Abstract

The patient registration process at the Citeureup Health Center is still carried out manually where patients have to come directly and queue when they want to seek treatment at the Puskesmas, sometimes experience long queues during registration, and it is difficult to find service information or news about Citeureup Health Center. From these problems, the Citeureup Health Center requires an online patient registration information system. The online patient registration information system at the Citeureup health center is designed using the Waterfall method, the Waterfall method is a method that is very easy to follow every step of the way and is suitable for designing an online patient registration system. The results of this study are an online patient registration information system and information/news about the Citeureup Health Center, which is expected to help the Puskesmas, especially in the health service section, in serving patient registration and information to be provided to the public

Abstract

Along with the development of the times, human needs for technology are increasing along with the development of information technology that is increasingly rapid. The desire of humans to do things easily and quickly. To improve company performance, it can use information technology, especially computers, companies can manage information quickly and can be superior to other competitors. CV Juata Jaya Teknik is one of the companies engaged in contracting, this company offers contractor services with services that are fast, effective, and flexible, always trying to understand and serve wholeheartedly by realizing customer expectations for security, facilities, effectiveness and efficiency. Changes from time to time make developments in the field of technology increasingly diverse. Starting from the transportation sector, daily needs to the systems that exist in the company. One of them is the employee payroll system, in payroll some calculations are needed that refer to the SOP of the company. So that the system built can be adjusted to the needs and SOP of the company itself. With the employee payroll system application, it can simplify the data processing process quickly, accurately and efficiently so that it can avoid data delays and disharmony

Abstract

Business competition in the fashion industry will certainly greatly affect the level of quality that must be achieved by a company. Companies are competing to do many product innovations and improve quality and reduce reject products so that companies achieve the expected benefits or profits. If the company cannot control the quality properly, it can be imagined that the reject product will be high and this will certainly harm the company, not to mention the availability of uncertain materials can also be one of the factors hindering production. In one production of 5000 products there are 100 defective products that must be repaired. Defective products occur mostly in manual processes, namely in the gluing process. This research was conducted to find out related to quality control to reduce rejects that have been happening so far. The method used is Six Sigma DMAIC. Based on the calculation of the average DPMO value and the average sigma value of 3.7 with the possibility of damage to the production of 12,000 pcs when producing 1,000,000 pcs of bags.

Abstract

In the rapid development of information technology, the role of information technology is very important for a company that is especially engaged in technology. In companies engaged in technology solution services, optimizing information technology assets, management of hardware and software is the main thing. In addressing these problems, researchers will implement grouping and distribution of network access rights which aim to manage networking devices in the same broadcast. By using the Access Control List Routing method. VLAN technology is a virtual network to share the network in the same device in this case the settings on the Cisco router, so that it can communicate with different networks even though they are physically in the same segment. The Access Control List network provides a network security solution because of the blocking system for access outside the network that has been set up.

Abstract

In the work of supervising the production process in front of the monitor screen, there is an inappropriate body position between humans, monitors and their work equipment. In the CCR Finish Mill) – Mr. Dida E., workers use computers. The results of the ROSA measurement that have been carried out have a value of 5 (five) with the result that it has a high level of risk that requires immediate changes. The highest level of risk was obtained from the assessment of the backrest that was far back, the work table surface that was too high, and the position of the mouse that was far from the worker's body. A high level of risk can lead to potential work accidents and occupational diseases in workers in the workplace. Corrective actions that can be taken so that potential work accidents and occupational diseases can be avoided are preventing fatigue or damage to the eyes by applying the 20:20:20 principle, stretching muscles after 2 hours, adjusting the position of the backrest so that it is not too far back (if possible ) or adding padding at the waist, increasing the height of the chair and positioning the mouse close to the worker's body so that the mouse is not too far away, adding a footrest if the worker's legs are lifted as a result of the height of the chair being raised. Abstract

Mining industry has the closed relation which is not separated from some types of company. Those service company are very important for mining activities. The support company is a company who give service for making the mining activities run well. Research or analysis service for solid or water mineral content is one of the support companies as state above. The purpose of this research is to know the often damage of spare parts of Boyd Crusher as one of main equipment of service company above. In this case, the coefficient value of the form and the time parameter must be known by using Weibull distribution, so that the maintenance method can be decided by applicating preventive maintenance concept. This research is done by using quantitative – qualitative method which based data around 1 year and the result is found that the Cylindrical Roller Bearing is the highest damage component. This finding is continued to be analysed by using fish bone diagram to know the main factor of those damages and the result is the less of routine lubrication and Lubricant excessive quantity for that component part where this part is made from metal material that has high friction.

Abstract

Examination is an evaluation stage for students to find out the achievement of the competency level that has been determined in the Semester Learning Plan document. With the implementation of the exam, it can be seen the level of mastery of student competencies that are expected to be in accordance with certain subjects. To support the process of preparation, examination, approval and archiving of exam questions in universities, a system for preparing exam questions is needed that is in accordance with the guidelines for preparing exam questions. This study aims to design a data model that can be used for the preparation of exam questions at universities according to Standard Operating Procedures in the implementation of the preparation of exam questions. The relational data model was chosen as a technique in solving research problems. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that data modeling and design can be applied to the data for preparing exam questions at universities using a relational data model that can be implemented in the MySQL Database Management System.

Abstract

The application of Artificial Neural Networks in various fields of human life is getting wider, especially in the industrial sector. One of the artificial neural network structures that are quite often used is the Feedforward Neural Network with its well-known learning algorithm, namely Backpropagation. However, as reported by several researchers, Backpropagation has several weaknesses such as it takes a long time to converge in the training process, it is quite sensitive to initial weight conditions and is relatively often trapped in a local minima which can thwart the training process. In this study, the Adaptive algorithm is proposed as an alternative to the Backpropagation learning algorithm. The proposed algorithm provides hope in overcoming the weaknesses faced by Bakpropagation. As reported in the test results, compared to Backpropagation, the Adaptive algorithm is much stronger in dealing with variations in the initial weight conditions. From 100 tests in this study for each Backpropagation and Adaptive algorithm, with random variations for the initial weight value, the success rate of the Adaptive algorithm training process reaches 100% compared to Backpropagation which is at the level of 77%. In terms of speed, the Adaptive algorithm has successfully carried out the training process with an average number of iterations of 37 times compared to Backpropagation which requires an average of 162 iterations.

Abstract

The design of a data processing information system is currently much needed. By designing a data processing information system, the community, especially the congregation and administrators in the Indonesian Christian Church (GKI) Pulomas Jakarta can be facilitated in the process of data processing and information provision quickly, accurately and accurately, so as to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of church work. In this research, the author uses various methods of writing, including Data Collection Techniques, Software Development Methods, System Development Model design. Create an information system in the processing of church data that should be able to improve the performance of the ministry and be able to provide fast and accurate information. Abstract

The growth of several universities in Indonesia indicates that the knowledge gained is important for life or for finding work. The process of selecting universities, especially public universities for students is a complicated process and they may make a mistake in choosing a public university which in the end makes them feel they have wasted a lot of time. Therefore, the need for a computer-based system is deemed necessary to meet the information needs. This study uses the SDLC and waterfalls methods while the data collection is done by using the methods of observation, interviews, and literature study. The determination of the selection of this university will use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method as a determinant of the weight of each criterion to determine the priority of each university. For the manufacture of this system used the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design model. This study aims to produce a system design that can be used for the selection of state universities and can assist in providing evaluations based on student and student criteria, including location, accreditation, scholarships, facilities and SMEs.
