Abstract

This study aims to see how the Dimensions of Business Opportunity in urban poor households and rural poor households will then be compared between differences in urban poverty, namely in Ujung Batu Village and rural poverty in Ujung Batu Timur Village in Rokan Hulu Regency through the 12 types of sub-variables used namely income, household members who work free in the field, household members who have skills outside the agricultural sector, ease of capital from banks or financial institutions, business training by the government, financial support by the government, business training by the private sector, financial support by the private sector, convenience access to business information by the government, ease of transportation facilities and infrastructure, ease of access to information through print media and the internet, as well as the majority of the age group. This study uses primary data with non-probability sampling techniques with accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents in urban poverty and 50 respondents in rural poverty using a questionnaire. Using descriptive statistical methods to describe the criteria for respondents and using the cross tabulation method to describe respondents through the subvariables used. Differences in urban and rural poverty were compared through the Mann Whitney test which found that the income sub-variables, household members free field workers, ease of loan capital, financial support and business training from both the government and the private sector, as well as access to information from internet media were not significantly different. Whereas in the sub-variables of household members who have knowledge outside of agriculture, access to business information from the government, transportation infrastructure and age there are significant differences between Ujung Batu Village and Ujung Batu Timur Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perbankan syariah yang ada di Indonesia. Adapun yang akan diteliti yaitu analisis perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 bertujuan untuk melihat perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif. Artinya pengambilan kesimpulan bertolak dari fakta-fakta khusus yang di peroleh di lapangan dan bukan dari teori tertentu. Teknik Pengumpulan Data dengan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keuangan syariah Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-3 dari 136 negara di dunia pada tahun 2022. Indonesia juga masih mencatatkan prestasi yang baik di masa pandemi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekonomi syariah di Indonesia berkembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study included all permanent employees of the production department which amounted to 55 employees. Primary data were collected with questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use path analysis (path analysis) using the SPSS 26 for windows program. The sampling technique is carried out by means of a census, which is to make the entire population into a sample of 55 employees. The results of this study show that: 1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable; 7) work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Forest and land fires in Riau province generally occur due to natural and human factors. Forest and land fires that occurred in Riau province in 2017 covering an area of 6,865 ha, 2018 covering an area of 37,235 ha, 2019 covering an area of 90,551 ha, 2020 covering an area of 15,443 ha while in 2021 covering an area of 8,970 ha can certainly threaten the natural environment. The impact of forest and land fires on the environment. The environmental impact is that it can eliminate biodiversity, release carbon, nutrients and regulate water management. This study aims to determine the value of environmental economic losses from forest and land fires using verification research by processing data on forest and land fires. The data analysis technique uses the Total Economic Value (TEV) approach with the variables used namely the value of damage to biodiversity, the value of carbon release, the value of nutrient loss, and the value of water management. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of a time series between 2017-2021. The results of this study indicate that the total value of environmental economic losses caused by forest and land fires in Riau province in 2017 was Rp 62,712,736,100, in 2018 it was Rp 354,662,779,240, in 2019 it was Rp 859,825,254,756, in 2020 it was Rp 144,299,160,355 and in 2021 it will be Rp 89,198,360,689. Forest and land fires in Riau province threaten biodiversity, cause global warming and increase the potential for disasters. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru , as many as 218 people. The sampling technique in this study used proportionate stratified random sampling namely 141 head office employees. Sources of data used are primary data collected by distributing questionnaires as research instruments, and the analysis tool is multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS For Windows 26 program. With employee performance as the dependent variable and three independent variables, namely career development, work motivation, and work discipline. The results of this study indicate that: 1)Career development has a significant effect on employee performance,2)Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and 3)Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the income of papaya farmers in Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with 15 sample farmers, while secondary data was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Department of Agriculture of Indragiri Hulu Regency. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative by calculating the costs incurred by farmers, farmer income and business feasibility analysis. The research results show that the average fixed cost of papaya farming is IDR. 2,162,600.00 per month. Meanwhile, the average variable cost for farmers is Rp. 4,587,000.00 per month. The net income of papaya farmers is Rp. 2,418,400.00 per month with an RCR value of 1.23.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management dan strategic partnership terhadap dynamic capabilities, menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management dan strategic partnership terhadap kinerja organisasi, menganalisis pengaruh dynamic capabilities terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management strategic partnership terhadap kinerja organisasi dimediasi oleh dynamic capabilities. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 53 orang yang memiliki karakteristik serupa yaitu sebagai personel bekerja pada Badan Intelijen Negara dengan wilayah kerja Provinsi Riau dengan kualifikasi pendidikan tertentu termasuk didalamnya pejabat struktural (eselon II dan Eselon III). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Knowledge management berpengaruh terhadap dynamic capabilities, Strategic Partnership berpengaruh terhadap dynamic capabilities. Artinya semakin baik strategic Partnership maka dynamic capabilities akan meningkat. Knowledge management berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Artinya semakin baik knowledge management maka kinerja organisasi akan meningkat. Strategic Partnership berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategic Partnership sangat penting dalam menentukan kinerja organisasi. Artinya semakin baik strategic Partnership maka kinerja organisasi akan meningkat. Dynamic capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Artinya, semakin baik dynamic capabilities akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui dynamic capabilities. Hal ini menunjukkukan knowledge management yang baik, diikuti dengan dynamic capabilities yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Strategic Partnership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui dynamic capabilities. Strategic Partnership yang terbentuk terlihat masih belum baik, sehingga belum mampu meningkatkan dynamic capabilities pegawai. Artinya apabila semakin baik strategic Partnership dan diikuti dynamic capabilities yang tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. The data analysis technique used in this study is data analysis used in this study is SEM. Knowledge management affects dynamic capabilities. Strategic partnership affects dynamic capabilities. This means that the better the strategic partnership, the dynamic capability will increase. Knowledge management affects organizational performance. This means that the better the knowledge management, the performance of the organization will increase. Strategic partnership affects organizational performance. This shows that strategic partnership is very important in determining organizational performance. This means that the better the strategic partnership, the performance of the organization will increase Dynamic capabilities has a significant effect on organizational performance. The dynamic capabilities of current employees is not very good. That is, the better the dynamic capabilities will improve organizational performance. Knowledge management has a significant effect on organizational performance through dynamic capabilities. This shows good knowledge management, followed by good dynamic capabilities will improve organizational performance. Strategic partnership has a significant effect on organizational performance through dynamic capability.. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impulsive buying behavior of e-commerce Shoppe among students in Pekanbaru City by looking for the influence of Sales Promotion and Hedonic Shopping Motives on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion. This research uses primary data, namely data obtained from questionnaires to students who have shopped using Shopee in Pekanbaru City. The secondary data obtained is related to literature related to researchers. The student population of this study was taken from the three largest campuses in Pekanbaru city and sample in this study amounted to 170 people, taken using the Purposive Sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the help of the SmartPLS program. The research results show that Sales Promotion and Hedonic Shopping Motives influence Positive Emotion. Sales Promotion and Hedonic Shopping Motives influence Impulse Buying. Abstract

Abstrak :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran dan Locus Of Control terhadap kinerja manajerial melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama Kabupaten Buleleng. Populasi pegawai pada kantor pusat Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama Kabupaten Buleleng sebagai populasi yaitu sebanyak 37 orang pegawai dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di kantor pusat pada Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama Kabupaten Buleleng yaitu 37 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Persamaan Struktural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) berbasis variance SEM, yang terkenal disebut Partial Least Square (PLS) visual version 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja manajerial pada Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama Kabupaten Buleleng. Locus of control memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja manajerial pada Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama Kabupaten Buleleng. Partisipasi anggaran memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama Kabupaten Buleleng. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen afektif sebagai variabel intervening pada Koperasi Di Desa Banyuning, Kecamatan Buleleng, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Persamaan Struktural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) berbasis variance SEM, yang terkenal disebut Partial Least Square (PLS) visual version 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Di Desa Banyuning, Kecamatan Buleleng, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali, dengan pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap komitmen afektif pada Koperasi Di Desa Banyuning, Kecamatan Buleleng, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali, dengan pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Komitmen afektif memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Di Desa Banyuning, Kecamatan Buleleng, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali, dengan pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan.
