Jurnal Pedagogi Olahraga dan Kesehatan is a journal published by Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. The journal is published twice a year, in May and November. Jurnal Pedagogi Olahraga dan Kesehatan biannually publishes research on various aspects of the sports and exercise sciences, including anatomy, biomechanics, performance analysis, physiology, psychology, sports medicine, sports nutrition, health, and well-being, as well as coaching and talent identification and physical education. The Journal also publishes review articles and book reviews. The Journal focuses on the human sciences, including responses to technologies such as the design of sports equipment and training facilities, athlete selection and recruitment, performance analysis or modification, and stress reduction. To be considered for publication, manuscripts must be original and relevant to the aforementioned topics. It is published by the Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. However, the readership for this Journal covers academics to practitioners from a range of disciplines and topics of interest. All articles published in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh metode latihan atletik dan kelincahan terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen faktorial 2 x 2. Untuk menentukan sampel penelitian, terlebih dahulu dilakukan penentuan metode latihan atletik secara acak sederhana (random simple) dengan cara undian, dilanjutkan melakukan tes kelincahan untuk menentukan sampel dengan metode dari Miller. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia untuk anak usia 10-12 tahun. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis varian dua jalur ANOVA, uji lanjutan Tukey dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0.05. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) Ada pengaruh perlakuan kelompok metode latihan kids athletics dan kelompok metode latihan spesialisasi atletik terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar. (2) Ada pengaruh peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar antara kelompok kelincahan tinggi dan kelompok kelincahan rendah. (3) Ada interaksi antara metode latihan atletik dan kelincahan terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar. Kelompok metode latihan kids athletics kelincahan tinggi menunjukkan perbedaan rata-rata peningkatan kebugaran jasmani yang lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok lainnya.Kata kunci: atletik, kelincahan, kebugaran jasmani, siswa sekolah dasar EFFECTS OF THE ATHLETICS EXERCISE METHODS AND AGILITY ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF ELEMENTARY STUDENTS’ PHYSICAL FITNESSAbstractThis study aims to investigate effects of the athletics exercise method and agility on the improvement of elementary school students’ physical fitness. The study employed a 2 x 2 factorial experimental design. To determine research sample, a simple random atlethic traning method is applied beforehand by way of lottery, followed by agility test for determining sample using Miller Method.  The data were collected by means of the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test for children aged 10-12 years. They were analyzed using the two-way ANOVA and the post-hoc Tukey test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study were as follows. (1) There were effects of the treatment using the kids athletics exercise method and that using the athletics specialization exercise method on elementary school students’ physical fitness. (2) There was a difference in the improvement of their physical fitness between those with high agility and those with low agility. (3) There was an interaction between the athletics exercise method and agility on the improvement of elementary school students’ physical fitness. The group with high agility using the kids athletics exercise method showed a higher average improvement of the physical fitness than the other groups.Key words: athletics, agility, physical fitness, elementary school students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah tes kebugaran jasmani berupa bangku modifikasi Harvard step test yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak tunanetra tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini menggunakan research and development. Validasi ahli dilakukan oleh tiga pakar yaitu: pakar pendidikan adaptif, pakar tes pengukuran dan pakar konstruksi bangku. Ujicoba lapangan dilakukan terhadap dua sekolah SLB yang ada di DIY. Ujicoba skala kecil dilakukan pada empat siswa tunanetra SLB N 1 Bantul. Ujicoba skala besar dilakukan pada sepuluh siswa SLB A Yaketunis. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan validitas empirik dan reliabilitas test-retest yang dilakukan pada tujuh siswa SLB A Yaketunis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan alat tes kebugaran jasmani berupa modifikasi Harvard step test yang dibuat berdasarkan karakteristik anak tunanetra yang memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas baik, sehingga dapat dijadikan alat ukur yang digunakan guru untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kebugaran siswa tunanetra di sekolah. Developing a physical fitness test for blind children using the modified Harvard step test for elementary school Abstract: This study aims to develop a physical fitness test in the form of a modified Harvard step test bench in accordance with the characteristics of blind children, for blind children at the elementary level. This development was modified in two stages: the preliminary stage and the development stage. The research trials were conducted in two schools of SLB in DIY. The small-scale trials were conducted on four students of SLB N 1 Bantul. A large trial was conducted on ten students of SLB A Yaketunis. The validity and reliability were measured using empirical validity and test-retest reliability. The study concludes that the modification of the Harvard step test made based on the characteristics of blind children has good validity and reliability, and so it can be used as a measuring tool used by teachers to evaluate the fitness level of blind children in school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga renang di Klub Renang Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model CIPP (Context Input ProcessProduct). Penelitian ini dilakukan di lima Club renang yang ada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, yaitu Klub Caesar Kulon Progo, Tirta Taruna Kota Yogyakarta, Yuso Sleman, Tirta Taman Sari Bantul, dan Arwana Gunung Kidul. Penelitian evaluasi dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2017 sampaiDesember 2017. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Evaluasi aspek konteks telah terpenuhi. Seluruh orang tua atlet memberikan izin dan dukungan pada anaknya untuk mengikuti pembinaan olahraga renang. 2) Evaluasi aspek input belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi. Pelatih memiliki tingkat pendidikan S1 dan memiliki lisensi kepelatihan. Namun sebagaian besar pelatih bukan mantan atlet. Selain itu, sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan masih belum optimal. 3) Evaluasi aspek proses telah terpenuhi. Pelaksanaan program pelatihan yang dilakukan di Klub Renang Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta berada dalam kategori baik (64,7%). Pelatihmenyatakan target yang ditetapkansudahterpenuhi. Pelaksanaanlatihansudah berdasarkan program latihandanpetunjukteknis yang dibuatolehpelatih. 4) Evaluasi aspek produk telah terpenuhi. Atlet menyatakan bahwa prestasi yang diraih selama mengikuti program pelatihan di Klub Renang Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta berada dalam kategori baik (64,7%), sedangkan pelatih menyatakan pada kategori cukup (57,1%). Klub RenangTirtaTaruna Yogyakarta memiliki hasil kejuaraan terbanyak di antara limaklubrenangyang ada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. An evaluation of the mentoring program of the swimming club in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Abstract: This research aimed to know the coaching achievements of the sports swimming club in Yogyakarta. This research was evaluation research with the CIPP model (Context Input Process Product). The research was conducted in five swimming clubs in the Yogyakarta Special Region: Club Caesar Kulon Progo, Tirta Taruna Yogyakarta City, Yuso Sleman, Tirta Taman Sari Bantul, and Arwana Gunung Kidul. The evaluation research was conducted from April 2017 to December 2017. The data was collected using interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that: 1) The evaluation of the context aspect had been fulfilled. All athletes' parents gave their children permission and support to follow the sports pool. 2)  The evaluation of the input aspect had not been fully fulfilled. The trainer has an S1 degree and has a coaching license. However, most of the coaches were not former athletes. In addition, the facilities and infrastructure used were still not optimal. 3) The evaluation of the process aspect has been fulfilled. Implementation of the training program conducted in Yogyakarta Special Pool Club was in a good category (64.7%). The coach stated that the set target had been fulfilled. The exercise was implemented based on an exercise program and technical guidance made by the trainer. 4) The evaluation of the product aspect has been fulfilled. The athlete stated that the achievement during the Yogyakarta Special Class Club training program was in a good category (64.7%), while the trainer stated in the sufficient category (57.1%). The Tirta Taruna Yogyakarta Swimming Club had the most championship results among the five swimming clubs in the Yogyakarta Special Region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa CD pembelajaran materi bola voli dengan metode TGfU untuk siswa SMP yang valid dan efektif. Media pembelajaran ini menggunakan software Adobe Flash CS6 Professional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dari Borg Gall yang dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut para ahli validasi ahli materi termasuk “Sangat baik” dengan rata-rata 4,38 dan hasil validasi ahli media termasuk “Sangat Baik” dengan rata-rata 4,23. Kualitas produk hasil uji coba kelompok kecil termasuk “Sangat baik” dengan rata-rata skor 4,76. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba kelompok besar dengan kualitas produk “Sangat baik” denganrata-rata 4,75. Untuk mengetahui kualitas dan efektifitas produk dilakukan uji operasional. Hasil uji tes menunjukkan rata-rata skor pretest 41,65 dan rata-rata skor posttest 89,25. Skor siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan selisih skor 47,60. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran bola voli dengan metode TGfU telah valid dan efektif digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran penjasorkes materi bola voli tingkat SMP. Developing volleyball learning media by using adobe flash for junior high school Abstract: The objective of this research is to produce Volleyball learning media in the form of a CD with the TGfU method for junior high school students which are valid and effective. The learning media use Adobe Flash Professional CS6. This research used Research and Development (R D) method by Borg Gall that was modified. The results show that based on the validation experts and subject matter experts they are considered "Very Good" with an average of 4.38 and the result from media expert validation is also considered "Very Good" with an average of 4.23. The quality product of the small group trial is considered "Very Good" with an average score of 4.76. A large group trial was then conducted for further trials with "Very Good" quality products with an average of 4.75. To determine the quality and effectiveness of the products, the researcher made an operational test. The test results show that the average test scores were 41.65 for the pretest and 89.25 for the post-test. Students' scores increased by a margin score of 47.60. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that volleyball learning media with the TGfU method are valid and effective to be used in physical education subjects for volleyball materials at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai metode latihan william flexion bagi penderita low back pain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode latihan william flexion untuk menurunkan tingkat low back pain pada anggota kelompok PKK di Dusun Tejogan, Hargorejo, Kokap, Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada akhir bulan Desember 2021 hingga awal Januari 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan rancangan one group pre and posttest design. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode latihan william flexion dengan 6 kali perlakuan selama 2 minggu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10 orang yang merupakan anggota kelompok PKK di Dusun Tejogan yang diambil melalui insidental sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Tingkat nyeri diukur menggunakan Visual Analog Scale (VAS) sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) perlakuan. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test ditujukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan signifikansi data pretest dan posttest pada kelompok yang telah diberi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode latihan william flexion efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat nyeri punggung bawah dengan signifikansi p0,05 dan tingkat penurunan nyeri sebesar 66%. Nilai nyeri VAS pretest dan posttest pada kelompok perlakuan mengalami penurunan dari 5,6 ± 1,075 menjadi 1,9 ± 0,994 dengan nilai (p0,004). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah metode latihan william flexion efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat low back pain pada anggota kelompok PKK di Dusun Tejogan. Effectiveness of William flexion exercise method to decrease low back pain level  Abstract: This study discusses the William flexion exercise method, which is intended for low back pain sufferers. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of using the William flexion exercise method to reduce the level of low back pain in members of the PKK group in Tejogan Village, Hargorejo, Kokap, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta Special Region. This research was conducted from the end of December 2021 to early January 2022. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre and post-test design. The treatment in this study used the William Flexion exercise method with 6 treatments for 2 weeks. The population in this study was 50 people, with a sample of 10 people who were members of the PKK group in Tejogan Village, which were taken through incidental sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Pain level was measured using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) before (pretest) and after (post-test) treatment. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was intended to determine the difference in the significance of the pretest and posttest data in the treated group. The results showed that the William flexion exercise method was effective in reducing the level of low back pain with a significance of p0.05 and a pain reduction rate of 66%. The pretest and posttest VAS pain scores in the treatment group decreased from 5.6 ± 1.075 to 1.9 ± 0.994 with a value (p0.004). The conclusion of the study is that William's flexion exercise method is effective in reducing the level of low back pain in members of the PKK group in Tejogan Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peta sport tourism; (2) potensi alam; (3) potensi kebudayaan; dan (4) potensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM); dan (5) Sarana Prasarana sport tourism yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan dasar penelitian lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan daftar wawancara dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: peta sport tourism di Wilayah Kabupaten Kulon Progo Yogyakarta tersebar di berbagai wilayah dengan alam pegunungan dan pesisir pantai, meliputi: Pantai Glagah dan Congot, Waduk Sermo, Kalibiru, Puncak Suroloyo, Goa Kiskendo, Kedung Pedut, Kembang Soka, Desa Wisata Nglingo, Dolan Desa Boro, Alun-Alun Wates, Taman Sungai Mudal, dan Grojogan Sewu. Jenis sport tourism: sepeda santai, panjat tebing, ATV, basket, tenis, sepatu roda, gedball, sepak bola mini, senam, kolam renang, perahu bebek, perahu wisata, cano, dayung, outbound, motor trail, arung jeram, tubing river, camping, tracking desa, joging, memancing, dayung, sepeda santai, susur goa, joging, flying fox, susur sungai, downhill, perahu naga, dan agrowisata. The mapping of sport tourism potential In Kulon Progo regency of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Abstract: This research is aimed at revealing: (1) sport tourism map; (2) natural potential; (3) cultural potential; (4) human resources potential; and (5) sport tourism facilities and infrastructure in Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative study with field-research-based descriptive analysis. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data collection instruments were an interview list and an observation sheet. The data analysis technique employed in this study was descriptive qualitative analysis. The research reveals that: the sports map potential in Kulon Progo Regency is spread in various mountain and coastal areas, including Glagah and Congot beaches, Sermo reservoir, Kalibiru, Suroloyo Peak, Kiskendo Cave, Pedut natural pool, Kembang Soka waterfall, Nglinggo tourist village, Boro village, Wates town square, Mudal river park, and Sewu waterfall. Sports tourism includes cycling, rock climbing, ATV riding, basketball, tennis, rollerblade, gateball, mini soccer, gymnastics, swimming pool, swan paddle boat, tour boat, canoe, rowing boat, outboard, trail bike, river rafting, river tubing, camping, village tracking, jogging, fishing, caving, flying fox, river adventure, downhill ride, dragon boat, and agro tour.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan kebugaran jasmani bagi siswa sekolah dasar (SD) kelas atas. Penelitian pengembangan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan; (2) analisis informasi; (3) pengembangan produk awal; (4) validasi ahli/revisi; (5) uji coba skala kecil; (6) revisi; (7) uji coba lapangan skala besar; (8) revisi akhir; dan (9) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil berjumlah 24 siswa. Uji coba skala besar di tiga sekolah. Instrumen: (1) pedoman wawancara; (2) kuisioner; (3) pedoman observasi; (4) kuisioner uji efektivitas; dan (5) kuesioner siswa. Teknik analisis data yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian berupa model latihan kebugaran jasmani bagi siswa SD kelas atas menggunakan metode circuit training. Hasil penilaian ahli materi dan siswa, menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan dinilai baik dan efektif, dan siswa memberikan respons yang positif, sehingga model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Developing a physical training model for higher primary school-age children Abstract: The study aims to review models that produce Physical fitness training for Students of Elementary School (SD) Class differences. Expert Assessment Results matter and Students, Models that showed Developed rated Good And Effective, response and students give a positive thing, so Learning Model Developed feasible to review use.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada tahap pengembangan Borg Gall (2007). Desain pengembangan tersebut dikelompokkan dalam enam tahap, yakni: (a) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi; (b) perencanaan; (c) pengembangan produk awal; (d) uji kelayakan; (e) uji efektivitas; dan (f) produk akhir. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, tes hasil belajar dan angket respons peserta didik dan guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data deskriptif dan data uji beda menggunakan paired samples t test dan independent samples t test dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis komik ditinjau dari aspek materi, media, dan bahasa menurut para ahli didapat data sebagai berikut: (1) ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 93,64% dengan kategori “sangat baik”; (2) ahli media memperoleh skor sebesar 90,83% dengan kategori “sangat baik”; dan (3) ahli bahasa memperoleh skor sebesar 94,00% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Pada tahap uji kelayakan: (1) Hasil uji coba skala kecil dari aspek tampilan, pembelajaran, dan keterbacaan rata-rata skor yang diperoleh sebesar 4,22 yang masuk kategori “sangat layak”; dan (2) Hasil uji coba skala besar dari aspek tampilan, pembelajaran, dan keterbacaan rata-rata skor yang diperoleh sebesar 4,45 yang masuk kategori “sangat baik”. Tahap uji efektivitas ada perbedaan bermakna dalam hal pengetahuan dan sikap PHBS antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan p 0,05. Developing comics media-based learning about behaviour clean and healthy childhood elementary school Abstract: This refers to the development of the research development stage Borg Gall. The development of the design is grouped into six stages, namely: (a) research and information gathering; (b) planning; (c) the initial product development; (d) the feasibility test; (e) testing the effectiveness; and (f) the end product. Collecting data using interview guides, documentation, achievement test and questionnaire responses of learners and teachers. Data were analyzed using descriptive data and the data of different tests using paired-samples t-test and independent samples t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the comic book-based learning media from the aspect of materials, media, and languages, according to experts obtained the following data: (1) subject matter experts given a score of 93.64% to the category of "excellent"; (2) media expert given a score of 90.83% to the category of "very good"; and (3) linguists given a score of 94.00% to the category of "very good". At the stage of feasibility studies: (1) The results of the small scale trials of the aspects of the display, learning, and legibility average score obtained at 4.22 which is categorized as "very decent"; and (2) The results of a large-scale trial of the aspects of the display, learning, and legibility average score obtained at 4.45 which is categorized as "very good". The effectiveness of the test phase no significant difference in terms of knowledge and attitudes PHBs between the experimental group and the control group with p 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui metode pembelajaran terhadap hasil pukulan forehand tenis lapangan pada mahasiswa FIK UNY dan metode mana yang lebih baik; (2) mengetahui pengaruh kelincahan terhadap hasil pukulan forehand tenis lapangan pada mahasiswa FIK UNY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah “Treatment-by-block design 2x2”. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah olahraga pilihan tenis lapangan Prodi PJKR Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan total responden sebanyak 35 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pengukuran. Analisis data menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran terhadap hasil pukulan forehand tenis lapangan pada mahasiswa FIK UNY (p=0,000). Metode pembelajaran yang efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pukulan forehand mahasiswa adalah metode drill. Hasil pukulan forehand kelompok hasil taktis diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 13,71 dan pada kelompok hasil dril diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 18,83.Tidak terdapat pengaruh kelincahan terhadap hasil pukulan forehand tenis lapangan pada mahasiswa FIK UNY (p=161). Tidak ada interaksi metode pembelajaran dan kelincahan terhadap hasil pukulan forehand tenis lapangan pada mahasiswa FIK UNY (p=0,735). The effect of the learning method and agility blow toward The forehand tennis results Abstract: This study is aimed to (1) Determine the method of learning the tennis forehand result in students FIK UNY and which method is better; (2) Determine the effect of the agility of the results on the tennis forehand FIK UNY students. This research was a quasi-experimental research design used as a 2x2 Treatment by block design. The subject of this research is that students who take courses in sports tennis Program study option PJKR Faculty of Sport Science, State University of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with as many as 35 people total respondents. Data collection instruments by using test measurements. Analysis of the data using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results show there are significant learning methods to the results on the tennis forehand FIK UNY students (p = 0.000). The effective learning method used to improve the ability of students is the forehand drill method. The forehand tactical group obtained an average value of 13.71, and the tactical group obtained an average value of 18.83. There is no influence on the result of agility tennis forehand on student FIK UNY (p= 0.161). There is no influence on the result learning method and agility tennis forehand on student FIK UNY (p= 0.735).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran kolary untuk permainan bolabasket di SMA. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik sekolah menengah atas kelas X. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 32 peserta didik SMA N 1 Kartasura, dan 30 peserta didik SMA N 2 Sukoharjo. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 32 peserta didik SMA N 1 Boyolali, 33 peserta didik SMA N 1 Banyudono, dan 36 peserta didik SMA N 2 Boyolali. Uji keefektifan dilakukan terhadap  32 peserta didik SMA N 7 Surakarta. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) pedoman observasi pembelajaran, dan (3) GPAI. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model pembelajaran kolary untuk permainan bolabasket di SMA. Dari hasil penilaian para ahli dan praktisi, model pembelajaran kolary memiliki validitas 0,988 sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran kolary yang disusun dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dribbling, passing, dan shooting dan aspek afektif yang terdiri atas kerja sama, disiplin, dan sportif. Di samping itu, model pembelajaran kolary juga sangat sesuai dengan karakteristik, pertumbuhan, dan perkembangan peserta didik serta mampu membuat peserta didik lebih mudah untuk mempelajari teknik dasar permainan bolabasket di SMA. Developing Kolary instructional model for basketball games in senior high school Abstract: This study aims to produce the Kolary instructional model for basketball games in senior high school. The approach taken in this study was research and development. The subjects were the tenth grade of high school. The preliminary field test was conducted on 32 students of the X grade in SMA N 1 Kartasura and 30 students of the X grade students of SMA N 2 Sukoharjo. The preliminary field test was conducted on 32 students of SMA N 1 Boyolali, 33 students of SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono, and 36 students of SMA N 2 Boyolali. The evaluation of the effectiveness was conducted on 32 students of SMA N 7 Surakarta. The data collection instruments used were: (1) interview, (2) observation learning guide, and (3) GPAI. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this research was a learning model Kolar for the game of basketball in high school. From the assessment results, experts' and practitioners' learning model Kolary has a validity of 0,988. It could be concluded that the learning model Kolary was drafted to improve the skills of dribbling, passing, and shooting and affective aspects consisting of cooperation, discipline, and sportsmanship. The learning models Kolar in accordance with the characteristics and growth and development of students, and students are able to make it easier to learn the basic techniques of basketball in high school.
