Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the costs incurred by farmers in processing coconut into copra and to determine the added value of processing coconut into copra in Napa Village, Mawasangka District, Central Buton Regency. The population in this study were 21copra processors. The sampling in this study was using the census methed where the researchers took the entire copra processing population in Napa Village, Mawasangka District, Central Buton Regency. Data collection tehniques or methods are carried out by circulating a list of questions (questionnaires) to respondents who have been systematically compiled according to research needs. The results showed that, in 1 kg of copra requires 4 coconuts seeds and 1quintal of copra requires 400 coconut seeds, the price of coconut per seed is IDR 1.000 while the price of copra per kg is IDR 5.500 (1) the average total cost of copra proccesing bussiness is IDR 3.222.805 Poduction (2) added value of copra proccesing of Rp 730,19 kg of coconut raw material with the ratio of tambah value obtained of 26,73%. This indicates that the copra business carried out by farmers has a moderate value added ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of factors that affect the financial performance of the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample in this study is 10 sample companies that meet the criteria for sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study found that simultaneously CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR had a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Partially CAR has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, NPL and BOPO have a negative and significant effect on financial performance and LDR has no significant positive effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the effect of giving rewards on the performance of employees of PT. Mega Auto Central Finance. The object of this research is limited to employees of PT. Mega Auto Central Finance Kendari Branch. Determination of the sample using the census method. The sample in this study were 38 employees. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Employee performance can be improved if an employee gets a reward from the company.Rewards can affect employee performance, because rewards will satisfy a number of needs that employees are trying to fulfill through their choices of work-related behavior so that when employee satisfaction is met, their concern for work will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, Kendari Branch. The sample in this study were as many as 43 respondents who were taken census at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, Kendari Branch. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. The study results found that simultaneously individual characteristics and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially individual characteristics and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1). knowing the interaction of sugar and agar concentration on the quality of pumpkin pudding product. 2). Knowing the right concentration in mixing sugar and agar for pumpkin pudding. 3). Determine the effect of sugar concentration on the product quality of pumpkin pudding. 4). Determine which treatment has the best effect on the quality of pumpkin pudding products. The implementation of this research was carried out by the experimental method with two treatments using a completely randomized design, the results of which were analyzed to determine the levels of vitamin C, total sugar and organoleptic tests (color, taste and texture).The results of this study are as follows: 1). Interaction The treatment of sugar and agar concentrations on the pumpkin pudding product produced is very good and is needed to be developed, 2). The right concentration in mixing sugar and agar is the addition of 100 grams of sugar concentration and 30 grams of agar (G2A3), 3). The effect of sugar concentration and agar on the making of pumpkin pudding shows a very significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk :1).Mempelajari pengaruh penambahan tempe terhadap kerupuk tempe yang dihasilkan.2). Mengetahui konsentrasi tempe yang tepat dalam pembuatan kerupuk tempe.. Pelaksanaan Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen. Perlakuan yang diterapkan adalah penambahan tempe dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda, yaitu : 30% (A1), 40% (A2), 50% (A3) dan 60%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerupuk tempe yang dihasilkan memenuhi syarat mutu yang ditetapkan dalam SII 0272-90. Perlakuan penambahan Konsentrasi tempe berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar air , kadar protein,rasa dan kerenyahan kerupuk tempe, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap warna . Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1)Penambahan tempe berpengaruh terhadap kadar air ,kadar protein,rasa dan kerenyahan kerupuk tempe, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap warna. 2). Kadar air kerupuk tempe yang dihasilkan berkisar anatara 2, 38% – 3,38 % dan kadar protein berkisar 25,54% – 27,89% memenuhi syarat mutu yang ditetapkan dalam SII 0272-90. 3). Berdasarkan hasil penilaian panelis perlakuan penambahan 50 % yang paling disukai panelis yaitu warna 4,7 (sangat suka), rasa 4,58 (sangat suka) dan kerenyahan 4,5 (sangat suka).

Abstract

Pada era bisnis saat ini, persaingan semakin meningkat. Persaingan ini menuntut para pelaku bisnis untuk mampu memaksimalkan kinerja perusahaannya agar dapat bersaing di pasaran. Perusahaan harus berusaha keras untuk mempelajari dan memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggannya. Perusahaan harus menempatkan orientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan sebagai tujuan utama Persaingan dari pelaku bisnis sendiri juga menjadi sangat tajam, baik dipasar domestik maupun dipasar internasionl. Pelaku bisnis harus mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan, pelayanan produk yang lambat bisa membuat pelanggan tidak puas, walaupun dengan tingkatan yang berbeda. Konsumen memang seharusnya dipuaskan karena mereka merupakan pemain utama dalam dunia bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mini Market Alfa Midi Kecamatan Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penentuan jumlah responden penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling di mana jumlah sampel penelitian ini yaitu 50 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mini Market Alfa Midi Kecamatan Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi Covid – 19 yang telah melanda selama kurang lebih setahun terakhir, yang mewajibkan semua orang untuk tetap di rumah dan mematuhi protocol kesehatan yang berlaku. Hal ini dapat menghambat proses kerja (pelayanan public) karena tidak bisa untuk pergi bekerja. Oleh karena itu instansi pemerintahan dituntut untuk memberikan sebuah inovasi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat akan pelayanan publik yang normal seperti biasanya. Dalam hal ini, pelayanan publik secara online sangat dibutuhlan, oleh karena itu, dalam instansi kantor Kelurahan Wundudopi Kec. Baruga Kota Kendari memberikan pelayanan secara online yang umumnya pengurusan administrasi seperti surat keterangan Domisili, surat keterangan tidak mampu, surat keterangan belum menikah, surat keterangan usaha, surat keterangan SKCK, surat keterangan kematian, surat keterangan domisili yayasan, surat keterangan sudah menikah, surat keterangan orang terlantar, dan surat keterangan lainnya. Layanan publik tersebut dapat diakses secara online dalam Layanan LAIKA Kendari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apakah kualitas layanan Online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Kel. Wundudopi Kec. Baruga Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 23.0 for Windows. Penentuan jumlah sampel melalui teknik accidental sampling, sebanyak 70 responden. Hasil analisis membuktikan kualitas layanan online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.

Abstract

Financial Performance Analysis of Village Fund Allocation (Study in Lahunggumbi Village, Pondidaha District, Konawe Regency). This study aims to determine how well the financial performance of village fund allocations is based on the effectiveness ratio and growth ratio in Lahunggumbi Village, Pondidaha District, Konawe Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data processed is the Village Fund Allocation Financial Report in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget from 2018 to 2020. The data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and library techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative with the formula: Effectiveness Ratio and Growth Ratio. The results showed that in general the financial performance of the Lahunggumbi Village Government, Pondidaha District, Konawe Regency was good in managing the Village Fund Allocation finance. This can be seen from the calculation results of the Effectiveness Ratio categorized as Effective or Good, because the average effectiveness is 100%. While the Growth Ratio grew positively or well, because the average Village Fund Allocation Income Growth Ratio was 18,4% and the Village Fund Allocation Expenditure Growth Ratio was 18,4%.

Abstract

Knowing the profit level of the futsal field tenant business (BumDes) in the village of Kalibu, Kulisusu sub-district, North Buton Regency.Knowing the business feasibility of a futsal field tenant (BumDes) in Kalibu Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton RegencyThis study aims to find out what the profit level of a futsal field tenant business is and how the feasibility of a futsal field tenant business is in Kalibu Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. This study uses descriptive data analysis, which presents data according to the information obtained in the field. The data in this research are primary and secondary data. As for the results of this study, the calculation of the R/C ratio of the Futsa Field Tenant Business (BUMDes) in Kalibu Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency, that the Futsa Field Business (BUMDes) is feasible to run. The head or manager of the BUMDes business unit has the task of assisting the director in managing, developing and managing BUMDes businesses that are in accordance with the potential of the village and the needs of the community.
