Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of job characteristics on organizational citizenship behavior which is mediated by job satisfaction in the banking sector in Malang City, namely PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Kawi Malang Branch. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 95 respondents. The source of data obtained in this research was obtained from distributing questionnaires (primary data). Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research uses path analysis. The research results show that job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Likewise, employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, job satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between job characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of career development and work-life balance on employee work productivity. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection by distributing questionnaires using 60 respondents. The data analysis technique uses a range of scale analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the research hypothesis using partial testing (t-test) and simultaneous testing (F-test). The research results explain career development in the good category, work-life balance in the very good category and work productivity in the very high category. Career development has a significant effect, work-life balance has a significant effect. The simultaneous influence of career development and work-life balance has a significant effect on employee work productivity. It can be concluded that the better the career development and work-life balance, the higher the level of employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload on employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable at the Department of Trade Department of Malang City's Diskopindag. This research is explanatory research. The research population consisted of 30 employees at the Department of Industry and Trade Cooperatives of Malang City. Sampling using total sampling so that the entire population is used as a research sample of 30 employees. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method which is operated using smartPLS 4.0. The results of the study prove that workload has a significant effect on employee performance, workload has a significant effect on work stress, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance and workload has a significant effect on employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ability and work environment on employee performance at Putra Masa Depan cigarette company. This research was conducted on production employees with a total of 72 respondents. The sampling technique of this study used proportional sampling. The type of research used is explanatory research. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS statistical application using multiple linear regression. From the results of data analysis, it was found that ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and ability is the variable that most influences employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the capital structure of property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2016-2019 period. This analysis method uses quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that of the 10 companies in the research sample, asset structure, profitability, and liquidity have a significant effect on the capital structure of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, asset structure has the greatest influence on the capital structure of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of halal labels on consumer purchasing decisions with religiosity as a mediating variable for ice cream and tea of Mixue consumers in Malang City. A sample of 112 respondents used a non-probability sampling strategy with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed to Mixed consumers. The analysis technique used in this study uses path analysis. It indicates halal labels can have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Halal labels can have a positive and significant effect on religiosity. Religiosity can have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, religiosity cannot mediate between halal labels and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of electronic word-of-mouth on purchase intention, mediated by the brand image of Robucca coffee shop in Malang City. Using a quantitative approach, the population used in this study were Instagram followers @robucca.id, with a total sample of 100 respondents analyzed using path analysis. The research results show that perceptions of e-word-of-mouth have a significant effect on consumer purchase intentions. The perception of electronic word-of-mouth has a significant impact on brand image. Brand image has a large influence on consumer purchase intentions. That is, the better the brand image, the more likely consumers are to buy. Brand image has been proven to be an intervening variable in the relationship between e-word-of-mouth perceptions and consumer intentions to buy. This means that the better the brand image, the greater the perceived impact of electronic word-of-mouth on purchase intention.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work-life balance on job satisfaction mediated by burnout. This research was conducted at PT Pesona Indonesia Plywood Industri (PIPI), involving 82 employees in the veneer division. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach and analyzes with path analysis. From result of this research was work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work-life balance has a negative and significant effect on burnout, and burnout has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through burnout.
