Abstract

Abstract. PT. Thursina Mediana Utama is a company engaged in. The book production process at the company has several stages including the pre-printing stage, the printing stage, and the post-printing stage. The post-print stage, especially in the operator of the binding machine work station, there is an excess workload, causing the operator to experience fatigue. The method used for workload measurement is the 10-pulse method, this method is used to assess cardiovascular load. The pulse data is then classified that the workload for both operators is excessive and has a risk of fatigue, and nordic body map to determine complaints and pain levels felt by the operator. The results of this study were 1) The heaviest pain complaints felt by the operator of the binding machine are in the lower back, upper back, shoulders, and, shoulders, and wrists. 2) Based on the classification of workloads with cardiovascular load shows that both operators have excess workload (% CVL > 30%) which is 32.10% and 31.59% which means exceeding the risk limit of fatigue, 3) The recommendation given is the addition of 1 person, and it is expected that the workload of each operator is reduced to 7 boxes, so as to reduce the % CVL below 30% which means the workload received in the inload category. Abstrak. PT.Thursina Mediana Utama merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang percetakan. Proses produksi buku yang dilakukan memiliki beberapa tahapan di antaranya tahap pracetak, tahap cetak, dan pascacetak. Pada tahap pasca cetak khususnya pada operator stasiun kerja mesin binding terdapat beban kerja berlebih, sehingga menyebabkan operator mengalami kelelahan. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengukuran beban kerja yaitu metode 10 denyut, metode ini digunakan untuk menilai cardiovascular load. Data denyut nadi tersebut kemudian diklasifikasikan bahwa beban kerja untuk kedua operator berlebih dan mempunyai resiko kelelahan, dan nordic body map untuk mengetahui keluhan yang dirasakan oleh operator. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Keluhan sakit terberat yang dirasakan oleh operator mesin binding terdapat pada punggung bawah, punggung atas, bahu, serta, bahu, serta pergelangan tangan. 2) Berdasarkan klasifikasi beban kerja dengan cardiovascular load menunjukkan bahwa kedua operator memiliki beban kerja yang berlebih (% CVL > 30%) yaitu 32,10% dan 31,59% yang berarti melebihi batas resiko kelelahan, 3) Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah penambahan tenaga kerja yaitu 1 orang, dan diharapkan beban kerja tiap operator berkurang menjadi 7 kotak, sehingga dapat menurunkan % CVL di bawah 30% yang artinya beban kerja yang diterima dalam kategori inload.

Abstract

Abstract. CV. Grand Manufacturing Indonesia is a company engaged in manufacturing spare parts. In the production process, the company often experiences delays in meeting the production time target, so the company must do overtime to meet the production time target. The production process that experienced the delay was the production process of custom spare parts. In this section there are complaints felt by workers, namely excessive fatigue caused by work intensity and high level of accuracy, and also has work pressure in the form of time pressure. Based on these problems, it is necessary to measure the workload to determine the workload felt by workers in the custom spare parts section. The measurement of the workload carried out is in the form of calculating mental workloads using the DRAWS method. In the production process of this type of custom spare part, there is one work station that has the highest mental workload score and is included in the overload category, namely at the milling machine work station with 1 worker. Then the calculation of the physical workload for the milling machine work station is also carried out. After getting the results of the workload calculation, the design carried out is in the form of adding workers and dividing work at the milling machine work station. Because if the work is done by 2 people, the workload experienced will be reduced and the activities carried out will be varied and the worker will not experience an excessive workload. Abstrak. CV. Grand Manufactuting Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur sparepart. Dalam proses produksinya perusahaan seringkali mengalami keterlambatan dalam pemenuhan target waktu produksi, sehingga perusahaan harus melakukan overtime untuk memenuhi target waktu produksi tersebut. Proses produksi yang mengalami keterlambatan tersebut yaitu proses produksi custom sparepart. Pada bagian ini terdapat keluhan yang dirasakan oleh pekerja, yaitu rasa lelah berlebih yang disebabkan oleh intensitas kerja dan tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi, dan juga memiliki tekanan kerja berupa tekanan waktu. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka perlunya dilakukan pengukuran beban kerja untuk mengetahui beban kerja yang dirasakan oleh pekerja pada bagian custom sparepart. Pengukuran beban kerja yang dilakukan yaitu berupa perhitungan beban kerja mental dengan menggunakan metode DRAWS. Pada proses produksi jenis custom sparepart ini terdapat satu stasiun kerja yang memiliki skor beban kerja mental tertinggi dan termasuk kedalam kategori overload, yaitu pada stasiun kerja mesin freis dengan jumlah pekerja 1 orang. Kemudian dilakukan juga perhitungan beban kerja fisik untuk stasiun kerja mesin freis. Setelah didapatkan hasil perhitungan beban kerja maka perangcangan yang dilakukan yaitu berupa penambahan pekerja dan pembagian kerja pada stasiun kerja mesin freis. Karena apabila pekerjaan dilakukan oleh 2 orang, maka beban kerja yang dialami akan berkurang dan aktivitas yang dilakukan pun akan terbagai dan pekerja tersebut tidak mengalami beban kerja berlebih.

Abstract

Abstract. CV Cleoriki is a company in Bandung, West Java which is engaged in the manufacturing industry with the production of bags. Cleoriki fulfills customer needs using a make to order production strategy and takes orders 10-15 dozen/week. CV. Cleoriki has 10 production operators with effective working hours of 13 hours starting from 08.00 to 23.00 WIB including 2 hours of rest. With so many requests that have to be fulfilled, excessive working hours (overtime) make operators often experience fatigue which results in experiencing production delays, especially backpack products. This study aims to 1) Knowing the percent of the operator's work productivity. 2) Knowing the level of operator workload. 3) Designing the right and optimal needs of backpack product operators. Workload calculations using the Work Load Analysis method are useful for knowing whether the workload is excessive or not. Then the design of operator needs using the Work Force Analysis method to find out how many operators there are by considering the level of absenteeism and employee turnover. The results of this study indicate that the highest workload value obtained by operator 2 is 141%. Meanwhile, the lowest workload value is operator 1 at 133%. With a workload value above 100%, the operator's workload is overloaded on operators 1 and 2 so that additional operators are needed. The design of the right and optimal needs for backpack product operators is based on the calculation results of the Work Force Analysis method and the calculation of the workload adding the optimal number of enough for two operators Abstrak. CV Cleoriki merupakan perusahaan di Bandung, Jawa Barat yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur dengan hasil produksi tas. Cleoriki memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dengan menggunakan strategi produksi make to order dan menerima pesanan 10-15 lusin/minggu. CV. Cleoriki memiliki 10 operator produksi dengan jam kerja efektif 13 jam kerja mulai dari jam 08.00 sampai 23.00 WIB termasuk 2 jam istirahat. Dengan banyaknya permintaan yang harus dipenuhi, jam kerja yang berlebihan (overtime) membuat operator sering mengalami kelelahan yang mengakibatkan mengalami keterlambatan produksi pada khususnya produk backpack. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang sudah dijabarkan, diperlukan penelitian bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui persen produktif kerja operator. 2) Mengetahui tingkat beban kerja operator. 3) Merancang kebutuhan operator produk backpack yang tepat dan optimal. Perhitungan beban kerja dengan menggunakan metode Work Load Analysis yang berguna untuk mengetahui apakah beban kerja berlebihan atau tidak. Kemudian perancangan kebutuhan operator dengan metode Work Force Analysis untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah operator dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat absensi dan perputaran kerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai beban kerja tertinggi diperoleh operator 2 sebesar 141%. Sementara nilai beban kerja terendah yaitu pada operator 1 sebesar 133%. Dengan nilai beban kerja diatas 100% maka beban kerja operator overload pada operator 1 dan 2 sehingga perlu penambahan operator. Rancangan kebutuhan operator produk backpack yang tepat dan optimal didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan metode Work Force Analysis dan perhitungan beban kerja penambahan jumlah optimal cukup sebanyak dua orang operator

Abstract

Abstract. Muslim Friendly Tourism is currently the target of domestic and foreign tourists. The State of Indonesia has begun to develop the concept of Muslim Friendly Tourism in order to increase the attractiveness of tourists when visiting. The Puntang Mountain tourist attraction area is one of the leading tourism areas in Bandung Regency, West Java. The purpose of this study is an effort to evaluate the performance of Muslim Friendly Tourism at Mount Puntang tourism objects based on attractions, amenities, and accessibility factors and simulations to see which factors affect Muslim Friendly Tourism in the development of Mount Puntang attractions. The results of respondents' answers that are complex can use the Fuzzy Logic Mamdani method to produce clarity. The test can use MATLAB software to perform simulations. This study conducted three simulations, namely simulation one (current conditions), simulation two (using two sigma) and simulation three (using three sigma). The first analysis using the Kruskal Wallis one way Anova test, then the results obtained with the largest average value are simulation two. The last result uses the Mann Whitney test or the average similarity where the average result is 27.23 from the results of the two simulations. These results indicate the factors that can increase the development of Mount Puntang tourist attraction, namely the accessibility factor. Abstrak. Pariwisata Muslim Friendly saat ini sedang menjadi incaran wisatawan nusantara dan wisatawan mancanegara. Negara Indonesia mulai mengembangkan konsep Pariwisata Muslim Friendly agar meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan saat berkunjung. Kawasan objek wisata Gunung Puntang merupakan salah satu pariwisata yang diunggulkan di Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu upaya evaluasi terhadap kinerja Pariwisata Muslim Friendly objek wisata Gunung Puntang dengan berdasarkan faktor atraksi, amenitas, serta aksesibilitas dan simulasi untuk melihat faktor mana yang mempengaruhi Pariwisata Muslim Friendly pada pembangunan objek wisata Gunung Puntang. Hasil jawaban responden yang bersifat kompleks dapat menggunakan Fuzzy Logic metode Mamdani agar menghasilkan kejelasan. Pengujian tersebut dapat menggunakan software MATLAB untuk melakukan simulasi. Penelitian ini melakukan tiga simulasi yaitu simulasi satu (kondisi saat ini), simulasi dua (menggunakan dua sigma) dan simulasi tiga (menggunakan tiga sigma). Analisis pertama dengan menggunakan uji kruskal wallis one way Anova, maka hasil yang didapatkan dengan nilai rata – rata terbesar yaitu simulasi dua. Hasil terakhir menggunakan uji mann whitney atau kesamaan rata – rata dimana hasil rata – rata ini yaitu 27,23 dari hasil simulasi dua. Hasil tersebut menunjukan faktor yang dapat meningkatkan pembangunan, objek wisata Gunung Puntang yaitu faktor aksesibilitas.

Abstract

Abstract. The company's success in managing business activities to obtain outputs that meet expectations cannot be separated from the planning of the right quality management system. A quality management system is a set of documented procedures and standard practices for system management aimed at ensuring the conformity of a process and product to specific needs or requirements. Several components in the quality management system include organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes and resources for the implementation of quality management. This study discusses the design of a quality management system at CV Ardian which does not yet have ISO 9001:2015 certification. The purpose of this design is to design the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard and document it in order to improve customer satisfaction. The tool used in this research is a gap analysis. The steps in this research are identifying the documents available in the company with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, calculating the gaps between the documents, meeting the deficiencies, and proposing documents based on the discrepancies that occur. The results obtained based on the calculation of the gap analysis in clause 5 get the highest score of 71% and the other clauses are less than 50%, which means that they have not implemented an ISO 9001:2015-based quality management system. The proposal in the design of the quality management system is in the form of making documents that have been identified based on the discrepancies and gaps that occur. Abstrak. Keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mengelola aktivitas bisnis untuk memperoleh output yang sesuai harapan tidak lepas dari perencanaan sistem manajemen mutu yang tepat. Sistem manajemen mutu merupakan sekumpulan prosedur terdokumentasi dan praktik-praktik standar untuk manajemen sistem yang bertujuan menjamin kesesuaian dari suatu proses dan produk terhadap kebutuhan atau persyaratan tertentu. Beberapa komponen yang ada dalam sistem manajemen mutu antara lain struktur organisasi, tanggung jawab, prosedur, proses dan sumber daya untuk penerapan manajemen mutu. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perancangan sistem manajemen mutu di CV Ardian yang belum memiliki sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk merancang standar manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan mendokumentasikannya dalam rangka meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa analisis gap. Langkah-laangkah dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi dokumen yang tersedia di perusahaan dengan persyaratan ISO 9001:2015, menghitung kesenjangan yang antara dokumen, memenuhi kekurangan, dan mengusulkan dokumen berdasarkan ketidaksesuaian yang terjadi. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan perhitungan kesenjangan analisis klausul 5 mendapatkan nilai tertinggi sebesar 71% dan klausul lainnya kurang dari 50% yang artinya belum menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu berbasis ISO 9001:2015. Usulan dalam perancangan sistem manajemen mutu yaitu berupa pembuatan dokumen yang telah diidentifikasi berdasarkan ketidaksesuaian dan kesenjangan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Abstract. Baitul Mal Unisba is a non-profit institution that provides bailout aid programs, especially for Unisba students. Students generally apply for bailout assistance by visiting the Baitul Mal Unisba website, then downloading a monthly installment payment agreement, then visiting the Baitul Mal Unisba secretariat directly with the specified requirements. The recipient of the bailout must also report each installment payment. This causes the reporting process to be less effective and efficient because the existing data is stored in different places, so the Baitul Mal Unisba administration must combine several information data. An alternative that can be done in solving the problem is by designing a bailout information system at Baitul Mal Unisba. The research stage uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of three stages, namely the requirements planning stage, workshop design and implementation. The results of designing a website-based bridging fund information system in the form of an application prototype which consists of a login feature, registration for bridging funds registration, information on quotas and schedules for receipt of activities, installment payment status and announcements. The results of the prototype test show that all functional requirements have been met, meaning that the system can solve user problems, so that it can be forwarded to the design and implementation stages of the actual system Abstrak. Baitul Mal Unisba merupakan suatu lembaga non-profit yang menyediakan program bantuan dana talangan khususnya untuk mahasiswa Unisba. Mahasiswa umumnya mengajukan permohonan bantuan dana talangan dengan mengunjungi website Baitul Mal Unisba, kemudian mengunduh surat perjanjian pembayaran cicilan setiap bulannya, lalu mendatangi langsung sekretariat Baitul Mal Unisba dengan membawa persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Penerima dana talangan juga harus melaporkan setiap melakukan pembayaran cicilannya. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pelaporan menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien dikarenakan, data yang ada tersimpan pada tempat yang berbeda-beda, sehingga administrasi Baitul Mal Unisba harus melakukan penggabungan beberapa data informasi. Alternatif yang dapat dilakukan dalam penyelesaian masalah yaitu dengan merancang sistem informasi dana talangan di Baitul Mal Unisba. Tahapan penelitian menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahap requirement planning, workshop design dan implementation. Hasil perancangan sistem informasi dana talangan berbasis website dalam bentuk prototype aplikasi yang didalamnya terdiri dari, fitur login, registrasi pendaftaran dana talangan, informasi kuota dan jadwal kegiatan penerimaan, status pembayaran cicilan dan pengumuman. Hasil pengujian prototype didapatkan bahwa seluruh kebutuhan fungsional sudah terpenuhi artinya, sistem dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pengguna, sehingga dapat diteruskan ke tahapan perancangan dan implementasi pada sistem yang sebenarnya.

Abstract

Abstract. CV. Cipta Karya Mandiri is a company engaged in the manufacture of electronic device spare parts in the form of toroidal inductors. Based on the results of the study, in 2020 the company experienced a significant increase in demand compared to 2019. However, it turns out that there is a problem at the company, namely an increase in the percentage of toroidal inductor defects. This shows that the company's efforts to reduce product defects are still not optimal. So that the company needs to know the cause of disability as effort to reduce and eliminate defects that occur. The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of defective toroidal inductor products. The method used to reduce or even eliminate toroidal inductor product defects is by using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The process of identifying the causes of failure is carried out on five types of defects which are included in 80% of the cumulative defects on the Pareto diagram. As for what is included in the 80% cumulative Pareto diagram defects consist of loose winding defects, bad windings, bonding overs, red pins, and wound wires. The results of the identification of the causes of defects from the five types of defects using fault tree analysis (FTA), namely the factors that cause defects to consist of human or worker factors, machine factors, and tools used during the production process. Abstract

Abstract. Nowadays, more and more foodstuffs are needed because of the increasing population, especially the demand for processed food that is ready to be consumed. One of the business actors engaged in processed food, namely UD. Srikandi Indramayu who produces processed tofu. In the process, the company has several problems, namely consumers who are getting bored with processed tofu products, the current products are less varied, sales decline every year, and are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this phenomenon, the formulation of the problems in this research are: (1) How is the product development process of UD. Srikandi? (2) What product characteristics are the priority for the company to develop? (3) How was the proposal chosen for UD Srikandi's products?. The research was conducted using the New Product Development Life Cycle stages for the development process of this tofu product, while at the product development stage the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods were used to determine alternative product choices. The results of this reserach are: the katsu tofu product is the chosen product. The main characteristic is the development of tofu katsu. Based on the results of data processing using the Expert Choice application version 11, it is known that the spinach flavor is the chosen alternative. This is because the alternative choice of spinach flavor has the greatest priority weight value than other alternatives. Thus, the results of this product development are in accordance with the needs and desires of today's consumers. Abstrak. Bahan pangan saat ini semakin banyak dibutuhkan karena jumlah penduduk yang semakin bertambah, terutama permintaan terhadap olahan makanan setengah jadi yang siap dikonsumsi. Salah satu pelaku usaha yang bergerak dibidang makanan olahan yaitu UD. Srikandi Indramayu yang memproduksi olahan tahu. Pada prosesnya perusahaan memiliki beberapa permasalahan yaitu konsumen yang sudah mulai bosan dengan produk olahan tahu, produk yang ada saat ini kurang variatif, penjualan menurun setiap tahunnya, serta terdampak masa pandemic Covid-19. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut maka rumusan permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Bagaimana proses pengembangan produk UD.Srikandi? (2) Karakteristik produk apakah yang menjadi prioritas untuk dikembangkan perusahaan? (3) Bagaimana usulan terpilih untuk produk UD. Srikandi?. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan tahapan New Product development Life Cycle untuk proses pegembangan produk tahu ini, adapun pada tahap product development digunakan metode Quality Function Deploymen (QFD) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan alternative pilihan produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: produk tahu katsu menjadi produk terpilih. Adapun karakteristik prioritasnya adalah pengembangan rasa tahu katsu. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi Expert Choice versi 11 diketahui bahwa rasa bayam menjadi alternative terpilih. Hal ini dikarenakan alternative pilihan rasa bayam memiliki nilai bobot prioritas terbesar daripada alternatif lainnya. Sehingga, hasil pengembangan produk ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen saat ini.

Abstract

Abstract. CV Nebulae Cymbals is a company that produces drum cymbals. In the production process, several problems are included in the waste. To achieve good productivity, efforts are needed to reduce waste. In this study, the method used is Lean Manufacturing and several tools is used, including Value Stream Mapping to map the flow of the production process and Process Activity Mapping (PAM) to describe the activities that occur. In identifying waste, the method used is the Waste Assessment Model (WAM). The identified waste is then grouped according to the seven waste categories. The final result of the WAM method produces a ranking of each waste. Based on the waste ranks, then the waste with the 3 highest ranks was chosen, namely the waste in the Motion category with a percentage of 20.20%, the Waiting category waste with a percentage of 17.18%, and waste in the Transportation category with a percentage of 16.46%. Analysis of the root causes of waste is carried out using the Ishikawa diagram based on the 3 highest wastes. Then arrange improvement proposals using 5W+1H. The proposed improvements include arranging goods, rescheduling production, providing and updating facilities, improving layouts, and making Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). After being given recommendations for improvement, it can be described as a Future State Value Stream Mapping which contains an estimate of increasing the Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) value from 54% to 77% in the hope of increasing company productivity. Abstrak. CV Nebulae Cymbals merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi simbal drum. Dalam proses produksinya, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang termasuk ke dalam waste atau pemborosan. Demi tercapainya produktivitas yang baik, diperlukan adanya upaya untuk mereduksi waste. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah Lean Manufactuing, dan berbagai tools yang digunakan, antara lain Value Stream Mapping, yang dapat memetakan alur proses produksi dan Process Activity Mapping (PAM) untuk menjabarkan aktivitas-aktivitas yang terjadi. Dalam mengidentifikasi waste, metode yang digunakan yaitu Waste Assessment Model (WAM). Waste yang telah diidentifikasi kemudian dikelompokan menurut kategori seven waste. Hasil akhir dari metode WAM menghasilkan ranking dari setiap waste. Berdasarkan rangking waste tersebut, kemudian dipilihlah waste dengan 3 rank tertinggi yaitu waste kategori Motion dengan persentase sebesar 20,20%, waste kategori Waiting dengan persentase sebesar 17,18%, dan waste kategori Transportation dengan persentase sebesar 16,46%. Analisa akar penyebab waste dilakukan dengan menggunakan diagram Ishikawa berdasarkan 3 waste tertinggi. Kemudian menyusun usulan perbaikan menggunakan 5W+1H. Perbaikan yang diusulkan diantaranya adalah melakukan penataan barang, penjadwalan produksi kembali, penyediaan dan pembaharuan fasilitas, memperbaiki layout, dan membuat Prosedur Operasi Standar atau SOP. Setelah diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan, maka dapat digambarkan Future State Value Stream Mapping yang berisi perkiraan peningkatan nilai Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) dari 54% menjadi 77% dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract. CV Taufik Jaya Teknik is a metal manufacturer which produces various components of automotive engine, textile machinery, mechatronic machinery, canned food manufacturing machines, punch and dies, as well as machine design. Currently the company is scheduling based on the EDD priority rules. Jobs that have the same processing batch size as the transfer batch. This condition causes waiting times so that in the end there will be production delays. Based on this, the proposed scheduling will be carried out using a non-delay algorithm by considering the batch transfer size. The non-delay algorithm was chosen because this algorithm can increase machine utility so that more work is processed. Thus, the delay in the end can be reduced. The measure of delay used in this study is mean tardiness. Based on the proposed scheduling, the result is that there is a decrease in the mean tardiness of 53.52%. This means that the overall delays can be reduced by scheduling proposals. Abstrak. CV Taufik Jaya Teknik merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur logam yaitu memproduksi berbagai komponen mesin otomotif, mesin tekstil, mesin mekatronik, mesin pabrik makanan kaleng, punch dan dies, serta rancang bangun mesin. Saat ini perusahaan melakukan penjadwalan berdasarkan aturan prioritas EDD. Pekerjaan yang dijadwalkan memiliki ukuran batch proses sama dengan batch transfer. Kondisi ini menimbulkan waktu tunggu sehingga pada akhirnya mengakibatkan terjadinya keterlambatan penyelesaian produksi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka akan dilakukan penjadwalan usulan menggunakan algoritma non delay dengan mempertimbangkan ukuran batch transfer. Algoritma non delay dipilih karena algoritma ini dapat meningkatkan utilitas mesin sehingga pekerjaan yang diproses menjadi lebih banyak. Dengan demikian, keterlambatan pada akhirnya dapat direduksi. Ukuran keterlambatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mean tardiness. Berdasarkan penjadwalan usulan diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi penurunan mean tardiness 53,52%. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa persentase keterlambatan secara keseluruhan dapat direduksi dengan dilakukannya penjadwalan usulan.
