Abstract

The Central Bureau of Statistics is a Non-Ministerial Government Institution that is directly responsible to the President. So far, population data by sex and age group is done by calculating the population based on the age range starting from 0-4 years old up to 75+ which is separated by male and female sex (data attached). The data that has been processed so far is only a projection of population data, and is not reprocessed to obtain information about the grouping of population data by age. So Bengkulu City BPS has difficulty in mapping out the best program for the elderly population because Bengkulu City BPS does not yet have valid data on the number of elderly residents. The grouping of elderly population data in the K-Means Method and the K-Medoids Method was divided into 2 groups, namely high and low groups. Clustering based on male gender, the results of grouping in each clueter are different, while the number of iterations that occur is the same but the processing time between the two methods is different, where the K-Medoids method is faster than the K-Means method. Clustering based on female gender, the results of grouping in each clueter are different, while the number of iterations is the same but the processing time between the two methods is different, where the K-Medoids method is faster than the K-Means method. The results of the comparative analysis between the K-Means and K-Medoids method, it was found that the differences in the results of grouping, iteration and processing time occurred depending on the initial centroid value used in each method.

Abstract

In this study, the development of a system that is able to assist the community in searching for advocates / lawyers, especially in Bengkulu City is carried out. Where the community enters the case they are experiencing, then matches the case that has been handled by an advocate in Bengkulu City. This match process is through the Levenstein Ditance algorithm approach. The final match result will be given to the public who are looking for a lawyer in the form of a match percentage level of the case handled. The Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In the application, the Levenstein Distance Algorithm has been applied to make it easier to find advocate data by looking at the highest percentage level. In the process of searching for advocate data, the public enters the keyword of the case that is being experienced, then the system will read the keyword by comparing the case data that has been handled by the advocate in the database, resulting in a percentage level for each record in the database. In the Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City, there are 2 access rights, namely Administrator and Community, each of which has different features. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City has been running properly and the application is able to display search results through the stages of the Levenstein Distance Algorithm.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAplikasi pepelayan sevis AC mobil pada CV. Andromeda bengkulu dimana dalam proses kerja aplikasi pelayanan servis ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman visual basic. 6.0. Metode yang dilakukan pada Aplikasi Pelayanan Servis AC Mobil pada ANDROMEDA ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem dan metode blackbox, yaitu dengan menguji form input data yang terdapat pada Aplikasi Pelayanan Servis AC Mobil pada ANDROMEDA. Hasil Aplikasi pelayanan servis ini pada CV.Andromeda  yaitu  tiga input dan empat output yang terdiri input perbaikan input pelanggan dan input transakasi sedangkan output terdiri dari laporan Perbaikan, laporan transaksi perhari dan perbulan, laporan nota, pengimputan dan laporan data-data pelayanan servis AC.Mobil Andromeda ini lebih akurat dan detil serta cepat dan efektip. Primary Key : Pelayanan, Transaksi, Servis AC Mobil

Abstract

Minat dan bakat siswa merupakan dua faktor internal yang sangat erat hubungannya dengan pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah. Minat sebagai aspek kejiwaan bukan saja dapat mempengaruhi tingkah laku individu, tetapi juga dapat mendorong individu untuk tetap melakukan dan memperoleh sesuatu yang diminatinya. Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 2010 dan metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. metode waterfall mampu melakukan analisa kebutuhan bakat dan minat olahraga siswa  disekolah menegah kejuruan negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu. Dari hasil didapatkan bahwa sistem tersebut dapat membantu bakat dan minat olahraga siswa  di Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan Negeri 1 kota bengkulu. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Weight Product, Siswa

Abstract

The decision making process in determining the recipients of problems mainly lie in subjectivity, in which there are some students who have the ability or the value is not much different. Thus it is necessary to build a support system in making decisions that can be used to simplify the determination of who is eligible for the scholarship. The system is supported by Tsukamoto Fuzzy Logic method which is based on data and norms of human resources with the criteria specified by the donor. The result of this process is the weight of student assessment is the basis on which decisions recipients. Software is created by using Microsoft Access 2007 and Visual Basic 6.0 to Microsoft as a tool with these applications can help the scholarship awardees in the screening process accurately and quickly. Abstract

Developments in science and technology is now becoming more sophisticated with the advent of modern tools, for example, is a computer. The use of computers in society is no stranger to either diperkantoran, homes, and other pasilitas. In this case the computer is connected to the existing components in the computer that serves as a tool insert (input) and the tool keluaraan (output) through the computer components can be used to control the hardware (hardware) and other purposes. Parking control system uses sensors Swicth are now widely applied disupermarket, and other objects, especially banks, offices that serve to simplify the calculation of the cost of parking and security support with some limitations that are likely to cause problems in terms of security, parking entrance queue, the queue out parking and some other things we do not want. But the satisfaction and comfort of use in terms of services such as parking and security queues of vehicles are not so considered by pengelolah parking at this time, benefited business interests more than the interests of consumers are less noticeable, to give satisfaction for the use of parking that can minimize the queue at the gate entrance and out the door by accelerating the process of entry, exit, in order to give priority to the interests of consumers so that consumers feel comfortable in their vehicle memakir better than the manual way.

This study aims to make information systems at Headquarters Services unit (YANMA) Bengkulu Police with the PHP programming language and information MySQL.Sistem Headquarters Services (YANMA) is one form of simplification of the system of documentation of data and service activities as well as the headquarters can be a medium of information for the public about the functions, tasks and activities carried out by the Service Headquarters (YANMA) in Bengkulu Provincial Police. Headquarters Services information systems (YANMA) can be accessed through Bengkulu Police http://yanma.baseba.com address. The information displayed among other profiles, vision and mission, organizational structure, personnel information, the task of setting information, information activities, galleries, tools and supplies and guest book.

Abstract

The growth of technology was progress so fast and show benefist that better than never to business world. One of all technologies is present computer as media witch so help us, this media can facilitate work of same one. This happen used by companies and afficials prossession of government or corporate to increasing their effectiveness and efficiency in work. As one of public service, Puskesmas Kampung Bali city has purpose to giving health service to society that want it.As one of public service in healthy area, Puskesmas Kampung Bali Bengkulu City in serving to patient who get difficulty at the first time when come to Puskesmas Kampung Bali. It is couse less information so patient don’t know where are they go to regist and what is form of service that will they recive later never the lass can handled, if must passing a queue that spend time to much and sometimes will produce a messiness. It is mean that often happen getting the start of each other, sometimes any patient who unresponsibility or not want to queue with good manner, but they get service earlier ( except UGD ). So the other patient feels unsatisfiedly about service in Puskesmas. This happen caused by any bad of sytem so decelerate information that needed by patient.In design og system of patient queue in Puskesmas Kampung Bali Bengkulu City by using visual basic 6.0 after that do analysis process of queue system that going on in Puskesmas of Bengkulu City with design interface or appearance of input and output that produced by this queue system. Than from produce of queue sytem after implementationed, tested, and finally writer can take conclusion that is = process of patient queue must do faster and accurate, so that service can be more maximal, mor effective cause queue system has integrated in one special program in system form. By this system, administrator enough operate the program if want to looking for information about way of using this progam only with look facility using program that consist in this program so not need administaror in a continue and also not spond time to much.Keyword : Queue, Visual Basic 6.0

Abstract

Sistem informasi yang berbasis komputer mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam menyediakan sistem informasi bagi setiap organisasi atau instansi pemerintah. seperti halnya pada Rumah Dinas Gubernur Provinsi Bengkulu. Dimana saat ini buku piket masih bersifat manual atau proses pengolahan data ditulis satu persatu pada kertas dan buku besar. Ini tentunya sangat membutuhkan suatu sistem yang terorganisir dan kompleks. Dan apabila hanya didukung oleh sistem manual, maka efesiensi dan efektifitas dalam penyajian informasi tersebut tidak akan tercapai. Sistem Informasi Buku Piket Rumah Dinas Gubernur Provinsi Bengkulu merupakan satu aplikasi yang dapat membantu petugas piket dalam melakukan pengolahan data buku piket yang meliputi mendata aset, kegiatan, dan tamu. Selain itu aplikasi ini memungkinkan untuk pembuatan output laporan yang akan dilaporkan berdasarkan hari, bulan, dan tahun. Sistem Informasi Buku Piket Rumah Dinas Gubernur Provinsi Bengkulu dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic .Net. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, Sistem Informasi Buku Piket Rumah Dinas Gubernur Provinsi Bengkulu dapat membantu petugas dalam mengelola data kegiatan, aset, dan tamu, dimana selama ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Dan Jika petugas/admin yang tidak memiliki password, maka tidak bisa mengakses Sistem Informasi Buku Piket Rumah Dinas Gubernur Provinsi Bengkulu. Abstract

Every school must have a Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG), one of which is SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu. At this school, teacher performance assessments are carried out annually based on predetermined criteria. However, in the assessment process it is still done manually, the impacts that occur are errors in giving grades and differences in understanding between teachers because they feel less satisfied and inaccurate grades, causing instability in the teaching and learning process as well as gaps between teachers in schools. The teacher performance assessment application at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City is an application that is used to facilitate the process of managing teacher performance assessment data in schools, where this application is made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. In this application, one of the Decision Support System Methods (DSS) has been applied, namely the Moora Method, so that the final result of the evaluation of teacher performance assessment is based on the calculation of the Moora Method. This can be used as an alternative in helping the school to add additional benchmarks for evaluating teacher performance assessment through the Moora Method approach which is calculated computerized so that the final score for each teacher will be made a ranking of the highest value to the lowest value. Based on the results of black box testing, the functionality of the teacher performance appraisal application at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City has been running as it should and is able to display the final results of the teacher performance assessment based on the Moora Method process.
