Abstract

As a refferal hospital to anticipate the patient need of Health Service in Pelalawan District’s, and the needed to compete the private hospital, Selasih District Hospital has a mandatory work to increase the service quality index and patient trust. The finding of this research show that the increase of patient in condition of low quality of service given by the Selasih Hospital, show that there is a contradictory to Customer Behavioural Theory, which state that a loyal consumer exist because of the high quality of service and the more costumer show their trust. The research’s design is a quantitative research approach, and using questionnaire as a data collection for 83 sample by 483 population, that is Selasih Hospital’s VIP Patient. This research data collection using a documentation technique for secunder data, which is come from Research Object. Data was being analyzed with Partial Least Square Approach, where Customer Satisfaction as Intervening Variable. The result of this research show that Service Quality has positive and significance effect to both Customer Satisfaction and Customer’s Trust. This result reveal that Customer Satisfaction has mediating effect for Service Quality to Customer’s Trust. This research suggestion is “a needed for medical officer in Selasih Hospital to increased their responsiveness and emphaty on customer complaint and help, and practicing the good governance and a cost transparentcy, so that the customer can be satisfied and get more trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rotation, mutations to work spirit and the performance of Riau University Rectorat employees. Analysis of the effect of data between research variables using 2-stage regression analysis. Regression analysis is used to examine and model the direction of relations between variables. One software that can be used is SPSS 23. The results of the study show that: (1), Rotation and mutation have a significant effect on the employee morale of the Riau University Rector's office. (2), Rotation has a significant effect on the employee morale of the Riau University Rector's office. (3), Mutations have a significant effect on the employee morale of the Riau University Rector's office. (4) The spirit of work has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Riau University Rector's office.

Abstract

Indomaret is one of the retailers in the city of Pekanbaru. In the retail industry, Indomaret face competitive competition from the other minimarket competitors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty of Indomaret Pekanbaru.This research was conducted at the Indomaret Pekanbaru. The data collection technique was used questionnaires. Data was then analyzed used SPSS 17.00 for Windows and SmartPLS program.The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is an affect of the product quality, price and service quality on satisfaction 2) there is an affect of product quality, price and service quality on customer loyalty 3) customer satisfaction affects the customer loyalty of Indomaret Pekanbaru 4) there is an affect of product quality, price and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested to Indomaret Pekanbaru to improve customer loyalty by improving the level of product quality, price and services provided to customers.

Abstract

Research focus on lack performance of Employee in Major’s Office has an impact to the people that has to be served in Major’s Service even tough the employee has been placed with merit system and the tangible asset of Major Office has been renovated to give the employee comfort situtaion. This study used the Partial Least Square approach with a population of Emplyee of Pekanbaru Major Officeof 148 employee, and became saturated samples in the study, which gave responses to question items in the research instrument in the form of research questionnaires. The results revealed that a effective leadership exsist by a caring manner to the employee and so do the relative. This research finding show that office layout need to be adaptive to the distribution of information to make the employee can work effectively and has more commitment to their work.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of leadership , organization culture and workload on performance with employee enggagement as intervening variable. The study was conducted in PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru city. The data used consist of primary and secondary data. Data were collected by using questionnaires that given to 104 employees of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru city that used Census Sample. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the research hyphotheses by using relevant statistical tests. Variables used are leadership , organization culture and workload as independent variable, performance as dependent variable and employee enggagement to intervening or mediation variable. Analyzer used is path analysis by using program of SPSS 21 for windows. The results of this study conclude that leadership has a direct influence significantly on performance, the culture organization directly influence not significantly to performance and employee enggagement have a significant effect on performance. Indirectly, employee enggagement has positive mediation role on the influence of leadership on performance and employee enggagement has a positive mediation role on the influence of organization culture on performance and employee enggagement has a positive mediation role on the influence of workload on performance . The improvement effectiveness of leadership , organization culture and workload and are recommended in order to optimize employee performance and motivation.

Abstract

Customer Loyalty has been a bank need to raise third party fund that has low rate of fund by increase the customer satisfaction. This research found there was a theory gap that Danamon achievement in nationally good service quality award can’t increase the third party fund in 2014-2015. This Research is quantitative research using the Path Analysis by Partial Least Square approach. The data collection using questionnaire for 133 sample of 893 population that is Customer of Danamon Bank in Pekanbaru Branch. The Result of this research show that service quality, produk quality and customer satisfaction has positive and significant effect to Customer Loyalty, so that the finding of the research that there is lack of product quality and service quality locally need to be optimalized by using both technology and service adjustment

Abstract

Pemerintah menggunakan kebijakan tax amnesty untuk meningkatkan penerimaan pajak. Dana dari kebijakan tax amnesty akan digunakan dalam pembangunan Negara dan dialokasikan pada instrument investasi di pasar modal Indonesia.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa keberadaan abnormal return dan menganalisis perbedaan rata-rata abnormal return dan aktivitas volume perdagangan saham Kompas 100 sebelum dan sesudah peristiwa tax amnesty di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode event study.Dalam metode ini, observasi dilakukan pada abnormal return, rata-rata abnormal return dan rata-rata aktivitas volume perdagangan antara 7 hari sebelum dan 7 hari sesudah tanggal peristiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Data didapatkan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Seluruh perusahaan yang termasuk dalam indeks KOMPAS 100 tahun 2016 dan 2017 digunakan sebagai Populasi dan Sample dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sesuai dengn kriteria yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji statistik pada abnormal return dan aktivitas volume perdagangan menunjukkan, terdapat nilai abnormal return yang signifikan pada masing-masing peristiwa yang diujikan. Namun, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan baik untuk rata-rata abnormal return maupun aktivitas perdagangan pada sebelum dan sesudah masing-masing peristiwa. Maka dapat disimpukan bahwa pengumuman tax amnesty tidak memiliki kandungan informasi yang berarti bagi investor dan kenaikan yang terjadi pada pergerakan harga saham selama periode peristiwa bukan merupakan akibat peristiwa tax amesty melainkan disebakan faktor-faktor lain.

Abstract

The research held in Regional Office XII of National Civil Service Agency. The aim is to know the direct and indirect effect of Education & Training and Supervision toward competence and its implication to employee’s performance. Population are all employees of Regional Office XII of National Civil Service Agency. Census method was employed to determine the 80 employees as the sample. Data analysis tool is descriptive quantitative by using SEM-PLS.The study reveals that education & training has positive and significant effect towards competence and performance, while supervision, on the other hand, has negative but not significant towards competence and performance. Indirectly, competence partially mediates the relationship of education & training towards performance. However, competence is not a meditating factor for the relationship between supervision and performance.

Abstract

Today's competition in the world of beauty and body care products requires every bank to survive well. Therefore, each company is required to be able to increase satisfaction and consumer purchasing decisions, because both of these are important factors in determining success in the face of competition. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine the Effect of Price Brand Image, and Promotion of Purchasing Decisions and Consumer Satisfaction Moderated Consumer Trust in Nu Skin Products in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted on Nu Skin Product Consumers in Pekanbaru City, the number of samples used was 260 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using SEM with WarPls version 3.0. The results of the study show that: 1) There is an effect of brand image, price, and promotion influence on purchasing decisions. 2) There is an influence of brand image, price, and promotion influence on purchasing decisions moderated by consumer confidence. 3) There is the influence of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the research, Nu Skin in Pekanbaru City must be able to overcome the problem of brand image, price and promotion, in order to increase purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction, and improve consumer confidence, so that purchasing decisions can be improved.

Abstract

The research held in Bengkalis Regency Secretariate of House of Representative. The aim is to know the direct and indirect effect of leadership and organizational culture toward employee’s performance that mediated by organizational commitment. Population are all member of Bengkalis Regency Secretariate of House of Representative. Census method was employed to determine the 84 employees as the sample. Data analysis tool is descriptive quantitative by using path analysis. The study reveals that leadership have no significant effect toward employee’s performance, but when mediated by organizational commitment the employee’s performance can be enhanced significantly by the leadership. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a direct and very significant impact toward employee’s performance. Indirectly, organizational commitment mediates the effect of organizational culture towards employee’s performance.
