Abstract

Abstrak: Thuma’ninah adalah diam sebentar sekedar membaca tasbih, ini pendapat Abu Yusuf al-Hanafi, sama juga mazhab Maliki yaitu ketika rukuk, sujud, i’tidal dan duduk antara dua sujud seukuran membaca tasbih. Keduanya secara prinsip tidak mewajibkan thuma’ninah. Istinbath yang di gunakan menghukumi tidak wajibnya thuma’ninah surah al-Hajj ayat 77 dan hadis ahad riwayat Bukhari dan Muslim. Sebagian mazhab Maliki wajib thuma’ninah berdalil hadis diatas. Pendapat yang kuat thuma’ninah wajib untuk sholat wajib dan sunnat untuk sholat sunnat. Namun thuma’ninah lebih baik, karena mendekatkan kekhusukan dan meraih hikmah demi kemashlahatan hamba dalam mendapatkan ketenangan dalam sholat.Kata Kunci: Sholat, Tanpa Tuma`Ninah,  Perspektif. Abstract: Thuma'ninah is silent for a while just reading prayer beads, this is the opinion of Abu Yusuf al-Hanafi, the same as the Maliki school, namely when bowing, prostration, i’tidal and sitting between two prostrations the size of prayer beads. Both in principle do not require thuma'ninah. Istinbath which is used to punish the non-obligatory thuma'ninah surah al-Hajj verse 77 and hadith ahad history of Bukhari and Muslim. Some of the Maliki schools must be thuma'ninah based on the hadith above. The strong opinion of Thuma'ninah is obligatory for obligatory prayers and sunnat for sunat prayer. But thuma'ninah is better, because it draws closer to and attains wisdom for the benefit of the servant in getting peace in prayer.Keywords: Prayer, Without Tuma`Ninah, Perspective.

Abstract

This study analyzes the concept of self love in the perspective of Islamic psychology, focusing on maintaining mental health and optimizing one's potential. Through literature studies, it was found that self-love in Islamic psychology includes self-respect, forgiveness, potential development, and relationship with God. Healthy self-love plays a role in increasing self-confidence, reducing stress, and improving the overall quality of life. The integration of the concept of self-love in Islamic psychology with a therapeutic approach can bring significant benefits to psychological practice. This study highlights the importance of developing further applicative approaches in exploiting the potential of self-love in an Islamic psychology perspective Penelitian ini menganalisis konsep self love dalam perspektif psikologi Islami, fokus pada menjaga kesehatan mental dan mengoptimalkan potensi diri. Melalui studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa self love dalam psikologi Islami mencakup penghargaan diri, pengampunan, pengembangan potensi, dan hubungan dengan Allah. Self love yang sehat berperan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, mengurangi stres, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup secara keseluruhan. Integrasi konsep self love dalam psikologi Islami dengan pendekatan terapeutik dapat membawa manfaat signifikan dalam praktik psikologi. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya pengembangan pendekatan aplikatif yang lebih lanjut dalam memanfaatkan potensi self love dalam perspektif psikologi Islami.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan mengelaborasi deduksi dan narasi al-Quran tentang terapi psikologis melalui terapi memaafkan dan meminta maaf sebagai trapi spritual sufi stik. Asumsi dasar yang dibangun dan dikembangkan dalam tulisan ini bahwa sikap memaafkan dan meminta maaf dapat dijadikan sebagai terafi  kejiwaan. Secara deduktif al-Quran menyatakan dirinya dan memberi tahu kepada manusia bahwa dia hadir sebagai penyembuh, terutama terhadap penyakit-penyakit yang berada di dalam hati atau penyakit mental. Karena al-Quran hadir sebagai pembelajaran, penyembuh, petunjuk, dan rahmat. Selain memiliki efek menenangkan dan menggetarkan jiwa, al-Qur’an juga memiliki efek preventif, kuratif, dan terapeutik terhadap berbagai penyakit kejiwaan, spiritual hingga fi sik. Deduksi dan narasi al-Quran tentang maaf yang termaktub di dalam al-Quran menegaskan bahwa kedua sikap tersebut memberi solusi dalam relasi kehidupan antar sesama. Psikoterafi  memaaf dan meminta maaf merupakan bagian dari psikoterapi tasauf, sebuah upaya psikoterapi yang menggabungkan pendekatan tasawuf dan Psikoterapi. Elemen psikologi dari al-Quran sebagai bagian dari bangunan psikologi Islam dengan obyek matrialnya tingkah laku manusia memberi kontribusi psikoterpis kejiwaan manusia.

Abstract

This paper aims  to explore and  elaborate narrative-educational of al-Quran about giving  the  direction of spiritual education of early childhoodmethodology. Spirituality education in early childhood is a spirituality education without tariqah, suluk,  maqam, and murshid. Spiritual education developed in early childhood is a spiritual education that  is dzauqiyah, that  is spirituality that  is perceived and  not rationalized spirituality. Spiritual education is basically building and  developing the  potential divine  nature that  has  been conferred on every human being. The building of spiritual education is the immunization of human beings in order to stay awake and preserved in the circle of homosex- ual religious, that  is the man who covered with religion. From the very beginning creation of man, the Qur’an provides an educative narrative in order to establish and develop a sense of religion, especially in early childhood. This religious sense in turn will provide endurance for humans in tracing its life cycle. Spiritual education through the  guidance of religious sense in early childhood is seen  as a glorious time  to stimulate the nature of the divine  instincts that  already exist in each child. Keywords: Spiritual education, early childhood, narrative-educational, and al-Quran

Abstract

Indonesian national  law derived  from western law, customary law and Islamic law. Given the efforts to  establish the  institution  of Islamic  law  in Indonesia experienced many  challenges and  Religious  Courts institutions is still lacking in authority. Prof. Dr. H. Busthanul Arifin, SH continue to think seriously to make Islamic law as an integral part of the national  legal system. In the end, he can implement his ideals. Based on the above background of this study  revealed three  issues,  namely  First, Is Arifin Busthanul  contribute ideas  about  the institutionalization of Islamic  law in the  national  legal system.  Second, Is Arifin Busthanul  thinking  about  the authority of the Religious Courts in the national  legal system.  Third, How implications Arifin Busthanul  thinking on the institutionalization of Islamic law and  the authority  of the Religious Courts in the national  legal system to the development of Islamic law in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was  that Muslims know  the figures that played  a major  role behind the  enactment of Law Number.  7 Year 1989 regarding the  enactment of the Religious and Islamic Law Compilation  (KHI).Theoretical  studies in this research is the theory of the formation of the institutionalization of Islamic law, the theory of the relation  between religion and state  law and political theory. This research is a research study of character with the historical approach, the approach of the Act, the conceptual approach, and the comparative approach and data analysis techniques using inductive method. The results  of this study explains  that Islamic  law referred to and  determined by the legislation  can  apply directly without  going through  traditional  law,  the  Republic  of Indonesia (the  Government) can  set  something of a problem in accordance with Islamic  law, all the  settings  that apply only to the  followers  of Islam and  results Busthanul  Arifin contribute ideas  about  the  institutionalization of Islamic  law  are:  1. draft  Law on  Religious Courts, 2. draft Compilation  of Islamic  Law. Privileges Religious Courts under  Act Number.  3 2006 was  in the field of civil law include:  marriage, inheritance wills, grants,  endowments, alms,  charity, donation and  sharia economy. Implications of thought  Busthanul  Arifin against  the  Islamic  law in Indonesia is the  emergence  of legislation  that comes from Islamic  law, for example the  Law on Hajj, Zakat, Infak, Endowments, Economic Regulation  Based Regional Shari’ah and religion.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan regulasi poligami di lima negara Islam, khususnya tentang sebab-sebab kebolehan dan pelarangannya. Metode yang umum digunakan untuk pembaruan hukum keluarga di lima negara tersebut, tampaknya lebih dominan menggunakan metode extra-doctrinal reform dan sedikit dengan intra-docrinal reform, itupun masing-masing dengan modifikasi dan tekanan yang berbeda-beda. Secara vertikal, keberanjakan hukum keluarga pada kelima negara di atas dari kitab-kitab fikih mazhab cukup tinggi. Yang tertinggi adalah Iran, disusul Malaysia, lalu Somalia, dan terakhir Indonesia. Semakin rinci dan banyak sebab yang disebutkan untuk kebolehan poligami karena keadaan istri, berarti semakin longgar dan besar peluang poligami. Sedangkan Tunisia melarang poligami secara mutlak.

Abstract

PAI teachers there only teach or explain material from subject books. Even though there are lots of learning media that can be used in the teaching and learning process, for example, through YouTube social media.This study aims to determine how much influence the use of YouTube social media has on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. Researchers took class VII to be used as research samples totaling 48 students. 24 students of class A as the control class and 24 students of class B as the experimental class. This study used quantitative research methods with a quasi-experimental approach. This study uses a test technique, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and documentation. The question test is aimed at students to find data on PAI learning outcomes using YouTube social media. Based on the results of the study, the variable x (use of YouTube social media) and variable y (PAI learning outcomes) was tested for the hypothesis using a linear regression formula and obtained a constant result of 81.572. This study used a sample of 24 students. Based on the calculated T, which is 8.036 and the T table is 1.717, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence on the use of YouTube social media on the learning outcomes of class VII B students of SMPN 25 Bengkulu Selatan in PAI learning.Keywords: Youtube Social Media, Learning Outcome

Abstract

Books circulating widely  in Indonesia and  viewed  as authoritative regarding sexual  issues  generally place women as subordinate men. Men are leaders and  rulers of women, while women as guided must  obey the husband’s command. The piety of a wife is measured by how far the devotion of her body soul to her husband. The virtuous wife is the one who never  demands his rights  from the husband, does  not go out and  give charity without the husband’s per- mission, does not raise his eyes and  voice in the presence of the husband, does not require knowledge except  with the permission of the husband, and  does  not worship the sunna without the blessing of the husband. If the husband does not grant his rights, then he must give up with sincerity to be saved from the terrible threat of God’s punishment. Related to intimate relationships, women are positioned as sex objects, not subjects. He should not delay the sexual desire of the husband, let alone reject  it. Such positions have an adverse effect on the wife. Wives often  experience sexual  violence and  neglected their  sexual rights.  The underlying perspective of husband-wife sexual relationships in the jurispruden- tial books  circulating in Indonesia is generally still classic  and  emphasizes only the  power  of men  against women in the  family. Such perspectives are no longer appropriate to the  present condition, in which  sexual  problems are seen as a common right that  should be practiced fairly between husband and  wife. Allegedly there has been a distortion of understanding of husband-wife sexual relationships that need to be straightened out, in order to avoid the impression, Islam legalize sexual violence in women

Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand the involving boarding school in mental revolution. The approach be used  in research was library research with descriptive analysis method. The data  were  collected through  references review  those  connect to the involving boarding school  in mental revolution.  The research sample was 4 (four) boarding schools,  consist  of 1. PP Amanatul  Ummah Wonocolo, Surabaya,  Jawa  Timur 2. PP Suryalaya Godebag, Desa Tanjung Kerta, Pagerageung, Tasikmalaya 3. PP Nurul Barokah  Beji, Bojongsari, Purbalingga, Jawa  Tengah  4. PP Al-Anwar Sarang, Rembang, Jawa  Tengah.  The research result indicates that those  boarding schools  had  involved  in mental revolution  to educate in thousands of students and  product graduations those  had God’s marcy  mental in the word (mental rahmatan lil ‘alamin),  good character, as well as glorify divinity and humanity values

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and identify the value of Islamic education displayed by the character Srintil in the novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk. In order to obtain this information, the researcher used a qualitative approach in the type of library research. Where the researcher will collect data related to the novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk by Ahmad Tohari as the primary source and supporting studies as the secondary source. The results of this study are the value of Islamic education contained in the novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk by Ahmad Tohari in Srintil, namely the value of patience which is implemented in the concept of nrimo which is embedded in Srintil facing the pain of her life line, then caring for parents is shown by taking care of her grandmother who already senile with no sense to be reciprocated he takes care of grandmother as well as possible.
