Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict management and employee training on the work ability of coffeeshop baristas in Padang City. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and multiple linear regression test with quantitative methods. The population in this study were baristas from the brewtherhood forum in Padang City with a sample of 40 respondents. In this study, the data collection technique was using a questionnaire. Based on the results of this study it shows that conflict management has a significant and positive effect on work ability which can be proven by the value of t count > t table that is 2.299 > 2.026, employee training has a significant and positive effect on work ability with t count 2.173 > t table 2.026. In addition, the two independent variables of conflict management and employee training have a significant and simultaneous effect on work ability where the value of Fcount is 25,449 > Ftable 3,24.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on employee commitment by using job engagement as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Ulp Air Molek. The population in this study were employees of PT PLN (Persero) Ulp Air Molek. The sample used is 49 employees. Data collection is done through questionnaires and data processing is done by smart pls3. Research shows that there is a positive and significant effect between interpersonal communication and employee engagement at pt pln (persero) ulp air Molek. Interpersonal interaction has a positive and significant effect on job engagement at pt. pln (persero) ulp air Molek, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on work engagement at pt. pln (persero) ulp air Molek, work engagement has no positive and significant effect on employee commitment at pt. pln (persero) ulp air Molek, work involvement does not moderate the influence of interpersonal communication on employee commitment at pt. pln (persero) ulp air molek.

Abstract

This poprpuse of this reserch is to analyze the effect of job autonomy, organizational learning, and work environmnet commitment of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang. Data was collected using questionnaires to 74 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang. The data that has been collected is then processed using SPSS. The results showed that job autonomy had a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. Further findings organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, lastly the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of transformational leadership on the affective commitment of the Mentawai Islands prosecutor's office employees. (2) The effect of transformational leadership on trust in the leaders of the Mentawai Islands prosecutor's office. (3) The influence of trust in leaders on the affective commitment of the Mentawai Islands prosecutor's office employees. (4) Transformational leadership mediates trust in the leader towards the affective commitment of the Mentawai Islands Prosecutor's Office employees. The population in this study were all civil servants (PNS) at the Mentawai Islands Prosecutor's Office, totaling 30 Everyone. Sampling technique is performed using total sample where the number of samples is the same as the population totalling 30 people. Data collection by questionnaire with Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the emotional commitment of the Mentawai Islands State Attorney's Office. (2) Some transformational leadership is positive and important effect on trust for the head of the Mentawai Islands State Attorney's Office. (3) trust in the leader has a positive and significant effect on emotional commitment of the Mentawai Islands floor (4) transformational leadership Has a positive and important effect emotional commitment with trust in the leader as a mediatorin the Mentawai Island Banquet

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office (2) The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office (3) The Effect of Perceived Organizational Support for the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office. The sampling technique in this study was a cluster proportional random sampling technique, with a total sample of 67 people. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on burnout in the area of ​​PT Pegadian (Persero) Padang through work-life balance as a mediator. The population of this study were 43 people,, with all employees in ​​PT Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang. The sample size for this study was determined using a total sampling appropriate to a population of 43 people. The analytical method used in this research is using SEM analysis with SmartPLS-3. The results of this study indicate that there are: Emotional intelligence has a negative significant effect on burnout. Emotional intelligence has a positive significant effect on work-life balance. Work-life balance has a negative significant effect on burnout. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on burnout through a balance between work and life as a mediator.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of career development on work engagement in civil servants at the People's Welfare Bureau, the Governor's Office of West Sumatra Province. The Effect of Career Development on Work Engagement moderated by Perceived Organizational Support for Civil Servants at the People's Welfare Bureau at the Governor's Office of West Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all civil servants in the People's Welfare Bureau at the Governor's Office of West Sumatra Province, as many as 42 people and a sample of 42 people. The research design used is causality research. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equational Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. This study indicates that Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employment Engagement for Civil Servants at the People's Welfare Bureau at the Governor's Office of West Sumatra Province. Perceived Organizational Support moderates the influence of Career Development on Work Engagement in Civil Servants at the People's Welfare Bureau, West Sumatra Province Governor's Office.

Abstract

This study plans to break down the impact of hardiness on burnout at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in West Pasaman with work stress as an interceding variable. The sort of exploration utilized is quantitative examination. This exploration is a causal examination. The populace in this study were each of the 36 representatives of the Ministry of Religion of West Pasaman. Abstract

This study analyzes: (1) the effect of task conflict on job satisfaction among employees of PT. Kunango Jantan West Sumatra. (2) the effect of task conflict on positive emotion in PT. Kunango Jantan West Sumatra. (3) the effect of positive emotion on job satisfaction in employees of PT. Kunango Jantan West Sumatra. (4) the effect of positive emotion mediation on task conflict on job satisfaction among employees of PT. Kunango Jantan West Sumatra. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kunango Jantan West Sumatra, totaling 256 people. While the number of samples amounted to 156 people. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using SmartPLS. The results of the study show that: (1) task conflict has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of PT. Kunango Jantan West Sumatra. (2) task conflict has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion on employees of PT. Kunango Jantan West Sumatra. (3) positive emotion has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of PT. Kunango Jantan West Sumatra. (4) task conflict has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with positive emotion as a mediating variable for employees of PT. Kunango Jantan West Sumatra.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effect of work family conflict on cyberloafing behavior through work stress on employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel, West Sumatra. This research is a type of quantitative research and is a causal research. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel West Sumatra, with a total of 58 people. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling where the number of samples is the same as the population, namely 58 people. Collecting data using a survey with a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square), which is a structural equation analysis technique (SEM) using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that work stress mediates the influence between work family conflict and cyberloafing behavior among employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel West Sumatra.
