Jurnal Pedagogi Olahraga dan Kesehatan is a journal published by Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. The journal is published twice a year, in May and November. Jurnal Pedagogi Olahraga dan Kesehatan biannually publishes research on various aspects of the sports and exercise sciences, including anatomy, biomechanics, performance analysis, physiology, psychology, sports medicine, sports nutrition, health, and well-being, as well as coaching and talent identification and physical education. The Journal also publishes review articles and book reviews. The Journal focuses on the human sciences, including responses to technologies such as the design of sports equipment and training facilities, athlete selection and recruitment, performance analysis or modification, and stress reduction. To be considered for publication, manuscripts must be original and relevant to the aforementioned topics. It is published by the Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. However, the readership for this Journal covers academics to practitioners from a range of disciplines and topics of interest. All articles published in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model permainan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan kedisiplinan anak sekolah dasar khususnya kelas bawah. penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi dilapangan dan melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (3) validasi ahli dan revisi, (4) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, (6) pembuatan produk final. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi permainan, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan observasi permainan, dan (5) pedoman observasi terhadap guru pelaku uji coba. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku panduan aktivitas permainan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan kedisiplinan anak SD kelas bawah, yang berisikan lima jenis permainan, yaitu, (1) permainan mengangkat ban, (2) permainan bola estafet, (3) permainan hold out puzzle, (4) permainan memindahkan ban, dan (5) permainan running card yang sedang divalidasi oleh ahli dan guru.Kata Kunci: model permainan, kebugaran jasmani, kedisiplinan, anak SD kelas bawah. Developing game models to improve physical fitness and discipline in children underclass of primary schools Abstract: This research aims to produce a model of the game to improve the physical fitness and discipline of primary school children, especially the underclass. research and development are done by adapting the steps of research development as follows: (1) the collection of information in the field and conducting an analysis of the information that has been collected, (2) develop the initial product (draft model), (3) expert validation and revision, (4) small-scale field trials and revisions, (5) large-scale field trials and revisions, (6) the manufacture of the final product. Data collection instruments used are (1) interviews, (2) the value scale, (3) guidelines for game observation, (4) guidelines of the observation of the game effectiveness, and (5) guidelines for the observation of the teacher who did the trials. The data analysis technique conducted was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analyses. The results of this research are guidebooks games activities to improve physical fitness and discipline in children underclass of primary school, which contains five types of games, consisting, (1) lifting tire game, (2) ball relay game, (3) hold out a puzzle game, (4) displace tire game, and (5) running card and tire rotating game being validated by experts and teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model latihan permainan kumite yang dikembangkan menjadi panduan pelatih karate dengan konsep permainan. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Gall, Gall, Borg. Uji coba dengan skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 6 orang kohai dan 18 orang kohai pada skala besar di dojo-dojo DIY. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket skala nilai validasi, pedoman observasi model latihan permainan, dan pedoman observasi keefektifan model latihan permainan. Hasil penelitian berupa model latihan permainan kumite yang terdiri dari 9 latihan permainan, yaitu: (1) bola gantung zuki, (2) target zuki, (3) bola gantung geri, (4) target geri, (5) kombinasi target zuki dan geri, (6) lingkaran bola gantung zuki, (7) bola gantung geri, (8) lemparan bola gila, dan (9) lempar kontrol bola gila. Model latihan permainan kumite disusun dalam buku pedoman latihan dan CD dengan judul “Bermain Kumite”.Kata kunci: model, latihan, permainan, kumite. MODEL TRAINING GAME PRE NOVICE KUMITE CATEGORY AGES 10-11 YEARS OF AGE IN KARATE SPORTAbstractThis study aims to produce a model exercise game developed into a guide kumite karate coach with the concept of the game. This study was developed by adapting the research and development of educational models Gall, Gall, Borg. With small-scale trials carried out on 6 and 18 kohai kohai on a large scale in the dojo dojo DIY. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire rating scale validation, the model observation exercise game, and the observation model of the effectiveness of exercise games. Results of the research is a model of practice kumite game that consists of 9 exercise games, namely: (1) balls hanging zuki, (2) the target zuki, (3) balls hanging geri, (4) the target geri, (5) a combination of the target and the zuki geri, (6) circle hanging balls zuki, (7) balls hanging geri, (8) throws the ball crazy, and (9) controls the ball throwing crazy. Models are arranged kumite practice games in training manual and a CD with the title "Playing Kumite".Keywords: models, training, game, kumite.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hambatan-hambatan dan faktor pendukung dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 PJOK SD di Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber penelitian adalah guru PJOK SD di sekolah yang mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 di Kabupaten Magelang. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah persiapan pemerintah/sekolah dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013, perencanaan, proses pelaksanaan, penilaian dalam pembelajaran serta buku teks dan sarana prasarana di sekolah. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri dengan menggunakan alat bantu yaitu pedoman wawancara, dan dokumen/arsip. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Guru sudah diberikan pelatihan-pelatihan oleh pemerintah tentang Kurikulum 2013 dan kemampuan mengoperasionalkan komputer, 2) Pelatihan khusus untuk guru PJOK belum ada,  3) Dalam pelaksanaan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 masih ada guru yang terkendala dalam berkomunikasi, 4) Guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian, 5) Buku khusus untuk buku PJOK dalam kurikulum 2013 belum tersedia, dan  6) Hampir tiap sekolahan tidak memiliki halaman yang layak disebut sebagai lapangan olahraga. The implementation of curriculum 2013 for Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PESH) in elementary schools in Magelang regency Abstract: This study aims to reveal constraints and factors supporting the implementation of Curriculum 2013 of PESH in elementary schools (ESs) in the Magelang Regency. This was a descriptive qualitative study. The data sources were PESH teachers of ESs implementing Curriculum 2013 in Magelang Regency. The research objects included the government/school preparation for the implementation of Curriculum 2013, planning, implementation process, learning assessment, textbooks, and school infrastructure facilities. The research instrument was the researcher himself supplemented by interview guides and documents/archives. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data trustworthiness was enhanced by technique and source triangulations. The research findings are as follows (1) In the planning of the implementation of Curriculum 2013 and the training on computer operation, (2) In the training there has not been special training for PESH teachers. 3) In the implementation of Curriculum 2013, in the learning process some teachers find constraints in the communication, 4) Teachers still encounter difficulties in the assessment, and 5) Textbooks based on Curriculum 2013 are not available yet. 6) Almost all schools do not have yards appropriate for sports fields.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kinestetik anak usia dini. Dalam penelitian pengembangan ini, langkah-langkah yang harus ditempuh meliputi: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) perencanaan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) ujicoba awal, (5) revisi untuk menyusun produk utama, (6) uji coba lapangan utama, (7) revisi untuk menyusun produk operasional, (8) uji coba produk operasional, (9) revisi produk final, dan (10) diseminasi dan implementasi produk. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah produk berupa model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinestetik anak usia dini. Model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinestetik anak usia dini dikemas kedalam sebuah buku manual dan didampingi dengan Digital Versatile Disc (DVD). Pada akhir tahap penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinestetik anak usia dini sangat baik dan efektif. Sehingga model permainan layak digunakan.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, model, adventure, kinestetik, anak usia dini (4-6 Tahun) THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL OF ADVENTURE GAME TO IMPROVE CHILDREN’S KINESTETIC IN EARLY AGEAbstractThis study aims to produce a model of Adventure games to improve children’s kinestetic in early age. In this developmental research,  the steps that must be followedare: (1) Introduction study, (2) Planning, (3)  Improving the first pruduct, (4) The first trial, (5) Revision for arranging the main product, (6) The trial of the main field, (7) Revisionof oprational product, (8) The trial of operational product, (9) Revision of final product, and (10) The dissemination  and the implementation of product. The final result of this research a product like adventure games model to improve kinestetic ability children in early age. Adventure games model to improve  kinestetic ability  of children in early age is cased up in a manual book and accompanied with Digital Versatile disc (DVD). In the last step of the research, it can be concluded that adventure games model to improve kinestetic ability of  early age childeren has very good and effective, so that ready tu use.Keywords: Improvement, model, adventure, kinestetic, earlyage childeren (4-6 years old)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan ketepatan tendangan dalam sepakbola untuk anak kelompok umur 13-14 tahun yang layak digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan, dengan langkah-langkah terdiri dari: (1) mengenali potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba produk skala kecil, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba skala besar, (9) dan revisi produk, dan (10) hasil akhir. Penilaian kualitas produk melibatkan 3 orang ahli. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pedoman umum wawancara, catatan lapangan, angket skala nilai validasi, pedoman observasi model, pedoman observasi keefektifan model, dan kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model latihan ketepatan tendangan yang terdiri dari (1) permainan passing segitiga; (2) permainan passing berpindah; (3) permainan pindah bola; (4) permainan melewati bola; (5) permainan passing dan koordinasi; (6) permainan cetak gol; (7) permainan 4 vs 2 target bola; (8) permainan 2 vs 1 target gawang; dan (9) permainan 2 vs 2 target gawang, yang disusun dalam bentuk DVD latihan dan buku panduan latihan.Kata Kunci: model latihan, ketepatan tendangan, sepakbola THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRACTICE KICK ACCURACY IN FOOTBALL FOR THE AGE GROUP OF 13 TO 14 YEARS OLD CHILDRENAbstractThis study aims to produce a model of practice kick accuracy in football for the age group of 13 to 14 years old children feasible to use. The study used research and development design, consisting the steps of (1) identified the potential and problems, (2) collect data, (3) develop initial products, (4) design a validation, (5) design revision, (6) small-scale product test, (7) product revision, (8) large-scale test, (9) product revision, and (10) the final result. Product quality assessment involving 3 experts. Instruments used for data collection are general guideline interviews, field notes, questionnaire validation value scale, the observation model, the effectiveness of observation model, and a questionnaire for students. The quantitative descriptive analysis and the qualitative descriptive analysis techniques are used to collect the data. The result of this research is a model of practice kick accuracy consisting of (1) triangular passing game; (2) passing and moving game; (3) moving the ball game; (4) passing the ball game; (5) passing and coordination game ; (6) scoring goal game; (7) target ball game of 4 vs 2; (8) target goal game of 2 vs 1; and (9) target goal game of 2 vs 2, arranged in a training DVD shape and training handbook.Keywords: models of practice, kicks accuracy, football

Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengungkapkan: (1) perbedaan pengaruh weight training dan pliometrik, (2) perbedaan pengaruh panjang dan pendeknya tungkai, dan (3) interaksi latihan weight training, pliometrik dan panjang tungkai terhadap keterampilan tendangan sabit. Metode penelitian eksperimen faktorial 2x2. Populasi berjumlah 37 pesilat, sampel 20 pesilat. Instrumen tes keterampilan tendangan sabit dari Johansyah Lubis. Teknik analisis data ANOVA dua jalur α = 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan: (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh weight training, pliometrik, dan panjang tungkai terhadap keterampilan tendangan sabit.  (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh panjang dan pendeknya tungkai terhadap keterampilan tendangan sabit. (3) Ada interaksi weight training, pliometrik, dan panjang tungkai terhadap keterampilan tendangan sabit. Terbukti dari nilai p 0,05. The effect of weight training, plyometrics, long legs skills on the kick of Sabit Abstract: Research to disclose: (1) effect differences in the influence of weight training and plyometrics, (2) effect differences in the long legs and short legs, and (3) the interaction of exercise weight training, plyometrics, and leg length on skills of kick sabit. Research is an experiment with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population of 37 pesilat, sample 20 pesilat. The instruments of a kick use skills kick Sabit test from Johansyah Lubis. Data analysis techniques ANOVA two lanes α = 0.05. Results showed: (1) There is a different effect of weight training, plyometrics, leg length skills on the kick of sabit. (2) There is a different effect of long legs and short legs on the skills of kick sabit. (3) There is an interaction of weight training, plyometrics and leg length on skills of kick sabit.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menghasilkan model latihan gerak dasar karate yang dimodifikasi melalui permainan tradisional yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dari pemula pada beladiri karate. Penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan Borg Gall (1983: 775) langkah-langkah yang dimodifikasi, meliputi: (1) pengumpulan informasi, (2) menganalisis hasil informasi, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba produk atau uji kelayakan, (6) validasi ahli, (7) uji efektifitas, (8) produk akhir. uji coba skala kecil dilakukan pada pemula Inkanas Dojo SDN Embung Tiang, Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat. uji coba skala besar dilakukan pada pemula perguruan Inkanas di Dojo SMAN I Sakra Timur, Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pemula di kedua Dojo tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, dan (3) kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Isi dari produk yang dihasilkan adalah empat model permainan dan empat gerak dasar karate meliputi: (1) permainan lari tarompang untuk melatih kuda-kuda Zenkotsu dachi, (2) permainan Tarik Tambang untuk melatih kuda-kuda Kokutsu dachi, (3) permainan Batok Kuda untuk melatih kuda-kuda Kiba dachi, dan (4) permainan Bentengan untuk melatih teknik Kumite. Developing a model of karate basic motion exercise through the modification of traditional games for beginnersAbstract: The purpose of this research is to produce a model of karate basic motion exercises through the modification of traditional games that matches the characteristics of the beginners of karate. This research and development used the steps in the research and development model of Borg Gall (1983: 775), consisting of (1) the collection of information, (2) analyzing the results of the information, (3) early product development, (4) expert validation and revision, (5) product trials or due diligence, (6) expert validation, (7) effectiveness testing, and (8) final product. The small scales trial was conducted on Inkanas beginners who practised at the Dojo of SDN Embung Tiang, Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat. The large scales trial was conducted on the Inkanas beginners who practised at the Dojo of SMAN I Sakra Timur, Lombok Timur, and Nusa Tenggara Barat. The research subject was the karate beginners of the two dojos. The data were collected through (1) interviews, (2) observation, and (3) questionnaire using the Likert scale. The data analysis used descriptive, qualitative and quantitative analyses. The results of this research and development is a handbook of karate basic movement exercises modified through traditional games for karate beginners, which is packaged in a CD. The contents of the products consist of four models of the game and four karate basic movements including (1) the game of Lari Tarompang to train kuda-kuda Zenkotsu dachi, (2) the game of Tarik Tambang to train kuda-kuda Kokutsu dachi, (3) the game of Batok Kuda riding to train kuda-kuda Kiba dachi, and (4) the game of Bentengan to train Kumite techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) pengaruh latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound dan latihan plyometrics box jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, (2) perbedaan pengaruh koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan koordinasi mata-kaki rendah terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, dan (3) interaksi antara latihan plyometrics dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian ini 40 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive rondom sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound dan latihan plyometrics box jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh antara siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki rendah, (3) terdapat interaksi antara latihan plyometrics dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh. Kelompok siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi lebih tepat jika dilatih dengan latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound sedangkan kelompok siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki rendah lebih baik jika dilatih dengan latihan plyometrics box jump.Kata Kunci: metode latihan plyometrics, koordinasi mata-kaki, kemampuan lompat jauh THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE EFFECTS OF PLYOMETRICS METHOD AND THOSE OF EYE COHERENCE-FOOT ON THE INCREASE IN LONG JUMPAbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the effect of plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise and plyometrics box jump exercises on the increase in long jump, (2) the  effect differences between in high foot-eye coherence and low eye-foot coherence, and (3) the interaction between the plyometrics exercise and eye-foot coherence on the long jump ability. This research is an experiment using the factorial 2 x 2 design. A sample of 40 students was established using the purposive random sampling technique. The results are as follows: (1) there is a significant difference between plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise and plyometrics box jump exercise, (2) there is a significant increase difference in the long jump ability between the students who have high foot-eye coherence and those having low foot-eye coherence, (3) there is an interaction between plyometrics method and foot-eye coherence on long jump ability. The students who have foot-eye coherence are more appropriate if they are trained with plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise, while the students groups that have low foot-eye coherence better if trained with plyometrics box jump exercise.Keywords: plyometrics exercise, eye-foot coherence, long jump ability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model permainan untuk pengembangan sosial emosional anak TK kelompok B yang layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mentransfer ketiga domain belajar seraya anak bermain.Penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan model Gall Borg, langkah-langkah penelitiannya: (1) menilai kebutuhan untuk mengidentifikasi tujuan; (2) melakukan analisis instruksional; (3) menganalisis peserta didik dan bahan materi; (4) menulis tujuan kinerja; (5) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian; (6) mengembangkan strategi instruksional; (7) mengembangkan dan memilih bahan instruksional; (8) merancang dan melakukan evaluasi formatif pembelajaran; dan (9) merevisi instruksi. Hasil penelitian berupa model permainan untuk pengembangan sosial emosional anak TK kelompok B yang terdiri atas 6 aktivitas permainan yaitu: (1) permainan ular ceria; (2) permainan balok gembira; (3) permainan aku dan kamu; (4) permainan pancing botol; (5) permainan bola keranjang; dan (6) permainan bola pintar. Spesifikasi produk penelitian ini berupa buku dan panduan video (DVD) yang digunakan guru sebagai acuan untuk mengajar pengembangan sosial emosional pada anak TK kelompok B. Buku panduan ini berjudul “Permainan untuk Pengembangan Sosial Emosional”. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dan praktisi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model permainan untuk pengembangan sosial emosional sesuai dengan kurikulum, karakteristik, serta efektif dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pengembangan sosial emosional pada anak TK kelompok B.Kata Kunci: model, permainan, pengembangan, sosial emosional THE GAME MODEL TO DEVELOP SOCIAL EMOTIONAL ASPECT OF CHILDREN IN THE GROUP B OF KINDERGARTEN AbstractThis investigation was proposed to develop social emotional aspect of children in the Group B of Kindergarten by using the game model that were proper as an instructional media for transfering the domain aspects such as cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects during playing. The research and development that was applied in this study used the Gall Borg model which consists of several steps: (1) assessing the needs to identify the purposes; (2) conducting instructional analysis; (3) analyzing learners and material resources; (4) writing the objectives of the performance, (5) develop the instruments for the assessment; (6) developing instructional strategies; (7) developing and selecting the instructional materials; (8) design and do a formative evaluation for the study; and (9) revising the instruction. The results show six activities of the game model to develop social emotional aspect of children in the Group B of Kindergarten. The game model consists of (1) the game of “cheerful snake”, (2) the game of “cheerful beam”, (3) the game of “me and you”, (4) the game of “bottle rod”, (5) the game of “basket ball”, and (6) the game of “smart ball”. The specification product from this experimental results can be a book and DVD, as a reference for teaching material in order to develop the aspect of social emotional of children in the Group B of Kindergarten. The book title is “Games for Social Emotional Development”. Based on the experts evaluation and some practitioners, this book was appropriate with the curriculum and characteristic, and also effective and feasible to be applied as media for developing social emotional of children in the Group B of Kindergarten.Keywords: model, game, development, social emotional

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran terpadu tematik bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas satu, yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran untuk siswa sekolah dasar kelas satu. Hasil penelitian berupa buku berjudul “Bermain Lempar Tangkap Bola”. Buku memuat pemanasan berupa permainan menjalaikan, inti terdiri atas 4 fase yaitu: (1) memasukkan bola ke dalam kardus; (2) pass and run with defender; (3) kucing-kucingan dengan bergeser; (4) Game lempar tangkap bola, dan diakhiri penutup berupa cooling down dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli model secara isi materi sangat baik, bahasa sangat baik, format penulisan baik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar. Model pembelajaran terpadu tematik ini juga mampu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, keterampilan gerak dasar (motorik) danafektif. Developing a thematically integrated learning model in elementary school Abstract: This study aims to produce a thematically integrated learning model for elementary school students keys one, which can be used by teachers in the teaching and learning process for elementary school students in grade one. The result of the research is a book entitled " play throwing and catching the ball." This book includes Warming up a game of catching fish, the core comprises four phases: (1) putting the ball into the box; (2) passing and running with the defender; (3) cat and mouse with a scroll; (4) Game throwing and catching the ball. Based on an expert assessment of this model the content of the material is very good, in the language, good writing format and in accordance with the characteristics of elementary school students. The thematically integrated learning model is also can be used to improve cognitive ability, basic movement skills (motoric) and affective domain.
