Abstract

The aim of the study is to acknowledge the influence of workload and leadership to work stress and their impact toward costumer service performance at Grapari Telkomsel Pekanbaru. The technique of collecting data uses questioner distributed to 120 costumer services at Grapari Telkomsel Pekanbaru. The obtained data were analyzed by using path analysis. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded as the following; 1) There is a significant influence of workload on work stress. In one day costumer service had served nearly 50 customers, by establishment of queue SOP on the quantity of services it will decrease customer service workload. 2) There is a significant influence of leadership on work stress. This means that every effort made by the supervisor in managing his leadership will improve customer service performance. If the supervisor is more focused on the service sector before selling physical products, this will decrease customer service workload. 3) There is a significant influence of workload on performance. With the existence of effective workload management will be able to increase whole employee productivity as well, this is related to efficiency and effectiveness of solutions that produce high performance as output. 4) There is a significant influence of leadership on performance. With the existence of effective briefings by supervisors, they will be able to increase cooperation in discussing customer problems that occur most often so that overall employee performance increases. 5) There is a significant influence of work stress on performance. By managing the number of customer queues due to the absence of customer service, it will reduce the risk of customer service work errors and improve their performance. 6) There is a significant indirect effect between workload on performance through work stress. With the addition of SOP service time standard from 15 minutes into 20-25 minutes, this will reduce workload and improve customer service performance. 7) There is a significant indirect effect between leadership on performance through work stress. With the addition of customer service employee recruitment, it is expected to reduce overall job stress to be comparable and increase the ability to handle the number of customer every day.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and placement on employee morale and performance of Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and placement on morale and performance of Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The data used in this study are primary data by giving questionnaires to all ASN in the Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency and secondary data obtained from several literatures, documents, reports and scientific papers as well as other supporting related to this research. Data analysis method used in this study is path analysis to test hypotheses with the help of SPSS For Windows Version 21 software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant direct effect between leadership on morale, leadership on performance, and morale on employee morale on the performance of the Regional Secretariat. While the placement variable on morale and placement on performance there is a positive but not significant direct effect. The indirect effect of leadership on performance through morale is positive and significant, while the placement variable on performance through morale is positive but not significant.

Abstract

Effect of Marketing Mix on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Felisa Skin Care Beauty Clinic in Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency.This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of the Marketing Mix on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. The population in this study were all customers of the Beauty Clinic Felisa Skin Care Rengat Branch and Belilas Branch with a total of 496 people and determine the number of samples using the Slovin method to obtain 221 people. The results of this study found that the marketing mix affects Consumer Satisfaction and Marketing Mix influences customer Loyalty through Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of intensity on purchasing decisions. To analyze the effect of content on purchasing decisions. To analyze the effect of positive valency on purchasing decisions. To analyze the effect of negative valency on purchasing decisions. The population in this study are visitors of the cafes that are the object of research in the city of Pekanbaru, especially for cafes that are not on the pratocol road. The sample in this study were 110 people. The sample method uses the area sampling method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Research findings indicate that intensity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Content has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Valency positive has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that more and more positive comments from consumers on the service and food and drinks served at a cafe, will increase consumer purchasing decisions at the cafe even to people who have never been to the cafe. Valency negative and significant negative effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the more negative comments or complaints of consumers over services and food and drinks served at a cafe, the consumer's purchasing decisions at the cafe will decrease.

Abstract

The study was conducted at Indrasari Rengat Inhu Hospital. The aim is to determine the direct effect of the dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responseveness, Assurance on patient satisfaction and loyalty. This study took a sample of 100 patients. The variables used are Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responseveness, Assurance of patient satisfaction and loyalty. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which is operated through the Smart PLS 3.2.7 program. The results showed that there was an effect of Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responseveness, Assurance on patient satisfaction. And there is the influence of Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responseveness, Assurance on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction and there is an influence between patient satisfaction variables on patient loyalty, the better the patient satisfaction will increase patient loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of lifestyle on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were 500 respondents from Dumai City who bought and used a Kawasaki D-Tracker 150 motorcycle, using Path Analysis. In this study the sampling method uses the Probability Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for elements of the population to be selected as sample members. In this study the authors set a sample of the criteria of respondents, namely age 17 years and above. Samples taken in this study used the Slovin formula. The results in this study that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Lifestyle and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. There is an indirect effect of Lifestyle on Consumer Satisfaction through Decisions

Abstract

One of the concerns of the government in efforts to reduce poverty is through the BKKBN (National Population and Family Planning Agency), namely by organizing the UPPKS (Prosperous Family Income Improvement Program) program as a family economic empowerment program through the learning of economic businesses by inspiring family interest and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. UPPKS groups in Pekanbaru City have produced many products that are actually quite attractive and even needed by the community. However, not all UPPKS products are known by the wider community. UPPKS products are mostly made if there are only orders, even though the UPPKS group has the potential to produce products that have a sale value and are mass produced to be sold widely. In the absence of certainty in the amount of production due to the weak marketing strategy, the income received by members of the UPPKS group is unstable, so there is no continuous certainty. The objectives of this research are: To find out and analyze the influence of marketing mix strategies, entrepreneurial orientation and marketing mix which is moderated by entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance in UPPKS groups in Pekanbaru City. The object of this research was conducted on 29 business groups incorporated in the UPKKS assisted by Pekanbaru City BKKBN. The population in this study were 29 UPPKS groups in Pekanbaru with a total membership of 315 people. Determination of the number of samples was represented by 3 people from each UPPKS group, so the number of samples was 77 people. The data used are primary data through questionnaires. The research analysis tool is Path Analysis with the Multiple Regression Analysis method. The results showed that the marketing mix, and entrepreneurial orientation had a significant effect on marketing performance. The marketing mix strategy if it is moderated by entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on marketing performance. Entrepreneurial orientation is an indispensable variable because it can increase the influence of the marketing mix on marketing performance.

Abstract

Business opportunities for buying and selling that previously could only be done in supermarkets, malls, shops, or markets called offline businesses can now be done using online media by creating sales websites or by using social networking media. This study aims to determine the Analysis of Online Transactions Against Purchase Trust and Grab E-commerce Satisfaction in Pekanbaru City. The population taken in this study is from the Districts in Pekanbaru City, namely the Districts of Tampan, Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru City and Bukit Raya, with a total of 548,730 inhabitants. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods with causal and descriptive research designs. And testing the hypothesis in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Data collection techniques are done by interview and questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of determination obtained value of 0.760. This means that 76% of purchasing confidence variables are obtained from online transactions consisting of security, privacy, brand name, word of mouth, good experience and quality of information. The e-commerce satisfaction variable was 0.815. This means that 81.5% of e-commerce satisfaction variables are approved by online transactions and purchase confidence. While the partial test relationship of H1, H2, H5, H6, H7, H8, H8, H10, H11, H12, H13, have a positive and significant effect. While H3, H4 and H10 have a positive and not significant effect

Abstract

The population in this study are all teachers SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School Pekanbaru, amounting to 55 people. Sampling was performed using saturated sample. Data analysis is done by using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and t-test. The tests are performed in order to determine the relationship between the independent variable with the dependent variable. Based on the result of the research, the leadership, motivation, and performance are influenced on teacher’s performance. It is proved by finding the score of R=0.769. It means that there was a correlation among leadership, motivation and discipline on teachers’ performance at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School Pekanbaru. Meanwhile the score of R was 56,7%. It means that there was a contribution of leadership, motivation, and discipline on teachers’ performance. Furthermore, it has positive contribution on teachers’ performance by finding F score is 24.800 and level significant is 0.000. Partially, there was a positive significant effect of leadership variable, motivation, and discipline on teachers; performance at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School pekanbaru. The details of the linear regression as follow: Y = 14.359 + 0,149X1 + 0,185X2 + 0,376X3 and sig. 0.048, 0.040, 0.000 are lower than Alpha 5%. The conclusion of the research was the hypothesis partially and altogether among leadership variable, motivation, and discipline on teachers’ performance was proved and accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh label halal, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadapkeputusan pembelian 2). mengetahui pengaruh keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Islam Riau dengan jumlah responden 100 mahasiswa FEKON UIR. Data dikupulkan dengan menngunakan kuesioner dn dianalisis dengan meggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa label halal memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa FEKON UIR. Kualitas produk tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa FEKON UIR. Harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa FEKON UIR. Keputusan pembelian memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa FEKON UIR.
