Abstract

This research aims to provide the effectiveness of the use of innovative learning in the social attitudes of students. Education is one of the components that contribute to the success of nation development. The most notable improvement in  student  activity  during  the  learning  process  by  using  the  Teams-Games-Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model has increased The  most  notable  improvement  is  that  the  social  skills  of  grade  V students at SD N 1 Padangbulia are shown in the observation results of students ' social skills towards classroom learning. The most prominent aspect of social skills is the aspect of collaborating with others and the aspect of caring. Keywords: cooperative, social, TGT

Abstract

This study aims to measure the predictive power of the four sources of self-efficacy on self-efficacy teaching critical thinking in prospective MIPA teachers at Ganesha University of Education. This study collected 202 respondents from various study programs in mathematics education, physics education, chemistry education, biology education, and science education with semester levels and different teaching practice experiences. The research method uses a survey in the form of an online and offline questionnaire. The result, the four sources of self-efficacy have predictive power that is quite strong and has a contribution of 45.2% to self-efficacy teaching critical thinking. However, the source that predicts the strongest is not in the mastery experience variable according to the researchers' hypothesis statement but emotional arousal. The discussion of these results begins by looking at the background of the respondents who are prospective teachers so that the respondents do not have much teaching experience, especially teaching success. Other findings also discussed in this study that GPA, semester level, and teaching practice experience of prospective MIPA teachers do not have a correlation with self-efficacy teaching critical thinking

Abstract

Social studies learning is learning related to social relationships. Social studies learning is also related to human and community interactions at school and outside of school. Meanwhile, distance learning greatly limits social activities due to health protocols, so this certainly has an impact on the learning process, including social studies learning in elementary schools. Moreover, social studies learning which teaches students related social and citizenship issues, of course, is quite difficult to teach through distance learning and in conditions of limiting social activities. Some of the obstacles experienced by students are the limited time in the online learning process, the difficulty of students in understanding the learning material delivered by the teacher, network constraints which are sometimes less stable and the home atmosphere which is sometimes less conducive to learning. Abstract

Learning mathematics is about abstract concepts and structures contained in mathematics and looking for relationships between concepts and mathematical structures. Learning mathematics must go through a process that survives from a simple concept to a more complex concept. Elementary mathematics learning can be done by implementing vedic mathematics. The results of the study stated in the first cycle, obtained an average student learning outcomes of 73.66 thanks to the good category while the classical completeness of 46.66% and absorption of 73.66%. Based on the results of data analysis in the second cycle, the average student learning outcomes obtained were 82 thanks to the good category, while the classical completeness was 86% and absorption was 82%. So that it can be said that the implementation of vedic mathematics has succeeded in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students. Keywords: Vedic Mathematics and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Media is an introduction to communication, one of which is in the learning process. Media as an introduction in the learning process is very necessary to bridge students in learning science. One type of media that is applied in elementary science learning is local culture-based media. The use of this media, is able to increase the understanding and achievement of student learning because learning science elementary schools that are based on local culture is very close to the daily lives of students. In this study a mapping of elementary school science learning grade IV is in accordance with the theme in the 2013 curriculum. Each theme that discusses the subject of natural science is presented through the local culture of Bali in accordance with the learning content. Local culture-based media in learning can be in the form of teaching materials or student worksheets. The presence of local culture-based media is able to increase students' motivation and learning activities which lead to increased learning outcomes. Keywords: Local Culture Based Media, Elementary Science Learning

Abstract

Education is a pillar of the nation's progress, becoming a developed nation is certainly an aspiration to be achieved by every country in the world. It is common knowledge that the progress of a country is influenced by educational factors. Education is the process of printing the nation's next generation of quality. Therefore, educating the nation's life is made one of the national goals that must be fought for by all parties. Schools based on local wisdom are in tune with the government's efforts to preserve culture in Indonesia. Currently, the younger generation of the nation's successors are starting to leave their own culture and switch to western culture. The thing that tarnished Indonesia's name was the events of the past few years. One of the causes of this incident is that the younger generation does not want to learn about their own culture.

Abstract

School is an institution that manages and administers education and teaching to students in an effort to achieve the expected goals and is a powerful place in building the intelligence, attitudes and skills of students in facing the realities of life. The concept of multiculturalism is sometimes a bit confusing, because it simultaneously refers to two different things, namely reality and ethics or practice and teaching. As a reality or practice, multiculturalism is understood as a productive representation of the interactions between various social elements in a collective level of life. As an ethic or teaching, multiculturalism refers to the spirit, ethos and beliefs of how the diversity of private and relatively autonomous social units, such as ethnicity and culture, should be managed in public spaces. Abstract

Degradation of character appears to be the abandonment of local cultures by being replaced by foreign cultures which actually have a negative impact on the development of Indonesia's young generation, especially in Bali. Therefore it is necessary to have a character education based on local wisdom so that the younger generation does not forget the Balinese culture. The vision of the government that fosters local wisdom-based character is "Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali". Through this vision, the provincial government of Bali issued a number of policies relating to the preservation of Balinese culture from the day of the use of traditional Balinese clothing, the implementation of the Balinese language month, to the use of local Balinese products. Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in science learning outcomes of elementary school students by applying the examples non examples learning model assisted by audio visual media. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of Kubutambahan Elementary School No. 1, Kubutambah District, Buleleng Regency in the Academic Year 2019/2020 with a total of 28 students. This research is a classroom action research study consisting of two cycles. Student learning outcomes data were collected using test instruments. Research data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that learning science by applying the examples non examples learning model assisted by audio visual media can improve the learning outcomes of students with excellent predicate science. Keywords: learning models, examples non examples and audio visual, learning outcomes
