Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of financial compensation on employee retention (2) the effect of career development on employee retention (3) the influence of the non-physical work environment which moderates the effect of financial compensation on employee retention (4) the influence of non-physical work environments that moderate the effect of career development on employee retention. This research is a causal research. The population in this study were all non-managerial employees of Bank Bengkulu Cabang Curup and Bank Bengkulu Cabang Pembenatu Pasar Tengah, with a total of 38 people. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population, namely 38 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through the SPSS 20.0 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention at Bank Bengkulu Cabang Curup dan Bank Bengkulu Cabang Pembantu Pasar Tengah, (2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention at Bank Bengkulu Cabang Curup dan Bank Bengkulu Cabang Pembantu Pasar Tengah, (3) non-physical work environment does not significantly moderate the effect of financial compensation on employee retention at Bank Bengkulu Cabang Curup dan Bank Bengkulu Cabang Pembantu Pasar Tengah, (4) non-physical work environment does not significantly moderate the effect of career development on employee retention at Bank Bengkulu Cabang Curup dan Bank Bengkulu Cabang Pembantu Pasar Tengah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems related to the decline in the performance of employees of PT. Urbane Indonesia in 2016- 2017. With the declining performance of employees at PT. Urbane Indonesia, if left unchecked, will have a negative impact on the company. Of the many factors that affect employee performance, what attracts researchers is organizational culture. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Urbane Indonesia, to know the description of Organizational Culture at PT. Urbane Indonesia and to determine the level of employee performance at PT. Urbane Indonesia. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with a population of 67 employees and a sample of 67 employees. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test. The results of this study can be seen that the organizational culture together has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes: (1) the effect of role conflict on cyberloafing behavior (2) the effect of role ambiguity on cyberloafing behavior (3) the effect of role overload on cyberloafing behavior (4) the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload simultaneously on cyberloafing behavior. This study is quantitative. The population in this study is. The population in this study were employees of PT. Semen Padang in the HR and general department, the finance department, the production planning department, and the communication department, with a total of 257 people. The sampling technique was taken using proportional clustered simple random sampling where the number of samples was 156 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through SPSS 25.0 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) role conflict has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior among employees of PT. Semen Padang (2) role ambiguity has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior among employees of PT. Semen Padang (3) role overload has no influence and is non-significant to cyberloafing behavior in PT employees Semen Padang (4) role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload have a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior among employees of PT. Semen Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze the relationship between workplace spirituality and affective commitment when emotional intelligence is a moderat or variable to Nurses at the RST Dr. Reksodwiryo Padang. The population in this study were all contract nurses in the inpatient department at the RST Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang as many as 108 people. The number of samples used in the study was 85 people using the clusters proportional random sampling technique. The research design used in this study is causality research. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equational Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 . The results of this study revealed that the emotional intelligence moderates the relationship was found to be significant to Nurses at the RST Dr. Reksodwiryo Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of distributive justice on employee engagement on millennial employees in North Sumatra. (2) the influence of procedural justice on employee engagement on millennial employees in North Sumatra (3) the influence of interactional fairness on employee engagement on millennial employees in North Sumatra (4) the influence of transformational leadership on employee engagement on millennial employees in North Sumatra. This research is causal research. The population in this study was employees of millennials in North Sumatra. With non probability sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 300 people. With analysis techniques through SPSS 20.0. The results of this study found that: (1) distributive justice has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement in millennials in North Sumatra, (2) procedural justice has a significant positive effect on employee engagement in millennials in North Sumatra (3) interactional justice has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement in millennials in North Sumatra (4) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement to millennials in North Sumatra.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of emotional intelligence on burnout in nurses at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (2)The influence of emotional intelligence on self-efficacy at the nurses at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (3)The influence of self-efficacy on burnout at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (4)The effect of emotional intelligence on burnout in nurses at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital through self-efficacy. The population at that studying where all nurss at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospitality, totaling 177 people. While the number of samples in this study, namely the entire population was made a sample of 123 nurses using proportional clustered simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using smart PLS3. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a significant negative effect on the burnout in nurse at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (2)emotional intelligence as in up to positively influenced in self efficacy in nurse at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (3)Self-efficacy as in up to negatively influenced in they tendency from burnout in nurse at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (4)Emotional-intelligence as in significantly influenced in burnout through self efficacy in nurse at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior with the perception of organizational support as a mediator. This study uses 20 SMEs in Muara Bulian. The population in this study is MSME workers in the Muara Bulian. While the sample used is 90 employees. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires and data processing is done through smart PLS3. The results of this study indicate that Inclusive leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, Inclusive Leadership has a positive and significant effect on perceptions of organizational support, perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior and Inclusive Leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior with perceptions organizational support as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The influence of conscientiousness personality dimension on burnout in Prison Class II B Lubuk Basung employees. (2) The influence of neuroticism personality dimension on burnout on Prison Class II B Lubuk Basung employees. (3) The influence of quality of work life on prison officers class II B Lubuk Basung. (4) Workload effect on burnout on Prison Officers Class II B Lubuk Basung. This research is descriptive causative research. The population in this study is all employees of Class II Prison B Lubuk Basung which amounts to 40 people. Sampling technique in this study is total sampling technique. The study was analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis using spss 24.0 program. The results of this study found that: (1)The dimension of personality conscientiousness negatively affects burnout in prison employees Class II B Lubuk Basung (2) Dimension personality neuroticism positively affect burnout in prison workers Class II B Lubuk Basung . (3) The quality of working life negatively impacts burnout in Prison Class II B Lubuk Basung (4) Workload is very positive to burnout in Class II B Lubuk Basung Prison employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) The effect of workload on burnout on nurse of DR.Drs. M. Hatta Hospital. (2) The effect of workload on role stress on nurse of DR.Drs. M. Hatta Hospital.(3)The effect of role stress on burnout on nurse of DR.Drs. M. Hatta Hospital. (4) The effect of workload on burnout of nurse on employees of DR.Drs. M. Hatta Hospital through role stress. The population in this study were all nurses of The DR.Drs. M. Hatta Hospital, totaling 124 people. The number of samples was determined using Slovin with the number of samples obtained as many as 94 people who were taken using proportional cluster random sampling.,. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using smart PLS3. The result of this study is (1) workload has a positive effect on burnout in hospital nurses DR.Drs.M.Hatta Bukittinggi, (2) workload has a positive effect on role stress in hospital nurses DR.Drs.M.Hatta Bukittinggi , (3) role stress positive effect on burnout in hospital nurses DR.Drs.M.Hatta Bukittinggi, (4) Role Stress significantly mediates the relationship between workload and burnout in hospital nurses DR.Drs.M. Hatta Bukittinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of interpersonal trust on knowledge sharing among employees of Telkom Akses Sumatera Barat and the effect of interpersonal trust on knowledge sharing with support as a moderating variable on employees of Telkom Akses Sumatera Barat .The study population was all employee Telkom Akses Sumatera Barat, with a total of 255 employee. In this study the sampling technique used cluster proportional random sampling where the number of samples was 80 people. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0. The result of study revealed the moderating effect of leadaership support between interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing relationship was found to be significant to employee Telkom Akses Sumatera Barat .
