Abstract

Background: This research was motivated by the occurrence of misfiiles from 1332 medical record files located on the storage rack from medical record file rack numbers 9002 to 0504 found 23 medical record files that were not in place or misfiiles at Prambanan Health Center. This causes the patient service process to be hampered, the patient's medical record data cannot be sustainable. Objective: This study aims to determine the factors that cause misfiiles of medical record files in the storage room of Prambanan Health Center. Methods: This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection of this research was carried out by the researcher by means of interviews and observations. The population of this study consisted of two officers in the medical record file storage section with triangulation of sources. Results: Misfiile events from the number of misfiile calculations 9 medical record files from 55 medical record files sought are known by the number of misfiile percentages as much as 16.36% and seen from the implementation of the file retrieval and storage flow has an impact on service time and the unsustainability of the patient's medical record data. caused by several factors, namely human resources, systems, medical record files are still in the polyclinic, not optimal use of tracers and infrastructure. Conclusion: Management of medical record files at Prambanan Health Center is centralized and a family folder storage system with a Straight Numerical Filing numbering system. Factors causing misfiile medical record files include human resources, systems and infrastructure.

Abstract

Lime peel (Citrus aurantifolia) contains flavonoid compounds and vitamin C which can be used as block to free radicals, so it has the potential to be formulated into sunscreen preparations in the form of emulgel. Emulgel consists of two systems namely the gel system and emulsion system. The physical stability of the emulgel is affected by the emulgator. This study aims to determine the effect of HLB emulgator tween 80 and span 80 variations in the physical stability of the emulgel. Therefore in this study used variations in the value of HLB emulgator tween 80 and span 80 with a comparison that is F1: HLB 10 (2,7 : 2,3); F2: HLB 11 (3,1 : 1,9); dan F3: HLB 12 (3,6 : 1,4).The physical stability test of the emulgel was carried out in two conditions namely before and after storage was accelerated by the freeze thaw period for 5 cycles with the test parameters including organoleptic, homogeneity, type emulsion, pH, adhesion, dispersion. The data obtained were then analysed statistically in a sensitivity level of 95 with One Way Anova test. Based on these results indicate that variations in the value of HLB emulgator tween 80 and span 80 affect the value of dispersion and adhesion with the value of p-value 0,000 < 0,05. Based on descriptive analysis shows that all formulas are homogeneously mixed, have emulsion type o/w and pH 6. The HLB 12 emulgator tween 80 and span 80 (3,6 : 1,4)values provide better physical stability, with a texture that is not too sticky when applied, feels cold skin, and has the most widespread distribution.

Abstract

Kelor (Moringa oleifera Lam.) merupakan tanaman yang mempunyai banyak manfaat. Pemanfaata tanaman kelor menjadi bentuk sediaan farmasetis dapat memaksimalkan pemanfaatan daun kelor. Gel merupakan bentuk sediaan semi padat yang dapat diaplikasikan pada kulit. Sifat fisik sediaan gel dipengaruhi oleh eksipien (bahan tambahan dalam formulasi). Salah satu eksipien yang dapat mempengaruhi sifat fisik sediaan gel adalah gelling agent. Penggunaan HPMC sebagai gelling agent dapat menghasilkan cairan yang lebih jernih, netral, tidak berwarna, tidak berasa, menghasilkan gel dengan viskositas yang baik dalam penyimpanan jangka lama, tidak beracun dan tidak mengiritasi kulit. Daun kelor diekstraksi menggunakan metode infundasi. Infusa daun kelor diidentifikasi kandungan fitokimianya. Infusa daun kelor diformulasikan dengan HPMC sebagai gelling agent dalam berbagai konsentrasi 2,5 %, 5% dan 7,5% membentuk sediaan gel. Gel yang dihasilkan kemudian dievaluasi sifat fisik sediaan yang meliputi : uji organoleptis, uji homogenitas, uji pH, uji daya sebar dan uji daya lekat, yang dibandingkan dengan nilai standar parameter fisik sediaan gel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infusa daun kelor mengandung senyawa fitokimia : vitamin C, alkaloid, triterpenoid, saponin dan polifenol. Dari ketiga formula gel infusa daun kelor, formula II dengan konsentrasi gelling agent HPMC 5% memberikan hasil paling baik dan memenuhi nilai standar parameter fisik sediaan gel. Abstract

Zilang Tea is a herbal tea formulated by the PKM Kewirausahaan Team at the Bhakti Setya Health Polytechnic Indonesia. The herbs are in the form of teabags made from telang flower and dried red ginger. The purpose of this herbal formulation is to increase the selling value of telang flower and red ginger and to make practical herbal tea preparations that contain active compounds to increase body immunity. The process of making this herbal tea starts from sorting, washing, chopping to drying by following the simplicia drying instructions from previous studies. Furthermore, the smoothing of simplicia is carried out. The refined simplicia was then weighed and mixed according to the selected formula and then packaged. Herbal tea products that have been packaged can be consumed by brewing in hot water. The active compound in the form of Vitamin C, various types of flavonoids dissolved in it can have efficacy as an immunostimulant to increase the activity of the immune system against viruses, bacteria and other microbes. The results of steeping herbal teas are purple like the color of telang flowers and have a slightly spicy taste like ginger. The conclusion of this formulation is the use of telang flower and red ginger to be used as herbal tea bags as potential health drinks to be utilized and developed by the wider community.

Abstract

Petai peel (Parkia speciosa Hassk.) contains chemical compounds in the form of alkaloids, saponins and flavonoids. Where these chemical compounds play an active role in having antibacterial activity, especially flavonoid compounds. The purpose of this study was to make a hand sanitizer spray formulation from petai peel extract as a natural antiseptic.In this study, we made hand sanitizer spray preparations with three variations of formulations, what distinguishes one from the other is the concentration of the extract used. Formulation 1 uses 5% extract, formulation 2 uses 10% extract and formulation 3 uses 15% extract. The first step is to prepare tools and materials to make a hand sanitizer spray formulation, then weigh the ingredients needed. Dissolve the petai peel extract with 96% alcohol little by little, then add the other ingredients. Then put in a measuring flask and add aquadest up to 100 ml. Then put it in a bottle of hand sanitizer spray. After that, the finished preparation was then evaluated for stability, including: organoleptic test, pH test, dispersion test, spray condition test, viscosity evaluation, irritation test and antibacterial test using Staphylococcus aureus bacteria using disc diffusion method.The results of the antibacterial test showed that the hand sanitizer spray formulation 3 with a concentration of 15% had the highest inhibitory power with the average value of the inhibition zone being 26.22 ± 0.50 with a very strong category.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the plantation commodities with high economic value and an important role as a source of foreign exchange for the country. One type of coffee that is commonly cultivated in Indonesia is Robusta coffee. Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora L.) is known to have higher caffeine than Arabica coffee, so the stimulant effect given by Robusta coffee will be greater than Abarica coffee. The content of secondary metabolites including caffeine, in coffee, is strongly influenced by environmental factors, such as the altitude where it is grown. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the place of growth (height) to the caffeine content in coffee beans. The coffee bean powder was extracted with distilled water and the extracted liquid-liquid with chloroform to produce a caffeine fraction. The caffeine fraction, which has been evaporated with the solvent, was then analyzed qualitatively with parry reagents and quantitatively with UV spectrophotometry. The caffeine content in coffee samples and analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the qualitative test using parry reagent proved that all samples of robusta coffee, namely Merapi, Menoreh, Turgo, and Temanggung contained caffeine which was marked in green. The quantitative test stated that the highest caffeine content was coffee beans originating from Merapi with a level of 1,85%.

Abstract

Swamedikasi merupakan salah satu pelayanan yang ada di apotek. Seiring berjalannya waktu terjadi peningkatan kecenderungan masyarakat untuk melakukan swamedikasi.. Oleh karena itu kualitas pelayanan swamedikasi harus terus ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik pelanggan dengan tingkat kepuasan terhadap pelayanan swamedikasi di apotek Asia Baru Magetan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap semua pelanggan Apotek Asia Baru yang melakukan swamedikasi. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah divalidasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin, umur dan pendidikan dengan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dalam pelayanan swamedikasi. Namun ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pekerjaan dengan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan swamedikasi di Apotek Asia Baru Magetan..

Abstract

ABSTRACT Convalescent plasma is plasma containing Covid-19 antibodies originating from patients who have recovered from Covid-19 disease which can help increase antibodies and reduce the amount of virus (Covid-19 antigen) in Covid-19 sufferers. Convalescent plasma contains a lot of factor VIII, leukocytes, platelets, polyclonal antibodies and anti-SARS-CoV-2 and as a therapy for COVID-19 patients. This study aims to determine the convalescent plasma in UDD PMI DKI Jakarta that meets the requirements for quality control of IgM and IgG titers with negative IgM and positive IgG results. This research is a descriptive analytic study. Data collection was obtained from the results of the rapid test of IgM and IgG of convalescent plasma donors in June 2021, totaling 945 samples. Data were analyzed univariately and presented in tabular form, then narrated. The results showed that there were 669 people (70.42%) who met the quality control requirements for IgM and IgG with negative IgM and positive IgG results. There were 275 people (29.10%) with negative IgM and negative IgG results and there was 1 person (0.11%) with positive IgM and positive IgG results who did not meet the requirements. Abstract

Hepatitis C is a disease that often causes swelling of the liver and can cause complications. Hepatitis C is the second problem in the world after Hepatitis B. Indonesia ranks third in the world for the most hepatitis sufferers, with an estimated 30 million people suffering from hepatitis B and hepatitis. C. Hepatitis C can be spread through blood transfusions from donors with reactive hepatitis C. In UTD PMI Bantul Regency, there are still cases of Hepatitis C infection in donors in 2019-2020. Therefore, this study aims to determine the prevalence of Hepatitis C in 2019-2020. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with a total sampling technique. The population in this study is all data on blood donors at UTD PMI Bantul Regency in 2019-2020 with a total of 16,727. The samples used were blood donors with reactive Hepatitis C from 2019 to 2020 as many as 26 donors. Laboratory examination in the form of hepatitis C screening was carried out using the CLIA (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) method. From the results of this study, it was found that the prevalence of Hepatitis C in blood donors in UTD PMI Bantul Regency in 2019-2020 was 0.15%. The prevalence in 2019 was 12 (0.14%) and in 2020 it was 14 (0.16%). ). The percentage of Hepatitis C in male blood donors is higher than in women. In 2019 it was 11 (91.66%) and in 2020 it was 11 (78.6%). The highest prevalence of Hepatitis C in blood donors is at the age of 24-44 years. in 2019 it was 8 (66.7%) and in 2020 it was 12 (85.7%).

Abstract

Borrowing and returning medical records is part of the medical record system in health facilities. One of them is that some puskesmas are less than optimal in borrowing and returning medical records because the recording process is still manual. This causes several problems, one of which is that the filling officer has difficulty in monitoring the presence of medical records entering and leaving the filling room. The medical record control information system is an information system that has a positive impact on the process of borrowing and returning medical records. Medical records that come out of the filling room must be recorded properly as well as the return of medical records because medical records are confidential documents. So that the control of medical records is important in the implementation of health services, especially in the field of medical records. This research is a qualitative research with action research research methods. The design of the medical record control information system uses flowchart diagrams, context diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, wireframes and user interfaces. Meanwhile, to evaluate the medical record control information system using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ).
