Abstract

The Primanto Pangan Selaras company is a food producer which produce fruit chips and “jenang”, located in the Batu City, precisely on Sumber Urip street number. 239, Tlekung, the owner of this company is Mr. Efri Gunawan. We choose Australia as a destination country, because the number of fruit chips like snake fruit & jackfruit are located the most in Asia, especially in Southeast Asia, and it’s quite rare in Australia, but from company data that has been obtained, it is known that the company is still focused on developing business in the home city because the company is relatively new. For the marketing strategy, our group advises the company to be more focus on promoting it products on social media, because nowadays, there are many social media users, and the other benefit is that marketing can be done abroad, we also plan to establish cooperation with Garuda in the export process. For human resources in this company, the company employs 4 employees, the reason the company employs 4 people is because the company's production machinery is quite efficient, and the marketing costs are carried out by the owner of the company itself, so there’s no marketing fee. Keywords: local business, fruit chips, export.

Abstract

This paper is aimed at making a brief analysis to the internationalization process that Huawei has undertaken making a PEST analysis on the general framework on which the company is operating. From this analysis this team concluded that there is a moderate-risk level political and economical environment for the company arising from diplomatic tensions between the United States and China and the recent tarde war. During the analysis, we also drew the conclusion that the R&D centers of Huawei around the world and the demand for mobile devices are crucial for its economic performance. We were also able to establish the characteristics of the demand for mobile devices today from which our proposal to the company arises. According to the research we did, the demand for mobile devices is going to be strengthened by new users in younger ages and the replacement of the old devices that have fulfilled their product lifecycle. Therefore, our idea is to tackle this segment of the demand designing products or services for younger users taking advantage of the capabilities of the company in R&D. In Chapter 4 we analyzed the risks of getting this new product to the American market. The main risk which arises from the political difficulties of China and the US is the imposition of tariffs for the mobile devices coming from China. In that chapter we propose diffe The risks of trying to get this new product to the American market are described. We also offer three different alternatives to sort out the increase in tariffs. The most suitable option for Huawei is to diversify its production to Peru. This country has an FTA with the US which means that tariffs can be avoided, it is strong in mining which means that the raw material are available there and the labor force price is still competitive.

Abstract

The right to life is the absolute right of every person and is included in the category of rights that cannot be reduced. Indonesia is one of the countries that still maintains and recognizes the legality of the death penalty as a way to punish the perpetrators of certain criminal acts such as narcotics, terrorism, and murder crimes despite the pros and cons. This study aims to investigate the regulation of the right to life against the death penalty in Indonesia, the construction of the death penalty law from human rights viewpoint, and the judge's consideration in imposing the death penalty associated with the principles of human rights. This study used a qualitative normative juridical approach by referring to the legal norms in statutory regulations and norms of the society. The findings highlight that the early existence of the death penalty in Indonesia is legally regulated in the Criminal Code, most of which are from the Netherlands, namely WvS (Wetboek van Strafrecht).

In the main coastal area in Likupang District, there are still many B2 farmers who release their livestock freely (without pens). Farmers who do not breed B2 livestock, the majority of the reason is that they are less able to buy fodder regularly. And the results of observations and interviews with B2 livestock owners, concluded that their financial abilities were mostly inadequate. Constraints faced by B2 breeders in Likupang District are the value of entrepreneurship that indeed requires a long term to change, the traditional habits of farmer management are still strong, consistency and continuity of assistance is still lacking, Tolerance of surrounding communities to B2 animals released is still quite high (tolerant) However, there is still no professional B2 livestock group, the cost for cages is high and B2 animal feed costs are high.
