Abstract

The aim of this research is: (1) to know the intencity of using internet as one of geography learning source in Geographic Study Program, Teachers Training and Education Faculty, at University of Lampung Years 2011. (2) to see student motivation in using internet as geography learning source in Geographic Study Program, Teachers Training and Education Faculty, at University of Lampung Years 2011. The method used descriptive methodology. The population was 40 student. Based on the research, it can be seen that: (1) intencity of using internet as learning resourches is about 10-40 hours every month. It belongs to medium rate (medium users). (2) student motivation in using internet as learning resourches belongs to medium rate.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui intensitas pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Geografi Jurusan Pendidikan IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung Angkatan 2011. (2) untuk mengetahui motivasi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Geografi Jurusan Pendidikan IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung angkatan 2011 dalam memanfaatkan internet sebagai sumber belajar.Populasinya berjumlah 40 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1) intensitas pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar mahasiswa sebanyak 10-40 jam per bulan, pemanfaatan ini tergolong sedang (medium user.) (2) motivasi mahasiswa memanfaatkan internet sebagai sumber belajar tergolong motivasi sedang.Kata kunci: geografi, pemanfaatan internet, sumber belajar.

Abstract

The research purpose is to increase the students activities and geography learning result using think pair share model of cooperative learning. The method is classroom action research. The subjects of this research are the students of social 11thgrade, State Senior High School Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung City. Object of research is Think Pair Share model to increase activites and result study. Research use analytic describe to analysis data. An increase of students activities in cycle I 19,04%, increas at cycle II is 43,58% and at cycle III 73,89%. The applied of think pair share model can increased the students learning result, it is proved by increased of learning result in cycle I is 11,91%, increase to 35,89% in cycle II and 61,09% in cycle III. The result that Think Pair Share model can increase the activities and geography student learning result in social 11thgrade State Senior High Shool Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung city.Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar geografi siswa melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subyek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Al-Azhar 3 Kota Bandar Lampung. Objek penelitian adalah model Think Pair Share untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif analitik. Terjadi peningkatan, aktivitas belajar siklus I sebesar 19,04%, siklus II 43,58% dan meningkat pada siklus III sebesar 73,89%. Penerapan model think pair share dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa hal ini terbukti dari peningkatan hasil belajar pada siklus I sebesar 11,91%, meningkat pada siklus II yaitu 35,89% dan meningkat pada siklus III yaitu 61,09%. Hasil penelitian model think pair share dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Al-Azhar 3 Kota Bandar Lampung.Kata Kunci: aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, think pair share

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to (1)find out the location of flood in Central Tanjung Karang in 2011-2013, (2)describe the condition of declivity at the location, (3)describe the land usage at the location, (4)describe the type of soil at the location, (5)describe the cause of flood. The method used was descriptive method, with documentation and observation as the data collecting technique. In term of data analyzing technique, it used analytic descriptive technique. The conclusions drawn in the research were (1)the locations of flood were Durian Payung, Pasir Gintung, Kaliawi, Kelapa Tiga, and Gotong Royong subdistrict, (2)the declivity at the flood locations was the area located in category 0-8% (flat area), (3)the land usage were residence, trade, and service, (4)the type of soil at the locations was latosol, (5)the main cause of flood was the change of land usage system.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1)mengetahui dimana lokasi banjir di Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Pusat Tahun 2011-2013, (2)mendeskripsikan kemiringan lereng di lokasi banjir, (3)mendeskripsikan penggunaan lahan di lokasi banjir, (4)mendeskripsikan jenis tanah di lokasi banjir, (5)mendeskripsikan penyebab banjir. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif, dengan teknik dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik desktiptif analitik. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah (1)lokasi banjir yaitu di Kelurahan Durian Payung, Pasir Gintung, Kaliawi, Kelapa Tiga, dan Gotong Royong, (2)kemiringan lereng lokasi banjir yaitu daerah yang terletak pada kategori kemiringan lereng 0-8% (wilayah datar), (3)penggunaan lahan di lokasi banjir adalah kawasan pemukiman serta perdagangan dan jasa, (4)jenis tanah di lokasi banjir adalah tanah jenis latosol, (5)penyebab utama banjir yaitu perubahan tata guna lahan.Kata kunci: banjir, tanjung karang pusat, lokasi

Abstract

The problem in this study aims to determine and analyze (1)the differentiation of studied geography between communicative method and visual based on IT for students in grade XI social at Fransiskus Senior High School in year 2017/2018. (2) Te effect of learning activities that use visual media based on IT to the geography students in grade XI social at Fransiskus Senior High School in year 2017/2018. The research method used is Quasi Experimental Design.The result indicated (1) there is differentiation in the result of studied geography in used visual media based on IT and used communicative method. (2) Theres the influence of learning activities that use visual media based on IT to the geography students in grade XI social in Fansiskus Senior High School in year 2017/2018.Masalah dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) Perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media visual berbasis TI dengan yang menggunakan metode ceramah pada pelajaran Geografi kelas XI IPS SMA Fransiskus Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. (2) Pengaruh aktivitas belajar yang menggunakan media visual berbasis TI terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Fransiskus Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen semu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media visual berbasis TI dengan yang menggunakan metode ceramah pada pelajaran Geografi pada kelas XI IPS di SMA Fransiskus Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors that support the continuity of earthenware crafts in Podomoro Village, Pringsewu Sub-district, Pringsewu Distric. This study uses descriptive methods. The population in this study were 30 earthenware craftsmen. Data collection techniques used are interview, questionnaires and documentation. The data were analized by using tables and percentages. The results of the study show that: (1) as much as (93.33%) craftsmen declare that capital facilities were a supporting factor of the earthenware crafts continuity. (2) All craftsmen declare the convenience of raw materials as a supporting factor for earthenware crafts. (3) All craftsmen declare the convenience of labor as a supporting factor for the continuity of earthenware crafts. (4) All craftsmen declare the convenience of transportation facilities as a supporting factor for earthenware crafts. (5) All craftsmen declare that marketing facilities are a supporting factor for earthenware crafts business. (6) There are other reasons as the supporting factor of the continuity of pottery craft which is consumer.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mendukung kelangsungan kerajinan Gerabah di Desa Podomoro Kecamatan Pringsewu Kabupaten Pringsewu. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengrajin gerabah sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah tabel dan persentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Sebanyak (93,33%) pengrajin menyatakan kemudahan modal sebagai faktor pendukung kelangsungan kerajinan gerabah, (2) Seluruh pengrajin menyatakan kemudahan bahan baku sebagai faktor pendukung kerajinan gerabah, (3) Seluruh pengrajin menyatakan kemudahan tenaga kerja sebagai faktor pendukung kelangsungan kerajinan gerabah, (4) Seluruh pengrajin menyatakan kemudahan sarana transportasi sebagai faktor pendukung kelangsungan kerajinan gerabah, (5) Seluruh pengrajin menyatakan kemudahan pemasaran sebagai faktor pendukung kelangsungan usaha gerabah, (6) Terdapat alasan lain sebagai faktor pendukung kelangsungan kerajinan gerabah yaitu konsumen.Kata kunci: faktor pendukung, gerabah, kerajinan

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the description of workforce industry in Kerupuk Rafika Industry at Tanjung Harapan subdistrict, South Kotabumi district, North Lampung Regency in the year of 2012, and it focused on the workforce, worker's age, gender, distance between workers’ houses and working location, education level, and income level. In this research, the researcher used descriptive method. The populations of the research all work in Kerupuk Rafika Industry were 20 people.. The primary data collecting techniques were done by observation, interviews, questionnaires, while the secondary data collecting technique was done by documentation. The data analysis of the research was table percentage.  The results of this research indicated that: (1) the average age of the workers were 25 years old which were included in productive age.(2) There were 55% or 11 male respondents and there were 45% or 9 female respondents. (3) The average distance between the workers’ houses and working location was 4, 5 km, with the nearest distance 1 km and the farthest distance 10 km. (4) The average education level of the workers in Kerupuk Rafika industry was junior high school. (5) The average income level of the workers in Kerupuk Rafika industry were Rp 567,500,- per month with the highest income Rp 650,000,-per month and the lowest income Rp 450,000,- per month. Key words : Workforce, Age, Distance, Education, Income

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of constraints in teaching social studies teacher at the junior high school in the District Natar Private South Lampung regency academic year 2014/2015. This research was using descriptive method. The population in this study were 18 teachers who will be the quasi respondents. Collecting data was using observation, documentation, structured interviews. Analysis and presentation of data tables as the basis for interpretation and description in a research report.The results showed that (1) There were 12 teachers (66.7%) did not have the preparation in teaching, (2) There were 13 teachers (72.2%) did not control the current methods of teaching, (3) There are as many as 10 teachers (55 , 6%) did not use the media when teaching, and (4) There were 11 teachers (61.1%) did not make a lesson plan to carry out teaching duties.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kendala guru dalam mengajar IPS di SMP Swasta pada Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian menggunkan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 guru yang semunya akan dijadikan responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara terstruktur. Analisis tabel data dan presentasi sebagai dasar interpretasi dan deskripsi dalam membuat laporan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat sebanyak 12 Guru (66,7%) tidak memiliki persiapan dalam mengajar, (2) Terdapat sebanyak 13 Guru (72,2%) tidak menguasai metode saat mengajar, (3) Terdapat sebanyak 10 Guru (55,6%) tidak menggunakan media saat mengajar, dan (4) Terdapat sebanyak 11 Guru (61,1%) tidak membuat RPP untuk melaksanakan tugas mengajarnya.Kata Kunci: kendala guru, penggunaan media, penggunaan metode, penguasaan materi, penguasaan perangkat RPP.

Abstract

This study aims to map the distribution of geography teacher needs in Way Kanan district on 2013, to describe the distribution of geography teacher needs in the Way Kanan district Lampung Province in 2013, to get on information about the educational background of geography teacher in every school in the Way Kanan district on 2013, the Way Kanan distribution geography teacher corresponding to the amount needed in the Way Kanan District 2013. This study used a descriptive method. The objects of research are throughout the high school in the Way Kanan district that are 32 schools and have 29 geography teacher. Data was collected by using questionnaires and documentation. From the results, it can be stated that the distribution of high school geography teacher in the Way Kanan district Lampung Provincein 2013 was uneven and not suitable according to the number of teachers needed in every high school in the Way Kanan district in 2013.Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan sebaran kebutuhan guru geogarfi di Kabupaten Way Kanan tahun 2013, mendeskripsikan sebaran kebutuhan guru geografi di Kabupaten Way Kanan Provinsi Lampung tahun 2013, mendapatkan informasi tentang latar belakang pendidikan guru geografi di setiap SMA di Kabupaten Way Kanan tahun 2013, dan sebaran guru geografi yang sesuai dengan jumlah yang dibutuhkan di Kabupaten Way Kanan tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian seluruh SMA di Kabupaten Way Kanan yaitu berjumlah 32 sekolah dan memiliki 29 orang guru geografi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat dinyatakan bahwa sebaran guru geografi SMA di Kabupaten Way Kanan Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2013 kurang merata dan tidak sesuai dengan jumlah guru yang dibutuhkan pada setiap SMA di Kabupaten Way Kanan tahun 2013.Kata kunci: kebutuhan guru, pemetaan, sebaran.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to get information on the contribution of the yard against the income of the family. This research is descriptive research. The populationin this reseach were 396 families. Witdrawal of samples is using a purposive sampling of 50% of the 102 families in the hamlet of the Trukorejo Lor. Method of data collection used are the methods of observation, interviews and dokumentation. Methods of data analysis is using the table percentage. Research result obtained are : (1) the average area of lawn by family there was 1.094 m2. (2) Utilization of the family compound was classified as low. (3) The form of the farm yard utilization variation under the shrubs, plants, agriculture and animal husbandry. (4) the average familys income that comes from the grounds was Rp 507.500 monthly. (5) The average income of the families outside the grounds was Rp 2.977.678 monthly. (6) The contribution towards the total income of the family yard belongs to low with an average was 13,91 %. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang kontribusi pekarangan terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 396 keluarga. Penarikan sampel menggunakan PurposiveSampling sebesar 50% dari 102 keluarga di Dusun Trukorejo Lor. Metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan tabel persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Rata-rata luas pekarangan yang dimiliki keluarga 1.094 m2. (2) Pemanfaatan pekarangan keluarga tergolong rendah. (3) Variasi pemanfaatan pekarangan berupa pertanian hortikultura, pertanian perdu, tanaman keras dan peternakan. (4) Rata-rata pendapatan keluarga yang berasal dari pekarangan sebesar Rp 507.500 perbulan. (5) Rata-rata pendapatan keluarga di luar pekarangan Rp 2.977.678 perbulan. (6) Kontribusi pekarangan terhadap pendapatan keluarga tergolong rendah yaitu 13.91%.Kata Kunci: Kontribusi, Pekarangan, Pendapatan Keluarga

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the relationship between the completeness of learning resources and learning motivation with the results of geography learning of the first grade students The research method used is correlational. The data collecting technique used in this research is documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is product moment correlation. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that: (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between the completeness of learning resources owned by students at home with the students' learning outcomes on the subjects of geography of the first grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Tumijajar, the correlation coefficient obtained is rxy = 0,736. rtabel = 0,235. . (2) There is a high positive correlation between students' learning motivation and students' learning outcomes in geography subjects of the first grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Tumijajar, with rxy = 0,606. rtabel = 0,235.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelengkapan sumber belajar dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar geografi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian korelasional. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tehnik dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis datanya menggunakan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kelengkapan sumber belajar yang dimiliki siswa dirumah dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Geografi Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tumijajar, diperoleh koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,736. rtabel = 0,235. (2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang cukup tinggi antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tumijajar, diperoleh rxy = 0,606. rtabel = 0,235.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kelengkapan sumber belajar, motivasi siswa
