Abstract

Performance measurement is necessary to improve operations so that they can compete with other companies. This study aims to examine the effects of corporate social responsibility, capital structure and firm size on financial performance in the consumer goods industry listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia in the period 2018-2020. The population of this study is the Consumer Goods Industry Sector with 150 companies. Sampling by purposeful sampling method to obtain a total sample of 72 companies. The analytical technique used is the multiple linear regression test. supported by SPSS program, including classical hypothesis test, as well as partial test (t test) with significance level (α) = 5%. The results show that corporate social responsibility and capital structure have a positive effect on financial performance, while firm size does not affect financial performance..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors considered by tourists to visit Kayumanis Seaside Restaurant and Bistro in Sanur-Bali. The basic method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Sampling with purposive sampling method with the number of respondents 110 people. The types and sources of data used consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and recording. Analysis of the data used is factor analysis. Factor analysis aims to find new variables called factors that have fewer numbers than the original variables. Factor analysis resulted in a total variance value of 84.943%. The results showed that of the 22 variables analyzed were divided into 5 core factors. These factors are Existence factor (37.364%), Promotion factor (19.631%), Service factor (15.422%), environmental factor (6.931%), and price factor (5.596%). Suggestions that can be formulated based on the results of the study are: the company is expected to increase its attention to the variables that are considered by consumers in Visiting Kayumanis Seaside Restaurant And Bistro Sanur-Bali. Researchers only used 22 independent variables, of course there are still many variables that must be observed further to get answers about the factors considered by tourists to visit Kayumanis Seaside Restaurant And Bistro Sanur- Bali. The company is expected to be able to establish relationships with local communities, such as tour guides, in order to be able to increase visits in the future

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of purchasing decisions on Cap Mutiara Coffee Powder in Pupuan. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of quality, price, and promotion attributes on purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative methods, namely, the approach used to examine a particular population or sample by analyzing quantitative data that aims to test the established hypothesis. The sample technique used is by using incidental sampling technique. The number of respondents used in this study were 90 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 24 for windows. The regression equation obtained: Y = 3,682 + 0.261 + 0.287 + 0.225. The results of this study indicate that: First, product quality has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Cap Mutiara Coffee Powder in Pupuan. This is evidenced by tcount greater than ttable (2,665 > 1,987). Both prices have a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions for Cap Mutiara Coffee Powder in Pupuan. This is evidenced by tcount greater than ttable (2,995 > 1,987). The three promotions have a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions for Cap Mutiara Coffee Powder in Pupuan. This is evidenced by tcount greater than ttable (2,321 > 1,987).

Abstract

Tokopedia merupakan salah satu dari banyaknya e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia, untuk konsumen menentukan keputusan pembelian juga banyak hal yang dapat memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness dan e-service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Tokopedia di Denpasar. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden yaitu masyarakat di Denpasar yang pernah melakukan transaksi di Tokopedia lebih dari 2 kali. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang disebarkan menggunakan google form kepada responden sesuai yang ditetapkan di penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 70 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji T, dan uji F dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan model regresi Y=2,377 + 0,270 X1 + 0,198 X2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada Tokopedia di Denpasar dan e-service quality(X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada Tokopedia di Denpasar. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh hasil Fhitung =9,027 > F tabel 2,742 yang membuktikan bahwa brand awareness dan e-service quality berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze digital marketing strategies in increasing hotel room occupancy. This research was conducted at the Daun Bali Seminyak Hotel. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis, followed by matrix IFAS, EFAS, IFE, EFE and IE. Respondents in this study were the stakeholders of Daun Bali Seminyak Hotel as many as 8 peoples, namely human resources manager, sales manager, front office coordinator, front office supervisor, housekeeping coordinator, housekeeping supervisor, chief accounting and reservation. Collecting data in this study is by observation and guided interviews. The findings of this study are that the IFE score is 3.22 and the EFE score is 3.37, so that in the IE matrix, Daun Bali Seminyak Hotel is in cell I position, namely in the growing and building phase. The strategy that must be carried out by the hotel in this phase is an intensive strategy which is divided into 3 namely market penetration, market development and product development. This intensive strategy can be done by updating the hotel website, creating interactive content, increasing promotions in the form of business packages and vacation packages, providing incentives to customers, varying the menu and doing product photography as well as participating in exhibitions to introduce the products and services of Daun Bali Seminyak Hotel. The implication of this research is that Daun Bali Seminyak Hotel can implement digital marketing strategies to increase room occupancy, especially after the pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

The thesis entitled "The Influence of Communication and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Como Shambhala Estate Hotel Ubud" aims to determine the effect of communication on employee performance at the Como Shambhala Estate Ubud Hotel. To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Como Shambhala Estate Hotel Ubud. To find out how big the influence of communication and work motivation on employee performance at the Como Shambhala Estate Hotel Ubud. To find out which variables have the dominant influence on employee performance at the Como Shambhala Estate Hotel Ubud. The sample used was 60 people and this study used a questionnaire in data collection. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, t-test analysis, coefficient of determination, and Standardized Coefficient Beta. The results of the analysis produce a regression equation model Y = 2.675 + 0.337 X1 + 1.073 X2 which shows that communication (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of communication and work motivation on employee performance at the Como Shambhala Estate Hotel Ubud is 85.6%. Work motivation is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at Hotel Como Shambhala Estate Ubud with a value of 0.741, while the communication variable is 0.260.

Abstract

Good resources are expected to lead to good performance in accordance with the wishes and expectations of the company. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors including work discipline and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The location of this research at PT. Rajawali Asia Bali. The techniques used in data collection are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The population uses employees of PT. Rajawali Asia Bali, with a sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Data Instrument Test, Classical Assumptions, Regression, F and t. Based on the results of the study obtained the results that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and work discipline and work motivation together have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Tijili Benoa Hotel was investigated. The study utilized all 62 members of the population or all employees at Tijili Benoa Hotel as a sample. Participants were surveyed with forms and questionnaires, and data were gathered through documentation. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this analysis gave us two variables: X1 and X2. The regression equation model Y= 2,356+0,101X1+0,786X2 shows that the work environment, or X1, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is shown in the regression coefficient b1 X1, which is equal to 0.101 with a 5% significance level. 66% of Employee Performance at Tijili Benoa Hotel is attributed to Work Environment and Work Discipline. The other 34% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. When examining the effect of X2 on Y, we see a positive regression coefficient b2 of 0.786 with a significance level lower than 0.05..

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of consumer satisfaction (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Store. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of service quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Destar Asli Bali Store. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents used is 100 consumers. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 24. The regression equation obtained: Y = 6.392 + 0.232X1 + 0.219X2 + 0.121X3. The results of this study indicate that: First, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Store. Second, the price has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Shop. Third, promotion has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at the fourth Destar Asli Bali Store, the data used proves service quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3), which together have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. consumer (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Store. Fifth, the magnitude of the influence contributed by the quality of service, price, and promotion on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Destar Asli Bali Store is 18.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Kimura Collection Store, North Kuta, Badung. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, with the criteria of customers who had shopped at the Kimura Collection Store, North Kuta, Badung. The research method applied in this study is based on multiple linear regression analysis with data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and t test analysis. The results of the analysis show that the regression results are Y = 1.615 + 0.332X1 + 0.370X2. Product quality (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y), which is shown in the regression coefficient b1X1 of 0.332 with a value of tCount = 4.910 > tTable (0.05: 97) = 1.6606 with sig. t = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Price (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the b2X2 regression coefficient of 0.370 with a value of tCount = 3.674 > tTable (0.05: 97) = 1.6606 with sig. t = 0.000 (p < 0.05).
