Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about crisis communication in the news of covid-19 on social media Facebook in the Kunduran village community, Seluma Timur. . In this study, the authors used qualitative research. Bogdan and Taylor define qualitative research methods as research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The people of Kunduran Village have the view that the news of covid-19 on social media facebook circulating is mostly news made up by certain people so that the truth cannot be accounted for. Therefore, people who use social media Facebook as a means to find information about COVID-19 must choose and sort out the correct news from trusted sources, such as on the Indonesian Ministry of Health's Facebook page.

Abstract

Every school must have a Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG), one of which is SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu. At this school, teacher performance assessments are carried out annually based on predetermined criteria. However, in the assessment process it is still done manually, the impacts that occur are errors in giving grades and differences in understanding between teachers because they feel less satisfied and inaccurate grades, causing instability in the teaching and learning process as well as gaps between teachers in schools. The teacher performance assessment application at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City is an application that is used to facilitate the process of managing teacher performance assessment data in schools, where this application is made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. In this application, one of the Decision Support System Methods (DSS) has been applied, namely the Moora Method, so that the final result of the evaluation of teacher performance assessment is based on the calculation of the Moora Method. This can be used as an alternative in helping the school to add additional benchmarks for evaluating teacher performance assessment through the Moora Method approach which is calculated computerized so that the final score for each teacher will be made a ranking of the highest value to the lowest value. Based on the results of black box testing, the functionality of the teacher performance appraisal application at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City has been running as it should and is able to display the final results of the teacher performance assessment based on the Moora Method process.

Abstract

The recruitment process requires a professional and accurate way to produce human resources that can support the quality and successful of organization. The recruitment of new employees is an activity carried out at CV. Ria Printing when it requires additional workers or changes in workforce. So far, the new employee selection system is still done manually by looking at the highest score from prospective employees which usually lasts a long time, because the organization or company must first check and select the criteria and requirements that are completed by prospective employees carefully. In this situation, in selecting new employee, a decision support system is needed so that employee recruitment can be carried out more accurately. One method that can be applied in the desicion support system in determining new employees is Preference Selection Index Method. This method is useful for solving multi-criteria decision making, there is no need to assign relative importance between attributes and there is no need for computing attribute weights involved in decision making. The results obtained are based on the highest value in the application of Preference Selection Index using sample data of 10 people, so that 1st rank is Bella Grace with score of 0.96, 2nd rank is Adella Fitriansyah with score of 0.88 and third rank is Aedi Dicerita with score of 0.76. From the results of the high assessment, it can make it easier for the recipient of CV. Ria Printing KM 6.5 in making decisions to determine new employees.

Abstract

PKBM Khinanti is a non-formal educational institution center for community learning activities. To get a quality education, a trainer (teaching staff) is needed who is reliable in their field, therefore it is necessary to apply the application of the preferences selection index method in the selection of trainers (teaching staff) for the khinanti pkbm case study. This application can be used to assist the process of assessing trainers (teaching staff) based on predetermined criteria, namely, last education, cumulative index scores, age, and teaching status. Each decision alternative will have these criteria. In this case, to determine the selection of trainers (teaching staff) it is done by summing the weights on each alternative for all attributes, thus this application is able to handle the selection of trainers (teaching staff) so that it will not be difficult to determine the assessment of the selection of trainers (teaching staff).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource planning and organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study as many as 48 employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency who have become ASN and honorary. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 0.868 + 0.547X1 + 0.448 X2+e, this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (HR planning) and X2 (organizational culture) on performance (Y). It means that if the variables of HR planning and organizational culture increase, it will increase performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.602. This means that X1 (HR planning) and X2 (organizational culture) affect performance (Y) by 60.2% while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. HR planning has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.010 is smaller than 0.05. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variables of HR planning and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

Pembangunan konstruksi yang ada di Indonesia semakin meningkat seiring berjalanya waktu. Pembangunan tersebut tidak hanya terjadi di provinsi-provinsi besar saja tetapi juga terjadi pada provinsi lainya, salah satunya Provinsi Bengkulu. Meningkatnya pembangunan konstruksi juga meningkatkan permasalahan baru. Permasalahan tersebut ialah cost overrun (pembengkakan biaya) dan time overrun (keterlambatan waktu). Berdasarkan data nasional, terdapat 38% proyek di Indonesia yang masih mengalami time overrun. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan manajamen konstruksi yang baik, terutama dalam pengelolaan biaya dan waktu dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cost overrun dan time overrun pada proyek konstruksi jalan yang ada di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS untuk menganalisis datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proyek konstruksi jalan yang ada di Kota Bengkulu pada rentang waktu 2015 - 2020, mengalami cost overrun dan time overrun sebesar 79%. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi cost overrun dan time overrun pada proyek konstruksi jalan yang ada di Kota Bengkulu ialah faktor material (bahan) sebesar 32,0%, faktor biaya sebesar 16,2%, faktor tenaga kerja sebesar 14,2%, faktor pelaksanaan dan hubungan kerja sebesar 10,4%, faktor peralatan sebesar 8,7%, faktor kejadian yang tidak terduga sebesar 8,2%, dan faktor karakteristik tempat sebesar 6,8%. Cara yang paling efektif untuk meminimalkan cost overrun dan time overrun yang akan terjadi ialah dengan mengontrol rencana proyek dan realisasinya secara real time.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah memunculkan tantangan baru untuk diatasi oleh suatu negara, karena memberikan implikasi ekonomi, sosial, pendidikan dan politik tidak saja negara-negara besar akan tetapi hampir seluruh negara didunia. Covid-19 merupakan sejenis virus dari family corona viridae yang menyebabkan penyakit menular dan mematikan yang menyerang manusia pada saluran pernapasan hingga ke paru-paru. Pada umumnya pengidap covid-19 akan mengalami gejala awal berupa deman, sakit tenggorokan, pilek dan juga batuk-batuk bahkan sampai parah dapat menyebabkan pneumonia. Virus ini dapat menular melalui cairan pernafasan yang keluar dari tubuh penderita saat batuk atau mengeluarkan ludah dan riyak. Banyak negara melakukan kebijakan yang diterapkan di dalam wilayahnya. Seperti sistem kebijakan lockdown, atau social distancing terhadap masyarakat. Itu sebabnya pemerintah Indonesia saat ini mengimbau serta mengingatkan kegiatan dari social distancing. Secara khusus yaitu mengenai bagaimana negara merespons dan berupaya mencegah dan menghentikan penyebaran virus jauh lebih luas. Beberapa negara menunjukkan keberhasilan, tetapi ada pula yang menunjukkan kegagalan dari kebijkan tersebut. Tulisan pendek ini mencoba untuk menganalisis dampak pandemi COVID-19 suatu negara dalam implikasi dari masyarakat dan para tenaga medis dalam suatu kebijakan social distancing atau jaga jarak.

This paper is motivated by research at the internship at PT. Prima Multi Equipment. This study aims to analyze the demand for goods and what are the factors that influence the PT. Prima Multi Equipment in the period July 2021 – January 2022. The observed data were taken directly from the staff at PT. Prima Multi Equipment and through interviews and get results in the form of demand for goods is strongly influenced by the factors that influence it. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the performance of regional property managers, the Land and Finance Agency of Binjai City (BPKPAD). As the Regional Treasurer, BKPAD is a technical organization that is responsible for receiving regional revenues and financing regional needs through the Ministry of Regional Finance. The presence of the regional treasury allows the regions to regulate the availability of sufficient funds to fund regional expenditures. The Regional Treasury Department can also be used to find out what the wealth of an area is. The regional treasury itself is also included in the comparative balance, which is part of the financial statements. The previous cash management survey received regional revenues and used the funds paid for regional expenditures. The administrative guidelines for the implementation of the Binjai City APND stipulate that the procedures for receiving and paying cash are handled directly by the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Finance has carried out its functions in accordance with these guidelines. In general, the performance of Binjai City BPPKAD Asset Management is currently not good and still not optimal. This can be seen from the metrics used to measure the current performance of BPPKAD Asset Management: accountability, transparency, and profitability. Efficiency and effectiveness need to be improved in order to increase APBD revenues to provide regional finance.
