Abstract

Abstract: With the advancement of time and creative innovation from humans, tempeh is no longer just a side dish to accompany rice, but can be used as a practical and ready-to-eat snack, namely tempeh chips. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy which includes product, price, promotion and distribution of cheerful tempeh chips in Sumber Mulya Village, Simpang Raya District and its surroundings. This research was carried out at Usaha Ceria, Sumber Mulya Village, Simpang Raya District, Banggai Regency from May to June 2023. The number of samples used was 12 people. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The research results show that the product strategy for cheerful tempe chips is that the product is always available, the product has product attributes, brands and labels, and has an affordable price. The promotional strategy for cheerful tempe chips is personal sales promotion, in other words word of mouth promotion. Apart from that, promotions are also carried out through social media. The distribution strategy for cheerful tempe chips is from producers directly to consumers and from producers to distributors and distributors to consumers. Cheerful tempeh chips products are distributed to several shops/supermarkets inside and outside Banggai Regency. Marketing of cheerful tempe chips is in quadrant I supporting an aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy).

Abstract

Abstract: One of the benefits of mangrove plants is to reduce pollution and reduce air pollution. The purpose of this study was to find out how much carbon absorption and storage capacity was carried out by mangrove plants in Munte Village. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. This research will be carried out in August 2021 on the coast of Munte Village. The data obtained were analyzed using density calculation analysis (Density), Calculation of Aboveground Biomass Value (Stems), Calculation of Belowground Biomass Value (Roots), Calculation of Total Biomass Value, Calculation of Carbon Content, and Calculation of carbon dioxide absorption. on transect 1 the biomass was 11280.58% for the species Sonneratia alba and the smallest was 3.82cm with a biomass of 7.27% for the species Avicennia officinalis. So that a total carbon biomass of 14572.23% was obtained, and a total carbon content of 7286.12% and a carbon absorption of 26740.04% were obtained. In transect 2, the biomass was 6309.51% for Avicennia officinalis and the smallest was 3.18 cm with a biomass of 4.77% for Avicennia officinalis. In order to obtain a total carbon biomass of 9106.35% and a total carbon content of 4553.17% and a carbon absorption of 16710.15%. Keywords: Carbon biomass, Mangrove, Munte Village

Abstract

Abstract : Considering that character education is important to give to students, but the lack of knowledge and application of character education is very worrying because of the many acts of free association that occur among students as the next millennial generation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between character education and the free association behavior of students at SMK Negeri 1 Bokan Kepulauan, Banggai Laut Regency. This research was quantitative descriptive research which looks at the correlation or relationship between variables. The researcher conducted this research at SMK Negeri 1 Bokan Kepulauan, Banggai Laut Regency in July - August 2022. The population and sample were students of class X and XI, and the researcher took all the population to be used as research samples because of the population only consisted of 24 students. Data collection techniques used in this research was questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely simple regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis, and also ANOVA analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there was a very low relationship (0.171, category 0.00–0.199) between the students’ character education and their free association behavior at SMK Negeri I Bokan Kepulauan Banggai Laut Regency. Keywords: Character Education, Free Association, Promiscuous sex

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan produk melalui uji organoleptik nugget jagung yang divariasikan dengan sayuran. Karena penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental yang menggunakan uji LSD untuk melakukan uji organoleptik kepada panelis, maka metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan hanya satu unsur digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Berdasarkan skala penilaian karakteristik menunjukkan bahwa sampel dengan campuran seledri memiliki rasa yang paling disenangi berdasarkan penilaian responden. Untuk tekstur, responden lebih menyukai nugget dengan campuran wartel dibandingkan dengan nugget original dan campuran seledri. Dari segi warna, nugget dengan campuran seledri paling disenangi oleh responden. Pada Aroma, berdasarkan penilaian responden, campuran wortel memiliki aroma yang  disukai responden. Sampel dengan campuran seledri memiliki rasa yang paling disenangi berdasarkan penilaian  responden. Untuk tekstur, responden lebih menyukai nugget dengan campuran wartel dibandingkan  dengan nugget original dan campuran seledri. Pada segi warna, nugget dengan campuran seledri paling disukai oleh responden. Pada Aroma, berdasarkan penilaian responden, campuran wortel memiliki aroma yang disukai responden.

Abstract

Insects can be found in almost all areas above the earth’s surface, on land, sea and air. Insect life has existed since 400  milion years ago, ranging from 2-3 milion insect species that have been identified. Insects are one of the groups of animals that have high level of diversit. This study aims to determine the diversity of surface water insects in the Batu gong river, Tataba Village, Buko District, Banggai Islands Regency. The type of research used was descriptive quantitative at Batu Gong River, Tataba Village, Buko District, Banggai Islands Regency. The sampling technique was carried out using the roaming method. The data were analyzed using the Shannon Winner Diversity Index. The results of this study indicate that the diversity of surface water insects in the Batu Gong River, Tababa Village, Buko District, Banggai Islands Regency was in the medium category whit a value of 1.71 At each station starting from station 1, the diversity index was found at a value of 1.72 in the medium category, while at station 2, the diversity index was at a value of 1.65 whit as medium category, and station 3, the diversity index was at a value of 1.62 with a lower category.Keywords:  Water Insects, Batu Gong River

Abstract

Forests are one of the natural resources that has an important and potential role for human life, therefore it is necessary to preserve their existence as a function to support living systems. The objective of this research is to know how to make an inventory of plant species belonging to Family Asteraceae in Batu Tikar Forest, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. This type of research is descriptive research. Researchers seek, collect, describe, and interpret research data found in the field systematically, factually, and accurately. This research was conducted in August 2020. Sampling was carried out by the exploration method, namely tracing the research area. It is Batu Tikar forest. The data obtained from the research results were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this study found 9 species, namely Chromolaena odorata, Eclipta prostrata, Synedrella nodiflora, Ageratum Conyzoides, Tridax procumbens, Cyanthillum cinereum, Ludwigia hyssopifolia, Acmella paniculata and Bidens pilosad with a total of 39 individuals. From the research results, it can be seen that the plants of the asteraceae family belong to 9 genera, namely Chromolaena, Eclipta, Synedrella, Ageratum, Tridax, Cyanthillum, Ludwigia, Acmella and Bidens. Abstract

Bonebobakal Village is one of the villages in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi. Bonebobakal Village Beach is characterized by a rocky coastal ecosystem, which has a variety of coral flora and fauna communities. Various types of communities of invertebrate biota organisms are found in Bonebobakal Village Beach, one of which is Bivalvia. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition and types of Bivalves found on the beach of Bonebobakal Village. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cruising survey method on plot line transect. The results showed that there are several types of Bivalves on the beach of Bonebobakal Village such as Anadara granosa (pigeon clam), Perna viridis (green clam), Pinctada sp. (pearl clam) and Hippopus hippopus (clam). Based on the value of data analysis from both stations, the value of the diversity index (H') is 1.2023 classified as moderate, while the uniformity index (E) is 0.8673 classified as stable. The dominance index (D) is 0.3473 classified as low, and the density index in a row from the highest to the lowest is Anadara granosa species (50.49%), Hippopus hippopus (23.30%), Perna viridis (17.48) and finally Pinctada sp. (8.74%).

Abstract

Abstract: Cocoa is biodiversity that must be preserved. In addition, cocoa is one of the main pillars of the plantation area which plays an important role in the community's economy. Meanwhile, insects are part of biodiversity with the ultimate goal of increasing cocoa productivity. Insects are organisms that harm plants, especially cocoa. The purpose of this research is to determine the types of insects found in the Cocoa Plantation of Kawalo Village, West Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency.  The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in June-July 2022 By using a purposive sampling method or deliberately determining as many as 9 points with an area of 1 Ha with the sampling technique using the Yellow trap method. Based on the results of research from 9 traps conducted in Kawalo Village, Taliabu Barat District, Taliabu Island Regency, it found that 49 individuals from 11 insect species, including Amata aperta, Bactrocera dorsalis, Colletidae, Euagoras plagiatus, Herpetogramma licarsisalis, Megachile plut, Nisotra bicolorata, Oechopila smaragdina, Riptortus linearis, Sphaeroderma testaceum, Telostylinus lineolatus. Insect Diversity Index found results using the Shannon-Wienner Index, namely the variety of H' (1.78611) in the medium category. It's because the location of the Kawalo Village Cocoa Plantation is visited by the community almost every day, and those who visit the cocoa plantation often do pruning of the cocoa tree which causes disturbance to insect activity. On environmental factors obtained in the morning taken at 08.00 WITA with temperature (29.2), humidity (60%) in the afternoon taken at 17.00 WITA with temperature (30.00), humidity (61%). Keywords:  Cocoa Plantation, Diversity, Insects, Taliabu

Abstract

Abstract: Choosing the right learning model during the learning process is a very important thing for a teacher to do, to increase student learning activities. This research aims to find out the influence of learning model the Contextual Teaching and Learning toward student learning activities on biodiversity material in class X SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. The population of the research was class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk for the 2022/2023 school year. The samples of this research were class Xb as an experimental class and class Xe as a control class, each of which consists of 39 students. The data collection technique was used students learning activity sheets with 8 aspects of assessment, namely observing teacher lessons, expressing questions, doing group assignments, listening to discussion group friends’ conversations, solving problems, presenting group assignments, answering questions, and approve and receiving opinions. The data were analyzed using a normality test and a t-test with the help of an SPSS application. The results of this research showed that there was an influence of learning model the Contextual Teaching and Learning on student learning activities on biodiversity material in class X SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk with a calculated tcount = 5.470 ˃ ttable = 1.665 and a significant value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05. Keywords: Learning Activities, Contextual Teaching and Learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Ekosistem mangrove merupakan ekosistem pesisir terdiri dari sekumpulan spesies endemik pantai yang berfungsi sebagai pendukung kehidupan daerah pantai. Luas 11 hektar merupakan Desa Tutuwoto Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara terletak di sana (KPH Gorut, 2010). Desa Tutuwoto, Kecamatan Anggrek, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara: Kawasan Mangrove dijadikan sebagai lokasi penelitian ini. Periode tiga bulan dari bulan April hingga Juni 2018 saat penelitian ini dilakukan.Sampel Krustacea dikumpulkan dengan alat tangkap sederhana berupa Jaring, Jala, dan seser. Kelimpahan jenis dihitung menggunakan rumus Odum, (1996), Perhitungan keanekaragaman menggunakan rumus (Sannon-wienner). Komposisi Crustacea berjumlah 110 individu, yang terdiri dari 7 Spesies diantaranaya, Scylla serrata sebanyak 15 Individu, Scylla olivacea 14 Individu, Scylla tranquebarica 13 Individu, Carcinus maenas 14 Individu, Metapenaeus elegans 19 Individu, Penaeus latisulcatus, 20 Individu dan Metapenaeus affinis sebanyak 15 Individu.Berdasarkan standar ODUM, nilai keanekaragaman krustasea di lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 1,10 hingga 1,39. Pada tahun 1993, krustasea di lokasi penelitian tergolong dalam kategori sedang karena nilai 1H' adalah 3. Dengan nilai 37,04%, Penaeus latisulcatus mempunyai kelimpahan terbesar, dan 26,79% famili Portunidae mendominasi Scylla serrata. jenis. Crustacea banyak berada pada kategori kelimpahan untuk semua jenis menurut kriteria Michael (1995) karena nilai K lebih dari 20. Semua lokasi umumnya memiliki kondisi lingkungan yang menguntungkan bagi kehidupan krustasea dan bakau.Kata Kunci: Mangrove, Crustaceae, Kelimpahan, Keanekaragaman, Tutuwoto
