Abstract

This research aims to know the partial and simultaneous influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance of PT Bhakti Karya Distribusi Indonesia The benefits of this research for the Company as input in managing performance using work discipline, work environment on employee performance and as consideration for determining the next steps in the employee performance system in the future. The method of study used is associative quantitative data which is in the form of employees PT Bhakti Karya Distribusi Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bhakti Karya Distribution Indonesia, totaling 87 people. The sampling technique in this study uses saturated sampling, called the saturated sample because all members of the population are used as samples. The study uses the instrument test, classical assumption test. Analysis to see the influence of variables using Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test and Partial Hypothesis Test (T Test) and Simultaneous Hypothesis Test (F Test).The results of this study indicate that partially (T Test) work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the results of the calculation of work discipline has a value with a significant probability of 0.002 smaller than the predetermined significant level of 0.05. thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Partially the work environment variable has a positive effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the results of work environment having a value of 0,002 less than the predetermined significant level of 0.05. thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Fcount value obtained was 12,606 and Ftable value was 3,11. So that Fcount > Ftable with a significant level of probability of 0,002 is smaller than a predetermined significant level of 0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between work discipline and work environment simultaneously on employee performance..

Abstract

Abstract

Progress Human resources have increased and are already familiar in the era of globalization and increasingly sophisticated technology, global competition cannot be avoided by companies and organizations. Good and professional performance is one of the benchmarks of progress and success of the Company and organization to conduct increasingly fierce global competition. This study aims to test, study and obtain the results of the effect of training, motivation and work discipline on the performance of Sukamantri Village Office employees Tambelang District Bekasi District individually or separately. This research was conducted on employees at Sukamantri Village office. This research uses a quantitative approach, and the data used are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression method using IBM SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect on training with the performance of Sukamantri Village office staff. (2) there is a positive and significant effect on the motivation variable with the performance of Sukamantri Village office staff. (3) and there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of Sukamantri Village office employees.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low performance of employees of the Trading Business in Central Java. The problem in this study is the dominant variables in influencing the performance of Trading Business employees including transformational leadership style, organizational culture and motivation". The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of each variable, transformational leadership style (X1), organizational culture (X2), motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y).In this study, data were collected through a questionnaire method on 80 people from a total of 80 employee populations. UD. in Central Java is spread in several other districts such as Banjarnegara, Purwokerto, Wonosobo and several other districts.The results of the study from 80 respondents who were processed using classical assumptions assisted by the SPSS version 22 program showed the results that transformational leadership style, organizational culture and motivation influenced the performance of employees of the Central Java Trading Business. All data meet the requirements of classical assumptions consisting of normality, homogeneity, and equality of regeresi lines.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an important role in the progress of a company, this is due to an effort to encourage employees to be more responsible for their obligations. But in reality, there are not a few organizations or companies that pay less attention to commitment. One of the efforts that can be made to increase organizational commitment includes work involvement, job satisfaction and work culture. This study aims to determine how much work involvement, job satisfaction and organizational culture affect organizational commitment in the company. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 85 employees of PT.PAS Cikarang. The method of analysis uses multiple linear analysis using SPSS V.23 software. This study shows that work involvement does not have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment with t count 1.645 < 1.990 while Job Satisfaction does not significantly affect Organizational Commitment with t count 0.367 < 0.1990 and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment with t count 8.296 > 1.990 .

Abstract

UMKM dibidang fashion adalah usaha yang berdiri sendiri yang dilakukan oleh perorangan atau badan usaha disektor fashion. Pelaku UMKM harus mencari strategi yang tepat agar dapat bertahan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Salah satu strategi ialah dengan menggunakan digital marketing yang memungkinkan para pelaku UMKM dapat memasarkan produknya tanpa terkendala karena jangkauan yang luas dan lebih murah. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran strategi digital marketing dalam pemberdayaan UMKM dibidang fashion. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya digital marketing ini dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan fashion dan dapat mengembangkan UMKM di bidang fashion.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan dunia bisnis yang semakin kompetitif tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pengusaha yang berorientasi laba maupun non-laba menjadi semakin kompleks. Tantangan yang dihadapi tidak hanya berasal dari dalam perusahaan tetapi juga berasal dari luar perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan, karena menajemen perusahaan dapat memastikan tingkat keberhasilan usahanya, memberikan dasar perencanaan strategis dan operasional di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara Fashion Muslimah Polaris Kanthil memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram dalam mempromosikan produknya khususnya dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan penjualannya dalam perspektif pemasaran syariah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka. Pembahasan ini berisi tentang pengertian pemasaran syariah, kinerja pemasaran syariah, fungsi konsep pemasaran dalam perusahaan, dan karakteristik pemasaran syariah. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu cara yang digunakan pada usaha Fashion Muslimah Polaris Khantil sudah sesuai dengan perspektif pemasaran syariah, karena sudah menerapkan nilai-nilai yang tidak melenceng atau menyeberang dari anjuran tuntunan Al-Quran dan Hadist.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pengembalian PPN atas pembelian barang untuk Kantor Kedutaan Besar di Thailand. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi, penelitian lapangan, wawancara, studi pustaka untuk melengkapi data yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pajak antara Kerajaan Thailand dan Pemerintah Indonesia menganut prinsip timbal balik dan prosedur yang diterapkan di Thailand memiliki banyak kesamaan dengan Indonesia. Diharapkan kebijakan masing-masing negara dapat memudahkan kedua negara dalam proses pengembalian atau pembebasan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai. Kedutaan Besar Republik Indonesia (Kedutaan Besar) Bangkok harus memiliki staf rumah tangga atau ahli dari Indonesia yang ahli dalam perpajakan dan menguasai perpajakan internasional untuk memfasilitasi Kedutaan Besar Republik Indonesia Kantor (Kedutaan Besar) Bangkok dalam pengelolaan pajak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Luas Lahan dan Produksi Sawit terhadap Pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Seuneubok Kuyun Kecamatan Idi Timur Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampel acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling). Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variable independen dengan variable dependen ialah dengan metode regresi linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variable Luas Lahan dan Produksi berpengaruh positif terhadap Pendapatan.

Abstract

In view of Islamic teachings, everything must be done neatly, correctly and regularly, the processes must be followed properly. Something should not be done carelessly. Islamic banks as a financial institution, one of its functions is to collect public funds, must have a source to raise funds before channeling them back to the community. The aim of the research is to find out whether the products and services of Islamic banks, fundraising products, financing products and other services are in accordance with existing theories. The research method used was a literature review. The results of this study explain that Islamic bank fund management is an effort made by Islamic bank institutions in managing or managing the position of funds received from funding activities to be channeled to financing activities which are the main source of bank income. In addition, bank services are banking activities carried out by a bank to facilitate the activities of raising funds and channeling funds. The conclusion of the research is that the more complete the bank services provided, the better the bank's operations will thus attract customers to make transactions and will increase the bank's income.
