Abstract

The purpose of this article is to comprehensively explore the rules of amar and nahi and sighat taklif in the rules of interpretation. This research uses a qualitative methodology, emphasizing the field of library studies, with the aim of understanding the rules of amar and nahi and sighat taklif in the rules of interpretation. This research reveals that the various interpretations put forward by our scholars who are only human have something to do with what they must follow, the question of interpreting the Koran is very diverse with the various methods available in interpreting the Koran. With the knowledge of the Qur'an that has been discovered by previous scholars, we just need to develop the method. One of the methods that will be discussed in this research is the rules of exegesis related to amar and nahi and sighat taklif in the Al-Qur'an and the application of the text and its context in the reality of life.

Abstract

Hadist mutawatir adalah hadist yang diriwayatkan oleh banyak perawi, pada setiap tingkatan sanadnya dan menurut akal tidak memungkinkan mereka sepakat untuk berdusta dan memalsukan hadist, karena para perawi satu bersandar pada sesuatu yang bisa diketahui dengan panca indera seperti mendengar, melihat dan lain sebagainya, sehingga perawi hadist mutawatir dikatakan mustahil untuk berbohong dalam periwatannya. Untuk penelitian ini, desain penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan dengan basis tinjauan literatur. Hadis yang berdasarkan kuantitas rawi, hadis mutawatir dan hadis ahad. Hadis yang berdasarkan kualitas rawi, hadis sahih, hadis hasan dan hadis dhaif. Derajat suatu hadis itu memiliki beberapa kemungkinan, bisa saja kita katakan shahih, hasan, ataupun dhaif itu tergantung kepada 2 hal yaitu keadaan sanadnya dan keadaan perawinya.

Abstract

Significant changes in curriculum policy result in educational institutions and educators experiencing few obstacles in their adjustments to both learning and learning tools, such as the challenges faced in one school in East Kutai. The aim of this research is to determine the differences in curriculum challenges in forming religious character at SMA Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara. This research uses a qualitative research method with a description type, where the data obtained will be presented in the form of descriptions and illustrations. The results of this research are several challenges faced by educators in each curriculum implementation in forming religious character. These challenges include, 1) in the 2013 curriculum, there are too many aspects that teachers want to measure and observe for each student, 2) in the independent learning curriculum Teachers must be able to develop religious character education through P5 activities, 3) the characteristics of children raised or the character traits of each child raised, and 4) selecting methods that are in accordance with existing curriculum policies.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum at MIN 1 Kutai Timur, North Sangatta. The objective of this study is to understand how the PAI curriculum is applied and its impact on the development of students' character. The research method employed is qualitative with a case study approach, involving data collection through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the PAI curriculum at MIN 1 Kutai Timur is designed not only to enhance students' cognitive skills but also to shape their moral and spiritual values. The curriculum implementation involves a holistic approach that integrates religious knowledge with personal experiences and the students' social context, thereby making learning more meaningful and relevant. Furthermore, the active participation of teachers and adequate facility support are crucial to the successful implementation of this curriculum. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that the implementation of the PAI curriculum at MIN 1 Kutai Timur has effectively developed students who are not only intellectually capable but also possess commendable character, tolerance, inclusiveness, and an appreciation for diversity. This curriculum is expected to cultivate a generation that contributes positively to society and upholds universal human values.

Abstract

Tujuan diturunkannya syari’at samawiyah oleh Allah SWT kepada para rasul-Nya ialah untuk memperbaiki umat di bidang akidah, ibadah dan mu`amalah. Akidah semua ajaran samawi itu satu dan tidak mengalami perubahan, karena ditegakkan atas dasar tauhid uluhiyah dan rububiyah, maka dakwah atas seruan para rasul kepada akidah yang satu itu pun semuanya sama. Untuk penelitian ini, desain penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan dengan basis tinjauan literatur. nasikh-mansukh sangat beragam dari berbagai kalangan, secara ringkasnya nasikh adalah yang menghapus, yang menggantikan, atau yang memindahkan. Sedangkan mansukh adalah yang digantikan, yang dihapus, atau yang dipindahkan. Macam-macam al-Nasakh (dari segi kejelasan cakupannya) ada 4 yaitu : Nasikh sharih, Nasikh dhimmy, Nasikh kully, dan Nasikh juz’iy.

Abstract

Education is the main factor in improving the quality of human resources and the progress of the nation. The curriculum as the core of education must be dynamic and innovative to respond to developments in science and technology. This research aims to understand the impact of curriculum changes on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMA Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. The research results show that curriculum changes bring about 85% renewal of teaching materials, which include Aqidah, Akhlak, Qurdist, Ski and Fiqh, as well as adapting the material to the context of today's life. The P5 program in the Merdeka Curriculum increases students' creativity, motivation and learning experience even though it increases the teaching load. In conclusion, changes to the curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara support improving the quality of PAI education through the relevance of the material and developing students' skills according to the demands of the times.

Abstract

Al – Qur’an dan Hadits merupakan petunjuk dan pedoman hidup umat islam, keduanya mereupakan sumber utama penerapan hukum hukum syariat di dalam islam. Di dalam al- Qur’an dan hadits ada yang dapat dipahami dengan apa adanya, tidak lebih dan tidak kurang. Namun, adakalanya harus masuk ke kedalaman kata atau kalimat yang terkandung di dalamnya sehingga lahir makna-makna baru yang tidak berhubungan langsung dengan apa yang tertuliskan, kendati dari jauh ada hubungannya Maka, dalam menetapkan suatu hukum, diperlukan adanya usaha untuk melakukan pengamatan dan penelitian guna memahami apa yang tersurat dan apa yang tersirat dari al-Quran dan hadis tersebut.

Abstract

This research is entitled Islamic Counseling to Overcome Adolescent Psychological Problems Impact of Parental Divorce (Case Study of Client "H" in Pulau Harapan Village). Islamic counseling is one of the repressive steps in taking further action against the psychological problems of teenagers as a result of divorce. The aim of this research is firstly, to find out what the condition of teenage victims of parental divorce is in client "H" in Pulau Harapan Village, then secondly, to find out how individual counseling is applied to client "H" in Pulau Harapan Village and thirdly, to find out what the conditions are like. teenagers after implementing individual counseling. This type of research is field research, a qualitative approach, and uses case study research methods. The subjects in this research were Client "H" and Relatives of Client "H". Data collection tools in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that during his parents' divorce, Klian "H" was often gloomy and silent and even became over-controlled, namely by drinking alcohol and even taking drugs. Furthermore, after an Islamic counseling approach was carried out, namely by being given suggestions for religious advice, encouragement and motivation were given, so that as a result of the Islamic counseling guidance process, Client "H" was able to feel calm and accept the conditions as they were.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the historical review of jam'ul qur'an to the digitalized numbers. Jam'ul Qur'an until the period of digitization of numbers, it can be concluded that the process of collecting, copying, and writing the Qur'an has undergone significant developments throughout Islamic history. In this research using qualitative research method is a research approach that aims to respond to phenomena with the aim of understanding the experiences experienced by research participants. Starting from the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to the time of the Khulafaur Rashidin, Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq, Uthman bin Affan, and so on, the leaders and companions of the Prophet played an important role in preserving and writing the Qur'an. With various forms of digitization such as Qur'ānic apps, websites, and ancient manuscript digitization projects, access to the Qur'ān has become easier and wider than ever before. This allows Muslims around the world to better read, study and understand Islam's sacred texts, as well as deepen their spiritual connection with Allah SWT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari implementasi kurikulum pendidikan karakter pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SDN 004 Sangatta Utara, dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya krisis moral yang semakin banyak terjadi di masyarakat melalui korupsi, kekerasan, dan tindakan tidak etis lainnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya penguatan pendidikan karakter peserta didik tidak hanya dari segi kemampuan akademisnya tetapi juga dari segi moral dan pengembangan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metodologi studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumenter. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini meliputi guru PAI, kepala sekolah, dan siswa SDN 004 Sangatta Utara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum pendidikan karakter pada mata pelajaran PAI di SDN 004 Sangatta Utara berhasil meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala.Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar khususnya pengembangan mata pelajaran PAI.
