Abstract

Abstrak Pendistribusian Zakat konsumtif dan zakat produktif merupakan salah satu usaha dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Permasalahan yang akan dicari jawabannya dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dampak zakat terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tinjauan kepustakaan. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendistribusian zakat yang dilakukan BAZNAS Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan belum mampu menyejahterakan mustahik Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Pendistribusian zakat baik secara konsumtif maupun produktif belum mampu mengubah posisi seorang mustahik menjadi muzaki. Dampak zakat konsumtif hanya bisa memenuhi kebutuhan sementara mustahik.  Sedangkan untuk zakat produktif, pendistribusian zakat secara produktif juga belum bisa membantu meningkatkan perekonomian seorang mustahik.Kata Kunci: Zakat Konsumtif, Zakat Produktif, Mustahik                       AbstractThe distribution of consumptive and productive zakat is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of mustahik by BAZNAS of South Tapanuli Regency. The problem to be answered in this research is how the impact of zakat on the welfare of mustahik. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Source of data used primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and literature review. Data processing and analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study show that the distribution of zakat by BAZNAS of South Tapanuli Regency has not been able to prosper the mustahik of South Tapanuli Regency. The distribution of zakat both consumptively and productively has not been able to change the position of a mustahik to become a muzaki. The impact of consumptive zakat can only meet the temporary needs of mustahik. As for productive zakat, the productive distribution of zakat has not been able to help improve the economy of a mustahik.Keywords: Consumptive Zakat, Productive Zakat, Mustahik

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masyarakat Desa Sei Sentosa dalam membayar zakat melalui BAZNAS Labuhan Batu, yang mana jumlah penduduk desa ini mayoritas muslim serta penghasilan masyarakat potensinya sangat tinggi sekali, tetapi ternyata ini hanya menjadi potensi saja belum terealisasikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap BAZNAS Labuhan Batu di Desa Sei Sentosa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif. Adapun hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat masih banyak yang kurang paham akan pentingnya fungsi, tujuan dan manfaat dalam pembayaran zakat melalui BAZNAS Labuhan Batu. Sebagian besar masyarakat juga beranggapan membayar zakat melalui BAZNAS Labuhan Batu kurang afdhol (berkah) dibanding memberikan langsung kepada yang berhak, lalu jarak juga yang menjadikan alasan masyarakat karena lokasi BAZNAS Labuhan Batu ini jauh dari jangkauan Desa Sei Sentosa, kemudian rasa kurang percaya masyarakat akan tanggung jawab BAZNAS Labuhan Batu terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat. Diharapkan BAZNAS Labuhan Batu lebih mengoptimalkan promosi dan meningkatkan kepercayaan publik agar lebih banyak masyarakat yang percaya terhadap eksistensi BAZNAS.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Zakat, BAZNAS.                        AbstractThe background of this research is that the people of Sei Sentosa Village pay zakat through BAZNAS Labuhan Batu, where the population of this village is predominantly Muslim and the potential income of the community is very high, but it turns out that this is only a potential that has not been realized. The purpose of this study was to find out how the community perceives BAZNAS Labuhan Batu in Sei Sentosa Village. This research uses qualitative data in descriptive form. The results of this study indicate that many people still do not understand the importance of the functions, objectives and benefits of paying zakat through BAZNAS Labuhan Batu. Most people also think that paying zakat through BAZNAS Labuhan Batu is less afdhol (blessing) than giving directly to those who are entitled to it, then the distance is also the reason for the community because the location of BAZNAS Labuhan Batu is far from the reach of Sei Sentosa Village, then the community's lack of trust in responsibility BAZNAS Labuhan Batu responsible for the management of zakat funds. It is hoped that BAZNAS Labuhan Batu will optimize promotions and increase public trust so that more people believe in the existence of BAZNAS.Keywords: Perception, Zakat, BAZNAS.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam which is always mentioned parallel to prayer. This shows how important zakat is in Islam. Therefore zakat is one of the Islamic Shari'a that must be implemented, so zakat is highly emphasized to people who believe as an effort to increase their faith and piety to Allah SWT. There are many polemics that occur in the issue of zakat, one of which is the payment of zakat maal, so this study aims to determine the extent of public knowledge about the obligation to pay zakat maal. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, using a phenomenological approach. Data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study explain that there are still many people or muzakki in Rabi Jonggor Village who do not understand the payment of zakat maal which results in the collection and receipt of zakat maal not being optimal. In the end, the goal of zakat maal which was mandated by Islamic teachings was not achieved so that the number of needy and poor increased from year to year

Abstract

This study aims first, to determine the eligibility of mustahik as zakat recipients through the productive MSME program at LAZISMU Kudus as well as the obstacles in determining mustahik eligibility and solutions for facing obstacles in productive tithes at LAZISMU Kudus Regency. Second, to determine the mustahik mentoring process at LAZISMU Kudus Regency to become muzakki. The type of research conducted by the author is field research and this research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. For data collection research techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques using data reduction method, data presentation and conclusions. It can be concluded that, first, the process of determining the eligibility of mustahik as productive zakat recipients by LAZISMU provides a survey form. From the survey form, you can see the mustahik’s income and dependents, and if income cannot meet basic needs, then you can be included in the mustahik classification by LAZISMU Kudus. The constraints faced in the productive zakat business through the MSME program at LAZISMU Kudus are due to a lack of human resources. Meanwhile, alternative solutions to deal with these obstacles are increasing the performance of each HR or amil zakat, especially in its management function so that the distribution of zakat can be optimal, conducting outreach and outreach regarding productive zakat to mustahik to build a business from the zakat assets obtained so that the assistance that has been provided LAZISMU Kudus can be used as a business that can increase mustahik’s income.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah atau sering disebut UMKM adalah salah satu pertahanan dari perekonomian negara Indonesia.  Hal tersebut dibuktikan berdasarkan data dari Kementerian Koperasi, Usaha Kecil, dan Menengah (KUKM) pada tahun 2018, jumlah pelaku UMKM sebanyak 64,2 juta atau 99,99% dari jumlah pelaku usaha di Indonesia. pada tahun 2019 terdapat 64 juta unit usaha, akan tetapi kini hanya tersisa setengahnya atau sekitar 34 juta UMKM, 30 juta UMKM mengalami kebangkrutan akibat wabah Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran serta pengaruh dari tingkat e-marketing, dan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM kerajinan kulit terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat religiositas dalam mempengaruhi e-marketing, dan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode uji hipotesis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu SmartPLS dengan metode analisis ialah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM kerajinan kulit sukaregang Kabupaten Garut dengan jumlah sampel 141 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat e-marketing dan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM yang tinggi terhadap keberlangsungan usaha UMKM kerajinan kulit. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat religiositas pelaku UMKM tidak memoderasi pengaruh e-marketing dan literasi keuangan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha UMKM kerajinan kulit.

Abstract

Abstrak Penghimpunan zakat profesi yang dilakukan oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Mandailing Natal mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2020 ke 2021, dikarenakan banyak para PNS yang tidak setuju terhadap peraturan yang dibuat oleh Bupati Mandailing Natal.  Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat strategi optimalisasi penghimpunan zakat profesi di lingkungan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dalam bentuk teori desain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BAZNAS Kabupaten Mandailing Natal terdapat kendala dikarenakan UPZ masih sedang di evaluasi, potensi zakat profesi di BAZNAS Kabupaten Mandailing Natal juga tidak terpenuhi, disebabkan karena kurangnya sosialisasi, kepedulian masyarakat untuk mengeluarkan zakat, karena terbiasa di masyarakat mengeluarkan zakat ke keluarga atau orang yang terdekat bukan ke kantor BAZNAS dan masih ada para PNS lainnya kurang mengetahui tentang zakat profesi. Solusi yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Mandailing Natal untuk mengoptimalkan zakat profesi yakni dengan mengumpulkan sebanyak-banyaknya zakat profesi, seperti zakat dari konglomerat dan zakat dari perusahaan-perusahaan di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal.Kata Kunci: Zakat Profesi, BAZNAS                       AbstractThe collection of professional zakat carried out by the National Amil Zakat Agency for Mandailing Natal Regency has decreased from 2020 to 2021, because many civil servants disagree with the regulations made by the Regent of Mandailing Natal. This research was conducted to look at the strategy for optimizing the collection of professional zakat within the National Amil Zakat Agency, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research that will be used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach in the form of design theory. The results of this study indicate that BAZNAS for Mandailing Natal Regency has problems because UPZ is still being evaluated, the potential for professional zakat at BAZNAS for Mandailing Natal Regency is also not fulfilled, due to lack of socialization, public concern for issuing zakat, because the community is used to giving zakat to family or the closest people are not to the BAZNAS office and there are still other civil servants who do not know about professional zakat. The solution made by BAZNAS for Mandailing Natal Regency to optimize professional zakat is to collect as much professional zakat as possible, such as zakat from conglomerates and zakat from companies in Mandailing Natal Regency.Keywords: Professional Zakat, BAZNAS

Abstract

AbstrakKemiskinan dapat dilihat dari tingginya tingkat pengangguran karena pemerintah belum mampu mengatasinya. Gerakan wakaf tunai  dapat mengatasinya akan tetapi belum banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Agen asuransi wakaf syariah mempermudah menyampaikan kepada masyarakat tetapi banyak perusahaan belum banyak menggunakan aplikasi agen digital pada produk wakaf tunai yang menjadikan ketertarikan untuk mengangkat permasalahan pada wakaf asuransi syariah serta bagaimana penerapannya dalam meningkatkan nasabah asuransi wakaf syariah. Penulis telah memilih jenis penelitian studi literatur mengumpulkan data dengan membaca, mencatat, dan mengelola bahan penelitian Pengembangan wakaf tunai untuk mendorong perbaikan ekonomi di masa depan. Sistem agen asuransi wakaf syariah ini yang diterapkan identik dengan 2 akad  muamalah dalam islam yaitu wakalah bil ujrah  dan Samsara. Persaingan yang semakin ketat di industri asuransi syariah menjadi faktor yang mendorong agen untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak pelanggan serta menunjukan prospek bahwa solusi yang diusulkan adalah solusi yang tepat, efektif, efisien dan menguntungkan prospek (dan keluarga atau bisnisnya).Kata Kunci : Optimalisasi, Wakaf Tunai, Asuransi Abstract Poverty can be seen from the high unemployment rate because the government has not been able to overcome it. The cash waqf movement can overcome this, but it is not widely known by Indonesian people. Islamic waqf insurance agents make it easier to communicate to the public, but many companies have not used digital agent applications for cash waqf products which has made interest in raising issues about Islamic waqf insurance and how it is implemented in increasing Islamic waqf insurance customers. The author has chosen a type of literature study research to collect data by reading, recording, and managing research materials for the development of cash waqf to drive economic improvement in the future. The sharia waqf insurance agent system that is implemented is identical to the 2 muamalah contracts in Islam, namely wakalah bil ujrah and Samsara. The increasingly fierce competition in the sharia insurance industry is a factor that drives agents to get more customers and shows prospects that the proposed solution is the right, effective, efficient and profitable solution for prospects (and their families or business)Keywords : Optimization, Cash Waqf, Insurance

Abstract

Abstrak Pendistribusian zakat infak dan sedekah yang ada di BAZNAS Tapanuli Selatan belum menyentuh seluruh masyarakat miskin karena dana yang terbatas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menjaelaskan bahwa mekanisme pendistribusian zakat infak dan sedekah ada 4 kategori yaitu pada bidang ekonomi merupakan penyaluran dalam bentuk konsumtif dimana amil zakat BAZNAS Daerah Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan memberikan dana tersebut setiap 4 kali dalam setahun pada bulan safari Muharram, safari Rabiul awal, safari Ramadhan, safari Maulid. Pada bidang pendidikan, jika seorang anak mempunyai potensi dan terkendala pada dana maka BAZNAS Kabupaten Tapanuli memberikan bantuan berupa dana zakat. Pada bidang kesehatan, bantuan untuk pada fakir miskin yang terkena penyakit yang terkendala pada biaya seperti penyakit tumor, kanker serta bantuan untuk sunatan masal yang bekerjasama dengan dinas kesehatan. Pada bidang sosial, BAZNAS Daerah Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan memiliki program pendistribusian seperti pembangunan madrasah yang terbengkalai dan pembangunan mesjid terkendala biaya, dana tersebut diambil dari dana infak dan sedekah.Kata Kunci: Zakat, Infak, Sedekah                        AbstractThe distribution of zakat infaq and alms in BAZNAS Tapanuli Selatan has not touched all the poor due to limited funds. This research is a qualitative research. Data analysis used is data reduction and data presentation. The results of the study explain that the distribution mechanism for zakat infak and alms there are 4 categories, namely in the economic field is distribution in a consumptive form where the amil zakat BAZNAS of South Tapanuli Regency gives these funds every 4 times a year in the month of Muharram safari, Rabiul Awal safari, Ramadhan safari, Mawlid safari. In the education sector, if a child has potential and is constrained by funds, the BAZNAS of Tapanuli Regency will provide assistance in the form of zakat funds. In the health sector, assistance for the poor who are affected by diseases that are constrained by costs such as tumors, cancer and assistance for mass circumcision in collaboration with the health office. In the social sector, the Regional BAZNAS of South Tapanuli Regency has distribution programs such as the construction of abandoned madrasas and the construction of mosques that are constrained by costs, the funds are taken from infaq and alms funds.Keywords: Zakat, Infak, Alms

Abstract

AbstractAdvances in information and communication technology are reflected in PT. BSI KCP Gunung Tua, which is developing their services by offering mobile banking services, however customers still lack knowledge in using them because many customers do not want to know about banking developments. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely research carried out by observing surrounding phenomena and analyzing them using scientific logic. This research used snowball sampling, the data collection instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that customer literacy regarding zakat infaq and shadaqah is very good because customers know zakat in general, customers also know the calculation of zakat, the objects and impacts of zakat. However, customer literacy is still minimal regarding mobile banking and only a few people know about it, but after opening an account at BSI KCP Gunung Tua they can find out.
