<![CDATA[Over the past 10 years, character education planning has been implemented in schools. However, the actual outcomes of its implementation remain uncertain, necessitating an identification of the issues surrounding educational evaluation in schools. This article takes a descriptive approach, encompassing methods for identifying and evaluating students' learning achievements within the school context. The objective of this research is to discover the strengths and weaknesses of various assessment methods, including essay tests, objective tests, and subjective tests. The curriculum, implementation of teaching, learning resources, and educational partners in character education have also been extensively examined. Field experiences indicate that teachers face difficulties in integrating character education across all subjects, particularly when it comes to formative evaluation. Formative evaluation is employed by teachers during the learning process to determine students' attained competencies and identify gaps between their competencies and the required standards. This information is utilized by teachers to plan subsequent lessons and enhance students' learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is that the attitude assessment used is only one method, namely by asking students whether they perform the morning prayer. Other methods provided, such as previous exposures, have not had the opportunity to apply them. Then there are difficulties encountered when applying authentic assessments in this aspect of attitude. Based on this, this study aims to look at the implementation that is currently underway at SMP Negeri 6 Payakumbuh, especially the affective aspects and the obstacles faced by teachers when implementing this authentic assessment. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative which is located at SMP Negeri 6 Payakumbuh. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that Islamic Religious Education Teachers have implemented authentic assessment. Especially the affective aspects of Islamic Religious Education teachers apply two ways, namely journal assessment and student observation. Basically, in order to be able to assess the perfect authentic assessment of Islamic Religious Education teachers, it is hindered by several factors. The main factor is the limited time to implement it and the large number of students in one class coupled with the creation of a detailed rubric.]]>

<![CDATA[Secara naluriah setiap laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki saling ketertarikan. Ketertarikan dalam wujud saling menyukai, saling mencintai dan saling menyayangi, (Q.S. Al-Imron: 14). Ternyata, cinta sebagai anugrah dari Allah, SWT kadang disalurkan dengan cara-cara yang bertentangan dengan ajaran agama yang tertata dan berfungsi untuk mengatur prilaku manusia. Pelecehan seksual telah marak dibicarakan dan telah menjadi prilaku yang terpublikasikan baik melalui media eletronik maupun media cetak. Perbuatan pelecehan seksual akan berakibat buruk terhadap kejiwaan korban dan traumatiknya sejalan dengan perkembangan jiwa korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan langkah-langkah mengantisipasi terjadinya prilaku pelecehan seksual melalui edukasi pendekatan sosial keagamaan. Pelecehan seksual merupakan prilaku penyimpangan akibat tekanan nafsu seksual yang tinggi sementara untuk melakukan perkawinan juga tidak mampu, penyaluran nafsu melalui pelecehan seksual telah menjadi penyakit sosial yang terjadi dimana-mana, akan berakibat traumatik berkepanjangan bagi korbannya, yang berujung pada rusaknya masa depan korban pelecehan seksual.]]>

<![CDATA[The standards for educators and education staff are standards that regulate the qualifications that must be possessed by educators and education staff, both academic and non-academic qualifications. the standards of educators and educational staff at SDN 2 Sukamaju still do not meet the standards in accordance with PP No. 57 of 2021 Article 20 paragraph 1 and Article 23 paragraph 1. Therefore this research was conducted to find out the educational standards contained in SDN 2 Sukamaju based on some indicator. The research method used is a qualitative method with a SWOT analysis which is divided into Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats. The results show that educators and education staff at SDN 2 Sukamaju have met the standards of educators and education staff, but at the point of recruiting teaching staff there are a few obstacles where these obstacles are caused by the education moratorium, more precisely as stated in the Tasik City Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2007 concerning the Implementation of Education, so that there is a need for adjustments.]]>

<![CDATA[As the main road that connects one region to another, damaged roads is a complex problem and causes huge losses, especially for road users. Therefore, in this study will be designed a system for measuring the volume of damage road surface by using ultrasonic sensors. This system uses ATMega 328 microcontroller interface and applications are made from Visual Basic 6. From this study, we got the best measurements results of road surface damage volume in a short time and the data stored on the pc directly get in Microsoft Excel format.]]>

<![CDATA[The importance of learning motivation is very influential on student learning achievement, both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. This research was conducted at SMK Azzainiyyah Sukabumi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of learning motivation to participate in improving student achievement at SMK Azzainiyyah Sukabumi Regency. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative with field studies. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study stated that the motivation to study at SMK Azzainiyyah had two factors; intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Many achievements were achieved thanks to the motivation to learn, both cognitive, affective, and psychomotor achievements. Participatory learning motivation plays a role in improving student achievement, including: increasing student involvement, increasing conceptual understanding, increasing intrinsic motivation, encouraging creativity and initiative and building social skills.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the impact of the school principal's leadership style on teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog, Sukabumi. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing surveys to collect data from teachers at the school. The questionnaires focused on leadership styles implemented by the principal and teachers' perceptions of their performance and competence. The results demonstrate that the school principal's leadership style significantly influences teacher performance and competence. Leadership styles emphasizing teacher empowerment, effective communication, and support for professional development contribute to enhanced overall teacher performance and competence. Additionally, inspiring leadership and fostering a positive working climate further improve teacher performance and competence. The research emphasizes the crucial role of school principals in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers to innovate and collaborate. Effective leadership goes beyond managerial aspects and extends to human resource development. The implications of the study are vital for school administrators, especially principals, to adopt more effective leadership strategies to enhance teacher performance and competence. Furthermore, this research enriches the academic knowledge in the field of education, specifically the relationship between school principal leadership styles and teacher performance and competence. Further studies could delve deeper into the factors affecting teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog. Exploring optimal school principal leadership development for better educational outcomes remains an area of interest for future investigation.]]>
