Abstract

The unavailability of assessment instruments that accordance to the KKNI-based higher education curriculum is also the basis of the research. This study aims at producing an online assessment evaluation model design. The type of this research was Research and Development (R&D). The research subjects were information system study program students of the Universitas Dharmas Indonesia who took the Computer Networking course. The research data were obtained through validaty and practicality instrument and also observations. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the online authentic assessment evaluation model that has been designed can be implemented to improve learning competence. Abstract

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of competence of educators in implementing effective and meaningful assessments and in accordance with the development of 21st century learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the lecturers' understanding of authentic assessment, implementation and suitability of authentic assessment in computer network learning, perceptions of lecturers and students in carrying out authentic assessments, and lecturer obstacles in implementing authentic assessments in computer network learning in the informatics engineering study program. This research is descriptive research. This research includes population research with the subject of 6 lecturers of informatic engineering study program and 34 students taking computer network courses. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and document review. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that; The knowledge and competence of lecturers is sufficient to make authentic assessments according to authentic assessment standards. Lecturers are able to prepare authentic assessment tools, and are able to use web-based authentic assessment media. The perceptions of lecturers and students towards authentic assessment in terms of planning, implementing techniques and instruments in assessing the three aspects of learning fall into the good category. Time limitations, number of components / criteria, lack of student motivation in innovative learning are still obstacles in the implementation of the assessment. Overall authentic assessment has been well implemented as an assessment innovation in 21st century education.

Abstract

This study aims to develop authentic online assessment instruments based on problem based learning. Authentic assessment instruments will be accessed online in computer network learning to measure student competencies effectively and efficiently. Type of research is research and development and used refer to the 4 D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The analysis technique uses the Aiken'V test, and validity uses expert testing and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The practicality test is carried out by applying the product to students in the form of a product practicality questionnaire and to test the effectiveness using basic time series design. Validity test results show the RPS and instruments developed are valid with Aiken's V values ​​of 0.708 and 0.716. Practicality test results on the practicality test by lecturers and students on the RPS were 93% and authentic assessment 91%. Effectiveness test results with time series analysis were 38% with the effective category. The implication of the study is that there is a positive effect on learning outcomes, the value of students completeness increases and the gain score test is 0.38 in the medium category. The findings of this study have resulted in e-authentic assessment instruments with valid, practical and effective categories.

Abstract

The learning process is essentially a communication process that’s carried out synchronously and asynchronously. The results of observations in the Computer Network Engineering course, there are problems that the lecturer is not present, the learning resources used printed materials, as well as the existing books not updated and the sources are not by the syllabus so that the impact on student learning outcomes is low. E-Module is equipped with audio, video, images, and animation. The purpose of this study is to produce an E-Module in Valid, Practical, and Effective Computer and Network Engineering courses. This type of research is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model. The research data were obtained from tests of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results of the validity of the E-Module scored 93.3%, the results of the practicality assessment were obtained through questionnaire assessment by lecturers with a score of 96% and an assessment by students with score 91.7%. The Flipped Classroom Strategy-oriented E-Module was considered effective in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes, an average score of 91.6% for student activities was obtained. Based on the data above, the E-Module in Computer and Network Engineering courses is valid, practical, and effective for use in the lecture process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari analisis Multi Criterion Decision Making (MCDM) dengan metode Promethee yang diimplementasikan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa studi kasus pada SD Negeri 08 Sungai Rumbai Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan interview. Dengan menggunakan metode Promethee dalam analisis Multi Criterion Decision Making (MCDM) untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa studi kasus pada SD Negeri 08 Sungai Rumbai Kabupaten Dharmasraya yang terdiri dari beberapa kriteria dan beberapa alternatif menjadi lebih mudah untuk diselesaikan. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan perhitungan manual dengan mengambil beberapa sampel untuk mengetahui proses perhitungan menggunakan metode Promethee dalam analisis Multi Criterion Decision Making (MCDM), kemudian dengan menggunakan aplikasi Visual Promethee yang menerapkan metode Promethee. Setelah diimplementasikan pada aplikasi ini, akan didapatkan hasil prioritas yang akan dipilih untuk penerima beasiswa pada SD Negeri 08 Sungai Rumbai berdasarkan nilai Net Flow terbesar.

Abstract

Penelitian terinspirasi oleh masalah dan tantangan yang dialami dalam mendesain dan mengembangkan e-learning, yang berhasil berdasarkan teori paradigma pengembangan sistem informasi yang berpusat pada pengguna.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone & McClean dengan enam indikator berupa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengetahui gambaran penggunaan e-learning berbasis flipped classroom pada pendidikan vokasi teknik informatika. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan bahwa data kuantitatif, kualitas sistem, terlihat bahwa tingkat pencapaian responden mencapai 88,13%, dikategorikan baik. Kualitas informasi terlihat bahwa tingkat pencapaian responden mencapai 87,59% yang juga dikategorikan baik. Kualitas pelayanan terlihat bahwa tingkat pencapaian responden mencapai 87,19% dengan kategori baik. Penggunaan tingkat pencapaian responden yang mencapai 88,48% dikategorikan baik. Kepuasan pengguna yang tingkat pencapaian responden mencapai 88,02% dengan kategori baik. Keuntungan bersih yang mencapai 87,19%, dalam kategori baik. Disimpulkan bahwa e-learning berbasis flipped classroom memiliki hasil pengukuran yang baik pada semua variabel pengukuran menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone & McClean.

Abstract

The free trade system requires UMKM to be able to compete, and made this moment to be able to introduce the best UMKM products in the global market. In the current era of global trade, the emergence of counterfeiting or piracy often appears, for this reason, legal protection is needed for Intellectual Property Rights, especially for UMKM over brands. The purpose of this study was to determine the function of the brand and legal protection provided by the State of the brand for UMKM. The research method used in this research is the method of legal sociology which is an approach that analyzes how reactions and interactions occur when the norm system works in society. The results of this study are the first Brand Function provides legal protection for business people, UMKM products will be better known to people, consumers' trust in their products will increase, can create personality, help promotion. Legal protection of trademarks based on Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning brands and geographical indications, legally protected marks are registered trademarks, protection is also in the form of civil damages or compensation. Legal protection for brands is also in the form of preventive and regrentive legal protection.

Abstract

Ulayat land has a social function passed down from ancestors. Tanah Ulayat is a customary community right that cannot be transferred to outsiders, in the Minangkabau kinship system, it is only used for 4 things: gadang girly house, dead body lying in the middle of the house, unmarried girls, upholding the heirloom title. However, at the moment there are a lot of transfers of customary land rights, both sale and purchase. The research uses an empirical juridical approach. The data used are primary data obtained by interview and secondary data obtained through literature study. The results of research into the existence of the transfer of rights to customary land that have not been registered are increasingly high, namely in the form of buying and selling, which has an impact on the social function of customary land has been lost. The practice of buying and selling communal land for people in Koto Baru in the Dharmasraya Regency consists of buying and selling a plot of land and buying and selling a plot of land followed by a customary land grant. Collective Rights on customary land will change to individual rights if there is a transfer of rights to the communal land. This will result in ulayat land which will become private / individual land that will automatically cause harm to the people themselves. Customary philosophical values will fade both high pusako property and low pusako property. And no longer subject to the provisions of customary law.

Abstract

Adanya pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan proses belajar mengajar harus dilaksanakan di rumah. Di SD Negeri 01 Padang Laweh memilih alternatif pembelajaran secara luring atau diluar jaringan dikarenakan kendala sulitnya jaringan internet, keberatan untuk membeli paket internet dan kebanyakan orang tua tidak memiliki handphone sehingga sekolah tidak bisa melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar secara daring atau online. Saat anak belajar di rumah secara luring peran orang tua sangat penting dan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam pembelajaran luring terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan juga kesulitan yang dialami orang tua selama pembelajaran luring di SD Negeri 01 Padang Laweh Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deksriptif. Karena proses pembelajaran luring dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juli sampai September, peneliti memilih jenis penelitian post ex faktor yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan disaat kejadian itu sudah terjadi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru kelas II, siswa kelas II dan orang tua siswa kelas II. Pengumpulan data diambil melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam pembelajaran luring di SD Negeri 01 Padang Laweh yaitu orang tua mengemban dua peran sekaligus pertama menjadi orang tua dan kedua menjadi guru di rumah walaupun tidak maksimal yang bisa membimbing dan mengawasi anak saat di rumah, menyampaikan materi pelajaran kepada anaknya saat belajar secara luring dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran. Selain itu peran orang tua saat anak belajar luring adalah memberikan motivasi dan semangat untuk belajar, menyediakan sarana dan prasarana untuk anak belajar, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dan bisa mengarahkan anak pada bakat dan minat yang dimiliki oleh anak. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh orang tua saat pembelajaran luring ini dilaksanakan salah satunya adalah latar belakang pendidikan orang tua yang berbeda-beda. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan orang tua dalam mendidik dan membimbing anak saat belajar di rumah. Selain itu kesulitan yang dialami oleh orang tua adalah ketika anak tidak mau untuk belajar.
