Abstract

Neurolinguistic Studies is an interdisciplinary study in the field of Linguistics and also in the field of Medicine which examines the relationship between the human brain and language abilities. Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) is considered a solution to overcome language and literacy disorders in dyslexic children. This study aims to reveal language disorders both speaking and reading for children with dyslexia and their solutions using the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). This type of research is descriptive qualitative by taking samples as research subjects, namely elementary school students with dyslexia disorders. This study uses a single subject experimental method or single subject research (SSR) with a sample of eight students with dyslexia as a subject. The research stages that have been achieved include: (1) Introduction, (2) Theoretical Neurolinguistic Studies applied to dyslexic children, (3) Empirical tests, and (4) Products applied. The results obtained from the use of the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) method can motivate dyslexic students to practice and improve reading and writing skills.

Abstract

During the pandemic, with the elimination of face-to-face learning, children become less knowledgeable. More about learning graphic concepts. The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to read charts in early childhood in the pandemic era using the Ping-pong Ball Chart media. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation because they can describe the situation accurately. Based on the results of the study, on the first day there was no change in the child's ability to read graphs. Where child not reads  according to what he sees.  there are children who are not at all able to conclude what he sees. In the learning process on the second and third day after the teacher conducted learning using the Ping-pong Ball Chart media, the children had experienced an increase in reading graphs, there were 4 students who drastically increased their ability to read graphs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the method of storytelling in optimizing receptive language skills. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a type of case study research.The results of the study show that in (1) planning the storytelling method, the teacher prepares RPPM and RPPH, the teacher adjusts the story to the theme to be discussed, determines the form or technique of storytelling, determines and prepares materials and tools to be used when telling stories according to the techniques set, and adjust the sitting position of the child before starting the story telling activity. (2) The implementation of storytelling activities is that the teacher implements a storytelling method according to the stages of storytelling, and the techniques used by the teacher when telling stories are different in each center. (3) The development of receptive language skills of children aged 5-6 years in 02 Tenggarong State Kindergarten have reached the expected criteria. The development of receptive language skills in children is developed in accordance with the indicators of its development, through activities designed so that children can reach the standard level of achievement of child development.

Abstract

Komunikasi adalah sarana yang tepat bagi guru dan orang tua dalam mendampingipeserta didik belajar di masa pandemic. Dengan berkomunikasi secara intensif, pemberian materimaupun pendampingan belajar anak di rumah dapat dilakukan dengan lebih terarah dan kreatif.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi orang tua dan guru dalammeningkatkan kreativitas selama mendampingi anak belajar di masa pandemic. Jenis penelitianini kualiltatif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian fenomenalogi, yang merupakanhasil data yang didapat melalui wawancara atau menanyakan langsung pada obyek penelitian.Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang didapat peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa karena pandemiini berlangsung membuat orang tua menjadi lebih kreaitiv dalam mendampingi anak nya belajar,walaupun dengan peralatan seaadanya yang ada dilingkungan rumah contoh membikin alatperaga dari bahan-bahan bekas yang ada dirumah

Abstract

This study aims to improve disciplinary behavior in early childhood through  the application of the "Token Economic" behavior modification technique.by giving coupons. The problem in this research is that early childhood has a lot of activity so they don't have time to play and lack of rest. Thus, children become lazy and result in children being undisciplined with time. The reason for choosing the topic in this research is that there are children who lack discipline to wards time. So there needs to be an effort to improve the discipline of children's time. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The hypothesis proposed in this study is "There is an increase in discipline in children". Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation because they can describe the situation accurately. The results showed that from meeting 1 to meeting 7 the child's behavioral targets had been achieved as expected. The child is able to perform the task as well possible according to the agreed contract. Children fell happy to do this activity with out feeling forced.

Abstract

Penelitian inimengkajitentang peran komunikasi verbal dalam penanaman akhlak. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran komunikasi verbal yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap penanaman akhlak anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Pusat Padu Ulul Azmi? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi verbal yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam penanaman akhlak anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Pusat Padu Ulul Azmi, pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang anak, dan 2 guru yang mengajar di kelompok B. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman akhlak anak usia dini digolongkan berhasil hal ini dibuktikan dengan perilaku sopan dan peduili anak serta mau menolong orangtua, pendidik dan temannya. Perilaku Akhlak anak yang berubah menjadi baik, semua dengan latihan dan proses pemberian komunikasi verbal secara lisan dengan menggunakan metode bercerita dan bercakap-cakap yang diberikan oleh guru di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstrak. Orangtua termasuk dalam anggota keluarga yang memiliki kewajiban untuk mendidik anak dengan baik dan semestinya dengan  memperhatikan segala aspek perkembangan yang dimiliki oleh anak. Adanya perubahan era saat ini dimana semua telah terdominasi oleh teknologi maka secara tidak langsung perubahan tersebut telah memberikan keharusan kepada orangtua untuk memiliki bentuk pola asuh yang baik dan tepat dalam mendidik anak. tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna menggambarkan bagaimana cara mendidik anak usia dini di era digitalisasi yang dapat diterapkan oleh orangtua kepada anaknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa mendidik anak di era digitalisasi merupakan bentuk pengasuhan orangtua yang menyesuaikan dengan keadaan sesungguhnya, artinya orangtua tidak hanya memberikan larangan kepada anak dalam menggunaan teknologi perangkat digital namun orangtua pun harus tetap memberikan kesempatan kepada anak untuk dapat merasakan adanya perkembangan teknologi, dengan cara memberikan batasan-batasan dalam penggunaan perangkat digital, memonitoring kegiatan anak pada saat menggunakan perangkat digital, adanya pengimbangan anak dalam menggunakan perangkat digital dengan kegiatan fisik,  membuat kesepakatan dalam menggunakan perangkat digital serta memberikan sanksi jika anak melanggar kesepakatan tersebut.Kata Kunci: Anak Usia Dini, Era Digitalisasi, Mendidik

Abstract

This research departs from the problem of the still low quality of children's learning processes during the Covid-19 pandemic and the low ability of teachers to integrate character values in online learning. Under normal circumstances, BDR (Home Learning) and BDS (School Learning) models can be relatively the same in purpose and quality, the only difference may be the supporting facilities used. In an emergency, when students and teachers are still overshadowed by the deadly Covid-19 epidemic, the design and learning process that should be applied is different because learning can no longer be considered business as usual. Even so, the BDR policy which was decided with the aim of inhibiting the spread of the virus in practice must still refer to the national curriculum used. In the BDR model (Learning at Home) with the aim of helping early childhood to be able to find a better way of learning for themselves in every experience they learn. The BDR (Learning at Home) model is not carried out to determine the attainment level or the importance of the value (assigning grade) alone, but uses it as an aim to increase innovation and the quality of the learning process that has been experienced. This study aims to develop the BDR (Learning at Home) model of learning to improve the innovative and quality of early childhood learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The development model used in this study is the Borg and Gall (2007) model which consists of ten steps. (1) Asses Needs To Identity Goal, (2) Conduct Instructional Analysis, (3) Analyze Learners And Context, (4) Write Performance Objectives, (5) Develop Assessment Instrument, (6) Develop Instructional Strategy, (7) Develop And Select Instructional Materials, (8) Design And Conduct Formative Evaluation Of Instruction, (9) Revise Instruction, (10) Design And Conduct Summative Evaluation. The product trial design in this study went through three stages, namely (a) expert validation, (b) small group trials, (c) large group trials. The results of the trial were then tested with the t test, which is to determine the innovative improvement and quality of early childhood learning from learning outcomes between using BDR model learning and not using BDR learning models. The results showed that BDR model learning can improve the innovative and quality of early childhood learning. From the results of data analysis obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.005, then H0 is rejected. Thus it can be said that there is a difference in the average before and after treatment and the average score of the treatment before and after treatment on innovative and the quality of children's learning reduces failure in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic by using the BDR learning model that has been developed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui “Peran lingkungan Keluarga Dalam Membentuk Perilaku Prososial Anak Usia Dini  Kelurahan Lakambau Kecamatan Batauga Kabupaten Buton Selatan”!. Jenis penelitian Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang mempelajari permasalahan yang ada dan prosedur kerja yang berlaku. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan apa yang sedang terjadi saat ini. Unit analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan keluarga. Hasil penelitian dan hasil pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa peran keluarga dalam membentuk perilaku prososial anak usia dini di Kelurahan Lakambau Kecamatan Batuaga Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil data yang diperoleh di lingkungan Batuatas bahwa peran keluarga dengan memberikan keteladanan, motivasi, rasa aman/perlindungan dan pengawasan yang terus menerus dapat membentuk perilaku prososial anak usia dini. pembentukan perilaku prososial seperti menunjukkan semangat, mentaati aturan main yang berlaku dan menunjukkan empati sudah mulai berkembang sesuai harapan dan cukup meningkat.Kata kunci : peran keluarga, perilaku prososial

Abstract

Prosocial behavior is social behavior that is helpful, constructive, and positive, which is the opposite of antisocial behavior. Its aim is to master understanding and proficiency in social problems. The phenomenon that occurs in group A, RA Masalikil Huda, has poor prosocial behavior. This was found by students who still did not want to mingle with their friends, did not want to share something they had with their friends and there was no sympathy in the students. So it needs efforts to develop the social skills of students with modeling techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the social development of students using modeling techniques. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were students from group A RA Masalikil Huda who were still in the low category of prosocial behavior. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the model teacher (researcher) in group A class uses several stages in the modeling process including: attention, giving stimulus, production, motivation and reinforcement. Through these stages, it turns out that it makes it easier for the model or teacher to develop the social for group A's children. Modeling techniques in developing students 'prosocial behavior are said to be effective in order to foster, develop and even improve the quality of students' prosocial behavior.
