Abstract

This study was conducted to assess the factors affecting monitoring and evaluation of capital projects in selected woredas of Hadiya Zone, south Ethiopia. The main sources of data were both primary and secondary sources of data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires administered to the selected respondents and interview. The sampling technique employed for this research was purposive sampling to select sample Woredas. The binary logistic regression analysis was used by applying stata 14 software. Results of the study revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between effective monitoring and evaluation of governmental capital project and availability of budget. Regression analysis revealed that a unit change in availability of budget increased evaluation of capital projects in government organization 1.409 units. Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between stakeholder participations and evaluation of capital projects in government organization. Regression analysis revealed that a unit change in stakeholder participations increases effectiveness of evaluation of capital projects by 1.192 units. The study revealed that there was a positive and significant relationship between selection tools and techniques or methods and evaluation of capital projects. Regression analysis showed that a unit change in selection tools and techniques/methods increased monitoring and evaluation of capital projects by 2.721 units. Regression analysis showed that a unit change in skill level of experts increased effectiveness of monitoring and evaluation of capital projects by 2.688 units. The skill level of experts significantly affects the capital projects performance of monitoring and evaluation system. The planning, monitoring and evaluation core work process of governmental organization’s capital projects in each sector should employ experienced and skilled human power so that they can put in place effective monitoring and evaluation system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Family Hope Program policy in the era of the covid-19 pandemic in Ulumahuam Selatan Village, Silangkitang District, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province. The basic method used in this research is to use descriptive analysis approach. The research location was conducted in Ulumahuam Village, Silangkitang District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The total population in the study amounted to 359 residents. This study determined 50 respondents using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the quality of life of households receiving PKH policies during the COVID-19 pandemic, their quality of life decreased compared to before the pandemic. This is because the people receiving PKH are increasingly difficult, this is shown from the respondents' answers to the average monthly data income of respondents. answered Rp. 500,000 to Rp. 1,000,000 million because during the covid 19 pandemic their business was quiet and some of their business was closed. There are differences between the PKH policies before the Pandemic and the PKH policies during the Pandemic, it can be seen that the amount of funds received before the pandemic for pregnant women was IDR 2,400,000 while during the pandemic it changed to IDR 3,000,000. Likewise, funds for early childhood, elementary, junior high, high school, severe disabilities and the elderly. Not only that, assistance in the form of basic necessities has also changed or the government has increased the amount of basic food assistance which was previously Rp. 150,000/Family, to Rp.200,000/Family. With the PKH policy, it is hoped that the poor will decrease, but in fact the poor are increasing in Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment and workload on performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan either partially or simultaneously.The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. The sample in this study using the slovin formula totaling 81 employees atPT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 24.00. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneouslywork environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at office Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Langkat. The population used in this study amounted to 50 employees. While the sample taken is 50 employees, the sampling technique used is total sampling. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The research results indicate that work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance compliance. Then together, work discipline and work motivation have a moderate influence on employee performance

Abstract

Islamic banking as a business institution based on sharia values ​​and principles, the qualifications and quality of human resources clearly demands an integration between "Knowledge, skill and ability" with moral commitment and personal integrity. Emphasis on the aspect of morality, which in this trend is believed to be the key success factor for the "key success factor" in business management, financial institutions and Islamic banking, namely Al-siddiq (true, honest), Al-amanah (trusted, credible), Al- tabligh (communicative, transparent) and al-fatanah (smart, professional) are as important as knowledge, abilities and skills. JeThe type of research used in this research is quantitative research with causality research design. Quantitative research method is a research method with data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. Based on the philosophy of positivism and is a scientific/scientific method because it has fulfilled scientific principles, namely concrete/empirical, objective, measurable, rational and systematic variablesremuneration policy directly significant effect on professionalism. Sharia Remuneration variable directly has a significant effect on professionalism. Human resources variables directly have a significant effect on professionalism, Sharia remuneration indirectly through human resources has an insignificant effect on professionalism, Sharia remuneration variables directly have no significant effect on human resources, variableremuneration policy directly does not have a significant effect on professionalism.

Abstract

Google Classroom learning media in distance learning classes becomes a medium worth considering. The purpose of this study was to find out the level of admission of students in using google classroom learning media. The approach method is carried out by quantitative method by spreading the questionnaire to students and the results of this data collection are calculated using SPSS. The analysis model used is the Technology Acceptance Model. From calculations and analysis obtained the result that the relationship between ease of use of intentions and interface design relationship to usability is rejected. While the result of the relationship of usability to intention, the relationship between intention with the use of technology, the relationship between interface design with ease, the relationship of experience to ease and the relationship of ease to usefulness received
