Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of developing narrative writing teaching materials and producing narrative writing teaching materials using Brainwriting for teachers and fifth grade elementary school students that are valid, practical, and effective.Type of research and development. The development model used by the 4-D model. This research was conducted at SDN 18 Sitiung. The subject of the research was the fifth grade elementary school students. Validity test research data obtained through the validation sheet of teaching materials. Practicality data was collected through observation sheets of the implementation of the lesson plans, teacher and student response questionnaires, and observations of the use of teaching materials. Based on the validity test, obtained data that the average percentage of RPP obtained 90.2% of the expert validator and practitioner validator with a category that is very valid. The results of the average percentage of teaching materials obtained 92.43% of expert validators in the category of very valid, from the practitioner validator is 94.7% the category is very valid. The practicality test results of the implementation of the RPP with a percentage of 87.71% category is very practical. Teacher response assessment obtained 91.8% and assessment of student responses 89.2% very valid category.

Abstract

The Office of the Ministry of Religion is one of the Government Agencies that has inaugurated the One-Stop Integrated Service. In a one-stop integrated service already using a computer as a data processing device, but based on observations of researchers the Office of the Ministry of Religion applies a queuing system manually where registration officials call verbally, so visitors want to overtake each other and inconvenience and lack of discipline is queued. And observations from researchers of the system are ineffective and cause complaints from visitors. To improve the quality of service to visitors, a desktop-based Queue Information System application is created using the java programming language. This program is expected to help improve services so as to create optimal service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the application of the AHP method in building a decision support system for hiring new employees to help the selection process of the Department of Communication and Information of the Dharmasraya Regency so that the process is more selective and in accordance with the expected criteria. This research conducted a variety of problems, such as: the needs of prospective employee criteria, selectivity of prospective employees, prospective employee data collection, the ability of prospective employees, and the needs of superior HR, Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can help in making decisions by using computers / PC in making a decision. With the existence of a decision support system, it is expected to be able to assist in making the decision to recruit new employees appropriately. In the case of the recruitment of new employees at the Dharmasraya District DISKOMINFO, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to apply it to the decision support system in decision making. AHP Is a method for solving an unstructured complex situation into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by giving a subjective value about the relative importance of each variable, and determining which variable has the highest priority affecting the outcome of the situation. This system is expected to be a very useful tool for optimal recruitment of prospective new employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is how to make a nodemcu-based palm oil seeding tool at the Sitiung Experimental Garden Agriculture Agency so that the water needs are fulfilled so that the water content can be properly fulfilled, the more water content is found in plants, the better the growth and development of seedlings , thus with regular watering, and water content being met, the resulting seeds are of high quality and superior. There are also problems that researchers found at the Sitiung Experimental Garden Agricultural Agency, where watering oil palm seedlings is still using manual tools, and farmers also have limited resources and time farmers have to carry out maintenance / watering plants that require a long and complicated process, of course, things This really requires a technological system that is able to accommodate all matters related to the automatic watering of oil palm plants using a cellphone as a controller. So the solution of the problem raised by researchers with the rapid growth of technology in agricultural technology, especially in oil palm nurseries, researchers want to make a tool that is very helpful and facilitate farmers in caring for oil palm seedlings. So that the level of water needed by palm oil is fulfilled, so this will greatly affect the growth and fertility of palm seedlings and plant growth. The results of this study are a nodemcu-based palm seedling watering tool which greatly facilitates the Sitiung Experimental Garden Agricultural Agency in watering palm oil seedlings so that the nurseries run well and produce superior seeds.

Abstract

This research is attracted by the ineffective language development of children. This is because less of children stimulation to reveal the language skill. Therefore, it is important to have the media that can increase the development of children language like media of picture series. The aim of this study was to know the increasing of children language development.The kind of this research was literatur research. This study did by seeing many of studied that relevant with this research. In this research, the researcher took the result of comprising topic from 7 journals, 3 of books, and 4 of thesis that connected with story of picture series method.The result of this research showes the children language development was increase with story of picture series method. Based on the evidance, the researcher found out three of main results. They are increase the listening skill of children, improve the speaking skill of children, and enhance the reading skill of children.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the interest of students in participating in extracurricular activities of scouts at SD Negeri 20 Sitiung. This method of research is quantitative descriptive research. The method used is the survey method. The population in this study is students of the 2019/2020 school year. This research sample is all students who must participate in scout extracurricular at SD N 20 Sitiung which numbered 21 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique is to pour the frequency of the answer results using the likert scale. The results of this study showed that the interest of grade x students in participating in extracurricular scout activities at SD N 20 Sitiung is high with an average consideration of 92.36. Interest in grade x students in participating in extracurricular scout activities at SD N 20 Sitiung which is category; (a) very high 16 people or 24.62%; (b) a height of 38 persons or 58.46% ; (c) being 9 persons or 13.85% ; (d) low 2 persons or 3.08% ; (e) very low 0 person or 0%.

Abstract

This research is based on the lack of understanding of student learning in learning in primary schools. It is affected by the inappropriate use of teaching model, teaching management and the low of students’ critical thinking skills. The formulation of the problem in this study is what points that appear related to the effect of the applicaton of cooperative learning models on students understanding of learning in thematic learning based on previous studies.The type of research used by the researches was literature study, it examined 13 journals and 1 thesis. This study aims to find out what points that appear related to the effect of the application of cooperative learning models to the understanding of student learning in thematic learning based on previous studies. After studying 13 journals and 1 thesis, it was found that 3 points were made as a result of research, cooperative learning model can increase student cooperation in a study group, cooperative learning model can increase student communication skills, cooperative learning models can improve students’ learning achievement. Based on the 3 points above, the result of the study indicates that there is an influence of the application of the cooperative learning model towards students’ understanding of learning in the thematic learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the prayer skills of Grade III students of SDN 15 Sitiung through demonstarasi method of the year 2019/2020. The incapable of students to perform prayer movements properly and not memorize the students of prayer reading, so the authors are interested in carrying out research terhdapat learning prayer using demonstarasi method. This method of demonstarasi is a new innovation carried out in this school. By praying repeatedly, students perform prayer movements or in reciting the recitations in prayer. Because prayer is not just a movement, the reading must also be read correctly. So researchers used the way to recite prayer readings over and over again and loudly. It is hoped that reading aloud can be detected when reading incorrectly and justified. So the mistakes are quickly resolved. The collected research data is analyzed in a way: (1) the average value of pre-cycle results, cycle I, and cycle II compared overall. (2) The average score of the student's prayer practice test results, both from movement and reading, is compared to see if there is an increase in the practice results of the cycle per cycle. The application of demonstarasi method can improve the prayer skills of grade III students of SDN 15 Sitiung in the 2018/2019 school year. Results obtained in the pre cycle averaged 69.8 with a complete rate of 18%. In cycle I the average value is 73.9 with a completeness rate of 43%. In cycle II the average value is 80.0 with a completeness rate of 89%.

Abstract

Language has a very important function for humans, especially the communication function. Languageis a tool of social interaction or a tool of human communication. The occurrence of diversity or variety of languages is not only the speakers who are not homogeneous, but also because the social interaction activities that they do are very diverse. Every activity requires that language diversity occur. This study aims to describe yhe idiolect language by the 5th semester Indonesian Language Education Study Program Students. The method used in the method used by researchers in collecting research data. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the method used by the researcher in his research is a qualitative method with techniques that reveal clear facts about the symptoms that exist in a research object without any manipulation in accordance with the state of the object under study. The results of research on the use of the minang-Indonesian idiolect language by 5th semester Indonesia language education language students are researchers finding a problem from interviews that the resource person said when speaking in Indonesian there are letters that he emphasizes such as the letter E. Everyday he always communicates with friends using Minang language so when asked to speak Indonesian a little bit differently, the idolek he uses is still minang idiolek.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the use of jigsaw-type cooperative learning models on students' learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects on multiplication materials and the division of grade II students of SD Negeri 20 Sitiung. This type of research is a quasi expriment of design experiments conducted by giving pre test and post test. The design of this study uses quasi experimental type nonequivalent control group design. The data collection techniques used in this study are tests of belaja results, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques for student learning results use descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests in the form of normality and homogenity tests and hypothesis tests using t-tests. The average pre-test score of the exprimen class was 64.74, while the control class was 62.50. In addition, the average post-test value of the exprimen class is 73.68 and the control class is 63.61. In the exprimen class, the average study result was 8.94 while in the control class by 1.11. Based on the t test on the difference in the score scoring in the exprimen class and the class control t value of (0.039 < 0.05 ). Based on the results of the above research, it shows that the cooperative learning model of jigsaw type affects students' learning outcomes.
