Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the process of measuring or assessing individual abilities in carrying out certain actions or activities. Skills assessment can be done through various methods, such as tests, observations, interviews, and self-assessments. Skills assessment is very important in education, because it can provide information about students' ability to understand subject matter, as well as assist teachers in determining more effective learning strategies. The function of skills assessment is to measure students' ability to apply knowledge to perform certain tasks in a variety of skill contexts

Abstract

The difficulties of class IX students in understanding the subject matter at the Nurul Islam Junior High School can reduce learning motivation when learning time in class and assignments are given by teacher. In this case, it is caused by the school environment, the friends itself, bored feeling, personal and family problems, and the setting of rest time is the trigger too. So, increasing learning motivation of students in class IX need something new namely implementing the Project Based Learning model. The model is expected to be a solution to the student for understanding the subject matter, do not feel bored or bored in learning, active during learning and practicing independence in class. The method that is used is descriptive qualitative by describing the data in the form of narrative and detail based on facts in the field. The results of this study are the implementation of the Project Based Learning model with the results that is game "Snakes and Ladders" effective in increasing the learning motivation and understanding of class IX students, this is proven when students can explain the subject matter properly, are active and enthusiastic when playing the game.

Abstract

Pancasila is the ideology of the Indonesian nation. Religious values are a manifestation of attitudes that demonstrate a quality of life that is inseparable from religious teachings. As long as Pancasila is viewed as something positive and remains distant from endangering the Indonesian nation, it is considered to be in line with religious norms. The integration of religious values from Pancasila with Pancasila's perspective in pesantren-based schools provides significant benefits for students. They not only receive a strong religious education but are also equipped with a solid understanding of national unity, becoming agents of change that bring harmony to society. The Pancasila perspective serves as guidance in responding to social dynamics, being open to criticism, and serving as a common point, focus, and goal for fostering collective awareness of the national system. This research aims to describe the implementation of religious values from Pancasila and the Pancasila perspective in pesantren-based schools. Pesantren is a traditional educational institution with distinctive characteristics that combine religious and general education. Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, emphasizes religious values and national perspectives that complement each other. In this context, pesantren can play a role as an educational institution that bridges the gap between religious and general education, producing individuals who are well-integrated into national life.

Abstract

The research problem is caused by the lack of student attitude so that there are still students who carry out negative verbal and non-verbal bullying behavior. This study aims to describe the role of PPKn teachers in increasing attitudes to prevent negative actions, supporting and inhibiting factors and solutions for dealing with the inhibiting factors of PPKn teachers in increasing attitudes to prevent negative actions in MTs. Raudlatul Hasaniyah Probolinggo City. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study included Civic Education teachers, students, principals and students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data display and data verification. From the research results obtained, namely the role of Civics teachers in increasing attitudes to prevent negative actions in MTs. Raudlatul Hasaniyah Probolinggo City is very important. PPKn teachers do their job very well. Efforts made by PPKn teachers in increasing attitudes to prevent negative actions are by a) forming good personalities in students b) always setting a good example directly to the rest c) being active in giving advice, direction and guidance to students d) making students think critically g) providing handling of cases of bullying. The driving factors for PPKn teachers in increasing attitudes to prevent negative actions are: a) there is cooperation from all school members, b) there are school rules, c) there is socialization from parties outside the school. The inhibiting factors are: 2) lack of awareness of students b) bad influence of association, c) lack of parental attention d) bad influence of social media.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's role in encouraging tolerance in students through learning at VII MTS Raudlatul Hasaniyah in the 2022-2023 academic year. This research methodology is based on a qualitative approach with case studies. The material for this research is an overview of the teacher's role in instilling tolerance in students, using interviews and observations as the main data and documentation as a support and complement to the data. The subjects of this research were school principals, teachers and student representatives of MTs Raudlatul Hasaniyah. After data collection, qualitative data analysis was carried out.The results of the study show that the role of Civics teachers in increasing student tolerance is good because they can direct well, provide motivation, guide and evaluate, and manage all existing resources in educational institutions to achieve the character of student goals. However, the program was not implemented optimally, because there were still some teachers who did not support or carry out their duties which resulted in some students not being tolerant values. Known supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are a clean environment, adequate facilities and infrastructure, teaching staff and student textbooks, while the inhibiting factors are the environment, choosing the wrong friends and the location where students live in remote areas. Civics teacher's solution to increase student tolerance is to hold extracurricular activities, clean up and class meetings. However, the solution proposed by the school principal and PPKn teachers has not been fully implemented because there are still students and teachers who do not participate in its implementation.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to find out how the development of the National Insight of students at MTS Raudlatul Hasaniyah through Citizenship Education Learning. The subjects in this study were students. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach using data collection techniques from observation, documentation and interviews. This research shows that apart from the students themselves, the teacher's role is also very important in strengthening nationalism. So as to create Citizenship Education learning activities to strengthen National Insight. In implementation, students must play an active role such as asking questions, concluding learning outcomes, and giving opinions. The teacher only helps if there are obstacles, except if students have delays in thinking / have special needs the teacher will motivate students to learn. Strengthening National Insight can also be seen from the development of attitudes and character of students during learning takes place. Like when paying attention to the material and the activeness of asking questions. Lack of literacy is an inhibiting factor at MTS Raudlatul Hasaniyah. The solution that can be done by the teacher is to guide students in learning and direct practice in implementing Strengthening National Insights.

Abstract

The success of a class can be supported by making the learning process fun, namely by emphasizing the existence of a learning method. During the learning process the method applied is the Role Playing method where the teaching involves students actively participating in the learning process by acting out scenarios from real life that are relevant to the topic of discussion. The formulation of the problem in this study is, 1) How is the application of the Role Playing Method in Indonesian Language Learning for class III in reading fairy tales in an effort to increase student learning interest at SDN Kedung Caluk? 2) How is the Application of the Role Playing Method in Class III Indonesian Language Learning materials for reading fairy tales in an effort to improve student learning outcomes at SDN Kedung Caluk 2? 3) What are the results of the Application of the Role Playing Method in Class III Indonesian Language Learning materials for reading fairy tales in an effort to increase interest in learning and student learning outcomes at SDN Kedung Caluk 2?. This study uses the method (PTK) by using observation techniques, interviews, tests and documentation. This research took place at SDN Kedungcaluk II with 13 class III student subjects. Data analysis in this thesis uses descriptive data analysis, evaluation, and reflection. The process achieved from implementing the Role Playing method is that it can improve student learning outcomes which initially in the first cycle the learning outcomes only reached 46% but in the second cycle it jumped to 92%.

Abstract

Learning media is anything that can be used to convey messages from the teacher to students so that they can stimulate the mind, feelings, interests, and students' attention so that the learning process can take place effectively. The problems that occurred at SDN Banjarsari 2 in class V showed that many students tended to feel bored, students looked lacking active in the learning process, and the material presented is difficult for students to understand. It was from here that the researcher was interested in conducting research entitled The effect of flashcard media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in social studies at SDN Banjarsari 2. Based on the background of the problems that have been occurs, then it is formulated "Is there any effect of flash card media on the learning outcomes of class V students in the social studies subject at SDN Banjarsari 2. This type of research is quantitative by using an experimental model One Group Pretest Posttest. Data collection techniques in this study are: observation, questionnaire, test, and documentation. Analysis of the data obtained from the results. This study uses descriptive and differential data analysis. Judging from the average score of students before using the flash card media, namely 57.61%, it is in the low category. Meanwhile, after using the flash card media, the average value of students, namely 77.61%, is in the medium category. From the results of inferential statistical analysis using the t-test formula, it can be seen that the tcount is 7.35. With a frequency (dk) of 21-1 = 20, at a significant level of 0.05 obtained ttable = 2.086, therefore tCount > tTable at a significant level of 0.05, then the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means that the application of flash card media affects social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN Banjarsari 2.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character values ​​in student self-development activities at SMP Taruna Dra. Zulaeha Lecess, Probolinggo Regency. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. After this data is collected, then qualitative data analysis is carried out. The results of the research show that character values ​​in the self-development of students at SMP Taruna Dra.Zulaeha Leces have been going well. It has been shown that there are a number of students who have achieved a lot of character values ​​in self-development activities through self-development talents achieved by students at schools, both at the Problnggo Regency level, the East Java Province level and even at the National level during 2022. The vice-student teacher has giving encouragement to students in student self-development activities, providing guidance to students in developing achievements, rewarding students who have succeeded in developing achievements. There are several students who do not know about Student Self-Development at SMP Taruna Dra.Zulaeha Leces, namely the student named Zafira Yuri Wardani. With the encouragement and enthusiasm of the teachers, Zafira Yuri Wardani succeeded in participating in self-development activities at school. Zafira Wardani succeeded in getting achievements from the English Club at the Probolinggo Regency level.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation plan and the results of learning evaluation using the flipped classroom method. This research is a qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study are using data reduction technique analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The population in this study was class VIII MTs Asy-Syakur Nglingi. The results of this study show that the evaluation results of the flipped classroom learning model obtained that of the five questions presented in the research results, namely 48,2% of students strongly agreed (SS) 38,2% of students agreed (S) and 13,6% of students doubted -doubt (R), so that the evaluation results show that the learning model with the flipped classroom method on integrated social studies subjects runs smoothly without any obstacles or obstacles.
