Abstract

This article describes the implementation of quality management strategic recruitment of education personnel in the state islamic institute of madura. State islamic institute of madura as one of the earliest educational institutes which was present based on the background of the community's need for higher education and then the results will be returned to the community. so as to ensuring the quality of graduates it is necessary to recruit the quality of education personnel so that ensuring the expected educational success.strategic management of the recruitments quality of education personnel in the state islamic institute of madura so far is good enough, although there are some things that need to improved with the form of recruitment strategic management of education personnel in the state islamic institute of madura is good enought. It can be seen from several things, namely : quality of recruitment, source of recruitment. Than for the implementation of recruitment strategic management of the quality education personnel in the state islamic institute of madura more on : human resources seen in recruitment and constraints in recruitment

Abstract

SMP Al-Faqih Nyamplong Kowel Pamekasan is one of the middle-level institutions which is directly under the auspices of the Islamic boarding schools in the Pamekasan sub-district. The institute is currently making efforts to improve the quality of learning such as conducting learning planning as outlined in the Learning Program Plan (RPP), the results of the study show that: First, 1) The teacher does the planning first by setting clear and concrete objectives, 2) The teacher organizes learning strategies by determining the types of methods, media, learning resources and teaching and learning facilities. Second, 1) Students are more active and learning activities are more fun, 2) Students can increase their knowledge of the material that has been and will be conveyed by the teacher. Third, 1) The supporting factors are; a) Learning activities are more effective and fun, b) Students have an interest and motivation to learn better. 2) Inhibiting factors for learning management strategies at Al-Faqih Middle School, namely; a) Environmental factors that are under the auspices of Islamic boarding schools, b) The lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The implementation of a two-way symmetrical model of public relations provides opportunities for recipients of education services to obtain their rights as consumers of education services. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The results showed that: first, the application of a two-way symmetrical model of public relations was carried out in the form of various school programs, this was because it involved outside agencies both government and non-government agencies, communication established by public relations officers ie two directions, mutual giving and receiving, honesty and openness and not on the basis of personal interests. Second, supporting factors in the form of approaches taken by public relations officers, regarding the communication carried out, and the same vision and goals are also supporting factors. Third, the inhibiting factors are internal and external factors. The ability of the public relations officer in planning the program of activities, as well as the approach with whom to aim for and the lack of activity time and readiness of the agency. Fourth, the solution is the principal's policy to immediately take other actions.

Abstract

The challenges of education are increasingly complex. The latest challenge about 21st century learning. Tuntutan wacana ini diataranya critical thinking. So learning the Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) is important. This study aims to look at the pattern of distribution of basic competencies in the HOTS domain in KMA Number 165 of 2014 concerning the 2013 curriculum of PAI and Arabic subjects in Madrasah. This research is literature. The method of analyzing data using descriptive methods, the data obtained by documentation techniques. To focus the research, researchers used content analysis. To focus the research, researchers used the results of the study to show that Basic Competence (KD) was dominated by the level of understanding (C2), then remembering (C1) and applying (C3). While the HOTS level analyzing(C4) as the initial level of HOTS is still small compared to C2, C1, and C3. the level of analyzing (C4) is only 22 KD. As for evaluating (C5) and creating (C6) not yet. The pattern of distribution at the higher levels is more and more basic competencies in the HOTS domain. Or vice versa the lower the level the less basic competence of the HOTS domain.

Abstract

Three problems become the main topic in this research, that is the description of management implementation, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors that are all related to improving the competency quality of graduates in entrepreneurship in meeting the national standards of vocational education An-Nuqoyyah Sumenep Guluk-Guluk East Java. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological descriptive type. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that in implementing a program to improve the quality of graduates in the field of entrepreneurship at the Annuqoyyah Vocational School used four stages, that is (1). Planning by making school programs, organizing the division of tasks related to the field of entrepreneurship by using price labeling in the Marketing Laboratory. (2). The implementation consists of the preparation, follow-up, and evaluation stages of the entire program which is carried out mid and end of the semester. Supporting factors are (1). Openness and involvement of all teaching staff in building schools are even better; (2). There is support from Annuqoyyah boarding school caretakers. Furthermore, the inhibiting factors are inadequate infrastructure so that it can hinder students' learning and teaching processes; (2). Institutions that are not independent because there are still dependencies with pesantren foundations; (3). low student motivation and interest in learning results in neglect in the learning process; (4). The recruitment of less professional teachers makes some teaching staff do not match their expertise.

Abstract

In educational units such as madrasas, the existence of madrasa committees is very important. Whether its role has a big impact or not, this independent institution plays a very important role in improving the quality of services by providing consideration, direction, and support for personnel, facilities, and infrastructure as well as supervision at the level of the education unit. This study aims to describe the role of the madrasah committee in helping to develop infrastructure at MAN 2 Pamekasan, with sub-focuses including (1) the concept of infrastructure development, (2) the implementation of infrastructure development, (3) the implications of infrastructure development, carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pamekasan. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the concept of infrastructure development is carried out by setting goals in advance and making a madrasa committee work program, 2) the implementation of infrastructure development is carried out with the madrasa committee acting as a giver of consideration, as a supporter, as a controller and as a mediator, 3) The perceived implication of the development of infrastructure facilities is the increasing number of infrastructure facilities owned by madrasas which are now by the standardization of infrastructure facilities that have been determined.

Abstract

This study describes an overview of the use of social media as a management marketing strategy at Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Babakan Jamanis. The benefits of social media as a marketing tool in the world of education in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution are the right choice because it is increasingly accessible to various groups. This research is qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the social media-based educational marketing strategy management is used, namely: Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube by first identifying in the community which then becomes an educational marketing strategy by highlighting the achievements of these institutions. The management of private education, supported by stakeholders and adequate facilities has provided a distinctive feature and strength in the management of educational marketing strategies at Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Babakan Jamanis.

Abstract

Discipline character should be created from all aspects of the activities carried out, including the discipline in following lecture activities carried out online by students of the Islamic Education Management Study Program at IAIN Madura. This research includes a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, the results of the study show that: first, the strategies used to discipline students in online lectures include clarifying pre-course contracts or course objectives, providing subject matter with the discussion method, giving assignments as material to evaluate the material presented and collecting tasks using deadlines. The two supporting factors are so that discipline in online lectures includes communication tools such as cellphones, laptops, and other applications as a medium for conveying information between students and lecturers, and the three inhibiting factors are not facilitated by internet networks and internet quota packages that are owned and the absence of tools. Other communications and solutions that should be provided are buying internet quotas and using Wi-fi and IAIN Madura providing a learning system with the IAIN Madura e-learning website.

Abstract

The four problems that become the main study in this study. First, how to plan early child’s character development through habituation and exemplary in the Kindergarten of Al-Quran Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan. Second, how to organize the development of early child’s character through habituation and exemplary in the kindergarten of Al-Quran Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan. Third, how the implementation of early child’s character development through habituation and exemplary in the kindergarten of Al-Quran Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan. Fourth, how to evaluate the character development of the early child through habituation and examplary in the kindergarten of Al-Quran Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan. It is a qualitative descriptive study where the data collected through field observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that developing an early child’s character should be well managed. Instilling good habituation for the children and becoming an excellent example of the teachers proved successful in early child’s character development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of the madrasa head in implementing the memorizing (tahfidz) al-Qur'an program in MAN 1 Sampang and MA Al-Ittihad Al-Islami Camplong, with sub foci including (1) madrasa head planning, (2) madrasa head program implementation, and (3) the implications of the madrasa head strategy, which was carried out by MAN 1 Sampang and MA Al-Ittihad Al-Islami Camplong Sampang Madura. The results of this study indicate that: 1) planning the tahfidzul Qur'an program namely; cooperating with various parties both inside and outside the school, determining the coach of tahfidz who already memorized 30 juices. 2) The process of implementing the Tahfidz program is carried out every week at 06: 50-07: 30 WIB in each class using the Muroja'ah and Tikrar methods, the depositing process can be carried out on male or female coaches or assistant coaches. 3) Implications of the program of tahfidz al-Qur'an namely; improve the quality of madrasas, the number of student memorization that exceeds the target, and student achievement in non-academic fields. Keyword: Strategy, Remembering, Memorizing, Tikrar
