Abstract

The research aims to see impact of Jakarta’s Large Scale Social Distancing (PSBB) when the Covid-19 pandemic for capital market in Indonesia. The data used are Indonesia Composite Index (IHSG), a month before PSBB (2 March 2020 – 9 April 2020) and during PSBB (13 April 2020 – 5 June 2020). The research used Paired Sample T-Test, for comparing two samples data whether they are related or not.The result: There is no significant different between stock price before PSBB and during PSBB. This point can be explained that investors have been anticipating the impact from Covid-19 pandemic. Likewise, Governor of Bank Indonesia said that PSSB in Jakarta will bring positive impact for money market, so that it makes positive sentiment for investors. Consequently, there is no significant impact for composite stock price

Abstract

Pada dasarnya, pelanggan ingin mendapatkan material yang telah dipesan kepada produsen sesuai dengan pesanan yang telah disepakati, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas, kedua karakteristik ini tidak dapat dipisahkan pada saat pendistribusian material.  Berdasarkan hal itu, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh defect dan lead time terhadap distribusi material yang telah dipesan oleh customer ke supplier.Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini, mengambil populasi pelanggan yang sudah memiliki loyalitas terhadap PT. Lasindo Jaya Bersama selama 10 tahun lamanya, yakni 50 pelanggan.  Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Saturation Sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda.

Abstract

Abstract

Kebijakan ekonomi nasional lebih banyak dibimbing oleh paham-paham neoliberalisme. Dimana, kepentingan kesejahteraan masyarakat lebih berada dibelakang kepentingan elit-elit ekonomi nasional maupun para pemodal asing. Neoliberalisme tidak lain adalah kapitalisme dengan spirit yang lebih progresif. Kajian analisis ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dimana kebijakan ekonomi sebagai suatu entitas yang sangat menentukan pada system perpolitikan yang ada dan pembangunan nasional sebagai entitas lainnya memiliki keterkaitan yang sangat kuat. Masuknya neoliberalisme dengan orientasi kapitalis untuk mampu menguasai berbagai aspek ekonomi dan politik. Perpindahan rezim dari Orde Baru yang berwatak diktator ke rezim-rezim reformasi tidak punya arti apa-apa dilihat dari sisi hubungan antara negara dan modal. Fungsi kedua rezim sebagai pengurus kepentingan kaum borjuis tetap saja berlangsung, dengan melakukan apapun agar pengerukan kekayaan dapat terus bekerja

Abstract

Belakangan ini banyak bermunculan berbagai situs online shop, diantaranya bukalapak, olx, tokopedia, elevenia, lazada, kaskus, zalora, dll. Berbeda dengan online shop seperti zalora, produk-produknya langsung ke pembeli. Meski produk orang lain yang di jual, tapi aktivitas upload produk dan hingga delivery dilakukan pemilik toko online. berbeda dengan kaskus, penjual adalah perorangan yang sesekali menjual dagangan atau barang pribadi ke pembeli via marketplace. Calon pembeli yang tertarik bisa kontak, melihat barang & transaksi langsung ke penjual. Tidak ada jaminan karena tidak memiliki toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi resiko terhadap niat beli konsumen online di kaskus, seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi manfaat terhadap niat beli konsumen online di kaskus, seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi resiko & persepsi manfaat terhadap niat beli konsumen online di kaskus. Dalam hal ini penulis, menggunakan data primer yang di dapat dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat Jakarta Pusat yang langsung menjadi responden yaitu sebanyak 165 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, persepsi resiko memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 15,5% terhadap niat beli konumen. Persepsi manfaat memberikan pengaruh yang signikan sebesar 11,2% terhadap niat beli konsumen. Adapun secara bersama-sama, persepsi resiko dan persepsi manfaat signifikan berpengaruh terhadap niat beli sebesar 21,7%

Abstract

This research is related to the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. The dependent variable used in this study is the development of MSMEs during the Covid 19 pandemic, while the independent variables are collaborative governance and the Omnibus  Law. The power of sharing in collaborative use of social media is the key to the success of MSME marketing during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Omnibus Law encourages the strengthening of the MSME ecosystem through various facilities, including ease of licensing, certification, financing, market access, training, digital infrastructure, implementation of electronic systems and transactions, as well as the business climate in the MSME sector. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of collaborative governance and the Omnibus Law on the development of MSMEs during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by taking a sample of 30 MSME actors in Jakarta. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between collaborative governance and the Omnibu Law on the development of MSMEs during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Many people have known that Covid-19 has changed the world in all aspects. One of the aspect is education. It has made a lot of changing in transferring knowledge drastically, because lecturing was given online, attendance list was checked by program, examination was done by application. This research will describe about teaching and learning activities during the Pandemic of Covid 19 in Institut Stiami, Jakarta. Data collection was taken by interviewing some students by using zoom, google meet, WhatsApp, SSO (Single Sign On) of Institut Stiami or other Application. WhatsApp and Zoom are the application that often used in the Teaching and Learning Process. One of the biggest problem during online learning is about internet pulse or quota and connection is up and down sometimes. However, most of the students concluded that they enjoy learning online and during pandemic (Covid-19) and the teaching-learning activities ran quite well. During the lesson, some problem appeared such as technology, technical problem, internet connection, communication, etc., but all can be solved

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh e-ticket dan promosi pada media sosial intagram terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket AirAsia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan data dan informasi yang dilakukan dengan pemberian kuesioner kepada penumpang yang pernah pergi ke Bali menggunakan penerbangan AirAsia Indonesia dengan sampel 65 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, Setiap responden menjawab pertanyaan sebanyak 25 pertanyaan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dimana dalam penelitian ini terdapat 3 variabel yang diwakilkan variabel bebas yaitu e-ticket (X1), promosi media social instagram (X2) dan variabel terikat yaitu keputusan pembelian (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukan e- ticket berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara motivasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. E-ticket dan promosi media social instagram secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 52.3% dan sisanya sebesar 47.7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research discusses about the implementation of the cost efficiency strategy at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. As for the phenomenon of the problem that the authors observe on the financial ratios report of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., especially in the BOPO ratio (Operating Costs to Operating Income), it ranks fourth highest out of a total of 13 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Based on the authors’ observation, it has implemented the cost efficiency strategy that is also carried out by banks in general. However, there are some obstacles that result in inefficient bank performance, so the BOPO ratio is still high. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, dividend policy and debt policy on corporate value decisions in the property, real estate and building construction sectors for the period 2016-2018. This research uses quantitative analysis. The sample collection method used was purposive sampling, namely property, real estate and building construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in a row for the period 2016-2018. The data collection technique uses documentary data, namely in the form of previous research journals, literature and financial reports. The data analysis technique used correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, partial t statistical test, f statistical test and multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination test results where the adjusted rsquare value of the Investment Decision variable (X1), the Dividend Policy variable (X2) and the Debt Policy variable (X3) is 90.5%, which means that the deterimination coefficient value of the Investment Decision variable (X1), the Dividend Policy variable (X2) ) and the debt policy variable (X3) has a dominant factor affecting the firm value variable (Y). Performing the classical assumption test shows that the data in this study show positive results for conducting multiple regression tests. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the equation Ŷ = -1.972 + 0.071 + 0.018 + 0.602 is obtained. From the results of hypothesis testing, it states that there is an influence of the Investment Decision (X1), Dividend Policy (X2) and Debt Policy (X3) on Firm Value (Y). The results of the partial t test where the significant value of the Investment Decision variable (X1) is 0.000 <0.05, the significant value of the Dividend Policy variable (X2) is 0.000 <0.05 and the significant value of the Debt Policy variable (X3) is 0.022 <0.05.
