Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has globally transformed the business landscape, including the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This research aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs in the digital era. Key challenges involve limited access and understanding of technology, digital security, and intensifying competition. MSMEs also face risks related to data privacy and regulatory uncertainties in the digital environment. However, amidst these challenges, the digital era presents new opportunities for MSMEs, such as market globalization, product innovation, and operational efficiency through technology integration. Government efforts, business stakeholders, and educational institutions are needed to enhance the digital literacy of MSMEs, provide supportive infrastructure, and develop policies that facilitate MSME growth in the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR) and inflation on Non-Performing Finance (NPF) in the short and long term. By using time series data for the monthly period from 2015-2019 and the Error-Correction Model (ECM) and cointegration approach, it is found that CAR does not have a significant effect on NPF in the short and long term. FDR in the short term does not have a significant effect on NPF, in the long term FDR has a significant effect on NPF. Meanwhile, inflation has a significant effect on NPF both in the short and long term.

Abstract

This study, conducted in the past tense, delved into the complexities of Strategic Financial Management amid product boycotts, with a specific focus on the implications for financial accounting practices in companies involved in the trade of Israeli goods. Examining historical perspectives on boycotts, the research elucidated the dynamic role of financial accounting in international trade, defining and contextualizing Strategic Financial Management as a vital alignment between financial strategies and geopolitical factors. Employing a case study approach and qualitative analysis methods, the study explored the multifaceted impact of boycotts on financial accounting practices, uncovering actionable strategies such as risk mitigation through diversification and contingency planning, adaptive financial reporting practices, and stakeholder engagement.

Abstract

Being exposed to various hazards during loading and unloading activities during high operations is very risky for occupational safety and health. As a result, there must be safety equipment for every loading and unloading activity. Age, length of service, nutritional status, and work shifts are factors that contribute to fatigue of loading and unloading workers, and activities that require a lot of action pose various risks to occupational safety and health. To determine the relationship between age, length of service, nutritional status and work fatigue in loading and unloading workers at the port of Manado. Analytical observational research with a cross sectional study approach. There is a significant relationship between age, length of service, nutritional status and work fatigue in loading and unloading workers at Manado port in 2020 with p value = 0.000. There is no significant relationship between work shifts and work fatigue among loading and unloading workers at Manado port in 2020 with p value = 0.583

Abstract

In the life of every human being, there must be a dream that is inseparable from the feeling of security and comfort in living their daily lives. A condition related to security is something that is needed by every human being who occupies a certain area. Apart from wanting security and comfort in living life, as a human being, of course, he also has basic needs in the form of primary needs, including clothing, food and shelter. To find out how to describe knowledge about fulfilling nutrition for security officers in shopping center Megamas Area Survey Research Methods with Purposive Sampling and conducting in-depth interviews. Security officers always pay attention to the intake of nutrients that enter the body considering this is very much needed in the guarding process in the midst of their duties and responsibilities. Knowledge of the fulfillment of proper nutrition for security officers who carry out their duties can have a positive influence on the performance of security officers.
