Abstract

Background: The injectable method makes sex activities a dilemma in their use. This is because the long use of injectable contraceptives, which is more than 1 year, results in the accumulation of the hormone progesterone in the body so that the hormone estrogen is suppressed. This decrease in the hormone estrogen will affect the exit of the hormone testosterone. Whereas this hormone as a trigger for sexual arousal or libido. Objective: to analyze in depth regarding the impact of the use of hormonal (injectable) birth control on couple women of childbearing age. Method: this study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis with primary data collection techniques through indepth interviews. Results: The results of this study show that couples of childbearing age who use Hormonal birth control (injectable) there are some who experience libido disorders. However, among the acceptors who use hormonal birth control, both DMPA and cyclophemes that have more effect on decreasing libido function are DMPA injectable KB acceptors because they experience serious problems that require more treatment. Conclusion: that users of injectable birth control, both DMPA and cyclofem, both experience libido disorders.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Menarche is the first bleeding from the uterus that occurs in a woman. Menarche is caused by several factors including nutritional status, ethnicity, genetics, social, economic, etc. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between diet, food intake, nutritional status and exposure to social media with the age of menarche in adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Kolaka in 2021. Method: The type of research used is a cross sectional research design and the sample taken is 136 respondents and the sample is taken by stratified proportional random sampling. Statistical analysis used in this study is the chi square test. The research results are said to be related if the results of the statistical test p value <0.05. Result: The results showed that on average the respondents had an early menarche age of 55.1%. Most of the respondents have a good diet and intake of food as much as 86.8%. As many as 80.9% of respondents have normal nutritional status and as many as 72.1% of respondents have been exposed to social media. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables between diet, food intake, nutritional status and exposure to social media with age at menarche of respondents have a significant relationship.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Pengukuran kinerja KIA di rumah sakit merupakan hal biasa yang harus dilakukan setiap periode tertentu yang menjadi tanggung jawab pengelola untuk mengontrol pelayanan kesehatan mengingat rumah sakit merupakan pelayanan publik sehingga kinerjanya penting untuk diukur. Pelayanan KIA termasuk pelayanan kesehatan dasar yang bersifat wajib. Dalam menganalisis kinerja Rumah Sakit Mokoyurli secara akurat dan komprehensif diperlukan Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Berbagai masalah kesehatan KIA di Indonesia masih menjadi perhatian. Angka Kematian Ibu, Neonatal, dan Bayi yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Buol memiliki tren yang masih fluktuatif selama tahun 2017-2020. Rumah Sakit Mokoyurli sebagaisatu-satunya rumah sakit di pusat kabupaten Buol dan menurunkan AKI. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengukuran kinerja pelayanan KIA dengan BSC di RSUD Mokoyurli Kabupaten Buol. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja pelayanan KIA RSUD Mokoyurli Kabupaten Buol ditinjau dari segi keuangan, konsumen, proses bisnis internal, pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran beserta KPI. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 38 orang yang terbagi menjadi 30 responden kuesioner dan 8 responden wawancara yang mewakili masing-masing perspektif. Analisis data dilakukankomparatif dan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil dari segi keuangan terdapat 2 KPI yang sudah tercapai dan 1 belum tercapai dengan skor rata-rata 67%. Dari perspektif konsumen terdapat 3 KPI dan ketiganya tercapai dengan skor rata-rata 100% diantaranya adalah indikator Customer Acquisition sebesar 42,20%, Customer Retention sebesar 73,01%, dan kepuasan pelanggan diperoleh total skor sebesar 1644 untuk 5 dimensi dan 83,3 % termasuk dalam kriteria baik. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perspektif konsumen adalah jumlah kunjungan pasien, pelayanan prima untuk menjaga dan memastikan 5 dimensi pelanggansatisfaction. From the internal business process perspective, there are 4 KPIs achieved and 1 has not been achieved with an average score of 80% then in the growth and learning perspective there are 2 KPIs and both were achieved with an average score of 100%.Conclusion: The MCH performance of Mokoyurli General Hospital in the overall perspective has an average value of 85% where the 13 indicators of the measuring instrument used there are 2 indicators that have not been achieved. The measurement of the consumer perspective has an average value of 100% which is in the good criteria measured through acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction. Therefore, KIA Services can attract and retain customers and still pay attention to customer satisfaction.Keywords: Balanced Scorecard, Financial Perspective, Consumer Perspective, Internal Business Process Perspective, Growth and Learning Perspective, Hospital Performance.

Abstract

PIK-R (Adolescent Information and Counseling Center) is a forum for PKBR program activities that can be used to assist youth in solving problems they face by providing information, counseling, and education related to reproductive health. By using PIK-R students can avoid the risk of TRIAD KRR. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of the Information and Counseling Center for Adolescents (PIK-R) on adolescent reproductive health behavior at SMAN 2 Gowa. The type of research used is quantitative with an observational analytic approach and uses a cross-sectional design. Based on the results of the bivariate test, showed that there was no relationship between consultation (p = 0.102) on adolescent reproductive health behavior. However, there was a relationship between socialization (p = 0.010), parental support (p = 0.000), and social environment (p = 0.000) on adolescent reproductive health behavior. Recommendations for schools and PIK-R administrators to maximize the use of PIK-R starting from socialization and consultation. Parents of students are expected to pay more attention, educate and suggest entering organizations that can influence their adolescent reproductive health behavior. It is also expected for students to participate and take advantage of the activities carried out by PIK-R and choose a good social environment.

Abstract

In the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, nurses are professionals in the health sector who have to work and provide nursing services during the Covid-19 pandemic and always interact with patients who are positive for Covid-19 so as to increase the mental workload of nurses. The mental workload of nurses should be within normal limits. This study aims to describe the mental workload of female nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in the study were all female nurses on duty at Hospital X with a total sample of 22 nurses using purposive sampling technique with inclusion criteria, namely female nurses in charge of handling Covid-19 and the ICU room. The results showed that the mental workload felt by female nurses was in the high category of 17 (77.3%) and very high category of 5 (22.7%). The mental workload of nurses is in the high category and the indicator of the NASA-TLX method is the most dominant on the mental workload of nurses in Hospital X, namely the time requirement indicator of 21.75%. Suggestions in this study are for nurses to manage their time as housewives and workloads and provide the best care during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

In minimizing anxiety and worries as well as rebuilding consumer confidence so that they are willing to use health services in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, there is an appropriate communication strategy from management of health services. One of the communication that is considered appropriate in overcoming this unfavorable event is to perform the roles and functions of public relations properly. This study aimed to explain the Strategic Public Relations of Elim Rantepao Hospital in Maintaining the image of the Hospital in the Era of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This type of research used qualitative research methods. Methods collected documentation data and in-depth interviews to obtain information. From the aspec of public relation communicator in providing information to the public through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. Aspects of relationship Public Relations Elim Rantepao Hospital seeks to establish good relationships with the community, for example providing education to the community through social media on how to deal with the Covid situation. And support activities carried out by public relations. Aspects of Good Image Maker Public Relations of Elim Rantepao Hospital as a buider and creator of a positive image of the organization by providing open services to the public where open aservices can be accessed by the public with communication media used by public relations, namely Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube. The public relations strategy of Elim Rantepao Hospital in maintaining the image of the hospital during the pandemic is the educate the public about COVID-19, promote health promotion and hospital marketing, public relations as a mediator also connects the hospital and the community. Public relations needs to hold a family gathering in order to further strengthen the relationship between fellow employees.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Peritonitis is inflammation of the peritoneum (serous membrane that lines the abdominal cavity and covers the abdominal viscera) is a dangerous disease that can occur in acute or chronic forms. Objective: The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care for peritonitis patients by administering murottal therapy in the ICU room of Laburan Baji General Hospital, Makassar. Method: The method used is a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, observation of physical examination and documentation. Result: Implementation of giving murotta therapy; allow the patient to sleep peacefully Conclusion: Based on the results of the evaluation of the cases carried out, it was concluded that giving murottal therapy to patients who have peritonitis with sleep pattern disturbance problems can be resolved properly.

Abstract

One of the focuses of the No Smoking Area is based on the lawHealth and Makassar City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2013 is a place of teaching and learning process. This rule has not been implemented yet State Islamic University Alauddin Makassar, the reality shows that there are still lecturers, staff, and students who still smoke in campus area. So, this research was conducted to find out how SWOT Analysis of the Implementation of No Smoking Areas at UIN Alauddin Makassar.This research uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The number of informants was 26 people consisting of Vice Chancellor III, Dean, Lecturers, Employees, Students. Results research shows that there is strength in implementing a Smoking Free Area at UIN Alauddin Makassar namely there are rules of conduct regulated in the UIN Alauddin Student Pocket Book Makassar regarding the prohibition of smoking in buildings or faculties. However, there are Weaknesses that are owned by the Academic Community namely the existence of lecturers, employees and students who smoke in the building area or faculty so that it can disturb the people around him. As for in terms of Opportunities that there are Anti-Smoking Alauddin Makassar which can be used as empowerment and relationship relationships built with external institutions, namely Hasanuddin Contact which can work together to implement a No-Smoking Area at UIN Alauddin Makassar. On the other hand, that there is a threat that will generated as a disagreement, can creates a contradiction to active smokers if no room is provided specifically for smoking so it could be a demonstration to sue that matter.

Abstract

Background: Malnutrition in hospitals is a commonly occurring and often overlooked issue that impacts not only the clinical outcomes of patients, such as their length of stay, morbidity, mortality, and quality of life, but also the overall sustainability of the healthcare system. column format. Aims: The purpose of writing this systematic literature review is to collect scientific evidence regarding food service satisfaction assessment techniques for inpatients in hospitals. Method: This research conducting a literature review using PRISMA guidelines, using data based on Google Scholar and Scopus which examined the level of patient satisfaction with food services in hospitals. Result: From the six papers that we analyzed, we obtained an assessment process for the level of patient satisfaction using caloric intake calculations, and some used validated questionnaires, and obtained several appropriate strategies to increase the nutritional intake of inpatients. Conclusions: Assessing the patient's nutritional and nutritional intake is very important in determining the patient's health and recovery.

Abstract

Performance can be defined as the evaluation of employees' accomplishments in relation to pre-established work standards. One of the factors that affect performance is the leadership factor of a leader to be able to communicate and influence his subordinates so that they can work to achieve organizational goals. Purpose: This study aims to examine the impact of different leadership factors, such as leader-member relationships, task structure, and the leader's position power, on the performance of healthcare staff at the Tamalanrea Jaya Health Center in Makassar City. Methods: The study conducted between January and April 2023 at Tamalanrea Jaya Health Center involved a population of 37 health workers who were selected using the total sampling technique. The research method employed was a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. The data analysis techniques used were univariate and bivariate, and the tests applied were the Fisher exact test and contingency coefficient test. Results: The study's findings revealed that the performance of healthcare professionals at Tamalanrea Jaya Health Center was associated with three factors: leader-member relationship (p=0.001), task structure (p=0.012), and the leader's power position (p=0.005). Conclusion: The performance of healthcare workers at the Tamalanrea Jaya Health Center in Makassar City is correlated with leader-member relations, task structure, and the power of the leader's position. It is recommended for leaders to improve supervision and evaluation related to discipline and timeliness of entering employee working hours
