Abstract

Ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia bisnis, membuat UKM harus mempunyai strategi bisnis dan keunggulan bersaing, baik dalam pengetahuan dan kemampuan enterpeneurship, terciptanya keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan (sustained competitive advantage) akan menciptakan kinerja pemasaran unggul dapat diterima oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh startegi bisnis dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM songkok “udeng Bali” di kecamatan Genteng Banyuwangi. Dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif, melalu pendekatan explanatory research, dengan jenis penelitian penelitian survey, penentuan sapel dengan Non Probability Sampling adapun yang paling cocok yaitu sampling jenuh berjumlah 20 UMKM, analisis data menggunakan uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan uji R2 menggunakan alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Strategi bisnis (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UKM Songkok “Udeng Bali” Genteng Banyuwangi, dimana nilai (Standardized Coefficients) bernilai positif sebesar 0,480 dengan Sig. sebesar 0,009 ≤ 0,05. Keunggulan bersaing (X2) signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UKM Songkok “Udeng Bali” Genteng Banyuwangi, dimana nilai (Standardized Coefficients) bernilai positif sebesar 0,480 dengan Sig. sebesar 0,009 ≤ 0,05. Strategi bisnis (X1) dan keunggulan bersaing (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UKM Songkok “Udeng Bali” Genteng Banyuwangi, dengan nilai F hitung ≥ F tabel sebesar 17,879 ≥ 3,55 dengan Sig. Sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Kata Kunci : Strategi Bisnis, Keunggulan Bersaing dan Kinerja Pemasaran

Abstract

This study explains the joint responsibility transactions that exist within the Joint Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDesma) Singolestari, Singojuruh sub-district. Where BUMDesma is an interesting thing to study, namely the joint responsibility system used in settling bad loans. The formulation of the problem in this research is the practice of joint responsibility and joint responsibility system in the Islamic perspective. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. From the results of field research, it is found that in practice the joint responsibility transaction in BUMDesma is a dependent if one of the members cannot pay at maturity by dividing the deposit amount by the number of existing members. Based on the concept, the transaction system of joint responsibility is in accordance with the kafalah contract with the type of kafalah bil-maal, which is an obligation carried out by the guarantor with payment in the form of property or money and has fulfilled the requirements and pillars of the kafalah contract. The rules for joint responsibility in BUMDesma have been written in the proposal which is clearly made and has been approved by the customer in taking credit. However, in the savings and loan program which is not in accordance with the perspective of Islamic economics, namely taking profits from savings and loans is still in the percentage of INTEREST.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh adaya berbagai risiko dalam koperasi khususnya risiko operasional yang bisa menyebabkan kerugian terhadap koperasi dan juga berpotensi menurunnya tingkat kepercayaan koperasi di masyarakat. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yakni melalui pengumpulan data referensi maupun landasan teori dari jurnal maupun buku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang bagaimana koperasi harus menjalankan manaajemen resiko untuk meminimalisir dampak yang ditimbulan dengan adaya risiko. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana koperasi bisa menerapkan manajemen risionya yaitu dengan cara : 1. Menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian 2. Memiliki pekerja yang profesionalitas dan berintegritas 3. Menerapkan Manajemen Operasional 4. Melaksanakan semua prinsip-prinsip koperasi yang telah tertuang dalam Undang – Undang. This research is based on the existence of various risks in cooperatives, especially operational risks that can cause losses to cooperatives and also have the potential to decrease the level of trust in cooperatives in the community. The methodology used is a qualitative approach, namely through the collection of reference data and theoretical foundations from journals and books. This study aims to explain how cooperatives must carry out risk management to minimize the impact caused by risk. The results of this study are how cooperatives can implement risk management, namely by: 1. Applying the precautionary principle 2. Having professional and integrity workers 3. Implementing Operational Management 4. Implementing all cooperative principles that have been stated in the Act .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and savings product quality simultaneously and partially on the level of customer satisfaction at BMT Al-Yaman Berasan. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach and data management using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Statistical testing in this study used the t test, F test and R Square. Sampling is done by using accidental sampling technique. In the process of collecting data using several methods, namely observation, questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Data analysis techniques were assisted with SPSS v.16 software for windows 7. The results showed that the quality of service and the quality of savings products simultaneously had a significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BMT Al-Yaman Berasan. The results of this study also show partially that the variable service quality does not affect the level of customer satisfaction on BMT Al-Yaman Berasan, it is known that at a value of 1.794 <Ttable 1.985 with a significant value of 0.076. While the variable quality of savings products partially influences the level of customer satisfaction on BMT Al-Yaman Berasan, it is known that the value of Thitung is 7.269> Ttable 1.985 with a significant value of 0,000. The coefficient of determination test results shows that customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service and the quality of savings products by 56.9%, while (100% -56.9% = 43.1%) is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Bank Perkredit Rakyat (BPR) has a variety of savings products and credit products. One of its credit products is a working capital credit product. This working capital is a business capital financing credit / business operations. This research is in the form of field research or also known as qualitative research. The results showed that the procedure for disbursing working capital loans at PT. BPR Delta Artha Panggung Situbondo Branch is not complicated and the requirements required are easy to meet by small businesses, small entrepreneurs also feel no objection to the guarantee required by PT. BPR Delta Artha Panggung Situbondo Branch to take working capital credit, so that the distribution of working capital credit product funds from PT. BPR Delta Artha Panggung Situbondo Branch is deeply felt by small entrepreneurs who lack capital, because with the funds for working capital products, small entrepreneurs can be more free to add a variety of their business products.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. which was held at BMT UGT Nusantara. This study aims to determine the application of murabahah financing risk management applied by BMT UGT Nusantara. While the data collection method in this study used interviews, and documentation information to obtain documents about the management of problematic financing. The data analysis methods used were interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the qualitative research show that the risk management system for problematic murabahah financing is to adjust or implement what is in the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), the factors that affect non-performing financing are internal factors including employee negligence, etc., external factors include a decrease in customer income. , was hit by a disaster, and Efforts were made to save the problematic murabahah financing by using R3 (Rescheduling, Reconditioning, Restructuring) by carrying out predetermined procedures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya Fintech Syariah dalam membiayai pendanaan pada UMKM serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep fintech peer to peer lending yang dijalankan dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka yang membahas atau mencari referensi teori serta referensi yang relevan dengan topik yang diangkat dengan objek penelitiannya adalah Fintech Ammana. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fintech peer-to-peer lending dalam membiayai UMKM yaitu dengan memposisikan dirinya sebagai market yang mempertemukan atau menghubungkan antara pemberi pinjaman (Lender) dengan penerima pinjaman (borrower) dalam rangka melakukan akad pembiayaan melalui sistem elektronik dengan menggunakan jaringan internet.Kata Kunci: Fintech syariah, UMKM, P2P Lending

Abstract

Not all residents of Banyuanyar village kec. Kalibaru has the capital to buy goats and breed, there are some goat breeders who are keepers of other people's goats for a profit. This system has been around for a long time. Each goat raised by breeders from other people to the system for yields is generally observed from the offspring produced. Goat maintenance work that is able to share the livelihood of its keeper. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach, procedures for collecting information through observation, interviews and documentation. And analysis using descriptive analysis procedures. The results of the research show: A system for results in raising goats for Muslim residents in Banyuanyar Village, sub-district. Kalibaru is tried to comply with the common convention that was tried at the beginning of the agreement, the average system to be tested is 60%: 40% or 50%: 50% (between investors and custodians) investors share the capital for the purchase of goats and the custodian is responsible for keeping the goats until they are sold. For the results that are tried after the goats are sold, from this result it can increase welfare with an additional income of Rp. 500. 000, - up to Rp. 750,000 of the goats sold, so as to increase people's income and reduce poverty. Economic activities carried out for profit are stated in a mudharabah contract in which one party becomes the investor and one party becomes the executor with mutually agreed results and does not harm either party. Second, the profit-sharing system in raising goats for the Muslim community in Banyuanyar Village, Kec. Kalibaru in the Islamic economic perspective includes harmony between individual interests and the interests of the community who get mutual benefits which gives birth to the principle of social justice in the context of creating prosperity or reducing poverty with income derived from the profit sharing, economic activities carried out in profit sharing are included in the mudharabah contract where one party becomes the investor and one party becomes the executor with a mutually agreed profit sharing and does not harm either party.

Abstract

The era of decentralization encourages economic growth, both in terms of revenue and expenditure so that it has increased compared to before the era of decentralization. However, the effect of fiscal decentralization is much greater on the expenditure side than the regional revenue side. This research method uses library research. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach which is often called the naturalistic research method because the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting). Meanwhile, data analysis is descriptive analytical, so that the research analysis is carried out qualitatively both on secondary data and primary data. The results showed that fiscal decentralization has a negative influence on economic growth, which means that the higher the fiscal decentralization, the lower the economic growth; Economic growth has a positive effect on the welfare of people in the regions, which means that the higher the economic growth, the higher the welfare of the people, and fiscal decentralization has a positive effect on people's welfare in growing the economy, which means that the higher the fiscal decentralization, the higher the welfare of the people. Fiscal decentralization, which has a positive effect on people's welfare, has sufficiently explained that fiscal decentralization in Indonesia on the right track.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of service quality on customer loyalty at the Banyuwangi Syariah Pawnshop Unit. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this research is the customers of Pawnshop Syariah Unit Banyuwangi, where the sampling is 100 customers. Data was collected using a questionnaire method for service quality instruments. The analysis of the two instruments includes the analysis of validity and reliability. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS 18 for windows 10. The results of the validity analysis show that from 5 variables proved valid, all of them are reliable. Judging from the acquisition of f arithmetic > f table (48.357>2.31), while the results of the regression equation y = -6.314+0.235X1+ 0.173X2+0.038X3+0.129X4+0.165X5 and the results of the t-test of 4 variables obtained t-count > t- table (3.131, 2.151, 2.667, 3.221 >1.98552) and 1 variable that results in t count < t table (0.623 <1.98552) it can be seen that there are 4 variables that affect customer loyalty and 1 variable does not affect customer loyalty. The influence is included in the very strong category obtained from the multiple correlation coefficient data of 0.849, which is between the values ​​of 0.800-0.999. And it means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of service quality on customer loyalty at the Banyuwangi Syariah Pawnshop Unit.
