Abstract

Reading the Al-Qur'an has always been a culture of Indonesian society, however recently the Al-Qur'an has begun to be abandoned. Muslims are more engrossed in following games and social media with fun playing than opening the Al-Quran mushaf. In order not to have hijaiyah illiterate young people, they must carry out learning that follows the present era, such as learning applications that are not inferior to applications that make young Muslims lazy, the main target in the learning method of reading the Al-Quran application is children at an early age to learn it because children at an early age have quite good comprehension and memory. Based on the background that the authors convey above, the authors are interested in conducting further research on learning methods based on reading the Al-Quran application. The system development method used in this study uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) Model. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a software development process model that is incremental, especially for short processing times. The results of the research show that learning with an interactive system increases children's interest in starting the initial learning process. In addition, interactive games are an alternative in conveying learning among other methods.

Abstract

Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been adjustments in teaching and learning activities. Learning is not done in schools to avoid potential dangers to transmission of the corona virus. There are many obstacles faced by teachers, students and parents in distance learning activities. Mobile is one of the basic needs to support learning activities, families with more than one child will experience difficulties when having to do tasks simultaneously if they only have a cellphone. The purpose of this study is to provide a solution in the form of selecting low end 4G Android phones at affordable prices. Application of the Multycriteria Analytical Hirarchi Process (AHP) method with the criteria of Specifications, Price and Design. Selection of alternative three mobile phones, namely Samsung A10s, Vivo Y12 and Realme 5 makes it easier for students to choose according to their needs. Data collection of 45 samples was carried out through distributing questionnaires with google form and offline. The results of the calculation of Vivo Y12 = 0.23, Samsung A10s = 0.30 and Realme5 = 0.47

Abstract

Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a local communication network that is connected through a public network, with a private data security network, the closure of data transfer from illegal access and network scalability are the main standards in a Virtual Private Network (VPN). In building a VPN at PT. Telkom access is done using the Internet Protocol Security (IP Sec) method. PT Telkom Akses is engaged in the business of providing construction services and managing network infrastructure. At this time PT Telkom Akses sent company data using email, if using company email could not ensure the security of the data sent. PT Telkom, which has many branch offices, is required to have a fast and stable internet connection for transmitting confidential company data. Looking at the existing problems, there are several things that are obtained including, communication between users is still not optimal. Data transmission from branch offices to the head office or vice versa is still not encrypted, which means that data can be viewed or retrieved by unauthorized persons and company confidentiality can be threatened. So creating a VPN network with the IPSEC method will get a more stable and safer connection, files and folders that can be shared by network members, making it easier for network administrators to manage the network if the distance between sites is constrained and the network is well encrypted and already using authentication to connect between sites.

Abstract

The development of technology and information drives the acceleration of a very dynamic world. With this discovery, computer technology, which was created as a tool for human work, has now developed into a means of games, entertainment, communication and so on. In the entertainment sector, one of the most popular pieces of technology is the video game industry. However, information and knowledge regarding video game development is not very popular in Indonesia, especially about the Life Cycle in the video game development process. In addition, video games have a wide variety of genres and different role-plays. So that not all Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) models fit into certain game categories, especially the RPG (Roled Playing Game) genre which has unique role-playing. So it is necessary to have a suitable testing model. This study aims to test whether the Life Cylce Development Game proposed by Rido Ramadan and Yani Widyani can be used in the development of RPG (Roled Playing Game) video games. The results show that video game development using the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) proposed by Rido Ramadan and Yani Widyani, this video game can run well.

Abstract

Academic Information System is a system designed to manage academic data with the application of computer technology both hardware and software so that the entire process of academic activities can be managed into useful information in the management of higher education and decision-making for decision-makers or top management. in a college environment. This system aims to support the implementation of education so that universities can provide better and more effective information services to their communities, both inside and outside the tertiary institutions via the internet. The various needs in the field of education and the regulations that surround it are so high that academic management in an educational institution becomes a very draining job of time, energy, and mind. Therefore, the academic information system was built to directly answer the problems and needs of higher education institutions for academic management quickly and without tiring. The Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) allows cell phones (mobile devices) to be used to access information easily and quickly. Based on this background, the problem taken is how to create an academic information system using the WML programming language, PHP through the MYSQL database system. The aim is to find out how the WAP-based academic information presentation system can be accessed. The research method used is the method of observation, literature, or interviews with existing academic information systems. The result of this research is a WAP-based academic information system application with the collaboration of WML and PHP code scripts that are connected to the MYSQL database.

Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mishbahul Falah is an educational institution, but in the process of calculating grades it is still classified as manual because technically the subject teacher provides a list of student scores to the principal, then the class teacher copies the student's scores into a report card based on the value data. Assessing that processing is still manual makes the longer work done, the greater the error rate in processing. The purpose of this study is to build applications that can facilitate value processing using the waterfall method. The initial stage in this research is to collect data for analysis, system analysis which will be used includes analysis of hardware, software, users, technology, system design, database, interface, system implementation, and system testing. The results of this study are Web-Based Student Value Data Processing Applications. Applications that are made can store school data, including teachers, classes, subjects, students, academic years, and carry out the assessment process. This application is expected to be able to solve the problems of the teacher or principal in the process of processing student value data.

Abstract

Not all employee absences have reasons that are always labeled as bad. There is also an absence that can be tolerated by an agency or company, where these reasons are acceptable reasons, for example, due to illness, or certain permits that are considered reasonable and of course have a certain period so that it is not too difficult for the party where he works. The research objective is to determine the extent to which the C4.5 algorithm can help the classification calculation to find solutions so that employee works productivity increases. To find a solution so that employee work productivity increases requires certain techniques and methods, namely by classifying data mining using the C4.5 Algorithm. For data processing to get good results, Rapid Miner 5 Tools are used. The C4.5 algorithm is a type of classification rule in Data Mining. The importance of a classification rule can be determined by two parameters, namely Entropy and the highest Gain. After testing, the results obtained from the C4.5 Algorithm have an accuracy of 81.08%.

Abstract

Gold is a profitable asset to invest in. With a risk that is not too big. However, many factors influence the price, one of which is the fluctuation of the exchange rate (IDR) rupiah against the USD currency (US Dollar). Data Mining is used to predict the price of gold, with the process of extracting past data, the data used is from the www.bps.go.id data to add added value in the form of information that has not been known manually from a database in order to see patterns and can predict the price of gold. One of the data mining methods used is Naïve Bayes and uses Rapid Miner software as a process to assist calculations with the data set used for 3 years, namely from January 2016 - December 2019 and prediction of data training for the next 1 year assuming stable prices, with testers as much as 5 times 52 data, where in the application of opportunities based on the history of events that occurred so that the accuracy is good at 95.92% to apply and see profit opportunities whether or not the gold price

Abstract

PT Medical Device Indonesia is a company in the distribution of books and medical devices. In the data processing specially the inventory section it used manual way. It made owner and employees of PT. Medical Device Indonesia become overshelmed in data management, so there is a need for a system to simple the inventory process. The study aims to analyze and design a web based inventory information system, so that the data is more accurate and minimizes errors in data processing. The method used in system development is using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology as making observations and interviews with the parties involved. For the system design method using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design method using UML such as usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams. The results of this system are the users are able to manage product easily, perfoming complete transaction and process the reports completely.

Abstract

With the increasingly open mindset of society today, especially Indonesia, it makes it easy for us to accept new things and implement them in our lives, these new things appear in many aspects such as one of which is education. In terms of education, it is better if it is carried out at an early age, especially in terms of learning a second foreign language or a foreign language substituting for English, this is what elementary school teachers have realized and has begun to be implemented recently, to do this elementary schools need tools to create methods. this learning becomes effective. Therefore the authors make an Arabic learning application that will make it easier for elementary school teachers to effectively introduce basic Arabic such as the recognition of the names of the day for elementary school children, which is equipped with sounds and images that can attract children's interests. This application can be run on an Android smartphone with a minimum Android OS 5.0 (Lollipop) and a maximum Android OS is 8.1 (Oreo).
