Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa disebabkan oleh: (1) Guru tidak menerapkan model dalam pembelajaran; (2) Guru belum banyak melibatkan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran; (3) Guru hanya menggunakan buku paket sebagai sarana untuk belajar; (4) Guru tidak melatih siswa untuk menemukan dan mengemukakan pendapatnya sendiri; (5) Guru satu-satunya sumber belajar, tidak memberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya jawab kepada siswa. Berdasarkan masalah di atas perlu adanya perubahan dan perbaikan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, maka model yang diperlukan dapat mengaktifkan siswa dalam proses belajar. Penelitian merapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL).Berdasarkan latar belakang yang diuraikan di atas, maka dapat dirumuskan masalah yaitu, Apakah meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Pembelajaran Berbasis Kurikulum K-13 Siswa Kelas XII IPS.2 IPS SMAN 1 Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau.Adapun maksud dan tujuan penelitian ini yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbasis kurikulum K-13 pada siswa kelas XII IPS.2 IPS 1 SMAN 1 Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Adapun manfaat yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah : Bagi guru, Siswa, Sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada peningkatan hasil belajar pada setiap siklus yang disebabkan oleh guru dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran dengan model Pembelajaran mata pelajaran berbasis ekonomi berbasis K-13 pada kelas XI IPS2 SMAN 1 Kampa Kabupaten Kampar

Abstract

Permasalahan ini bertitik tolak dari Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Dalam pasal 4 ayat (1) dijelaskan bahwa konsumen berhak mendapatkan keamanan, kenyamanan dan keselamatan atas barang dan jasa yang dipergunakannya. Namun dalam kenyataannya konsumen banyak dirugikan. Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah konsumen sering mengeluhkan terjadinya kerusakan yang disebabkan dalam melakukan pengangkutan terkadang pengangkut main lempar dan banting saja tanpa memperdulikan apakah barang tesebut mudah rusak atau hancur. Ketika konsumen yang dirugikan hendak melakukan penuntutan, pelaku usaha menolak untuk memberikan ganti rugi dengan melemparkan tanggung jawab kepada konsumen dikarenakan pelaku usaha bersembunyi dibalik perjanjian pengangkut yang dibuat sepihak yang isinya merugikan konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Hukum Survei artinya informasi dikumpulkan melalui responden dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis. Lokasi penelitian di PT. MMC Tour dan Travel Pekanbaru. Populasi yang terkait dengan penelitian ini terdiri dari (a) Direktur di PT.MMC Tour dan Travel Pekanbaru Sebanyak 1 orang; (b) Manajer di PT.MMC Tour dan Travel Pekanbaru Sebanyak 1 orang; (c) Pengguna Jasa Transportasi Bus di PT. MMC Tour dan Travel Pekanbaru sebanyak 436 orang. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Pertama,Tanggung jawab PT. MMC Tour Travel Pekanbaru terhadap kerugian yang dialami oleh konsumen baik berupa kerusakan ataupun kehilangan barang yang dititipkan di bagasi adalah berdasarakan perjanjian pengangkutan yang dikeluarkan oleh PT. MMC Tour Travel Pekanbaru. Namun perjanjian ini dinilai tidak sesuai dengan aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku

Abstract

E-learning is a learning media that can help teachers or lecturers make it easier to communicate so learning can happen anytime and anywhere as long as it is connected to the internet. Lecturers in general compulsory courses almost every year will enter the semester to conduct training in the use of e-learning in the hope that all lecturers in mkwu can use the facilities provided and can also facilitate lecturers in the administration of assignments, grades and others. However, in the implementation of the training there are still some who consider e-learning not so important, so this research is to look at the understanding and use of e-learning in lecturers at Riau University in Riau. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to lecturers participating in the training and then analyzed using descriptive analysis and presented. Based on the results of research conducted it can be concluded that the understanding and use of e-learning in lecturers who understand and use 68% other than that 18% do not understand and also do not use e-learning, other than that 13% are still doubtful. Some things that make not using e-learning are inadequate facilities and infrastructure and besides the desire to take training seriously is also lacking

Abstract

Adat merupakan cerminan dari kepribadian bangsa dan merupakan penjelmaan dari jiwa bangsa yang bersangkutan dari masa ke masa. Sendi-sendi adat pada dasarnya sama berlaku walaupun kita sebut masyarakat nusantara berbhineka. Asas kekeluargaan, tolong menolong, musyawarah dan mufakat tidak mementingkan diri sendiri dan semua hal tersebut pada dasarnya sudah sama di seluruh wilayah nusantara hanyalah terdapat perbedaan cara pemakaian dan cara pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk hukum adat pada jaman Hindu dan pada jaman Islam. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian hukum normatif atau dapat juga disebut sebagai penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Kegiatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian hukum normatif ini adalah meneliti dan mengkaji perbandingan hukum adat pada jaman Hindu dan pada jaman Islam di nusantara. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunaakan studi kepustakaan (library research), peneliti mengumpulkan bahan-bahan dari buku-buku atau literatur dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Bahan-bahan atau data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dikaji dan dianalisi dengan tehnik deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Perkembangan hukum adat sebagai aturan rakyat di Jaman Hindu berlaku sejak jaman Melayu Polinesia yang berlanjut sampai dengan jaman kerajaan antara lain Kerajaan Sriwijaya, Mataram, Majapahit. banyak terdapat prasasti-prasasti yang menjelaskan pelaksanaan hukum adat berdasarkan agama dan kebudayaan masyarakat pada saat itu. Berdirinya kesultanan Perlak, Samudra Pasai dan Aceh Darussalam. Pada jaman kekuasaan Sultan Iskandar Muda dari Kesultanan Aceh Darussalam yang daerah kekuasaannya hampir meliputi seluruh pulau Sumatera sampai Bengkulu dan hukum yang berlaku adalah hukum Islam dan Hukum Adat serta ketetapan-ketetapan Sultan

Abstract

This study aims to improve the social studies learning outcomes of Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Gaung by applying the Time Token Arends method. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted in 3 (three) cycles with stages of planning, implementation and observation, and reflection. Where each cycle consists of 1 (one) meeting. The conclusion of this study is that the Time Token Arends method has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes which is characterized by an increase in student learning completeness in each cycle, namely cycle I (27.59%), cycle II (51.72%) and cycle III (89.66%).

Abstract

The Disaster Preparedness School (SSB) which is an activity to build school communities through strengthening knowledge and attitudes, school policies, emergency response plans, school early warning systems, and resource mobilization based on existing school capacities in anticipating disaster risk. Descriptive research type. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. Based on this purposive sampling technique, researchers determined key informants including the Principal, Deputy Principal, and students. The results showed that: The implementation of the disaster preparedness school program at the 19 Primary Schools in Kampung Baru in Pariaman Tengah District, namely knowledge of attitudes and actions, school policies, school preparedness and resource mobility have been categorized as good. There are obstacles in the implementation of the disaster preparedness school program in the form of lack of funds and the lack of seriousness of students in the activities so that the implementation of the disaster preparedness school program has not run optimally. Efforts to be made in the future by the teacher in charge of disaster preparedness school in the form of increasing the desire of students to learn by motivating and making it more interesting so that students become interested and increase it into extracurricular activities and trying to make a subject.

Abstract

The distance education system is one of the solutions to overcome difficulties in face-to-face learning. WhatsApp is a social media that is used as a means of sending educational stimuli virtually (Learning Platform). This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of Civics learning using WhatsApp. The formulation of the research problem is "How is the effectiveness of Civics learning using WhatsApp and what is the frequency or level of provision for using WhatsApp in Civics learning for students of SMAN 1 Kuok, Kampar Regency, 2020-2021 academic year?" This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Civics learning and identify the frequency or level of provision for using WhatsApp using WhatsApp. This research was conducted in August-October 2020. The research sample was 101 students of SMAN 1 Kuok, the sampling technique was purposive sampling using sample development from Isac and Michael with a significance level of 10%. Researchers used documentation of student learning outcomes, questionnaires, and literature study to collect data. Researchers used quantitative descriptive methods to analyze the data that had been collected. The results of this study indicate that Civics learning using WhatsApp is categorized as Less Effective as indicated by the N-Gain Score of student learning outcomes, the N-gain percentage is 54.76% and the total questionnaire score is 4,808 (54.10%) of the score expected to be 8,888 (100%)

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Is there an effect of the use of the school's digital library on the learning motivation of the FKIP UNRI FKIP-assisted SMK students 'accounting skills program, (2) Is there an effect of the use of the school's digital library on the learning outcomes of the FKIP-assisted SMK students' accounting skills program. UNRI, (3) Is there an effect of the use of digital libraries and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of the accounting skills program of FKIP UNRI Fostered Vocational School students.This research method uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were students of class X Accounting 2 at Vocational High School of FKIP, Riau University Pekanbaru, by taking a sample of the entire population as many as 26 students. Collecting data using questionnaires and documentation, data analysis using descriptive analysis and regression analysis.The results of the study state that: (1) The use of digital libraries partially affects the motivation to learn business economics in class 10 accounting students at SMK Labor Assisted by FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. Where the motivation to learn business economics is influenced by the use of digital libraries of 91.9%. (2) The use of digital libraries partially has no effect on the learning outcomes of business economics for class 10 accounting students at SMK Labor Assisted by FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. Where learning outcomes are influenced by the use of digital libraries by 10%. (3) The simultaneous use of digital libraries has an effect on learning motivation, while the simultaneous use of digital libraries has no effect on the learning outcomes of business economy class X Accounting 2 at SMK Labor Assisted by FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what is the most dominant way teachers use in motivating students on thematic learning. This research was conducted at Public Elementary School 37 Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The subjects in this study were class teachers at Public Elementary School 37 Pekanbaru. The data was collected using observation techniques, and research questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be known that the way teachers motivate students in thematic learning at State Elementary School 37 Pekanbaru consists of nine indicators, namely giving a figure with a percentage of 11.9%. Gift Giving Indicator with a percentage of 10.0%. Competition Indicator with a percentage of 11.4%. Indicator Of Growing Ego-involvement with a percentage of 10.5%. The Indicator Gives a Replay with a percentage of 12.0%. Indicators Knowing Learning Outcomes with a percentage of 11.5%. The Indicator Gives Praise with a percentage of 12.0%. Indicators Provide Penalties with a percentage of 9.7%. And the Indicator Gives Desire to learn with a percentage of 11.0%. So the average percentage of the overall percentage is 87.5% and belongs to the category always. This means that most teachers always use nine ways to motivate the students during the teaching process in the school. So it can be concluded that the way teachers motivate students in the most dominant thematic learning used by teachers is by giving praise and giving repeats because with the same percentage

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low social studies learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to improve the social studies learning outcomes of the fourth grade students of SDN 006 Sencano Jaya, by applying the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type of cooperative learning model. The hypothesis in this study is that if the cooperative learning model (STAD) is applied, it can improve the social studies learning outcomes of students of SDN 006 Sencano Jaya class. The results showed that the teacher activity in the first cycle of the first meeting showed an average of 70.83%, in the first cycle of the second meeting an average of 83.33%. In the second cycle, the first meeting was 87.50%, in the second cycle the second meeting had an average of 95.83%. Teacher activity in this study increased. Student activity in the first cycle of the first meeting with an average of 58.33% in the first cycle of the second meeting was 70.83%, in the second cycle of the first meeting an average of 75.00% in the second cycle of the second meeting with an average of 91.66%. Student activity in this study also increased. The initial data of social studies learning results showed that only 11 students completed with a percentage of 40.74% who did not complete 16 people or 59.25% of students who obtained a basic score above the minimum completeness criteria standard (KKM). In the UH I who completed 15 people or the percentage of 55.55% who did not complete 12 people with a percentage of 44.41%. At UH II, 24 people or 88.88% who did not complete were only 3 students or with a percentage of 11.11%. Social studies learning outcomes in this study are increasing, so with the application of the Cooperative learning model type Students Teams Achievement Division (STAD).
