Abstract

This article contains strategies to increase reading interest in third grade students of MI NU Matholiul Falah and teachers' strategies in the learning process in 2021/2022. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study aims to increase students' reading interest by using video media and singing methods. This classroom action research was carried out in 1 cycle with four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The object of this research is the third grade students of MI NU Matholiul Falah in the Japanese village, Mejobo, Kudus, totaling 29 students. The research instruments used were observation sheets, interview guidelines, questionnaire sheets, and documentation. The results of the analysis based on observations, interviews, and questionnaires can be obtained that the reading interest of the third grade students of MI NU Matholiul Falah is low. Factors that influence this are the existence of internal and external factors. The results showed that the use of video media and singing methods in Indonesian language learning materials could increase students' reading interest which was marked by an increase in completeness in 1 cycle (87%) with an average value of 89,85.

Abstract

The aim of this study to provide an overview of teachers,especially elementary school teachers about making creative and innovative power points that can increase the creativity of elementary school students in the field of information and technology. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique at BITC Bandung. The problem that occurs in elementary schools is that teachers do not know how to take advantage of creativity that has been made by students, especially in learning information and communication technology.This result of this study indicate that efforts to increase the creativity of elementary school students can be done by making creative and innovative power point supported by facilities at BITC Bandung to be published through the market place like envato and shutterstock.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of Integrated Science learning outcomes by applying the Concept Map Strategy. This research is a type of classroom action research conducted in class VII-A of SMPN 2 Aikmel. Data collection was carried out by experiments, observations, tests, documentation, and interviews. Data on learning outcomes and student participation in learning were analyzed using comparative descriptive techniques, namely by comparing research results obtained between cycles, while learning implementation data were analyzed using critical analysis techniques, namely by revealing the weaknesses and strengths of the performance displayed by the teacher in the implementation of activities during action. The results of the analysis show that student learning outcomes have increased, this can be seen from the test results data, the cycles have increased. Classical completeness in the first cycle of 65% increased to 91% in the second cycle, meaning that there was an increase in learning outcomes of 26%. Besides learning outcomes, there was also an increase in student activity from the first cycle, an average of 2.85 (moderately active category) and an increase in the second cycle of 4.05 (active category) this means that there was an increase in student activity of 1.2.

Abstract

The purpose of this school action research is to determine the improvement of teacher abilities in the application of cooperative learning models through clinical supervision at SD Negeri 2 Masbagik Selatan for the 2020/2021 academic year. Based on the results of the research above, the results of the principal's coaching are very good. This can be seen at the first meeting of the 10 teachers who were present at the time of this study, the completeness of achieving the ideal performance of cycle I and cycle II, respectively, was 33% increasing to 100%. From the analysis of the data above, it can be seen that coaching in improving the ability of teachers to apply learning models through the guidance of the Principal, which means that the teaching and learning process is more successful and can improve its quality, especially at SDN 2 Masbagik Selatan, East Lombok district, therefore it is expected that the teachers of SDN 2 South Masbagik can improve its quality in carrying out classroom learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how leadership plays a major, centered and very vital role in the formation of a good institution, especially in Islamic educational institutions. Muhammadiyah is an Islamic organization founded by KH Ahmad Dahlan who has a desire to create an Islamic educational institution that aims to form a noble character and a good scientific mindset. From there, Muhammadiyah has the view of one of the leaders of Muhammadiyah, namely KH. AR Fakhrudin about leaders who have Islamic character who are not selfish, arrogant and become role models for the best Islamic education leadership to run. The research that we use is qualitative research which uses a descriptive approach with library research, the method used is to analyze the existing literature systematically such as articles, books, journals, and documents related to the problems discussed.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the nature of humans being created, namely as caliphs on earth or as leaders. In this connection, humans are expected to be able to become leaders for themselves, others and the universe in regulating, managing, and contributing to all the potential that is qualified in their leadership as leaders. Leadership is someone who can influence, encourage, invite, guide, and move others to achieve common goals. In the context of Indonesia today, leadership is needed that is able to embrace, free from poverty, ignorance and the marginalized. Leaders who are based on humanity and lead to the teachings of their religion. Various references, there are lots of leadership models, but according to researchers with historical conditions and the dielectics of Indonesia's structural structure, the right leader is a leadership model that has characteristics with a prophetic approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the understanding, characteristics, and concepts of leadership in the Islamic perspective of Kuntowijoyo with his prophetic approach. This research uses library research method. To obtain objective and up-to-date data, researchers collect data through books by Kuntowijoyo, journals, and published scientific research results. From the results of this study, it can be explained that the concept of leadership in Islam is a perspective that forms the basis for thinking in the role of being a leader with his leadership model. The concepts possessed by Islamic teachings in viewing the concept of leadership include aspects of influence, spirituality, and characteristics. In Kuntowijoyo's perspective, the prophetic approach has values, namely liberation, humanization and transcendence.

Abstract

Implementation is a number of actions carried out by individuals, several high-ranking officials, or government or private groups that are directed at achieving the goals that have been outlined in policy decisions. Design is a designer, training needs to do initial planning for the training program/ learning, designing training materials and planning a conceptual training evaluation which will later be used as the basis for the development stage. SDN 15 CITY OF TANGERANG designs online learning with a learning system that is carried out through personal computers (PCs) or laptops that are connected to an internet network connection. Teachers can do learning together at the same time using groups on social media such as WhatsApp (WA), telegram, Instagram, zoom applications or other media as learning media. Thus, the teacher can ensure that students take part in learning at the same time, even though in different places. Some students who do not have mobile phones study in groups, so that they carry out learning activities together. Start learning through video calls that are connected to the teacher concerned, are asked questions one by one, to take attendance via Voice Note available on WhatsApp. The materials are also provided in the form of videos that are less than 2 minutes long.

The high quality impact inside the use of social media the various community is that first it makes it less difficult to get entry to the entirety both in education or paintings then expands relationships, relationships without being bound via time or distance, even as the terrible impact within the use of social media is that social media is regularly used for correct crimes. robbing, cheating, then frequently takes place to make someone indifferent or unwilling to understand about different humans in order that social interaction does not exist due to the fact they may be busy with their respective gadgets. consequently, on this magazine the author will provide an explanation for more broadly and in depth about how the system of the emergence of social media itself in society, then how the effect of social media on warfare in society and the way social media influences human beings's social life. which targets in order that humans may be wiser in using social media, then can reduce very complicated conflicts in society caused by social media which in turn can give start to a secure and peaceful community life, has a excessive tolerance.

Abstract

Pancasila Education and Citizenship Education play a crucial role in instilling multicultural values in students. However, during this pandemic, there are obstacles in teaching and implementing multicultural insights. The writing of this article aims to educate how to face challenges in strengthening educational values with multicultural insight during a pandemic. This research uses the library method. The results of this study are that the inculcation of multicultural-minded values can be carried out in various ways, one of which is strengthening values in multicultural-minded education during the pandemic. Approaching students can be done by providing guidance on multiculturalism even though online and always in collaboration with guardians. students to realize the inculcation of solid multicultural values during the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the religious character education program developed at SD Al-Ma'soem Bandung, to determine the character education program developed at SD Al-Ma'some Bandung, to describe the implementation of the religious character and discipline of students at SD Ma'soem Bandung. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and literature study. The population of this study were students and educators of SD Al-Ma'soem. The results showed that the form of implementation of the religious character and discipline of students at SD Al-Ma'soem Bandung by providing internalization of religious character education and discipline, students to follow all programs that have been made, especially religious and disciplinary programs that provide good examples for students educate.
