Abstract

Human resources are one of important factors in an organization and are understood as strengths that come from human potential and can help to achieve organizational goals. Employee performance in a government agency is influenced by various factors originating from internal and external, these factors include leadership supervision, work discipline, competence. If the resulting performance is good, it will also have a good impact on a government institution.This study aims (1) to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of the Brebes Inspectorate employees (2) to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of the Brebes Inspectorate employees (3) to determine the effect of competence on the performance of the Brebes Inspectorate employees (4) to determine the effect of leadership supervision, work discipline, competence on the performance of employees of the Brebes Inspectorate. This research is categorized as a survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire and uses a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of the Brebes Inspectorate who found 46 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling because 37 samples were taken with non-structural official criteria. The research method used is primary data with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership supervision partially affects employee performance with a significant value (0.000 <0.05). (2) work discipline partially affects employee performance with a significant value (0.002 <0.05). (3) competence partially affects employee performance with a significant value (0.000 <0.05). (4) leadership supervision, work discipline, competence simultaneously affect employee performance with a significant value (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan sebuah organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan, untuk mencapai tujuan yang maksimal dibututuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, dengan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas akan membuat organisasi dengan mudah untuk mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik skala likert. Jenis data dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tenaga kependidikan Universitas Bhamada Slawi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 pegawai. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji instrument penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), Uji method successive interval (MSI), Uji asumsi klasik, Analisis regresi linier berganda, Uji hipotesis dan Analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05; (2) Etika kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,227 > 0,05; (3) loyalitas kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,059 > 0,05; budaya orgnisasi, etika kerja dan loyalitas kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < dari 0,05.

Abstract

The rise and fall of Bloods Distro sales volume is caused by Bloods Distro members who do not place orders every month. If a member does not transact consecutively for one year or more, the Bloods Distribution Company will automatically deactivate the member. Apart from the lack of member updates in selling to consumers, the purchase rate has decreased because it is influenced by customer buying interest in Brand Distros, where customers who are initially interested in buying Brand Distros in a certain month then become not interested in making repeat purchases even though different brands are offered. brand previously offered by the consultant. The purpose of the study, to analyze (1) whether brand image affects purchasing decisions, (2) whether product quality affects purchasing decisions, (3) whether price perceptions affect purchasing decisions, (4) whether brand image, product quality and price perceptions simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of Bloods distribution in Tegal City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The number of samples is 100 respondents, purposive sampling technique, data collection using a questionnaire, analysis tool using multiple regression. The results of the study, (1) Brand image variables have no effect on purchasing decisions, (2) Product quality variables affect purchasing decisions, (3) Price perception variables affect purchasing decisions, (4) Brand image variables, product quality and price perceptions simultaneously influence on purchasing decisions for Bloods distributions in Tegal City, (5) the percentage of variable contribution obtained is 67.90%, meaning that variations in bloods distributions purchasing decisions in Tegal City can be explained by brand image, product quality and price perception. The remaining 32.10%, explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) has a very important role and function in developing a company. Employees will provide their best performance if the company provides a good quality of work life. Nevertheless, there are some employees who are willing to do work that is not their job. This employee behavior can be termed as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Employees who have a high level of OCB will be an important asset for an organization. They will obey orders from the leader. This research is conducted with the aim to know the impact of quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees’ performance in Primebiz Hotel Tegal, partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey method. While the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that there is a significant effect of quality of work life (QWL) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees’ performance at the significance level (=5%). 3). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh flash sale terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa FEB UPS Tegal di marketplace Shopee, pengaruh online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan pengaruh flash sale, online customer review, dan online customer rating secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah marketplace Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1). Pengujian parsial flash sale terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05. 2). Pengujian parsial online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai sig = 0,016 < 0,05. 3). Pengujian online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai sig = 0,005 < 0,05. 4). Pengujian Uji F (uji simultan) diperoleh nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: 1). Terdapat pengaruh flash sale (X1) terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa FEB UPS Tegal di marketplace Shopee. 2). Terdapat pengaruh online customer review (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa FEB UPS Tegal di marketplace Shopee. 3). Terdapat pengaruh online customer rating (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa FEB UPS Tegal di marketplace Shopee. 4). Terdapat pengaruh flash sale (X1), online customer review (X2) dan online customer rating (X3) secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa FEB UPS Tegal di marketplace Shopee.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1). To determine the effect of Visionary leadership style on employee performance at the Primkoveri 19 Cooperative Losari Branch. 2). To determine the effect of Work Discipline on the performance of the Primkoveri 19 Losari cooperative employees. 3). To determine the effect of Visionary Leadership Style and Work Discipline for Employees of Primkoveri 19 Losari Cooperative. There are 43 employees in Primkoveri Cooperative 19 Losari Branch. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple correlation analysis, f test, T test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Research results 1). Visionary leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The tcount value is 2.101 and the ttable value is 2.021, then tcount > ttable (2.101 > 2.0210) with a significance of 0.042. The significance value is smaller than the 5% level (0.042 < 0.05), which means that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, tcount is 2.730 and ttable value is 2.0210, then tcount > ttable (2.730 > 2.0210) with a significance value of 0.009 which is smaller than the 5% level (0.009 < 0.05), which means work discipline positive and significant effect on employee performance 3). Visionary leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the F test obtained Fcount = 431.228 and a significance value of 0.000. 6). The coefficient of determination based on the above analysis is 95.3%. it means that the total diversity described by the visionary leadership style model and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance is 95.3%. while the remaining 4.7% was caused by other unexplained factors.

Abstract

The lack of a number of waiters becomes a problem when providing services to consumers is slow and often gets complaints from consumers. In addition, Pondok Bakso Kang Bongkot has never been a research site during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it is hoped that this research will be a reference and benefit for business owners. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers who visited Pondok Bakso Kang Bongkot. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire or questionnaire method. The Research Instrument Test used in this study includes the Validity and Reliability Test. MSI, Classical assumption test includes Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of Location, Product Quality, and Service Quality on Product Repurchase Interest at Pondok Bakso Kang Bongkot. The results of the calculation of the t-count analysis: 1) Location of Repurchase Interest obtained tcount value of 1.071 and sig value of 0.287 <0.05. 2) Product Quality on Repurchase Interest obtained tcount value of 3.629 and sig value of 0.000 <0.05. 3) Quality of Service on Repurchase Interest obtained tcount value of 1.969 and sig value of 0.052 <0.05. 4) The result of the F test calculation has a value of 53,457 where the value of the Fcount of the variable is greater than Ftable, which is 2.70 and has a significant value of 0.000 where the value is smaller than the significant value of 0.05 and the Adjust R square value of 0.614. The conclusions in this study 1) This study proves that Location has a significant positive effect on the Buying Interest of Pondok Bakso Kang Bongkot Products, 2) This study proves that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on the Repurchase Interest of Pondok Bakso Kang Bongkot Products, 3) This study proves that Service Quality has a significant positive effect on the Buying Interest of Pondok Bakso Kang Bongkot Products, and 4) This study proves that Location, Product Quality and Service Quality have a joint effect on the Buying Interest of Pondok Bakso Kang Bongkot Products.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Kaladawa Kecamatan Talang Kabupaten Tegal, dan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Kaladawa. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi digunakan sebagai prosedur analisis. Hasil penelitian adalah kualitas tempat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pukesmas Kaladawa Kabupaten Tegal, disiplin kerja berpengaruh baik dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pukesmas Kaladawa Kabupaten Tegal, serta kualitas kehidupan kerja seseorang dan disiplin kerja seseorang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Efisiensi, Loan to Deposit Ratio dan Capital Adequacy Ratio terhadap penyaluran kredit pada Bank Umum Konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 20172021. Hipotesis di dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh DPK, Efisiensi, LDR dan CAR terhadap Penyaluran Kredit pada Bank Umum Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian adalah Bank Umum Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 Bank Umum Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2017-2021. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 Bank Umum Konvensional. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan-laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji autokorelasi, serta menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji signifikansi parsial (uji t), uji signifikansi simultan (uji f), dan analisis koefisien determinasi yang dibantu dengan program SPSS Versi 25.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja antara ETF Likuid MNC 36 dan Indeks MNC Likuid 36, perbedaan kinerja antara Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), dan kinerja terbaik antara MNC LIKUID 36 ETF, Indeks MNC LIKUID 36, dan Indeks HargaiSaham Gabungan (IHSG). Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan dokumentasi digunakanidalam penelitian ini untuk mendapatkanidata. Teknik Sharpe dan uji t sampel kombinasi digunakan untuk menghitung perkembangan nilai ETF MNC LIKUID 36, Indeks MNC LIKUID 36, dan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Hasiliuji rata-rata dua perbedaan antara ETF MNC LIKUID36 denganiIndeks MNC LIKUID 36 menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara perkembangan nilai ETF MNC LIKUID36 dengan perkembangan nilai Indeks MNC LIKUID 36, hasil perhitungan dua interval uji beda antara perkembangan nilai ETF MNC LIKUID 36 dengan perkembangan nilai Indeks Harga SahamiGabungan (IHSG) menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang substansial antara keduanya (IHSG), terlihat bahwa IndeksiHarga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) mengalahkan ETFiMNC LIKUD 36 dan Indeks MNC LIKUID 36.
