Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Product Quality and Promotion on the purchase decision. used in the research is quantitative methods and assessment of the results of this study based on the answers to the questionnaire given to respondents using Likert Scale. The population in this study is all customers at Optik Tunggal Sempurna and sample in this study is amounted to 58 respondents. Methods of analysis in this research using descriptive analysis, The Instrument (Validity and Reability), Classical Assumption Test (Normality, Multicoloniarity, Heteroskidasity, and Autocorrelation), Corelattion, Linier regression analysis, t test, F test and Determinant coefficient R2. The results of the t test (partially), has obtained results that variable Product Quantity is significant on the purchase decision of PT.Optik Tunggal Sempurna. While the variable Service Quality and Promotion have no effect and does not significantly influence the purchase decision of PT.Opiik Tunggal Sempurna. From test f (simultaneously), the result that the third variable and significant influence on the purchase decision of Optik Tunggal Sempurna

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of profitability, firm size and capital structure on bond rating. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. Number of samples from 8 financial sector companies with observation period over 4 years. The analysis technique used is ordinal logistic regression. The test results show that the profitability and size of the company have a negative and significant impact on the rating of bonds. And the capital structure has a negative and significant effect on the bond rating. And simultaneously profitability, firm size and capital structure affect the rating of bonds.

Abstract

To overcome the level of job stress employees need to consider several factors including work environment, workload and work conflict. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, workload and work conflict simultaneously or partially to the employee work stress of PT. Inti Manunggal Sejahtera Abadi. The research sample are 44 production employees’. The multiple linear regression, t test and F test are used as the analysis techniques. The results showed that work environment, workload and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee’s job stress. While t test results indicate that workload and work conflict partially affect the employee's work stress, while the work environment has no effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of capital structure (Debt To Equity Ratio), firm size (total assets) and profitability (Net Profit Margin) to Price Earning Ratio (PER) at manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2015 . The sample of companies in this study there are 30 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX period 2013-2015. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The independent variables in this research are DER, Total Asset and NPM. Dependent variable in this research is PER. The results showed that only NPM affected PER while Total Asset and NPM did not affect PER. The results also show simultaneously all independent variables affect LQ 45.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, profitabilitas dan rasio pasar terhadap return saham. Rasio-rasio keuangan yang diteliti yaitu current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, return on asset dan price earning ratio sebagai variabel independent dan return saham sebagai variabel dependent. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2015. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, return on asset dan price earning ratio secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Secara statistik parsial variabel debt to equity dan return on asset berpengaruh terhadap return saham.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to anlize and test the effect of organizational cultural, work enviroment, and job satisfaction on performance. Performance is assumed to be significantly effected by the organizational cultural, work enviroment, and job satisfaction that pertain in the organization. The causal study reported here aimed to examine the hypothesis. It was conducted through a survey in the Satya Negara Indonesia University a sample of 50 lecturer from the overall population of 50 lecturer employe. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondens’ filling in a questionnaire. The path technique was applied to analyze the data wich had been previously treated with the aggressive and coorelation procedure. The result proved that the employee performance was directly effected by the organizational cultural, the work envoroment, and job satisfaction was in turn, directly effected by organizational cultural and work enviroment. The findings suggest that the variation of performance of the lecturer might have been effected by the organizational cultural, the work enviroment, and the job satisfaction in the organization. This further implies the need take the variables of organizational cultural, job satisfaction, and performance into the consideration in the strategic planning of the human resources development in the Satya Negara Indonesia University

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of leadership, compensation on performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. The object of this research is the SMA/SMK Yadika Tanjung Duren Jakarta with 85 of respondents. data analysis is the analysis of the path and processed with SPSS program Version 22. Sampling method using quota Sampling is by examining the census or the population. The results of this study showed that there was no direct influence leadership against the discipline of work, there is a direct positive influence compensation against a work discipline, and there is the influence of the leadership and work discipline against compensation, there is a direct influence on the discipline of work on performance of teachers, teachers, performance against the leadership and direct influence negative compensation on performance of teachers.

Abstract

This report aims to review the influence of the quality of service , prices and the quality of customer satisfaction website .Methods used in research is quantitative methods and results of the study is based on the answers to the questionnaire given to use likert respondents scale .The population of the research is students usni in 1889 and samples to this study were 100 respondents .The method of analysis on this research using analysis desktiptif , the instrument (validity and normality), the assumption (normality classic, heteroskedastisitas , multikolonieritas and autokorelasi ) , regression analysis linear multiple , the t , the f and koefesien determinan R². From the results of the test t , have the results showed that variable the quality of the services they provide ( x1 ), of prices ( x2 ) and the quality of the services they provide ( x3 ) has had the influence and significant impact on usni student satisfaction .Of the trial f, the results showed that third variable influential and significant impact on usni student satisfaction .

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Product, Price, and Place of the buying decision. The method used in this research is quantitative method and assessment of the results of this study based on the answers of respondents using Likert Scale. The population in this study is the Consumer Books & Beyond Cilandak Town Square and sample in this study amounted to 57 respondents. The method of analysis in this study using the Test Instrument (Validity and Reliability), Analysis Normality of data, Classical Assumption Test (Normality, multicoloniarity, Heteroskedatisitas, autocorrelation), Test Correlation Coefficient Test, linear regression, t test, Test f, and the coefficient of determination R2 . From the results of the t test (Partially), has obtained results that place the variable (X3) has a significant influence on the purchase decision and book stores Books & Beyond Cilandak Town Square. As for the Product variable (X1), and Price (X2),had no effect and no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions Books & Beyond stores.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how macroeconomic factors and the Dow Jones Index affect the volatility of the Indonesian stock market. Volatility The Indonesian stock market is represented by Indonesia Composite Index, and macroeconomic factors are represented by variables of Inflation, Exchange Rate, BI Rate, Gold Price and American Capital Market Performance represented by the Dow Jones Index. Observation period from January 1, 2018 to January 15, 2018 with daily data. From the results of the test data obtained results that the Exchange Rate and Dow Jones Index significantly affect the volatility of Indonesian stock market prices during the observation period. Inflation variables, BI rates and gold prices have no significant effect.
