Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the work environment influences the performance of employees who work for MSMEs in the area of Kertasari Village, Bandung Regency. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative methods by processing data using the SPSS program. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique which was calculated using the slovin formula, which consisted of 88 samples. The results of this study explain that the physical and non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at MSMEs in Kertasari Village. The value of the influence of the work environment on employee performance is 69.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out a descriptive description of Public Services and the Quality of Public Services at the Office of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Batu City. things, such as efforts to increase the professionalism of the apparatus which are still lacking, carrying out services that are not yet timely. The findings from the research show that there are a number of things that lead to poor service in terms of the professionalism of the apparatus and the punctuality of work. All of these things need to be improved by paying attention to the qualifications of the apparatus in providing services. Both in terms of Reliability (Reliability), Responsivenees (responsiveness), and Assurance (Guarantee). Supporting factors such as work motivation and cooperation. Inhibiting factors such as Human Resources (HR), Facilities and Infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of asset structure, capital structure and company size on stock prices with profitability as an intervening variable in various industrial companies for the 2018-2021 period. The method used in this study uses quantitative data by collecting data in the form of annual financial reports for the 2018-2021 period with a total sample of 9 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. Data processing uses Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that asset structure does not have a significant effect on stock prices, asset structure does not have a significant effect on profitability, capital structure does not have a significant effect on stock prices, capital structure does not have a significant effect on profitability, company size does not have a significant effect on stock prices, company size has a significant effect on profitability and profitability has no significant effect on stock prices in various industrial companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to disentangle the effects of investing-related knowledge, investment motivation, required starting capital, and perceived risk. In 2019, 453 full-time students and employees enrolled in the Management Study Program participated in this study. This study used a non-probabilistic sampling method called purposive sampling, in which a predetermined set of criteria had to be met in order for the sample of 212 students to be selected. The data in this study was gathered by distributing questionnaires to students using data collection tools. Data analysis techniques such as the use of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software, version 23.0, for descriptive and inferential statistics based on multiple linear regression. Statistically significant positive effects of motivation, minimum capital, and perception of risk on investment interest were found in this study. This study also found a positive effect of investing knowledge on investment interest, although the effect was not statistically significant.

Abstract

The conditions in Pucak Village, Tompobulu District, Maros Regency illustrate the enormous regional potential for managing natural resources in the era of regional autonomy, where the Diffusion and Utilization of Science and Technology Programs in remote villages have not been optimally studied. The desired impact of this program is the use of natural resources in the village to become an alternative energy source, namely renewable energy through the production of biogas from cow dung.The service is aimed at providing knowledge to residents about the use of new and renewable energy sources, namely energy produced with appropriate technology that is relatively simple and suitable for rural areas. Biogas processing provides many benefits for residents in managing livestock manure into biogas energy as an alternative fuel that is environmentally friendly, where processing livestock waste into biogas can reduce environmental pollution, where waste is managed into alternative fuels, where the results of waste management have disposal which is then reprocessed into solid or liquid organic fertilizer.

Abstract

When implementing the lean philosophy in the warehouse, there are environment issues or aspects to be considered. This study use literature research review by reviewing journals which specifically research on the implementation of lean warehousing in companies in Indonesia. Identification of waste and its investigation to find the causes is important to have the right recommendation for improvement can be compared between companies. Ideas for improvement such as using labels to segregate used and unused materials or tools is an example of sorting. Arranging lay out, racks and bins, and materials to become neat and tidy, easy to find, and clean is a must have properties for a warehouse. Updated policies and procedures are required for standardization of work. To sustain the implementation result, it is important to have training, knowledge sharing or other similar and creative events. Leadership, measuring, and the driving of improvements are key roles for the success of implementation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of digital technology on the selling power of MSMEs products after the Covid-19 pandemic in Klambir V Kebun Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research which describes or explains a generalization of the sample to the population, which uses samples and hypotheses to test the hypothesis using inferential statistics. The findings show that the factors that most influence the use of digital technology on the selling power of MSMEs products after the Covid-19 pandemic in Klambir V Kebun Village are production variables, capital variables, and the technology variable itself. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that production, capital, and technology have a significant effect on the competitiveness and development of MSMEs productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work skills on the performance of employees of the Food Security, Agriculture, and Fisheries Office of Bekasi City. The data analysis method used is quantitative. The sample for this research was 70 respondents who were employees of the Department of Food Security, Agriculture, and Fisheries, Bekasi City. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data processing using SPSS Version 26 Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis The results of this study indicate that the work environment variable and the work skills variable have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. and simultaneously, these two independent variables are proven to be significant and have an effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) in BPKAD Semarang City, assessed based on the level of ease of use, usability, attitude towards use, and actual usage using TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The population consists of all employees who are active users of SIMDA. The analytical model employed in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM), while the software used is SmartPLS 2.0 M3. The results of hypothesis testing and discussions indicate that perceived ease of use has a significant positive influence on perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness, in turn, has a significant positive influence on attitude towards use. Perceived ease of use also has a significant positive influence on attitude towards use. Finally, attitude towards use has a significant positive influence on actual system usage.

Abstract

This research discusses how the Development and Implementation of the Gig Economy in Indonesia and how Gen Z and Gen Millennials deal with it. Research using the literature review method shows that Gig Economy has developed in Indonesia, but in its implementation it is still stuck in the transportation and business sectors between goods, food and people. The development of the Gig Economy in Indonesia has not yet explored the creative economy industrial sector and other knowledge-intensive sectors.
