Abstract

ABSTRAKPada perkuliahan Instrumentasi dan Kendali pokok bahasan sensor masih belum optimal. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Mesin yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Instrumentasi dan Kendali menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa merasa kesulitan memahami materi sensor. Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan sehingga pembelajaran menjadi kurang kondusif dan menjadi pasif. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut maka tujuan khusus dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan panduan praktikum sensor berbasis Arduino dengan pendekatan collaborative teamwork learning model untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Mesin Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut di atas, maka model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Berdasarkan hasil validasi dari 3 validator menunjukan bahwa, skor rata-rata validasi termasuk dalam kategori baik (3,65). Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa panduan praktikum sensor yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan pada perkuliahan Instrumentasi dan Kendali. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba terbatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran lebih efektif dengan indikator bahwa mahasiswa antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran sehingga hasil belajar mahasiswa telah mencapai ketuntasan secara individual maupun klasikal. Kata Kunci: panduan praktikum, sensor, arduino, collaborative teamwork learning model. ABSTRACTAt lecturing Instrumentation and Control the subject of censorship is still not optimal. Based on the results of interviews with Mechanical Engineering students who have taken the Instrumentation and Control courses show that most students find it difficult to understand about censorship. This is due to the lack of learning tools used so that learning becomes less conducive and passive. To answer these problems, the specific objective in this research is to develop an Arduino-based sensor practicum guide with a collaborative teamwork learning model approach to improve the competencies of students majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Surabaya. To achieve the above objectives, the development model used is the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). This article will only discuss the results of the validation of the sensor practicum guide that has been developed. Based on the results of the validation of 3 validators showed that, the average score of validation included in both categories (3.65). It can be said that the sensor practicum guide developed is suitable for use in Instrumentation and Control lectures. Based on the results of limited trials it can be concluded that learning is more effective with indicators that students are enthusiastic in participating in learning so that student learning outcomes have been completed individually or classically. Keywords: practicum guide, sensor, arduino, collaborative teamwork learning model.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia adalah salah satu rujukan nasional untuk meningkatkan mutu dan daya saing bangsa Indonesia di sektor SDM melalui pencapaian kualifikasi sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang dihasilkan oleh sistem pendidikan dan sistem pelatihan kerja nasional, serta sistem penilaian kesetaraan capaian pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan  restrukturisasi kurikulum dan menghasilkan kurikulum Program Studi D3 Teknik Listrik Fakultas Teknik Unesa berbasis Standart Nasional Dikti (SN-Dikti) dan Kerangka Kualifikasi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (KKNI). Penelitian dilakukan semester gasal tahun akademik 2018/2019. Langkah restrukturisasi dilakukan melalui 1) perumusan profil lulusan berdasarkan analisis SWOT dan tracer study, 2) perumusan learning outcome (capaian pembelajaran) program studi mengacu pada KKNI dan SN-Dikti, 3) perumusan bidang kajian dan kedalaman mata kuliah, 4) penyusunan struktur kurikulum dan silabus ke dalam dokumen kurikulum, dan 5) hasil penyusunan kurikulum selanjutnya dilakukan FGD guna memperoleh masukan yang lebih banyak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan penyempurnaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SWOT Analisis.                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: restrukturisasi, kurikulum, SN-Dikti, KKNI. ABSTRACTIndonesian Qualifications Framework is one of the national references to improving the quality and competitiveness of the Indonesian people in the HR sector through the achievement of the qualifications of Indonesian human resources produced by the education system and national job training system, as well as the equivalence learning achievement system. This study aims to restructure the curriculum and produce the curriculum of the Electrical Engineering D3 Study Program Faculty of Engineering UNESA based on National Higher Education Standards (SN-Dikti) and Indonesian Qualifications Framework (KKNI). The study was conducted on odd semester of 2018/2019 academic year. Restructuring steps are carried out through 1) formulation of graduate profiles based on SWOT analysis and tracer study, 2) formulation of learning outcomes (learning outcomes) study programs referring to KKNI and SN-Dikti, 3) formulation of study fields and depth of courses, 4) preparation the structure of the curriculum and syllabus into curriculum documents, and 5) the results of the curricula compilation were then carried out by FGD in order to obtain more input for use as a refining material. Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram Studi (prodi) DIII Teknik Mesin adalah salah satu prodi di Jurusan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) yang memiliki penjurusan otomotif dan produksi. Jumlah mahasiswa yang masuk di prodi ini setiap tahun berkisar 70 orang dan mereka dibagi dalam dua kelas. Pada akhir semester empat, mereka akan dibagi menjadi dua penjurusan seperti di atas berdasarkan kemampuan akademik dan minat masing-masing mahasiswa. Jumlah dosen tetap yang mengajar dalam prodi ini adalah 10 orang dengan bidang keahlian otomotif, produksi, konversi energi dan sistem manufaktur. Jumlah ini telah memenuhi standar minimal jumlah dosen dalam satu prodi yaitu enam orang. Dari hasil Laporan Kinerja Dosen (LKD) pada periode empat tahun ini didapatkan hasil bahwa Beban Kinerja Dosen (BKD) mengalami kelebihan di atas ketentuan standar BKD yang minimalnya 12 sks (sistem kredit semester) dan maksimalnya 16 sks. Dari ketiga unsur tri dharma yang dinilai yaitu pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat, ada kenaikan berbeda di setiap unsurnya yang dialami oleh masing-masing dosen sehingga memengaruhi total sks yang diizinkan oleh BKD standar setiap semesternya. Dari hasil yang telah didapatkan, LKD masing-masing dosen mengalami kenaikan di atas rata-rata 12 SKS namun masih terhitung normal. Juga nampak distribusi dosen pada masing-masing prodi kurang merata atau masih banyak dosen mengajar pada prodi yang bukan home base-nya. Sehingga hasil analisis sementara dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa masih diperlukan tambahan dosen baru yang berkonsentrasi pada salah satu prodi yang ada di jurusan.                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: BKD, LKD, otomotif, produksi, sks. ABSTRACTDIII Mechanical Engineering study program is one of study programs in Mechanical Engineering Department, State University of Surabaya (Unesa) that has automotive and production majors. The number of students who enter in this program are around 70 students per year and they have been divided into two groups. In the end of fourth semester, they will be divided into the majors above which is based on their academic abilities and interests. The number of lecturers who lectured in this program are 10 peoples with the areas of expertise are automotive, production, energy conversion and manufacturing systems. These numbers have been fulfilled minimal numbers of lecturer in a study program that are six peoples. Based on Lecturer Performance Report (LKD) in this four years period, it is obtained that Lecturers Performance Burden (BKD) have increase above BKD provision that has 12 sks (credit transfer system) minimum and 16 sks maximum. From the three elements of Tridharma, that are education, research and community services, there had different increasing in each element that had experienced by each lecturer as of influencing total sks which are allowed by BKD provision per semester. From the results which have been obtained, the LKD on each lecturer goes up on the above 12 sks average but it is still normal. Also it seem that lecturer distribution in each study program did not equal or many lecturers gave lecturing at study program that it is not their home base. Finally the whilst result that can be attracted is the department still needs new lecturer that focus in one of the study programs in the department.                                                                                                 Keywords: automotive, BKD, LKD, production, sks.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKemampuan mengungkapkan pendapat merupakan hal yang perlu dimiliki oleh peserta didik, baik mengungkapkan pendapat secara lisan maupun tulisan. Kemampuan mengungkapkan pendapat juga dapat membuat peserta didik aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Think Talk Write adalah tipe pembelajaran yang melalui tiga tahapan belajar yaitu berpikir, berbicara (komunikasi), dan menulis Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write berbantuan dengan media edublogs. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran sistem komputer antara sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write berbantuan edublogs, mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran yang dilakukan, serta untuk mengetahui kelayakan media edublogs. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan kuisioner atau angket.  Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen Pre-experimental Design dengan tipe One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, dengan penerapan pretest dan posttest. Analisis data yang digunakan adalalah analisis instrumen pembelajaran (RPP, butir soal, modul, angket respon, media). Untuk analisis hasil belajar menggunakan analis awal yaitu uji normalitas dan  uji Paired sample T-Test. Untuk mengukur respon peserta didik menggunakan angket respon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X pada SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo jurusan Teknik Informatika.Berdasarkan hasil validasi dari para ahli perangkat pembelajaran RPP memperoleh persentase 91%, validasi butir soal memperoleh persentase 90,83%, validasi modul pembelajaran memperoleh persentase 90,83%, validasi angket respon peserta didik mendapatkan persentase 85,60%, dan validasi media pembelajaran edublogs mendapatkan persentase 90%. Keseluruhan perangkat yang divalidasi termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak.Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dengan uji Paired Sample T-test menunjukkan hasil 0,000. Nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik antara sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pembelajaran metode kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write. Sesuai dengan perhitungan angket respon yang telah diberikan kepada peserta didik memperoleh hasil 72,20%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki respon positif terhadap pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write berbatuan Edublogs. Kata Kunci: Edublogs, Respon,Think Talk Write ABSTRACTThe ability to express opinions is a must-have for learners, whether expressed orally or written opinions. The ability to express opinions can also make learners active in teaching and learning activities. Think Talk Write was learning model which has begun from the activity of thingking, talking (communicating), and writing.This study aims to apply Think Talk Write type of cooperative learning method with edublogs. This study was used determine student learning outcomes on computer system between before and after the application of Think Talk Write type of cooperative learning method with edublogs, knowing student response to this study, and to knowing media viability. Data collection techniques in this study are literature studies, interviews and questionnaires, and . The method used in this study is the Pre-Experimental Design with types One-group pretest-posttest design with the application of pretest and posttest. Analysis of data is used an anysis of learning instruments (Lesson plans, question items, modules, reponse questionnaires, and media). Anaysis of learning outcomes using the normality test and paired sample T-test. Student responses using a quistionnaire response. The population in this study were student of X 2 Buduran  Sidoarjo State Vocational High School majoring in Informatics Engineering. Based on the validation of the expert, the result were lesson plan gets a percentage 91%, question item gets a percentage 90,83%, learning module gets a percentage 90,83%, student responses questionnaire gets a percentage 85,60%, and media gets a percentage 90%. All the validated item are included in the very feasible category.The results of the analysis by Paired Sample T-test are 0.000. This significance score obtained under 0.05, so it conclude there are differences in student learning outcome betweem before and after the application of Think Talk Write type of cooperative learning method with edublogs. The calculation of the questionnaire responses have been given to student get result 72.20%. So, it can be concluded students have a positive response to Think Talk Write type of cooperative learning method with edublogs. Keywords: Edublogs, Respon, Think Talk Write

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to measure the effectiveness of direct learning on makeup Sikatri material in improving learning outcames. The study was conducted on seventh grade vocational high school students with a total of twenty seven students. The classroom action research technique is applied throughout the information retrieval method. Analysis is distributed on management knowledge and learning outcomes instruments. Control data are going to be calculated by percentage and cross tabulation testing to determine the link between variables. Significance on basic cognitive goals that a procedure for planning and decoding easy strategies of makeup Sikatri by using video. Observation of students' learning activities is applied throughout the cycle and basic skills to broader and authentic reasoning associated with makeup Sikatri are determined through the applying of direct learning. Important variations were obtained with an average increase of 60%. The findings show not only are more students a lot of conscious of using direct instruction but also when asked to design a broader scientific assessment, several students learn how to construct basic information from direct instructions. Additionally, some students were ready to notice their own learning technique after watching a video. These results indicate that the applying of the direct learning through classroom action research is exactly ready to catch up on learning outcomes have been dominated by the discovery approach within the teaching and learning method.                                                                                                 Keywords: direct instruction, sikatri makeup, learning outcomes, classroom  action research.

Abstract

ABSTRAKHadirnya revolusi industri 4.0 telah menggeser beberapa aktifitas manusia, otomasi teknologi hampir di semua bidang pekerjaan berdampak pada keterampilan yang dibutuhkan industri. Politeknik sebagai pendidikan vokasi perlu menyiapkan langkah strategis untuk menyiapkan lulusannya agar mampu menghadapi tantangan pada era tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji revitalisasi Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan di era industri 4.0.  Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, dan fokus grup diskusi (FGD). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dapat simpulkan terdapat 7 indikator revitalisasi Politeknik untuk menjawab tantangan revolusi industri 4.0 yaitu (1) Relevansi kurikulum, (2)  Dual system 3-2-1, (3) Penyiapan dosen industry, (4) Teaching factory, (5) Sertifikasi dosen dan retooling, (5) TUK dan LSP, dan (7) Sertifikasi lulusan.  Revitalisasi Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan perlu dilakukan dengan harapan kelak pada gilirannya dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang siap menghadapi dan memiliki peluang memenangkan tantangan kehidupan yang semakin kompleks di abad 21 hususnya untuk menghadapi gempuran revolusi industry 4.0.                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: dual system, industri 4.0, pendidikan vokasi,revitalisasi politeknik, teaching factory. ABSTRACTThe industrial revolution 4.0 has shifted some human activities, technology automation in almost of all work fields that has impacts with the skills which are needed by industry. Polytechnic as higher vocational education needs to prepare strategic steps  in creating creditabel graduates in order to  face the challenges in that era. The aims of this study is to examine the revitalization of Balikpapan State Polytechnic in industrial era 4.0. The collecting the data  were done through observation, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD). The data obtained were analyzed with descriptively qualitative. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that there are 7 indicators of Polytechnic revitalization to answer the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0, such as : (1) Relevance of  curriculum, (2) Dual system 3-2-1, (3) Preparation of industrial lecturers, (4) Teaching factory, (5) Lecturer certification and retooling, (6) TUK and LSP, and (7) Graduate certification. The revitalization of Balikpapan State Polytechnic  needs to be done and hopefully it will  create graduates who are ready to face and have the opportunity to win  the complex life challenges in the 21st century  especially in industrial revolution 4.0.                                                                                                 Keywords: Dual System, Higher Vocational Education, Industry 4.0, Revitalization of Polytechnic, Teaching factory.
