Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa tentang implementasi blended learning dalam mata pelajaran Strategi Pembelajaran Akuntansi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Akuntansi, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang telah mengambil mata pelajaran Strategi Pembelajaran Akuntansi, sebanyak 36 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi mahasiswa tentang blended learning. Blended learning merupakan sistem baru, mudah, dan efektif. Melalui Besmart, sebagian besar siswa merasa bertanggung jawab atas kuliah, termotivasi, membantu membuat perencanaan, dan melakukan persiapan sebelum di kelas untuk kuliah. Mahasiswa dapat belajar di lingkungan yang nyaman, sesuai dengan kecepatan mereka sendiri dan dapat belajar berulang kali. Terdapat 38,89% mahasiswa berpendapat bahwa Besmart lebih baik daripada metode lain. Sebagain kecil mahasiswa berpendapat bahwa mereka merasa bosan, merasa sulit untuk belajar melalui Besmart, dan forum diskusi yang membosankan. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics, external environment and MSME survival strategy in maintaining business continuity during pandemic period, both partially and simultaneously. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach with a sample of 128 MSMEs in Malang Raya. Regression analysis is used to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed a partial and simultaneous relationship between individual characteristics, external environment and MSME survival strategy in maintaining business continuity, where entrepreneurial characteristics are the dominant variables affecting business continuity. The results of this study further recommend that the need to edify the talents of interest and confidence of entrepreneurial actors to the challenges and opportunities faced with hard work and real perseverance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat mengenai sistem pembayaran e-money di pintu masuk penyeberangan Pelabuhan Gilimanuk. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai persepsi masyarakat mengenai sistem pembayaran e-money di pintu masuk penyeberangan Pelabuhan Gilimanuk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna e-money di pintu masuk penyeberangan Pelabuhan Gilimanuk dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 405 responden yang dicari menggunakan sampling insidental. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat dari indikator senang memperoleh skor 16.476 sehingga masuk ke dalam kategori kurang baik, indikator kecewa memperoleh skor 5.100 jadi dikategorikan tidak baik, indikator tingkah laku memperoleh skor 4.393 termasuk ke dalam kategori baik dan indikator ingatan memperoleh skor 7.217 termasuk ke dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat penguasaan Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) guru akuntansi SMK di Kebumen dengan membandingkannya berdasarkan gender, sertifikasi profesi, jenjang pendidikan, latar belakang akademik, serta lama mengajar. Sampel penelitian seluruh guru Akuntansi SMK se Kabupaten Kebumen yang berjumlah 65 orang. Instrumen untuk pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data berupa analisis data deskriptif dan uji beda (one sample t-test) dengan menggunakan sofware SPSS v21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dilihat dari aspek yaitu: (1) gender, rata-rata penguasaan PCK bagi guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen baik, (2) sertifikasi guru yang diterima, rata-rata PCK guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen memiliki perbedaan, khususnya pada aspek pengetahuan konteks, (3) jenjang pendidikannya, rata-rata penguasaan PCK guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen baik, (4) latar belakang akademik, rata-rata penguasaan PCK guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen adalah sama kecuali pada aspek pengetahuan kurikulum, (5) pengalaman mengajarnya, rata-rata penguasaan PCK guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen adalah sama.

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is one solution of theeconomic system that is not alike at all global impact that hit the world including one of them is creative economy-based MSMEs in Semarang City. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of people's business credit, total assets, the amount of labor, marketing costs and location of business to revenue-based MSMEs creative economy in the city of Semarang.The population in this study is all MSMEs in Semarang City as much as 7015. The sample of this study was taken above the suggestion of sampling from Roscue that is minimalubs 60 respondents. Data method using questionnaire. The method used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression.The results showed that: (1) the variable of People's Business Credit (KUR), total assets, total labor and marketing costs partially affect MSME income, (2) business location partially has no effect on MSME income, (3) simultaneously People's Business Credit (KUR), total assets, number of workers, marketing costs and business location affect the income of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, work discipline, personal communication, and service facilities at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Pemalang Regency. The population in this study were all visitors to the Population and Civil Registry Office of Pemalang Regency, totaling 7,326,263 people. The sampling technique in this study uses iteration sample techniques, with a total of 115 visitors. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed the equation Y = 11,086 + 0,80 X1 + 0,202 X2 + 0,107 X3 + 0,107 X4 + e. The magnitude of influence simultaneously between competence, service quality, work discipline, interpersonal communication to community satisfaction by 18.6%. The variable that gave the biggest contribution was service facilities which amounted to 4.3%, followed by work discipline variables which amounted to 4.16%, then interpersonal communication amounted to 3.92%, and service quality amounted to 4.16%.

Abstract

Public service is an activity or a series of activities in the framework of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, service, and or administrative services provided by public service providers. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence between employee competency, employee discipline, and physical work environment on the service quality of Kendal Regency’s Population and Civil Registration Service. The population in this study were service user in the Kendal Regency Population and Civil Registry Service 115 respondents analyzed as samples using the iteration formula. Data collection methods were done by questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis and percentage descriptive analysis. The result of this study indicate that employee competency, employee discipline, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the service quality. Employee competency have a positive and significant effect on the service quality, employee discipline have a positive and significant effect on the service quality, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of job training, job motivation and students competencies on the work readiness of office administration studenst XIth Grade of Vocational School in Pemalang. The population in this research was all of Office Administration Student XIth Grade of Vocational High School in Pemalang, there were 298 students. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling which was calculated using Slovin formula with a total sample of 171 students. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation and analyzed by descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the calculation data obtained by the multiple regression equation Y = 3,925 + 0,173x1 + 0,359x2 + 0,345x3 + e. The result of this study showed that job training, job motivation and students competenciesindirect affect to work readiness of office administration students XIth Grade of Vocational School in Pemalang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine wheter there is a positive and significant influence of office facilities, work discipline, and employee competence on service quality in east Semarang District Office Semarang City simultaneously or partially. The population of this research is users of office services in the east semarang district office semarang city. The research sample was 115 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The method of data analysis is descriptive analysis, linear regression and hypothesis test. The results of multiple regression analysis in this study are Y= 6,782 + 0,567FK + 0,436DK + 0,323KP + e.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of industrial work practices, information on the world of work and motivation to enter the world of work on student work readiness at SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal. The population in this study were all students of class XII Office Administration expertise program. The research sample consisted of 59 respondents who were taken from all students of class XII of the Office Administration expertise program of SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire and analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results of this study are (1) there is a partially positive effect of industrial work practices on job readiness of 18.49%, (2) there is a partial positive effect of information on the world of work on work readiness by 17.30%, (3) there is an effect Partially positive motivation to enter the world of work on work readiness is 14.66%, (4) there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between the variables of industrial work practices, information on the world of work, and entering the world of work on student work readiness by 76.4%.
