Abstract

Sebagai masyarakat Indonesia menginginkan kesejahteraan serta mendapatkan kelayakan dalam kehidupannya. Di Indonesia selalu mengutamakan dalam menangani kemiskinan di Negara, hal ini dapat kita lihat banyak nya program- program pemerintah yang sudah dijalankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable makro ekonomi terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada Tahun 2010-2020, variabel makro yang digunakan pada penelitian ini antaranya inflasi, upah minimum regional (UMR) dan pengangguran. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantatif, yang mana datanya berupa time series yaitu pada tahun 2010 -2020 . Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Dan metode analisis ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu oleh software IBM SPSS Versi 22.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial (uji t) untuk UMR dapat diperoleh thitung < ttabel atau 5.468 < 1.697, sehingga biasanya mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial UMR berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Untuk variabel inflasi adalah thitung < ttabel atau 3.766 < 1.697, sehingga biasanya mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial inflasi berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil uji t untuk variabel pengangguran adalah thitung < ttabel atau 2.867 < 1.697 sehingga biasanya mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial pengangguran berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dan secara simultan (uji f) pada variable UMR, Inflasi dan pengangguran bersama-sama mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPeneitian ini menganalisis strategi Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Kota Medan dalam pengembangan produk ekspor. Dari data BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) pada Desember 2021 dimana ekspor di Sumatera Utara mengalami kenaikan yaitu sebesar 14,96 persen. sedangkan impor di Sumatera Utara mengalami penurunan sebesar 15,63 persen. Kelompok barang ekspor yang mengalami kenaikan yaitu golongan lemak dan minyak hewani atau nabati sebesar 29,80 persen.Kata Kunci      : Pengertian Eskpor, Pentingnya Perdagangan Internasional, Tujuan Eskpor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of raw materials, fuel and labor on the production of rice mills in Lima Kaum District, Tanah Datar Regency. This research is a field research with a quantitative approach. The data source that the writer uses is the primary data source by using a questionnaire distribution technique. The data analysis technique that the author uses is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the raw materials partially have a positive and significant effect on the production of rice mills, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Fuel partially has a positive and significant effect on the production of rice mills, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Labor partially has a positive and significant influence on the production of rice mills, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Raw materials, fuel and labor simultaneously have a significant effect on the production of rice mills, with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out; The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the number of poor households in Nagari Kurai Taji, Padang Pariaman Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique with the number of informants as many as 21 people. The results of this study conclude that the impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on the number of poor households in Nagari Kurai Taji, Padang Pariaman Regency, are: (1). Reduced income from the main household work, (2). Reduced assistance for household needs that are usually borne by children, (3). The difficulty of finding another job after losing the main job, (4). There is a decrease in the average household expenditure, (5). There is a change in the pattern of household consumption.  The results of the research are expected to contribute to the policy makers as an effort to overcome poverty, and can be used as a reference for students or interested parties for further research materials.

Abstract

Secara umum ada 7 hukum Islam yang tidak disepakati dan salah satu diantaranya akan menjadi pembahasan pokok pada jurnal ini yaitu Istishab. Adanya berbagai masalah baru selalu bermunculan seiring dengan berjalannya waktu dan perkembangan zaman. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan mengkaji ulang apakah merupakan dalil hukum, yaitu menetapkan sesuatu berdasarkan status asal. Terdapat 3 perbedaan pendapat para ulama ushul fiqh mengenai istishab sebagai sumber hukum, yang pertama Istishab merupakan dalil / hujjah sebagai penetapan hukum. Seperti yang terdapat dalam QS Al-An'am :145, Istishab yang kedua tidak dapat dijadikan sebagai hujjah dalam segi hukum. Para ulama hanafiyah menambahkan dalil sebagai penguat pendapat mereka, dan yang terakhir Istishab merupakan hujjah yang tidak dapat menetapkan untuk hukum baru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to analyze the effect of investment,  human development index and labor on the economic growth of West Sumatra in the 2010-2019 period. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely panel data consisting of time series data over a period of ten years, namely 2010-2019.  The method used for sampling  this research using saturated  sampling. This study uses the SPSS program  version 23. Based on the hypothesis  testing  carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the results Y = 20.139 +0.001 X1 - 0.208 X2 - 0.017 X3 at a significance level of 0.05 on the three variables, with an investment value of tcount 0.774 <ttable1,943, sig value 0.468>  0.05 indicates  a positive  direction,  HDI tcount  -3.360>  t table 1.943,  sig value 0.015 <0.05 indicates  negative direction, and Labor tcount 0.774 <t table 1.943, Sig value 0.58>  0.05 indicates  Negative  direction,  the results  of this study prove  that partially  the human development index has an effect on economic growth, while the investment and labor variables have no  effect  on  economic  growth.  The  results  of  simultaneous   research   on  investment,   human development  index,  and  labor  have a significant  effect  on economic  growth  with tcount  5,137> ttable 4,76, sig value 0.043 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor wali nagari Baringin Lima Kaum. Jenis penelitin ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial, namun disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor wali nagari Baringin. Sedangkan secara simultan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor wali nagari Baringin Kecamatan Lima Kaum. Hasil peneilian ini memiliki kontribusi bagi manajemen kontor wali nagari dalam meningkat kinerja pegawai di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

From the research conducted by the author in the field, it can be concluded that the distribution system for the palm plantation in Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukik consists of the first three types of profit sharing with a ratio of 50%: 50%, a system of help, and a system of profit sharing with a ratio of 70%. : 30%. Profit sharing is carried out between the owner and cultivator of the palm plantation in Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukik which has been mutually agreed to contain gharar and there is injustice in the distribution of the results from the palm tree (enau). Should every yield obtained from the palm tree (enau) cultivators must explain in detail to the owner about the results obtained. Every result obtained by the owner is also entitled to get results, such as selling fruit tabs, selling palm fibers, selling leaves and sticks of palm branches, and selling palm stems. So that the occurrence of an action that has taken the rights of others in the form of unfair distribution of results. This is evident when the distribution of the yield from the palm plantation often occurs problems caused by inconsistencies with what was agreed at the beginning with the results obtained between the cultivator and the owner.Keywords: System, profit sharing, Sharia economy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Family Hope Program in poverty alleviation in Nagari Balimbing. The problem in this study is seen from the poverty rate which is still quite high in Nagari Balimbing.The type of research carried out isfield researchwith qualitative descriptive research methods, data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation.From the research the author conducted in the field, it can be concluded that the role of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in alleviating poverty in Nagari Balimbing, Rambatan District, Tanah Datar Regency shows that PKH can gradually reduce poverty in Nagari Balimbing, which is evidenced by the existence of people who self-graduation or KPM which ends in PKH KPM membership, due to improved socio-economic conditions. In terms of education, poor people who receive PKH assistance can improve education for their children and from a health perspective, their condition can be monitored for pregnant women and toddlers can grow up healthy and smart because their growth and development can be consulted at the posyandu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the US Dollar Exchange Rate and Inflation on Third Party Funds (TPF) at Bank Nagari Syariah Batusangkar Branch for the period 2013-2018. The type of research used in this research is field research with quantitative research methods using a descriptive approach, and using eviews analysis tools with multiple regression and using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation method. The results of this study indicate that the US Dollar exchange rate variable with a coefficient value (8.141176), the probability value (0.0332) has a positive and significant effect on Third Party Funds (TPF), the inflation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Third Party Funds (TPF) with a coefficient value ( -0.697542) probability value (0.1019) while the variable US dollar exchange rate and inflation together have a positive and significant effect on third party funds using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method, the F-statistic value is 31.98483 with a probability of 0.009481.
