This community service event was aimed to elevate the knowledge of local society regarding the current update of Aedes aegypti mosquito as a vector of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Hence, it raised awareness of their role in breaking the disease transmission. Involving students as supporting team, this activity was carried out at Jemur Gayungan RW 01 by giving public counselling and mentoring for the larvae surveyor cadre (Jumantik). Abdimas, which has been done, adds to the knowledge of jumantik cadres about the proliferation and spread of dengue, so that jumantik cadres not only observe their environment but can also take action to break the chain of dengue spread.

Shell is one of the sources of seafood because it contains protein and minerals. However, shells can accumulate more metals than other aquatic animals. Based on Hanum, F' s research (2017), showed that starfruit juice can eliminate Plumbum content in boiled mussels. This needs to be known by the community from the aspect of chemical safety given the high level of heavy metal pollution in waters in Aceh. The community service activity took place for 2 days at the Balee Pengajian Alue Deah Teungoh Village in Meuraxa District, Banda Aceh. The target activity is 40 residents. Based on the results of the activity it can be concluded that the counseling and demonstration of Plumbum testing has been able to improve the knowledge and skills of participants in the technique of processing boiled mussels as a favorite family snack. Starfruit is very effective to be used as a sequestrant.

Dayak Onion has been used for generations by the Dayak community as a medicinal plant which is a medicine for various types of diseases such as breast cancer, high blood-lowering drugs (hypertension), diabetes (diabetes mellitus), cholesterol-lowering, boils, bowel cancer, preventing stroke. The aim of community service is to provide continuous training in making instant powder of Dayak onions with the specified standards so as to produce quality and worthy instant powder. The method of implementation includes licensing and introductions with the PKK of Air Putih village, the provisioning of Dayak onion planting and post-harvest technology, material on the technique of sorting the instant formula of dayak onions, making instant onions, the material and practice of packaging instant preparations. licensing and sales of Dayak onions, which are packed with counseling materials and brochures. For the manufacture of Onion Dayak Instant preparations in the UMKT Natural Materials Chemistry laboratory. Instant Onion Dayak preparations have the right formula so that it is suitable for use in household scale production processes. The ingredients are Dayak onions, granulated sugar, palm sugar, cinnamon and orange leaves. Cinnamon and orange leaves are used as a scent on preparations. Evaluation and monitoring also need to be done from the Kelurahan and facilitators from Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan to see the empowerment of PKK Air Putih Village mothers in economic independence related to the production of instant dayak onions. The next plan is to collaborate with the Samarinda City Industrial Office related to production and packaging guidance and licensing

Efforts to improve health for the community are very important. This is reinforced by the launching of DAGUSIBU (Get, Use, Store and Dispose of Medicines properly) so that the community is able to understand and be able to implement it in an effort to increase the degree of understanding in terms of medicine, especially how to get, use, store, dispose of drugs properly and create a drug-aware family through the DAGUSIBU program in the SMK IKPI School of Labuan Pandeglang. Material that is socialized is the explanation of the general definition of drugs, drug classification consisting of over-the-counter drugs, limited free drugs, hard drugs, and mandatory drug pharmacies. Then the explanation of the drug preparations and how to use them, special attention is needed so that they are not wrong in using them and the proper and correct storage and disposal procedures for the drugs. It is hoped that through this activity, the ultimate goal to be achieved will be realized, and the community will become a concern in consuming and managing medicines, especially those in the family environment.

The current problem that occurs is the increased use of antibiotics freely and mistakenly causing antibiotics to become resistant to bacteria as well as inappropriate storage which causes the antibiotic to be damaged so that their effectiveness is lost. A Survey that started in the village of Tungkaran Pangeran, Tanah Bumbu district identified that there is a lack of public knowledge about the use of antibiotics. It also found mistakes in storing drugs, especially antibiotics. The output target of community service activities is to increase community knowledge about antibiotics from the understanding, classification, storage, and resistance of antibiotics. Besides, the public also understands the regulation of getting the right antibiotic in Indonesian. As a result of community service activities in Tungkaran Pangeran Village, Tanah Bumbu District, there has been a significant increase in community knowledge on the proper and correct use and storage of antibiotics

One study was showed that about 50% of patients did not use the medicine correctly, did not regularly, or stopped the medichine prematurely. The most common causes are medicine’s effects, the patient did not feel the benefit of the medicine, or a complicated method of use. According to Anief (1997), although drugs can heal, there are many instances that a person has suffered from medicine poisoning. Therefore it can be said that medicine can be medicinal and also poisonous. Through this activity, it is hoped that there will be an increase in public knowledge about how to use medicine that are effective and safe, and that people can do DAGUSIBU properly. The material presented during this event was the definition of medicine, tips on how to get and use drugs effectively and safely, and the drug DAGUSIBU. The health talk show for the use of effective and safe medicine as expected. seen from the participants who attanded and the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the talk show.

Many people do self-medication to deal with complaints or symptoms of disease by buying drugs at a pharmacy or drug store. Such treatment needs to be carried out appropriately, so that people need clear information in determining the type and amount of drugs to be used rationally and how to use them properly. To be able to increase the understanding of Pharmaceutical Technical Workers in providing self-medicating vitamins as a booster for the immune system during the Covid 19 pandemic, community service was carried out by holding online webinars about vitamin giving material and its classification and characteristics of vitamins, as well as reminding about dosages, indications, side effects and the dangers of overuse of vitamins. In addition, an example video is provided for the provision of vitamin information to help technical understanding of pharmaceutical technical workers in providing drug information services to patients / the public. The webinar was held in two meetings, namely on 19 and 26 September 2020 with presenters being lecturers at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Bhakti Kencana University, to Pharmaceutical Engineering Workers who are members of the JABAR Indonesian Pharmacists Association (PAFI) organization. Community Service Activities through Webinars and screening of vitamin self-medication videos can increase understanding of Pharmaceutical Technical Staff in providing self-medicated vitamins as a booster for the immune system during the Covid 19 pandemic.

The virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through the droplets that are produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or exhales. We can be infected when we breathe the air containing the virus, we are too close to people who are already infected with COVID-19. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct outreach to the public regarding health protocols to prevent and control the transmission of covid-19. The Baitul Arief Orphanage, which is located in the middle of the city and a densely populated area, has 85 foster children who have activities both from foster children and activities from guests and donors who come and go. To prevent foster children from contracting COVID-19 by changing their lifestyle in accordance with government regulations, it is necessary to conduct Health Protocol Covid-19 Prevention and Control Counseling. The methods of implementing these activities include location surveys, presenting initiatives, implementing Covid-19 Health Protocol counseling, handing over hand washing equipment from the UBK community service team, 6-step hand washing practice with soap for, ordering the covid task force at an orphanage, and evaluation. Activities are documented and published through social media and mass media and journals. The results of education and evaluation of written tests increase children's knowledge and understanding as prevention and control of Covid-19. The lowest average score for foster children with elementary education level and the highest score for foster children with tertiary education. The existence of the Covid-19 Task Force in the form of an orphanage contributes to changes in behavior and builds self-awareness for foster children at the Baitul Arief orphanage in Bandung City.

Health services are currently growing towards naturalist and herbalist services. Public interest in health services originating from eastern medicine is increasing. Included include Cupping. For nurses, Cupping is part of holistic nursing, which has entered the standard of Nursing intervention. The goal of cupping service is the elderly who complain about non-specific complaints along with the degeneration process in the elderly. Suryanda (2016) reported that the application of cupping in the nursing care of a hypertensive client provides comfort and reduces neck pain complaints to the client. This community service aims to provide direct services to the community (members of the Islamic Boarding School Asy syifa Baturaja) who need cupping therapy servants. Activities in the form of counseling about the disease of the elderly and the benefits of cupping and contra indication cupping. Activities carried out in the even semester of the 2019 budget year. The results of cupping therapy are quite effective in high blood pressure patients. Activity outputs are publications in the online media kabarkite.com and activity videos.

We are using soap to remove dirt and bacteria in the skin. Traditionally, soap is made from vegetable oils and lye with simple home tools like pan and stove. Materials for handmade soap is not expensive and easily available, but it gives us a luxury bath. The reaction between fatty acid and lye in soap produces glycerin, a good humectant, to keep our skin supple and moist. Commercial soap manufacturer make it a practice to remove the glycerin that is produces during the saponification process. Hence, handmade soap does not dried out skin, like the commercial soap product. This activity aimed to (1) sharing information about PKK community in Gunung Kelua RT.37, and (2) to teach the community how to make a handmade soap with cheap materials that easily available. This activity used dialog method to discuss the benefit of soaps, soap materials, and sop-making practice. The practice of making soap is demonstrated in front of audience, and many audiences had a hand in practice. This activity then evaluated. The result is all audience has understood how to make soap and were able to practice soap-making.
