent accomplishments. The findings of this study will ultimately establish the feasibility of improved outcomes, as well as the quality of such outcomes, and will generate favorable effects.
