Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially the effect of promotional costs and production costs on AL-Galla Industries Sales Volume for the period January 2019- Desember 2021 Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis method with a case study approach. Data collected in the form of secondary and primary data. The data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that Promotion Costs and Production Costs had a simultaneous influence on AL-Galla Industries Sales Volume. Promotion costs have a partial effect on AL-Galla Industries. Production costs partially AL-Galla Industries Sales Volume

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesian state-owned company that operates in the fields of information technology, communications and telecommunications networks. This company has several important divisions or segments in carrying out business strategies, one of which is the government segment. The government segment cannot do hard selling like other segments. This is because the government segment is included in B2B sales and cannot expand the market easily. Apart from that, because government segment customers are government agencies, the government's budget is also limited because it is regulated in the APBN. Regarding the problems and challenges faced by government services, the author wants to analyze the government segment's business strategy in increasing sales with customers and limited government budgets. The final internship assignment was prepared by the author using qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with account managers and supervisors. The results of interviews and observations of the government segment have strategies in conducting B2B sales, namely carrying out acquisitions or scaling, conducting account manager soft skills training, building and maintaining customer loyalty, conducting outreach related to the success of work programs that have been implemented by other regions, conducting outreach and offering programs work, holding a service business request (SBR) program, carrying out business processes with direct selling and personal selling, having an account manager's role as a consultant, building and maintaining customer trust, and registering various Telkom products in the E-Catalog.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning (STP) strategy at PT. Toyota Cilegon. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The research was carried out at PT. Toyota chose 3 informants, namely 1 person from each sales supervisor. The data collection technique used was in-depth interview technique. The research results show that by implementing the segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) marketing strategy it will be able to help the management of PT. Toyota Cilegon in marketing Toyota car products to consumers according to their wants and needs. By implementing good sales promotions, PT Toyota Cilegon product sales will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of leadership style variables and job satisfaction on employee productivity employees bordir company CV. Nuri Kota Tasikmalaya. The method of this research used the quantitative. The analysis method used multiple regression. Approach data collection in this research from the questionnaire to 43 respondens, and use measurement technique likert scale. The results of the analysis show that leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Partially the leadership style show a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Partially the job satisfaction show a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tasikmalaya Business Unit. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 79 people. The data analysis tool used in this research is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation, compensation through motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. This means that motivation is not able to mediate compensation for employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of promotions on sales at Tunas Toyota Cilegon by examining promotions at exhibitions, brochures, and social media. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used is factor analysis using IBM SPSS Version 25.0 as a supporting tool. The research was conducted at Tunas Toyota Cilegon by processing sales data for the year 2022. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results indicate that using exhibition promotions and social media promotions has a significant positive impact on sales at Tunas Toyota Cilegon. However, brochure promotions have a significant negative impact on sales at Tunas Toyota Cilegon.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on the purchase decision of tobacco products at Nusantara Tobacco Shop through word of mouth. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study was customers of Toko Tobacco Nusantara, this study used purposive sampling techniques with a saturated sample of 98 respondents. The measurement of this study uses the Likert scale which is then processed with SmartPLS 4.0 program analysis.The results of this study show that product quality affects purchasing decisions with a P-Value value of (0.004), price affects purchasing decisions with a P-Value value of (0.030) and word of mouth affects purchasing decisions with a P-Value value of (0.012). Word of mout is able to mediate product quality against purchasing decisions with a P-Value of (0.039). Word of mout is able to mediate price against purchase decisions with a P-Value of (0.041). Product quality has an influence on word of mouth with a P-Value of (0.000). Price has an influence on word of mouth with a P-Value of (0.000).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on customer loyalty camping equipment rental. the method used is a case study, data obtained through questionnaires to Astrajingga Adventure customers. Withdrawal of samples using purposive sampling technique and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the research show that product quality, price, service quality and customer loyalty are included in the good classification. Simultaneously product quality, price and service quality have a significant effect on customer loyalty for Astrajingga Adventure camping equipment rental. Partially the product quality variable has no significant effect on camping equipment rental customer loyalty, the price perception variable has a significant effect on camping equipment rental customer loyalty, similarly the service quality variable has a significant effect on camping equipment rental customer loyalty Astrajingga Adventure.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) on Stock Returns in Automotive Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This type of research includes associative research using secondary data obtained from financial reports on the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this research is the financial reports of 16 automotive sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method used in selecting the sample was purposive sampling and determining the sample based on criteria established by the researcher with the results of the financial reports of 3 automotive sub-sector companies during the period 2018 - 2022. Based on the results of data processing using the multiple linear regression analysis method, F test, test t, it is known that there is a partially significant influence of EVA on stock returns, there is a partially significant influence of MVA on stock returns and there is a simultaneous significant influence of EVA and MVA on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and examine the effect of Organizational Learning and Personality Mediated by Self Efficacy on Employee Engagement at PT. Puninar UMK. Organizational Learning and Personality as exogenous variables, Self Efficacy as mediating variables and Employee Engagement as endogenous variables. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Puninar MSE. The background of this research is the development of human resources which aims to improve the quality of professionalism and skills of employees in carrying out their duties and optimally. Things that must be considered at PT. Puninar MSE such as Organizational Learning, Personality, Self Efficacy and Employee Engagement. The sample in this study was taken by the Non Probability Sampling method using a saturated sample technique of 64 respondents. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the strength of direct and indirect relationships between various variables. The results of this study prove that Organizational Learning has an effect on Employee Engagement, Personality has an effect on Employee Engagement, Self Efficacy has an effect on Employee Engagement, Organizational Learning has an effect on Self Efficacy, Personality has an effect on Self Efficacy, Organizational Learning has an effect on Employee Engagement through Self Efficacy and Personality has an effect towards Employee Engagement through Self Efficacy.
