Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of compensation on employee performance at the Fialia Farma Pharmacy Kendari. The number of respondents in this study were 7 people. The sampling technique uses census technique. Data analysis techniques were performed using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that compensation influences the performance of employees who work at the Fialia Farma Pharmacy Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Village Fund Management in Togomangura Village. To achieve these objectives, qualitative research methods are used to decipher data descriptively. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interviews, and documents and archives using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed: 1). For the stages of village financial planning in Togomangura Village, the Togomangura village government has managed the village fund finances in accordance with Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Fund Financial Management. 2). For the Village Fund budgeting phase in Togomangura Village, it has been carried out in accordance with existing principles, namely by budgeting village funds in accordance with the RKP of the Village that was determined at the planning stage and in accordance with Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management. 3). The implementation of Village Fund Financial Management in Togomangura Village has been very good and in accordance with applicable regulations namely Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 concerning the implementation of village finances and the PDTT Permendes Number 19 of 2017 concerning Priorities for the Use of Village Funds in 2018. 4). The administration of the Village Fund Financial Management Program in Togomangura Village is already good, because it is in accordance with applicable regulations namely Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 concerning the implementation of village finance. 5). Village Fund Financial Reporting in Togomangura Village is not in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 concerning village financial management. This is evidenced by the late TPK Field and Village Treasurers in submitting reports. 6). Monitoring of Village Funds by the BPD, it can be concluded that the BPD in carrying out its functions runs well but is less than optimal. This is because there are several factors that create obstacles, namely Human Resources (HR) so that the awareness of BPD members is less than optimal in carrying out their duties and functions. 7). The use of Village Funds in Togomangura Village in 2018 is not in accordance with the priority of use according to the PDTT Regulation No. 19 of 2017 concerning the priority of using Village Funds in 2018. 8). Inhibiting factors in the management of the Village Fund in Togomangura Village, namely: Human Resources, Late Reporting, Internet Networks, Community Understanding, Poor Coordination.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi, perdagangan bebas menjadi suatu fenomena yang harus dihadapi dengan kesiapan yang matang dari berbagai factor – factor produksi yang dimiliki perusahaan. Ujung tombak sebuah perusahaan yaitu pemasaran yang harus dilakukan dengan baik dan tepat untuk mencapai target pasar yang ditetapkan dengan menghindari sekecil mungkin hal – hal yang tidak efisien. Kota Kendari merupakan salah satu Kota di Sulawesi Tenggara. Sebagai Ibu Kota Provinsi yang kini mulai berkembang, laju pertumbuhan ekonomi serta perubahan teknologi dan informasinya semakin cepat. Hal ini menjadi salah satu factor pendorong terciptanya persaingan yang semakin ketat di dalam dunia bisnis dalam upaya menarik konsumen dan memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan dari konsumen. Untuk melakukan pembelian berdasarkan kebutuhan dan keinginan dengan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan serta kualitas dari layanan yang diberikan kepada konsumen saat melakukan proses pembelian akan menentukan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian kembali atau tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada “Black Pink Store” Pasar Baruga Penelitian ini dilakukan di “Black Pink Store” Pasar Baruga Kota Kendari dengan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 23.0 for Windows. Penentuan jumlah sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling, sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil analisis membuktikan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan pelaku usaha dalam memulai usahanya yakni menerapkan konsep marketing mix berupa Product, Price, Place dan Promotion (4P). Perencanaan dengan konsep tersebut memudahkan pelaku bisnis pemula (start up) dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Kotler (2009) berpendapat bahwa place atau tempat menentukan arti penting dari kegiatan bisnis untuk membuat produk dengan mudah diketahui dan diperoleh oleh seorang pelanggan dan tentunya selalu tersedia untuk pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh pemilihan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap usaha dagang ritel di Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari. Dengan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20.0 for windows.Penentuan jumlah sampel melalui teknik Purposive sampling , sebanyak 30 responen. Hasil analisis menunjukan pemilihan lokasi berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap usaha dagang ritel di Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision to buy clothes at Matahari Department Store, Lippo Plaza Kendari Branch. The sample in this study were as many as 40 respondents who were taken by census who were consumers who had shopped at Matahari Department Store, Lippo Plaza Kendari Branch. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis toolsThe study found that simultaneously product quality, price and brand image had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Partially found: 1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions; 2) price has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions and 3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada Waroeng X-Bro di Kota Kendari. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan studi kasus deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif model interaktif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan usaha penjualan yang dilakukan Waroeng X-Bro di Kota Kendari adalah strategi bauran pemasaran dengan menggunakan strategi produk makanan dan minuman yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen, strategi harga yang bersaing dengan nilai rata-rata yang rendah dan mudah terjangkau oleh konsumen, Waroeng X-Bro melakukan strategi promosi bersama perusahaan mitra untuk menaikan minat konsumen di Waroeng X-Bro dan strategi tempat dimana Waroeng X-Bro mendirikan tempat usaha di pusat keramaian serta menyiapkan tempat duduk yang nyaman dan tempat parkir gratis bagi pelanggan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Kendari. Sampel penelitian ini ditetapkan secara purposive sampling dimana jumlah karyawan yang diambil sebanyak 28 karyawan dari 56 karyawan secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh faktor Lingkungan Kerja (Sarana kerja, Tata ruang, Hubungan antar karyawan, Kenyamanan, dan Keamanan) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Kendari. Hal ini ditujukkan dengan nilai (F signifikan 0,000) lebih kecil dari nilai α 0,05 (F signifikan < α 0,05), sedangkan secara parsial dari kelima factor lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Kendari masing-masing untuk faktor sarana kerja nilai t signifikan 0,000 < α 0,05, hubungan antar karyawan nilai t signifikan 0,018 < α 0,05, untuk faktor tata ruang nilai t signifikan 0,000 < α 0,05 , hubungan antar karyawan nilai t signifikan 0,019 < α 0,05, kenyamanan nilai t signifikan 0,027 < α 0,05 dan keamanan nilai t signifikan 0,042 < α 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka disarankan agar lingkungan kerja yang memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dipertahankan oleh PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of the brand image consisting of corporate image, product image, and user image on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Motorcycles in Morowali Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study using 120 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regressionThe results of the study found that (1) there was a partially positive and significant influence of corporate image on purchasing decisions, (2) there was a partially positive and significant effect of product image on purchasing decisions, (3) there was a partial positive and significant effect of user image on the decision. purchase, (4) there is a positive and significant effect of corporate image, product image, and user image simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Motorbikes in Morowali Regency.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, providing good service satisfaction is an asset for organizations and companies, in realizing this desire is not easy, because many are playing in a company market, the tastes of one customer and another are also different, competition in all sectors the Indonesian economy, specially services that are very close to the community. The company will succeed in obtaining customers in numbers which, if judged to be able to provide service satisfaction for customers. Increased competition and the number of competitors that require business actors to always pay attention to the needs and desires of consumers and try to meet consumer expectations by providing more satisfying than what competitors do in improving service quality, according to Zeithaml and Bitner (2004), there are 5 dimensions of service quality. that must be considered include physical evidence, reliability (trust), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), empathy (empathy). By paying attention to the 5 dimensions of service quality, it is expected that consumers will be satisfied. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (a case study on a new style cosmetic shop in Baruga Market). This study uses quantitative methods, with a sample of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques: questionnaires and interviews. After the data is obtained, testing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that service quality affects customer satisfaction, the better the service quality, the higher customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Kendari city is one cities in Sulawesi tenggara. As the capital of the provibce which is now strating to develop, the pace of economic growth and changes in technology and information are getting faster. The needs and desires of consumers the kampung bakau restaurant is one of the culinary tours on the outskirts of the bay of kendari city which offers a variety of culinary delight. Even the location can be used as good spots for taking pictures. Such as the photo spot for the view of the Al-Alam mosque, the pride of the people of kendari city and Sulawesi Tenggara. Strore atmosphere that is comfortable with unique and attractive decoration will be the main attraction for a restaurant that makes consumers decide to visit a restaurant just because they like the store atmosphere and laugh. Therefore,culinary business people can design the restaurant’s store atmospherein such a way as to create a sense of comfort and security in the early stages of consumers so that consumers will make purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine whether store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the kampung bakau restaurant, kendari city. This study uses a simple linear regression data analysis technique using the SPSS version 23.0 for windows program. Determination of the number of sample through purposive sampling technique as many as 54 respondent. Analysis proves store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
